Pizza Caldo Heidenheim in Heidenheim an der Brenz

Total rip-off, never again. I ordered four pizzas with colleagues. According to the website, it came to exactly €40. When the pizza arrived, the driver wanted €60, which is €15 per pizza. I called the pizzeria directly. The manager on the phone (with very poor German) said they had new prices and that we'd get a free pizza on our next order, which I find outrageous. 1 star is too much; simply not recommended. The toppings were OK, but the dough was terrible; it has absolutely nothing to do with pizza dough. Every pizzeria in the area does much better and, above all, much cheaper. I think it's a shame there's no aptitude test for the restaurant industry.

The Caldo pizza shop not only offers delicious pizza, but also outstanding customer service. The staff and boss are extremely friendly and accommodating, which makes the overall experience very pleasant. The quality of the pizza is always excellent. The combination of great taste and outstanding service makes it easy to *tip*. Caldo is definitely a place where I like to go again and again to enjoy the delicious food and the warm atmosphere.

My pizza was the wrong one and my friend's pasta had cheese even though the menu didn't mention cheese. If he hadn't noticed that there was cheese in there, he would spend the next few days in the hospital or maybe even worse. The employees responded to complaints in a rude and disrespectful manner. My conclusion: I'll NEVER ORDER FROM THIS AGAIN!!!!!!!!!

Geschmacklich gut, aber eine Verspätung von knapp 40 Minuten, an einem Mittwoch bei 60 min angekündigter Lieferzeit, ist schon echt unannehmbar.

Haben gestern Abend zum zweiten Mal bestellt muss sagen das erste Mal war es besser die Pizza war super aber das Schnitzel von meinem Mann war sehr trocken und die steinpilz sosse war auch nicht ideal bin am überlegen das nächste Mal wieder woanders zu bestellen

Haben heute für 5 Personen Essen bestellt... Die Pastas waren super, die Pommes und Cheeseburger waren sehr lecker genau wie das Pizzabrot. Mega weiter so👍

Bestelle mittlerweile regelmäßig bei Caldo. Essen 5 Sterne Lieferung 5 Sterne Service 5 Sterne. Preise 5 Sterne Die Fahrer sind mega freundlich und das Essen kommt auch warm/heiß an. Danke

Hab dort bestellt es kam so heiß an schöner Salat die Verpackung auch gut ich würde den laden 100 Prozent empfehlen besser als dieser b19 laden

Guten Tag, Die Speisen wurden Zeitlich passend geliefert, auch geschmacklich war es in Ordnung. Die Pizza schmeckte ein wenig versalzen. Jedoch waren zwei Coca-Cola bereits angebrochen was echt nicht sein darf.!!!!

Sauber. Vor fast einer Stunde per Lieferando eine Bestellung aufgegeben. Nun kam von Lieferando die Meldung "von Caldo storniert". Kein Anruf oder Benachrichtigung von Caldo selbst. War dort die längste Zeit Kunde. Unverschämtheit sowas.

Leckere gut belegte Pizza genau wie bestellt und in der gewünschten Zeit geliefert.

Habe gestern zum ersten Mal bestellt. Leider hat der Salat überhaupt nicht geschmeckt, obwohl ich finde das man da nicht viel falsch machen kann. Ausserdem hat die Calzone sehr nach Teig geschmeckt und sehr wässrig..
