Pizza Hut Darmstadt, Luisenplatz in Darmstadt

Ordered something today on May 6, 2025 at 1:30 p.m. First I was put off and then very loudly told that I still had to wait - in the street sales. Maybe it was even the shift manager! Very rude, even though I've been going here almost weekly for two years now.

I think the pizza at Pizza Hut is the tastiest and best pizza ever.

Pizzas are OK, but the service is the slowest I've ever seen. There was hardly anything going on, but we still waited an hour for food and 30 minutes for dessert. There was no one at the counter either, so you had to wait forever to order. Overall not recommended, I wouldn't come again.

There aren't half the pizzas on the menu, the table is full of cigarette butts and ashes.

I give the wrong orders and they don't even return the money as if it's my fault that they give me something other than what I ordered

If I could I would give 0 stars

Just too expensive 4 half pizzas for 11 euros

Naja Sollte man mal schnell Hunger haben ist es ok dort zu essen ....man sollte aber keine Erwartungen an dieses Fastfood haben.

Extra hingefahren am Mittag, Laden zu. Pizza hat in Deutschland, Vollkatastrophe!!!

The pizzas are delicious as always. The lady at the cash counter (who also serves pizzas) is extremely nice and friendly. It is always to delight to go there because of her :)

Love their pizza , i recommend anyone to stop here and try their pizza
