Everything was great! Very friendly and helpful staff. Much more pleasant than the overcrowded Olympic Park :-)

The place is tiny, you have to order at the counter, which is not such a big deal. It's even worse because the pizza dough we got was still spreadable, the cheese was half raw. We didn't get another one, it went back into the oven. I think that's a big mistake! The lasagna bits were delicious, the melts were gone. There is no alcohol at all, which should be announced in advance, covered up on the menu, etc. The café crema was good. Overall, it was a mediocre experience, unfortunately.

The pizza wasn't just burnt and inedible, but the restaurant's reaction was outrageous. As an excuse for the charred pizza, they seriously told me via chat that it only looked that way because "a little tomato sauce had leaked out." This explanation is ridiculous. Stay away!!!

I think this Pizza Hut is perfectly fine. The service was quick and friendly. It's across the street from my ENT doctor, and whenever I'm there, I grab a pizza. The cheesy crust is especially delicious. Parking is a bit scarce because there's a rehabilitation clinic next door.

To be honest, I was a bit hesitant at first because of the many negative comments – but my experience was quite the opposite! I visited the Oberschleißheim branch today and I'm absolutely thrilled! The pizza was simply delicious – fresh, generously topped, and perfectly prepared. The cheese crust was especially amazing. The team was also fantastic: everyone was very friendly, polite, and helpful. You really feel welcome here. I highly recommend this location and will definitely be back! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I come here every now and then when I'm passing through. The food is typically delicious for Pizza Hut. Whether I order by phone or in person, I can't say anything negative about the service :) The only thing that's awful is the parking situation. But there are always people who just don't care about anyone else!

I placed an order online on a Sunday. The order was supposed to arrive in about an hour. I live just one town away. I called after 1.5 hours, but I kept getting disconnected. Sorry, but that's not good service. The order went through because I received the order confirmation. Despite repeated attempts to call, there was no response. Thank you for this great service.

I've eaten there twice in five months. Each time, five of us felt sick afterward, even though we had different dishes. Yesterday we gave the place one last chance and were disappointed again. The place is anything but recommendable. The food also tastes completely different from the usual Pizza Hut classics. It's especially noticeable in the cheese on the pizzas. It's more like plastic. Now that everyone has stomach problems after eating there, they'll never see us again. One star is too many!!

I haven't been to a Pizza Hut in ages. I went there with a colleague for lunch today, and I have to say: I was impressed. The variety of pizzas, the different preparation methods (pan, classic, and others), and the special summer offer really won me over. Rounding it all off was the option to refill your drink more often. They also make really good coffee. Highly recommended.

I got a medium Classic Salami Pizza. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The pizza didn't take long to cook and looked good. Unfortunately, I didn't like the dough. It felt like it needed another couple of minutes. I'll definitely stop by again, though.

We've been coming here about twice a month for over two years, and we're always pleasantly surprised. The pizzas are always delicious and have really good toppings. The price is a bit higher than at other pizza restaurants, of course, but the taste is amazing! And let's not forget the staff! They're very, very nice and do a great job! The ingredients taste fresh, the sauce is tangy, and the cheese has just the right texture – simply perfect. Whether it's classic flavors like Pepperoni Lover's or vegetarian versions – every pizza I've tried so far has been impressive. The wings and pasta dishes are also really good, and the absolute highlight at the end: the cookies with ice cream! You simply have to try them – slightly crispy on the outside, soft and warm on the inside, with a scoop of vanilla ice cream – heavenly! 😍 Special praise for the service: What really blew me away was an experience today: It was just before closing time, and we suddenly had a huge craving for something sweet—specifically, Pizza Hut cookies. I called, hoping it might still be possible, even though it was already late. The employee was incredibly friendly, not at all annoyed (which you might expect at a time like this), but totally helpful. And here's the kicker: He even called me back to make sure the order was correct—where do you get service like that these days?! When we arrived a few minutes later, everything was perfectly prepared and ready for pickup. It was not only delicious, but also a truly wonderful experience. Located on the main street in the industrial area. Nevertheless, the plants and tables create a pleasant atmosphere. Everything inside is quite new. The staff is friendly and attentive. The pizza is very good.

New owner! The restaurant has been renovated and now looks clean and friendly. The pizza tasted very good, crispy, and not too much sauce. The service was friendly. It was clean, too. Now also open Monday to Sunday! I'll be back.

Our favorite is, of course, the Pepperoni Lover Cheesy Crust 😋. There's a lovely outdoor area, but the restaurant is also functionally furnished. My only comment is that the food contact gloves weren't changed when other objects were touched (doorknobs or telephones). We always enjoy coming back. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Pizza as you know it from Pizza Hut We wanted a pizza with a cheese crust, since it's only available in L, we shared it. What I'm just wondering is, what's physically stopping the staff from filling the pizza half and half (even the same price category)? Idleness? This works perfectly in other Pizza Hut branches, but it doesn't work here. Unfortunately, this is not customer-oriented. In addition, the parking situation is bad

Well - it‘s Pizza Hut - it is OK sometimes to eat there. Not the cheapest place though. Pizzas are good but the atmosphere in the restaurant is not quite up to date.

I had lunch here with my colleague. We really wanted to eat the pizza with cheese on the crust again. Since the pizza is only available in size L, we shared it, which is completely sufficient. Very nice operation and service. The ambience could be improved, but the pizza was tasty. The toilets were also clean.

I'm just not happy with this employee because she behaved so arrogantly. And I hope that next time you will listen carefully to the requests.

Food great, staff extremely unfriendly - with sayings like, I don't want children because of that (because one child wrote briefly) Pizza has self-service service, dogs are cuddled and petted in uniform (even though it has something to do with food) We were there twice and you don't need employees like that. If children are not allowed or desired please make it public. You even have to pack the food yourself. I have no idea how you want to retain customers, but definitely not like that.

Worst customer service of all Pizza Hut in Munich. Especially when there are offers, they play very clever and sell other offers and confuse you and then when you ask questions, they end up blaming you even though you clearly communicated what you want at the beginning. When I entered the restaurant, a lady at the counter who was preparing the pizza (she was Turkish, I heard her speaking Turkish) pointed out to me in a very rude and loud tone: “Look at the menu at the front, order at the front.” This Behavior left me with a negative impression and made me feel unwelcome. Friendliness and respectful interaction are crucial for me to feel comfortable in a restaurant. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I had the feeling that this was not the case for you. Such experiences deter customers and can lead to them preferring other restaurants in the future. I hope you take this feedback seriously and take appropriate action to improve the service. And I hope that you won't delete my review this time!

Closed for "wealth" at 8pm. The food is quite good, but the opening times are a complete disaster

The opening times ("We close at 8 p.m.") are... to put it positively... not really customer-friendly. Neither for food in the restaurant nor for pizza service. In addition, my order at 7:45 p.m. was answered with "We're already closed" and only because of my question "But you don't close until 8 p.m.?" And “Yes, I can be there in 10 minutes” was still accepted. When I asked why they weren't open longer, the nonchalant answer was "If you want to order from us, you'll get used to it!" Conclusion: This restaurant doesn't need our sales!
