You wait far too long for your food and the others who come later get their food first

Unfortunately a series of disappointments. 1. The table and bench were completely dirty, even when asked, nothing was cleaned up. 2. Wait 20-25 minutes until the order is even taken or noticed? 3.1 hour wait for a pizza no wonder if they're closing soon. We were looking forward to something new and decided to leave. It's a shame.

Top service duo at the start, he and she were very friendly, they were there quickly, it was moderately busy around 6.30 p.m. Food was brought quickly by the robot. The tables were cleaned quickly and neatly so that new guests could take a seat. Was very happy with everything. I recommend everyone to continue eating there.😊

How can Pizza Hut have won the franchise wars? Insiders know what I mean. Subterranean, overpriced pizza that you had to wait an hour for. The drinks were brought to the table after half an hour, with the note that the pizzas still needed something. You can talk for so long. In my opinion, it was a total impudence that even the espresso on the house didn't make up for. We were in the store at a low-traffic time. Don't want to know how long you have to wait when the store is buzzing. For me the first and last visit to Pizza Hut. Conclusion: If you have too much money, time and want mediocre pizza, this shop is recommended. To everyone else, no, the robots are not cool.

Everything great. The pizzas in Pizza Hut are great anyway and the service here was also great. A small robot, which is very interesting for the little guests, was also added.

I've been to Pizza Hut at the cinema/train station at different times and with both family and friends and I think the price/performance ratio is pretty good. The store is clean and simple and modern, and this also applies to the sanitary rooms. There is a small room for children to play. The service can sometimes be a bit overloaded when there is a lot going on. It is probably difficult to find enough employees these days. But the service is always friendly and committed. In my opinion, the pizzas and side salads are above average and not too expensive either. So far I've only had non-alcoholic drinks. Also ok. The waiting times were rather short for the size of the orders. It's also very good that children get a free children's pizza when an adult orders a main course. There are boxes to take away for any leftover food.

Yesterday we treated ourselves to a pizza there after the cinema. Nice service, very attentive. The pizzas (we had pan) were incredibly tasty. Very tasty dough, enough toppings and the drinks were also very tasty. We didn't wait long. Max. 8 minutes for drinks and starters. We will definitely come back again.

Preferably 0 stars, waited for over 20 minutes and no one came, the store was almost empty. Only when you were about to leave did anyone ever come there again

Not recommended! Delivery took almost 2 hours. Completely overwhelmed there.

Unfortunately I had to give one star for the food. Totally overpriced, cold, not what you ordered and even the robot can't make up for it. The operation is completely emotionless, almost like a robot. Waited an hour for food and were the only guests. Once and not again!!!

Are you serious? First we waited almost 30 minutes for the drinks...then I got a 0.33 from the bottle instead of a large 0.5 pilsner from the tap as ordered...The pizza was cold when it came...probably due to this strange thing Robot definitely had to fully charge first. Our table server was a sweet little one, but that was the only great thing about the store. It was my first time eating at Pizzahut, and probably the last time.

Until recently, on Tuesdays they had all you can eat from 5 p.m. for just under €10 without drinks. The price was ok, even if the pizzas are often very greasy and sometimes really not tasty. Now they want almost €13 without drinks. We prefer to order delicious pizza home. Pizza Hut - Never again

The taste and size of the pizza were great, so I come back to enjoy the delicious pizza here.

Apart from the fact that it is very expensive, we were very satisfied. We are a little older now and my husband was worried that we wouldn't be able to handle the ordering. But the help was very nice. The waiting time was also reasonable and the pizza was delicious. It was brought by a robot, which we found quite funny. You could also sit very well and it wasn't that crowded, so it was very pleasant. The toilets were clean, only towels were missing, but that wasn't so bad given the heat.

More employees need to be hired. The waiting times are ridiculous and the service is completely at its limit. Never again and wouldn't recommend the store.

I went to Pizza Hut at the cinema several times during the week and there was hardly anything going on. So it was very pleasant. I ate in the restaurant with my partner, who is in a wheelchair, and there was plenty of space with the wheelchair. To order you had to go to the cash register, but the food is brought to the table by a service robot. The employees then come over and place the plates on the table. There are refillable drinks such as water, Cola/Cola Zero, Sprite, Fanta, iced peach. There are also a variety of spices at the table and the waiting time is a maximum of 5-10 minutes. All in all, I can highly recommend the Pizza Hut at the train station.

I went to Pizzahut with my friends. The food was very tasty and the employees were very friendly. We sat outside on the terrace and it had more of a restaurant feel. The lemonades were super tasty.

We received a perfect, extremely tasty and well-filled pan pizza and since there were only other sizes available, we got a larger version for the same money, would happily do so again.

Clean, very friendly staff and the food was delicious. Price reasonable considering the quality and portion size.

Unfortunately, these American pizzas are not my thing. I don't know if it's normal that the dough still feels and looks so raw. My girlfriend had a Ceaser Salad that was a disaster for the price.

Nice staff, delicious food, quick delivery to the table, everything in order. Our two dogs were also allowed in and slept under the table.

I think the operating robot in the restaurant is cool, even if it is still a bit error-prone. And I love the pan pizzas and that drinks are offered as refills.

Were there yesterday evening on March 8th. A pizza was ordered that had completely the wrong toppings and even had things on it that were never mentioned. Pizza only half cooked and almost no tomato sauce on it. For €23 I expected something completely different. Any frozen pizza is better.

Very nice service and quick service. The pizzas were very tasty and large. The waiting time was short. Perfect for a visit before the cinema.

It's nice that Pizza Hut has been open again since the end of 2023 after many months of closure. The pizzas may not be for everyone, but I find them very tasty. In terms of price, it's not exactly cheap, apart from the "Pizza Festival" on Tuesday - an all you can eat for 10€, that's really unbeatable! The employees are nice, the service is good and the robot cat is very funny. The interior design is also very successful. Here you can feel comfortable! I'd love to come back. 😊

It's finally open again. Food was very tasty. The fruit fly problem no longer exists. All the employees were very friendly.

I rate it as of 12/2023. So by far the best fast food chain in Hameln. When it comes to ambience, Pizza Hut doesn't have to hide from any restaurant. My pizza cost around €15 and I was absolutely full. Before I spend endless amounts of money at the Golden M etc and then still be hungry...I'd rather go to Pizza Hut for a delicious pizza in the future. Simply great

As it has been for 25 years, Pizza Hut's pizza tastes just as delicious here. It's just not Italian, you should know before you give a review. The prices have always been higher than elsewhere. Chicken Supreme is the best pan for me, then add chilli on top and it tastes nice and fresh. Super nice staff.

Wir waren dort mit unseren 3 Kinder,wurden super nett aufgenommen haben im Spielzimmer den Platz bekommen einfach genial. Die Mitarbeiter sowie der Chef waren sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Die Kids durften sogar den Roboter streicheln der kurzzeitig eine Katze wurde. Im großen und ganzen waren wir sehr zufrieden und kommen definitiv wieder ❤️

Pizza Hut in Hameln…Wow! Pizza sehr lecker, preise etwas gehoben, aber man schmeckt die Liebe und die Mühe. Schmeckt wie komplett selbstgemacht sowohl die Pan als auch die Classic Pizza. Lobenswertes Personal…Sehr junge aber kompetente Leute. Wer das nötige kleingeld hat sollte dem ganzen eine Chance geben.

Food Test bestanden! Service, Preis/Leistung und Qualität überzeugen hier mehr als man erwartet. Sauberes Restaurant, freundlicher Service und ein sehr gutes Ambiente. Die Roboter Katzen sind hier ein echtes Erlebnis, sodass man den Restaurant Besuch nicht mehr so schnell vergisst !

Möge das Fett mit euch sein. Der allseits beliebte Herzinfarkt im Pappkarton hat wieder seine Pforten geöffnet. Hatte Mann vor der Schließung noch mit Katastrophalen Service und Wucherpreisen zu kämpfen, schlägt nun beides Kapital. Die Pizza wird im Ofen anscheinend nochmals durch das Frittenfett gezogen. Das schmeckt zwar erstmal außergewöhnlich, nimmt aber sämtlichen Geschmack. Dazu noch Preise die auf Stadtwerke Niveau sind und Mann hat alles was Mann braucht. Der Service ist super, aber damit war es das dann auch schon.

Endlich mal eine coole Location in Hameln wo man auch gut essen gehen kann! Da können die anderen Restaurants in Hameln noch was lernen ! Gute Musik, tolle Pizza und ausgezeichneter Service !

Wunderschöne großes Ambiente. Sehr gemütlich und romantisch. Ein sehr nettes freundliches Personal Man wird hier schnell und herzlich bedient Der Service ist super und auch hilfsbereit Die Pizza wurde nach einer Bestellung sehr schnell zubereitet und konnte dann auch fix abgeholt werden. Kann ich gerne empfehlen. Hatte einen guten Eindruck und die Tuna Pizza war sehr fluffig und lecker. Die Türen gehen nur schwer auf, zum Glück standen Mitarbeiter beim Eingang und haben dann geholfen beim raus und reingehen 😅

Endlich ist Pizza Hut hier in Hameln zurück und es kehrt wieder ein wenig frischer Wind in den Bahnhof 😍😍😍😍😍😍 Meine Lieblingspizza Cheezy Lovers mit Cheezy Crust ist einfach unverwechselbar!!! Die Qualität und der Service hier sind einzigartig! Was mir besonders gut gefällt ist die Refill Anlage, an dem man sich so oft Getränke nachfüllen kann wie man trinken kann! Ein besonderes Highlight sind die Robo Katzen die die Pizzen an den Tisch bringen ! Danke und weiter so !!!!

Ich kann die negativen Bewertungen nicht nachvollziehen. Wir haben zu Viert vor Ort gegessen und waren sehr zufrieden. Wir mussten nicht lange warten und die Pizza war genauso lecker, wie ich es von Pizza Hut gewohnt bin. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Hat gut geschmeckt, aber 50 Euro für zwei Pizzen 😳. Preis-Leistung ist nicht angemessen. Wir kommen nicht wieder.

Als nicht Pizzaliebhaber eine der besten Pizzen die ich je gegessen habe. Kann die anderen Rezessionen nicht verstehen. Der Laden ist sauber und die Bedienung super nett. Die Bringroboter sind zusätzlich ganz witzig. Die Kids freuen sich.

Das Ambiente ist nett, die Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich und das Essen kam schnell. Der Auflauf mit Nudeln ist sehr zu empfehlen. Alle Zutaten waren frisch. Der Preis ist tatsächlich etwas happig, aber alles in einem gut.

Essen ging so, komischerweise haben die Pizzen (gleicher Belag unterschiedliche Größe) komplett anders geschmeckt. Preis viel zu hoch 👎 Sauberkeit i.O.

Hallo, wo Pizza Hut Neueröffnung hatte in Hameln, war die Pizza genau wie woanders im pizza hut, wie sich das gehört, aber nun habe ich danach noch zweimal probiert, Unterboden ist einfach zu fettig!,nicht üblich für pizza hut!, dass der Boden in Öl schwimmt!,der Chef von pizza hut Hameln muss was machen!, sonst hält sich das nicht lange mit Garantie, ich habe schon in Berlin bei Pizza Hut gegessen und wie auch in München,und Dortmund und in Pizza Hut Kaiserslautern,ich denke mal das sagt alles aus!, viele Grüße von Hameln nach Hessen Oldendorf

Wir waren in einer Gruppe da weil wir wissen wollten, ob die ganzen negativen Bewertungen der Realität entsprechen. So viel vorweg: tun sie nicht! Das Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit. Alles war sauber, sowohl im Restaurant sowie auch auf den Toiletten. Die bestellten Pizzen kamen recht zügig bzw. die Zubereitungszeit erschien angemessen. Es wurden zwar nicht alle Pizzen auf einmal gebracht, aber mit vertretbarem kurzem Abstand. Die Pizzen selber waren gut / lecker. Man darf hier eben keine italienische Steinofenpizza erwarten, ist ein amerikanischer Laden mit amerikanischer Pizza. Entsprechend auch fettiger als vielleicht beim Italiener um die Ecke. Die Pizzabrötchen waren richtig gut, hier lag der Fokus auf Füllung und nicht auf "viel Teig mit wenig Inhalt" wie bei einigen Mitbewerbern. Und Salat hat keiner probiert - dafür fährt / geht man halt nicht zu Pizza Hut... Zum Preis: 20 Euro erscheint erstmal viel. Aber für eine 33cm Pizza (Größe L) dann eigentlich nicht. Bei den Mitbewerbern zahlt man für eine 28cm Pizza mit dünnerem Boden und oftmals weniger Belag auch 15 Euro, wenn es nicht gerade die Magherita ist. Die Getränke gab es übrigens mit Refill-Option. Macht durchaus Sinn wenn man dort als Gruppe fast 3 Stunden sitzt und sich 33cm Pizza reinorgelt. Also die negativen Bewertungen kann ich nicht verstehen. Gibt es noch Optimierungspotential? Bestimmt, wie überall. Ist es teuer? Nicht viel teurer als woanders. In Hameln halten sich auch Burger-Läden, wo der Burger über 10 Euro kostet.

War alles wunderbar. Wir waren zu dritt und alles gut gewesen. Wir kommen wieder.

Essen kam 25 min. später als angekündigt. Hatte extra dazu geschrieben, dass eine einzige Sache nicht auf die Pizza soll, sie war trotzdem drauf, aber der Extrawunsch für den ich bezahlt habe war drauf. Naja.. Es war sehr lecker, Preis/Leistung ok.

Die Pizzen sind sehr lecker. Habe auf eine bestimmte Uhrzeit bestellt und kam sogar nochmal 5 minuten früher, was vollkommen in Ordnung war. Tatsächlich zum regelmäßigen Bestellen etwas zu teuer. Nur sollte man auch mal die Kehrseite der Medaille sehen, ich denke keiner möchte dem Chef seine Kosten haben. Dennoch alles richtig gemacht.

Mein Essen wurde innerhalb von 20 Minuten geliefert und hat sehr lecker geschmeckt!😌👍🏼🤗
