The woman on the phone was very unfriendly, the food took over an hour to get to us. The food was very soggy and cold.

I ordered a pizza that was ok but the tiramisù was disgusting I think expired

Today we spontaneously decided on pizza. Quality, service and friendliness as always, so 5 stars plus :-)

I am originally from England and I was heading towards kosova when we then made the stop to see our uncles in Germany at grobenzell, I went to this place twice, one time when I visted my uncles and the other when i was heading to kosova, the food here was amazing, friendly staff as we didn’t speak German they helped us what to order, would definitely recommend to anyone thinking about ordering here and when I’m back in Germany I will be going here again!

Private dishes and barbecue. The taste is very authentic. This restaurant does not have a Chinese menu. Just call to make a reservation and you can eat what you want. Or you can order your own food and the boss will buy it and cook it freshly.

I have been a loyal customer at Pizza Fantastico for over 15 years and have always been very satisfied with the service and the food. Ordering over the phone is always quick, friendly and hassle-free and delivery is usually quicker than stated. The food (I usually order pizza and salad) is always delicious and leaves you wanting more. I hope that Pizza Fantastico will stay with us for a long time and look forward to the next 15 years ;-)

Ordered via Lieferando. In total for 24.70 euros. The order was confirmed via email, then a call came that delivery to Aubing would only be possible from 35 euros. The order was subsequently canceled. There is no reference to this minimum order value on Lieferando. Too bad. Update from July 8th, 2024: sad: Now mom is threatening me with a lawyer. My postcode is 81245, the area ends at the A99. Have fun suing, I have legal protection insurance. If I entered my address and the order was confirmed by the system, you simply did not honor your delivery contract. I could have also insisted on the fulfillment of the contract, so you got off well.

Incredibly nice staff and very, very good food. There's really nothing to complain about, everything is great here!!! Both delivery and on-site, the food is always fresh and warm. I can't understand the bad reviews!!!

The pizzas are very tasty and the staff is very friendly. There is a pleasant atmosphere and the food never disappoints.

Pizza and pasta were ok, nothing special. This is more of a pizza delivery place than a stand. Collection is possible, but not recommended on site. Quite uncomfortable there and no seating inside, but there are 3 small tables on the terrace.

Imagine you are at the outside tables when the weather is nice. The food is okay, the prices are reasonable. When you pay you charge a 100% surcharge on the drinks. No joke!!! Apparently the prices on the menu were the prices upon delivery. Absolute rip-off. With 9 guests a nice additional income. Maybe a bad day? No suitable communication? If you read the other comments, things come full circle

I actually always order tortellini with mushroom cream sauce and a small cup of Belgian chocolate ice cream from Pizza Fantastico. No delivery service makes this so delicious. In addition, a very attractive, friendly and courteous young man has been working there as a delivery person for a few months. The woman likes to order because of the delivery person 🙈 That's why every Friday lunchtime since then 🤗

Pizza was smaller than stated, was okayish. Aglio e olio would have liked to see oil.

I ordered a Cordon Bleu here. The food was really tasty. The crowd was surprisingly large. There were even two small Cordon Bleu in the box. The fries were not salted, but there was extra salt. What didn't work online with Lieferando worked very well over the phone. Very nice and friendly staff. Can fully recommend this delivery service I would be happy to order here again

So I don't understand all the bad reviews here. Food tastes great and the people are super nice to you. I think the expression fits here: “as you scream into the forest, it comes back”. If you order here and expect to get food from Gordon Ramsay, then you clearly have no idea about the system of ordering food. I will continue to order here, eat the food and enjoy it! PS: My recommendation: Pizza Hollandaise

I wanted to order here today via Lieferando, but the delivery was canceled. The inquiry in the restaurant revealed that 6 (!!!) years ago a family member ordered to my address and, according to the employee on the phone, was put on the 'black list'. So now, 6 years later, I can't order because there were problems with someone in my household at the time?!? Lt. Back then, my sister was delivered completely wrong food in a catastrophic condition and she was cheekily insulted when she complained, so apparently the fault wasn't even on her/our part!!! And instead of being happy that I wanted to give the restaurant a second chance, the entire address/family is now not allowed to order anything anymore?!? My phone call today definitely confirms my sister's stories about kindness... Service desert Germany!!! Definitely NOT recommended!!! As a side note, the competition's food tasted great!!!

Anyone who does everything doesn't do anything really well. I don't need or want a pizzeria that offers currywurst and basmati rice (just as two off-topic examples). A friend ordered there for a TV evening. It was friendly so far, it even worked within a reasonable amount of time - but it wasn't worth the effort. The dough wasn't great, the sauce wasn't well seasoned and the topping was rather cheap. It's better to spend a few euros more and get a decent pizza from a real Italian restaurant that doesn't make currywurst, burgers, potato wedges, schnitzel, rice and whatnot and where you can almost be sure that it's either poor and/or frozen food is...

We came to Pizza Fantastico by chance and we are all from Pakistan. We ordered two different pizzas, both of which were top top top. Taste supper dupper.

Food very tasty, service very nice, would be happy to come again at any time. Prices also very good for this area!!!

Habe zu einem Kumpel bestellt und hatte versehentlich noch den Namen eines komplett anderen Kumpels auf Lieferando eingespeichert. Das führte zu dem wohl verwirrendsten Telefonat ever, als auch noch ein komplett anderer Kumpel an die gleiche Adresse bestellte. Ich habe dann über sein Handy mit der Dame gesprochen und die Angelegenheit obwohl ich verkatert bin zu einer Klärung führen können. Es war mir ein inneres Blumenpflücken. Salat und Pizza waren lecker und ca. in einer halben Stunde da. 👌🏻

So sieht keine frische Pizza Salami aus. Calzone war soweit ok aber werde ich auch nicht noch einmal bestellen.

Das Pizzabrot war sehr dunkel und trocken.

Wir hatten hier lange Zeit unsere Pizza bestellt, aber die Qualität hat unseres Erachtens nachgelassen. Es ist mittlerweile Standard-Qualität geworden, wie man sie bei jedem beliebigen Lieferdienst findet, der zig Sachen im Angebot hat. Es gibt in Gröbenzell und Umgebung einige Pizzerien, die wesentlich besseres italienisches Essen anbieten. Das Personal war beim Abholen auch schonmal freundlicher, das Ambiente vor Ort weilt nicht zum bleiben ein, aber man ist ja bei einem Lieferdienst, wenn man abholt, auch nach zwei Minuten wieder draußen.

Die Bürger sind schrecklich Fleisch ist hart wie Stein kannst jemanden erschlagen damit. Pizza ist gut Fahrer sind freundlich

Sehr schönes Bad mit allem was die Familie braucht , große Bade und Schwimmbecken, Kinder fühlen sich hier auch wohl, sehr sauber , schattige Bereiche und viel Platz, Parken ist frei !

We ordered 2 pizza, one for my husband and I, and one for our kids. We all enjoyed a lot. We love the Pizza here! Actually this is not our first time get pizza here, and of course will come back again. Really worth for the money and strongly recommend!

Ich liebe die Pizza Rouladen mit dem Kräuter Dip! War nach 20 Minuten bei mir, Gratis Getränk auch dabei

Bestellt habe ich eine Pizza mit 32cm Durchmesser, geliefert wurden 28cm mit der Erklärung, dass das Blech auf dem gebacken wird lediglich 32cm hat. Da dieses nicht weiter erläutert wird und normalerweise der Durchmesser der Pizza angegeben wird sehe ich dieses als Irreführung an den Kunden. Eine 32cm hat schließlich 803,84 cm² cm Fläche und eine 28cm hat nur 615,44 cm² Fläche (A=Pi x R²). Das bedeutet man bekommt ca 25% weniger als man gezahlt hat. 4cm kleiner als angegeben ist schon sehr extrem auf die Gesamtfläche bezogen, auch wenn vorbereitete Teigkugeln immer das gleiche Gewicht haben. Hier sollte unbedingt im Flyer oder im Internet drauf hingewiesen werden. Geschmacklich ist die Pizza ok.

Bestellt wurde eine Salami Pizza und ein Tiramisu. Katastrophe!! Die Pizza war total trocken, der Tiramisu viel zu feucht. Bei den Preisen eine absolute Frechheit. 2 Sterne, weil die Lieferung pünktlich war

Meiner Meinung nach de beste Pizza-lieferdienst in Gröbenzell zur Zeit. Günstig, schnell und unkompliziert. Auch bestellen über Lieferando ist einfach möglich. Die Pizzen sind qualitativ super und nicht zu teuer. Die asiatischen Gerichte kann ich auch empfehlen. Sehr lecker aber halt aus der TK. Es gibt Selbstabholerrabatt und wenn man noch Kleinigkeiten braucht wie Cola oder Zigaretten gibt es die auch vor Ort.

Habe sehr gut gegessen, freundliche Bedingung und günstige Preise, Haben gemütlich mit Hund in dem kleinen Biergarten die Abendstimmung genossen.

Die Pizza Teufel ist wirklich sehr lecker, jedoch gibt es bei manchen anderen Pizzen noch etwas Luft nach oben. Lohnt sich jedoch trotzdem:)

Wir haben eine Pizza 4 Jahreszeiten abgeholt. Der Service hat prima geklappt, war auch sehr freundlich.Und die Pizza...einfach wunderbar!!! Der Teig schön dünn und sehr reichlich belegt. Wir werden 100% wieder was bestellen.

Optisch noch ein China-Restaurant. Mit Lieferservice. Man kann aber auch dort essen, ca. 12 Sitzplätze. Die Pizza ist die landläufig in Deutschland akzeptierte weiche Fladenpizza mit Belag. Drei Sterne für 2,6.

Die Speisen waren lecker und geht relativ schnell um was zu essen und trinken kann man es auch gleich essen im Laden sehr gemütlich man spart sich denn Müll

Habe angerufen um mich nach dem Preis einer Pizza zu erkundigen. Nach einem kurzen Gespräch wurde ich direkt blöd angemacht das sie keine Auskunft seien und ich einfach vorbei kommen soll. Als ich dann ankam und die pizza entgegen nahm und sie dort essen wollte wurde ich erneut angemacht. Pizza war trotzdem lecker aber an diesem unfreundlichen service solltet ihr arbeiten

Das Essen ist echt gut für einen Lieferservice. Vor allem von den Pizzaröllchen bin ich ein Fan. Nichts besonderes, aber eigentlich immer ganz gut. Was aber wirklich traurig ist, dass man teilweise übelst angeschnauzt wird. Ich habe einmal am Telefon bestellt und beim abholen es gewagt mit Karte zahlen zu wollen. Da wurde ich angemault ich solle das doch am Telefon vorher sagen, sonst darf man eigentlich nur bar zahlen, bla bla bla. Sorry, woher hätte ich das wissen sollen. Es war ja nicht so, dass man mir das am Telefon gesagt hätte. Generell oft einfach echt lustlose, genervte Behandlung dort. Sorry, aber das ist einfach so nicht in Ordnung und wirklich schade.

Viel zu teure Preise, unhöflicher Service und lieber nicht vor Ort essen. Pizza war dennoch geschmacklich gut.
