Ambience a bit like a train station and at least one of the staff is so unfriendly that your appetite goes away on its own.

Confirmed order via Lieferando not delivered. Apparently they never received the order even though it was confirmed in the app and by email. Rude and unreasonable on the phone and simply hung up because the restaurant was already closed.

Food was OK.. It's not amazing... pizza base was too thick. Parking available right outside the place but area is not maintained well

I was there for the first and last time

I ordered Chicken Supreme with Cheesy Crust. This Pizza Hut is anything but normal. Compared to the other Pizza Huts in town it's terrible. The pizzas were thinner than ever, seriously the worst I've ever eaten at Pizza Hut. I ordered two sour creams with the pizzas, but they tasted like yogurt. Regular Pizza Hut dips are good, but in this store they are terrible. We ended up ordering wings, but they weren't good either.

Ordered yesterday. They have given burnt garlic bread and brownie like a rock!

I was there today with my wife and the 2 women who work there were very unfriendly and not customer friendly and wanted to order a pan pizza and at the restaurant I was told directly that pan pizza was gone and there was no more, which was very strange to me and was next to the table next to us I ordered exactly this type of pizza and got it. I spoke to the woman at the checkout and she started stuttering and telling a lie. She said delivery had just arrived. That was on a Sunday at 8 p.m. The people next to us came 10 minutes later. There was it the pizza for this table.and another thing that me and my wife noticed because the cash register and pizza table are at the same height and as a guest you can see how they put the ingredients on the pizza. She collected the money from us with banknotes and then went straight over to the pizza and continued working on the pizza and ingredients with those dirty hands without washing or disinfecting them. We noticed this with several customers and I found it very disgusting. I don't recommend this restaurant to anyone, the health department will be notified. I took a video as evidence and will forward it to the health department.

A highly recommended restaurant which I didn't expect as it doesn't seem particularly modern or new from the outside. However, it is modernly furnished. I would describe the food as standard Pizza Hut food, which you can actually find in any pizza place. But that is by no means meant negatively. I would describe the service as friendly. My only two points of criticism, however, would be that there are unfortunately only a few parking spaces in front of the restaurant and that the selection of soft drinks consists exclusively of light drinks (the exception is the ice tea).

Ordered 4 pizzas to pick up. For the price the pizza was terrible. It doesn't taste like anything and it felt like it was just dough without tomato sauce. Really a disgrace...

As always, consistent quality, good offers, hardly any parking spaces available. Little seating inside. Somewhat drab furnishings, very friendly staff. Overall, highly recommended. Basically, the branch offers good service and good delivery. Unfortunately the wrong pizza was delivered today. This can't be spicy beef. According to the description, no tomatoes or corn are allowed on top. Since the delivery route is long, I do not want to request compensation from you through a second delivery. Pizza 🍕 terribly greasy. The cheeses didn't seem to be fully melted. The overall rating is 3 points out of 5, it could have been much better. This is my second visit to Munich at Pizza Hut, in another Pizza Hut pizzeria the food was not amazing either, in my opinion you can eat much better pizzas at Pizza Hut in Poland, for example.

Yesterday, Sunday May 12th, 2024, I was there for the first and last time. Rude, poorly trained and arrogant staff🤬. I ordered two pizzas on site and paid 35 euros for them Felt very uncomfortable as a customer. I asked politely for garlic/oil and mild peppers and was just told I didn't have them!!! From my personal point of view, people like that shouldn't run a company like Pizza Hut or anything else!!!

Unfortunately we have to agree with the current reviews. The pizza should have stayed in the oven longer. The dip was bigger than usual. The Margarita pizza could have been one from the supermarket. The drinks are zero, the SchwipSchwap orange tastes like multivitamin effervescent tablets. The Pepsi is just fine The ambience is fine and clean. The women aren't exactly friendly We will go to the Olympic site again to talk Service was non-existent because you had to order the food at the counter, after all it was needed The good thing here is the parking space in front of the restaurant and on the street.

Not recommendable. Very rude, unfriendly and arrogant staff (all three ladies who served there) The pizza dough wasn't cooked properly, it still smelled and tasted like yeast, simply unappetizing, according to the motto: get away quickly with the guests, whose €91 is already in the till anyway. We know Pizzahut from other branches, and here they even save a lot on ingredients. . Never this pizzeria again.

The female staff was very unfriendly and bossy. The young man, on the other hand, was very friendly but was probably still new and had since been instructed in the cash register function. The Pizza Hut is very small, but that doesn't bother you as it was never so busy that all the seats were used.

After spending 20 minutes looking for a parking space near Olympia and waiting another 20 minutes for a seat, I chauffeured the family here without further ado. No need to look for a parking space, no waiting for a seat. Nice staff, and no noise like in the Olympia.. and pizza in the usual Pizza Hut quality..

Excellent American pizzas. I can especially recommend the cheesy crust pizzas. You can eat well on site, but you feel a little cramped. But the good quality definitely makes up for it.

Was a bit surprised. It is a self-ordering restaurant. Food is brought to the table. The pizza is relatively greasy, but that's always been the case at Pizza Hut. Staff friendly and eager to provide service. Pizza is freshly served at the counter. Price is too high in my opinion. But it's not the tenant's fault but the Pizza Hut system.

Were here on a Sunday. There was little going on. We got a parking space right in front of the entrance. The ambience and service were fine for a fast food restaurant. The pizzas were juicy and tasty. Had nothing to complain about. You can refill your own drinks at no extra charge.

On Saturday, March 9th, around 3 p.m., my wife, son and I were in this store. The food was mediocre, but the service was really unfriendly, even slightly aggressive at times (especially an older lady, maybe around 55/60 years old). You can still understand problems with understanding the German language, but rudeness and a lack of politeness towards customers are not acceptable. The food was good but the staff was terrible. We ordered 2x dips. The older lady at the checkout probably didn't understand and only charged a dip. When the food came we asked for the second dip. The lady brought us the second dip and started yelling “they already have one!” “You ordered one” and THROPPED the dip on the table. My husband got up to pay and explained that we had ordered two and the wife screamed from the kitchen and continued to complain (also in her local language). Because of a dip for €1.90. The atmosphere is not really very inviting. Everything seems quite dark and uncomfortable. At least I can't really feel comfortable and enjoy myself in there. The outside area isn't exactly inviting either. In my opinion, it's not possible to eat comfortably here. BUT: The staff are consistently friendly and helpful. The pizzas taste very good and were ready quickly. I definitely can't complain about the food ☺️ So it’s recommended 👍

The pizza was good and tastes much better at this location than at the Olympic Park, for example. The delivery was a little late but the food was warm. (and it was also Saturday evening) So far good, but €23.40 for a "large pizza" (with a cheese crust), which would be considered standard for many Italians, is far too expensive. I will no longer order at these prices.

Wird am Wochenende ab 17:30 sehr voll, was sich sowohl beim parken als auch bei den Tischen bemerkbar macht. Trotzdem kam das Essen recht zügig und hat soweit ganz gut geschmeckt.

Essen ist in Ordnung. Leider aber nicht besonders Gastfreundlich. Waren öfters hier und leider fällt jedes mal die "Unfreundlichkeit" auf. Es ist sehr unangenehm, wenn man rein kommt und nicht zurück begrüßt wird, aber wahrgenommen wird. Da es sich offenbar um ein Familienunternehmen handelt, würde ich vorschlagen, Mitarbeiter anzustellen um selbst aufatmen zu können. Menschen die kurz vor dem Blackout sind, haben gestörte Wahrnehmung und machen viele Sachen gar nicht bewusst.

Sehr gutes Essen zu einem angemessenen Preis. Auch das Personal war außergewöhnlich nett. Von den Pizzen bis hinzu den Desserts und Salaten alles super lecker. Nur weiter zu empfehlen.

Türken^ die es nicht richtig machen! Ceaser Dressing mit Wasser gestreckt, es hieß wegen dem Salatwasser? Ha..ha.. An dem Pizzabelegen wird ebenso gespart, Türkin hinter der Theke will mir Höflichkeit beibringen, nachdem ich sie normal auf Augenhöhe darauf aufmerksam gemacht habe... Unverschämtheit! Auf türkisch hat Sie sich im Nachhinein an Gott gewendet um irgendwas für mich zu hoffen?, löst das Problem aber sicher auch nicht. Entweder ihr bietet für das selbe Geld auch die Qualität von Pizza Hut an oder nennt euch anders! Wir können den Laden nicht weiterempfehlen!

Essen ist richtig lecker. So wie man es von Pizza Hut kennt. Service ist auch sehr freundlich.

Pizza Hut etwas anders. Klein mit weniger Auswahl aber trotzdem sehr nettes Personal und angenehmes Ambiente. Essen war Pizza Hut like. Wir waren sehr zufrieden. Ein Bonuspunkt waren noch die ausreichenden Parkplätze direkt vor Ort.

Die Pizzas sind saulecker!!! Fast so wie in USA....halt teurer als die vom Pizzaservice um die Ecke, klar. Halt nicht für jeden Tag. Ist hier wohl ein altes Industriegebäude, hohe Fenster, Betonambiente. Die meisten werden wohl zum Liefern bestellen. Die Toiletten sind etwas fehlgeplant, man kann am Sitzörtchen "bequem" den Kopf an der Tür abstützen....Platz wäre im länglichen Örtchen ja, nur die Schüssel ist falsch platziert! Etwas abseits des Grossstadttrubels, halt im Industriegebiet, dafür etwas ruhiger. War die alternative zum PizzaHut am Stachus.....null Parken....ebenso am Olympiapark, zwar ne Mini-TG, aber voll. Hatte sich beim München-Besuch angeboten, dort zu Essen.

Guter und ruhiger pizza hut in gewohnter Qualität. Wenn man mal Lust auf amerikanische Pizzen bekommt ist man hier richtig . Vorbestellungen per App funktionieren auch einwandfrei.

Die Pizza hat sehr gut geschmeckt, knusprig und nicht zu viel Soße. Die Bedienung war nett. Sauber war es auch. Komme gerne wieder.

Also zu uns war das Personal sehr freundlich und hat uns sogar einen guten Vorschlag gemacht als wir uns nicht entscheiden konnten. Außerdem gibt es nach einmaliger Bezahlung Cola dafür einen Getränke Automaten wo man sich selber öfter frei einfüllen kann.

Pizza Hut Pizza mag man oder mag man nicht. Wir lieben die Cheezy Crust 😍 und bestellen und abholen funktioniert immer super hier 👍🏻. Zu mir sind die Angestellten auch immer freundlich gewesen. Hab beim letzten Mal aber eine ein bisschen unglückliche Situation mit einem anderen Kunden miterlebt. Lautstarke Diskussionen machen hier keinen guten Eindruck. Der Umgang mit schwierigen Situationen ist verbesserungswürdig 😉. Aber wir kommen auf alle Fälle wieder!

Dies Pizza Hut Filiale ist vom Speisenangebot deutlich begrenzter als zum Beispiel die am Olympiapark. Die Pizzen schmecken aber richtig gut - Pizza Hut Standart eben- und der Service ist nett und freundlich. Abzug gibt es für's Ambiente.

Wir hatten 2 Groupon Gutscheine und es gab keine Probleme beim Einlösen. Ambiente, naja, Industriegebiet, aber nicht schlimm. Dieser Pizza Hut ist offiziell kein Restaurant, nur Lieferservice. Aber das Personal ist sehr nett und am Ende saß man gemütlich draußen und es war wie im Restaurant. Pizza in Ordnung, aber trotz Gutscheine sehr teuer, auch Getränke.

Ich konnte die schlechten Bewertungen nicht nachvollziehen, mag Pizza Hut für ab und an generell sehr gern - Laden war Einwandfrei - Einziger Pizza Hut in Raum München wo man sehen kann wie die Pizza Live zubereitet wird. Drinnen ganz ordentlich gepflegt, neue Geräte - freundliche Mitarbeiterin. Von Außen sieht der Laden deutlich "Schlimmer" aus, von Innen typisch Pizza Hut. Kurz vor Ladenschluss Sachen abgeholt, alles tip top Pizza Hut Niveau.

Toll das es jetzt auch einen Pizza Hut außerhalb der Stadt gibt. Wäre das Essen dort nicht so teuer würde ich euch gerne öfter besuchen. Mit den Coupons ist ein Besuch immer wieder eine gute und sehr zufriedenstellende Sache.
