Pizza Hut in Stuttgart

Good evening, This was best pizza shop in the stuttgart...why this close ? Why pizza hut franchise is not opening this again...I hope this will open again for pizza lovers..

Why is the pizza hut in Stuttgart closed? Does anyone have any information?

Does anyone know what's going on with the branch? Do they still exist?

Unfortunately now closed. It's really a shame that the Pizza Hut franchise somehow doesn't find a foothold in Germany. If you treat yourself to fast food, it's a lot tastier than BK, McDonalds, KFC and whatever they're called.

Update: From 4 to 3 stars because you were standing in front of a locked door at 5:30 p.m. on a Saturday for no apparent reason (no notice). Very tasty pizzas. The cookie dough dessert is also highly recommended. Mixed starters were just average except for the mozzarella sticks.

Seems to be permanently closed, we were there today on October 13th, shortly after 12 p.m., not open without something written on the door or window

I ordered online yesterday, everything is fine and dandy, you think if you can order and it says on the internet that it's open, then you assume that the store is open, but when you go there and you're faced with closed doors and... Nobody answers the phone, it doesn't work at all

Everything that could have gone wrong went wrong. At first we were overlooked by the waiter and had to wait forever for our order to be taken. After we had to change our mind several times because some of the options on the menu were no longer available, we were also given the wrong starter and the broccoli pizza we ordered arrived, after a long wait, without broccoli. Taste “okay”. I won't include the fact that you couldn't pay by card on that day of all days due to a technical defect in my rating. The lemonades were quite tasty though! Nevertheless, all in one, an extremely bad visit! Therefore, unfortunately I cannot recommend Pizza Hut.

We sat down and made our orders. There weren't many customers inside, after us a lot of customers came in. People immediately got their drinks and knives and forks and after a while they also got their food. After about 40 minutes I asked an (Indian) waitress if she could at least bring our drinks, she simply ignored us. Then we asked (Indian) waitress (who took our order) if she could at least bring our drinks, after 10 seconds He comes and says the order note has disappeared. They didn't process our order at all. Apparently there was a lot to do. When we arrived there weren't many customers there. We should order again 😡 service is zero, unfriendly to the point of not being able to do it anymore,

Food is very good, but the staff are the most incompetent people I have ever seen. They don't check anything and always take the order incorrectly. Then you are asked 1000 times after you have ordered what you wanted. The store would be perfect if other employees worked there.

I think a large pizza is more than enough for two people. Perfect for a cheat day when you're craving something greasy and delicious!

I had the worst experience yesterday. I understand it was a Friday, so it was busy. We got a table and waited, but eventually, I had to go ask to place our order because everyone who came after us was being served. When we finally got our food, I had ordered a salad and asked for dressing when I placed my order, but I didn’t receive it. I waited until I managed to wave at a waiter to come to our table. I asked him for the dressing, and he said "OK." I then watched this guy walk around the restaurant, attending to other guests. After waiting a good ten minutes, he realized I was looking at him, so he came over and said, "They said there’s dressing in the salad." I told him to eat the salad and tell me if there was any dressing in it. He walked away, and five or so minutes later, the female manager came over. She was friendly and nice. She asked if there was a problem, so I explained everything to her. She brought vinegar and oil to our table, but at this point, I had already lost my appetite and just wanted to go home. We waited until we finally decided to go pay at the front. That’s when we finally got Abdullah’s attention (the waiter). He asked us, "Cash or card?" I was calm and nice and told him that it’s always good to ask the customer for clarification if he doesn’t understand something, rather than walking off and taking forever to bring the salad dressing. Abdullah and his friend didn’t show any remorse or care at all. They were rude to us and continued chatting and laughing while we were waiting for our bill. My friend had to ask him to hurry up, and that’s when he finally gave us the bill.I explained to him that having to get bad service and wait long for the food and no one was taking our order and his response was “if no one took your order you wouldn’t have ate or got any food” and the waiter friend standing next to him then told him we wait to come to the front to get attention and abdullah responded “well it’s a Friday and it was busy” As we were walking out, Abdullah said, "They’re trying to use race that they got bad service." At that moment, I decided to just walk out and not ruin my night further or give him the attention he wanted. Just because I’m Black and I received bad service doesn’t mean everything has to be blamed on race. I’m allowed to voice my concerns, especially since I’m paying for the service. Anyway, that was my experience at Pizza Hut, and it’s sad because I love Pizza Hut. It’s always been our spot, even back in South Africa.

Half of the drinks offered on the menu were not available: Schwip-Schwap zero and Pepsi Max was supposedly out of stock, so I was forced to take Pepsi Max lime. The pizza with beef salami was so dripping with fat that it was almost inedible. After the meal there was no clearing up and we sat in front of the remnants of the dripping mush. The request to pay was ignored several times. All in all a catastrophe and to ask for a lot of money for this meal is a disgrace! 45€ for 2 people: 1 small Hawaiian pizza, a large pizza with beef salami, 1 small Pepsi and a large Pepsi Max lime... A bunch of staff running around and you had the feeling that no one really had a plan. Definitely never again!

You can do that on a shopping trip; However, prices are in the upper range.

This review pertains to spicy veggie melts. Quick service and very good melts. Loved the crust and the cheese. It is spicy and actually does live up to its name. Good value for money in terms of the quantity. On one occasion, I picked up sour cream dip and on another the marinara sauce dip. For a vegetarian, this is one of the few places I can actually go to and appreciate.

What happened? This store is a disaster. Waited half an hour to order, 30 minutes. Until the pizzas came, then they were still cold. Service was unfriendly, never again. Too bad.

Very, very nice service here. I would recommend it. The girls were very friendly and loving. The food was also really tasty.

Very nice here as always. Service is top!! Of course there are sometimes days when it's full and the orders take longer than usual, but please!! That's normal in a restaurant, so I don't understand all these negative comments.

Pizza Hut used to be one of my favorite restaurants until I saw a rat running around the kitchen on my last visit. I was just about to go to the toilet when I walked past the kitchen. Since this incident, I have not set foot in this store.

I bought Chicken supreme cheesy crust. Never again. The pizza was burnt,there was no chicken only vegetables. If I was a vegetarian I wouldn't have ordered Chicken.... Bad bad bad.

Cutlery dirty, toilets clogged and disfigured, sinks clogged. Eating is perfectly fine if you don't have to go to the sanitary facilities beforehand.

Good evening, I love this pizza hut food and service...I visited too often in this pizza hut with family...pizza was too much tasty and fresh ...The all food was swerve by one girl name Miss Kaur...She was too much friendly and nice with every guest...she welcomed us with smiling face...my children liked her behavior too much...All was perfect...we wanted to visited again and again...

Das Essen war sehr gut. Eine tolle "Pizza Hut-Pizza", wie ich sie in Erinnerung hatte, als ich vor Jahren in anderen Ländern eine Pizza von Pizza Hout gegessen hatte. Die Pizza war schnell vorbereitet und schmeckte köstlich. Der Caesar-Salat war auch sehr gut. Das klimatisierte Zimmer und das saubere, angenehm dunkel dekorierte Raum machten unseren Aufenthalt noch besser. Besonders loben möchte ich Frau Gagadeep Kaup, die uns bedient hat. Sie war immer freundlich und reagierte flexibel auf unsere Wünsche. Meine Tochter meinte, wir sollten wiederkommen.

This pizza hut is very neat and tidy. Something went wrong with our order, so after more than 40 minutes we went to ask if the pizza was still coming😂 The service indicated that a mistake had been made and the pizza was now being made, very annoying of course, but not a world disaster. It was immediately reported that the pizza is on the house for the inconvenience!! This was not necessary, but it does radiate service! The pizza was delicious, definitely recommended!!

I have had Pizza Hut before, so I know it's greasy, but sometimes hits the spot. So I went there to curb my craving. When I got in, I stood at the "to be seated area" and waited. A waitress came up to me, said hello and grabbed a menu. So I assumed I was to follow her. Half way I realized she took a menu, picked up two guests who were already sitting and moved them to a new table. Ok, confusing but my bad. I got back to the "to be seated" sign. Then she came up, looked at me without a hello and went "how many?" I said it's just me, so she motioned at two tables in the front and said I could sit at either. I did so, but realized she didn't follow me with a menu, but seated the couple behind me. So I sat at my table, waiting for a menu. 10 minutes passed. The waitress passed me one, her colleague passed me 4 times. So I got up and got my own menu when the waiters were all chatting in the kitchen. I choose my food and started to look around. All the waiters who passed always looked straight to the floor. Also a lot of tables were sitting without drinks oder cards. Just empty tables in front of them. After another 10 minutes I just got up and left. Went to a burger joint around the corner, where I got a whole set for the price of one Pizza Hut pizza.

Bottom drawer.. we waited almost 1 hour for the food, then the pizzas arrived cold.. I think new operators.. never again.. Thank you! Of course there was no tip for something like that.. we spent almost €50..

Despite mentioning it several times, you get the wrong size.

We ordered take away food, after 1 minute we changed our mind and wanted to seat and a very rude waiter said it was no possible, we wanted to pay for the possibility and he denied us the possibility to seat even if the place was almost empty.

There were two of us on a Monday evening and we ordered the Sunshine Special menu to share, it was very worth it, it tasted great, the food came quickly and the conditions were very friendly and competent. The price is unbeatable, will definitely come here again! Garlic bread - love forever.

Pizza was overly greasy and the drinks were overly sugary and the service was extremely bad and took a long time

I was just here for a take away. They made me wait 45 minutes during which I asked twice if it was ready. I waited and then in the end she tells me, my pizza has been ready for half an hour and it was completely cold. I just ordered one small pizza. I paid 10 euros for a pizza which at the end tasted like cardboard. Extremely disappointed.

Waiting time too long for a standard pizza

I am very pleased. Everything around was really great👍🏼. Would come here again and eat with friends. Music is very pleasant and fits the concept.

We ordered pizza for my daughter to eat at home, and after waiting for 20-25 minutes at their outside table, our order arrived. When we changed our mind and wanted to eat the pizza at their outside table instead of at home, you cannot sit here and eat it. A business where we are suddenly removed from the table just because you ordered takeaway is a complete disgrace.

It was better and cheaper. Service is nice, but not attentive enough. Food was so-so!

I recently visited Pizza Hut and had the pleasure of trying their Veggie Cheezy Pizza. It was absolutely delightful! The crust was perfectly crispy, and the generous toppings of fresh vegetables combined with the melty, flavorful cheese made for a truly satisfying meal. Delicious pizza, unfortunately very greasy. Unfortunately there is no lunch menu. A bottle of water costs €7. Very expensive. The service didn't speak German fluently, but was friendly.

Disgusting, careless service, dirty. The waiter who served us, a guy 20-23 years old, cheated with the change, covering the coins with his hand and not giving it in full, hoping that no one saw it, disgusting and low!

Well, what can you say, so there seemed to be a lack of staff yesterday, for example? not lacking, but an absolute catastrophe when it came to coordination... you didn't really know who to turn to because the staff changed positions every few minutes. Waited at the entrance for 5 minutes without lying until someone came. Sitting down at the table, a full 20 minutes passed before someone came. The order was taken and the food took forever. Food itself was great as I'm used to from Pizza Hut. Asking if you could pack it up and please pay straight away was no problem, they said. Employees stood at the entrance and just stood there. 10 minutes later someone else asked if he could please pack it up for us, which happened quickly. The store is good, the food is great but the staff, with all due respect, is completely haphazard... If you can get it under control, then you'll be happy to do it again.

Typical American pizza! Anyone who has been to America and eaten pizzas there knows what I'm talking about. 🫶🏼 many people have no idea what an American pizza is, it has to be greasy. I think the fact that the people below are giving a star because they aren't allowed to waste away in the toilets for free is really shameful and has no place here. Anyone who brings someone else's food to a restaurant or a kebab and demands to eat it in a restaurant has not had any upbringing from their parents and is probably in the lowest salary bracket living in Germany. All I can say is keep it up! That's not right!

I went to the toilet urgently. Before ordering, the waitress called after me. To see if you gave Sivaris? I said no, I have to go to the toilet first. He said it was forbidden. After many years back at Pizza Hut. Pizza tastes good but it's damn expensive. 15€ for a small pizza in the pan is very steep.

I recently visited Pizza Hut with some friends and had a fantastic time. The pizza was delicious, with the perfect balance of crispy crust and flavorful toppings. And our service was really good but miss Gagandeep kaur was really nice and polite...she explained us everything about menu..Overall, we enjoyed a lot, and the friendly atmosphere made our dining experience even better. Highly recommend for a fun outing with friends!

Today I was there at around 5 p.m. My wife and I were there. There was someone I can never forget. I've never seen such nice service. His name was Ali. He greeted us nicely and explained the pizza to us and what was available without him saying anything Look at the map I think it's very good that you love your work and value it. We visited this Pizza Hut from the UK. It was an overall nice experience. The food was great. The pizza dough was better here as compared to the UK. The salad was also fresh. The service girl miss Gangandeep kaur was excellent. She took her time to explain the menu and offered great suggestions. Would definitely visit again.

Pizza and chicken sticks were very good. We ordered ice cream at the end, the portion was really big for very reasonable preis. The service from the girl named “Kaur” was great as well! Would recommend. Hint: tell them to bring you tabasco and chilli flakes ;)

Ich kann nur Chaos sagen. Die Mitarbeiter bemühen sich wirklich, allerdings herrscht Chaos. Tische werden nicht rechtzeitig abgeräumt, Essen kommt versetzt, kalt oder gar nicht. Am Nachbartisch mussten sie 30 Minuten auf das Trinken warten, nachdem schon 2x nachgefragt wurde. Ein wunder das der Laden so voll war.
