Pizza Home-Service in München

I ordered a pizza that was as thick as a sheet of paper. 32cm cost me just under €16. The service was very nice but unfortunately the pizza I ordered was terrible.

Well, that was nothing, I ordered a pizza mozzarella and a Venezia, do you have a new chef? The mozzarella is regular with tomato slices and basil. Okay, basil was completely missing, and there were five tomato slices cut into quarters, lukewarm, tasteless. No, not like that anymore. The driver was friendly

Very good pizzas at a fair price, always happy

Unfortunately always disappointing. The pizzas almost always come late, the staff is unfriendly and disrespectful. In addition, the pizzas taste different every time than they should actually taste - sometimes too dry, sometimes too soggy, sometimes poorly topped. Customer service doesn't seem to be a priority here. The boss should urgently work on training his team better and ensuring friendlier interaction and consistent quality. Unfortunately I cannot recommend this location.
