Always too late. Something wrong is always delivered.

I actually always enjoyed ordering from Pizza Cab. Food was always hot and tasty and there was a 15% discount via the app. I previously ordered via the new app, which is super confusing! Unfortunately I paid via PayPal. Since my food still hasn't arrived after 1.5 hours of ordering, I found out that the shop isn't open today. No information about this on the site... Now I have to make sure I get my money back. I won't order here again!!

Wait 4 hours. Never again Cap pizza wuppertal, I would also advise everyone else.

Got something else as ordered and when asked it was said that the ingredients for the ordered product were no longer there....

Order for delivery was simply canceled after over half an hour without giving any reason. This was definitely the last order there!!!

We liked ordering there back then, but you always had to wait between 1-2 hours for the food. The selection was large, but the quality of the food was just okay. Today we ordered there again after a long time and, as expected, we waited a long time for the food. The selection seems smaller than back then, but that's okay. The pizza rolls we ordered were disappointing; only half was filled, and half the box was empty for both pizza rolls. In addition, the hollandaise sauce was missing from my pizza rolls, even though it was supposed to be there. My friend's bowl was also missing some toppings. Because of this experience, we won't be ordering there again for the time being, and we don't recommend it to anyone.

Pizza rolls with kebab meat, onions and cheese were ordered. Plus a chocolate soufflé. Only the pizza rolls were delivered. Which unfortunately contained more onions than meat or cheese. The aiolidip and chocolate soufflé that we ordered were not delivered. Instead of the chocolate soufflé, they wanted to offer me spaghetti ice cream, which costs 1.30 euros in a pack of three at Aldi. I politely declined. After a long time of writing and making phone calls to Lieferando, I unfortunately still haven't received the money for the soufflé from Dip. I will therefore contact Lieferando again. I can only advise against this restaurant. There have often been problems with delivery. But in my opinion, you don't even get the money back for the thing that wasn't delivered and the stress and having to chase after it.

Disappointing.. First there was a 1 hour delay then instead of a burger menu only the burger "XXL" was delivered which was as small as a hamburger from Burger King.

Saturday afternoon at 12:10 p.m. I'm standing in front of a locked door, no one can be reached by phone. A pity…

Unfortunately, our favorite store has deteriorated so much that we ordered for the last time today. Drinks were always wrong, the sauces were too salty or even topped incorrectly. Today I ordered a buddha bowl and got it without chickpeas and edamame, but with jalapeno. I called. The service was great! A solution was immediately suggested to me. Unfortunately the edamame didn't arrive... but kidney beans with chickpeas! That was an absolute no go! If it says edamame beans, then please use those and no kidney beans! The schnitzels were now just these chicken strips and no more schnitzels... a shame... we would have liked to order there! Unfortunately that was it :/

Grottoes bad 45 minutes become 75. But I probably left on time. Otherwise the temperature of the pizza, which is around 20 degrees, is not explained.

Food is ok and tasty. Unfortunately, the delivery time has now become terribly long. Waiting up to two hours has become standard practice. That's why I won't order from there anymore. Especially since there are two restaurants at the same address with the same suppliers. I found it strange. Maybe a bit taken over with two restaurants and therefore long waiting times.

Catastrophe!!!!! I ordered a potato casserole, which was 2 large potatoes, cut with sauce. Requested to be served not included. Potatoes weren't there. To top it all off, the food was taken away from me and brought back cold after 10 minutes because they didn't have any change. They thought about something to eat twice ordering saw that I waited for over an hour I never write a review but that's not possible!!!!

It's a shame this time it wasn't good at all. It took over 1½ hours for the food to arrive. It wasn't hot anymore, just lukewarm. 😣👎

It was a very long wait and the same bad reason every time! Eating like that, mostly bad. They won't survive the year 24, I wonder how there can still be waiting times.

Picked up food, tastes very good 👍!

Wir haben Jägerschnitzel, Mozzarellasticks, Pizzabrötchen, einen Wrap und Pommes bestellt. Das Schnitzel kam in mehreren kleinen Stücken an, die Jägersauce hatte nicht einen Pilz. Statt der Mozzarellasticks kamen Zwiebelnringe. Die Pizzabrötchen waren geschmacklich in Ordnung, aber viel zu käsig. Der Wrap war geschmacklich gut, konnte man aber kaum essen, weil er sehr umständlich gewickelt war (auch sehr teuer für das, was man bekommt). Pommes zwar warm, aber wenig gesalzen und etwas labberig. Wir haben 1.25h gewartet (Lieferando Schätzung 30min) und eine Soße wurde vergessen.

Wir haben über Lieferando unser Essen bestellt und kriegen teilweise was komplett anderes. Außerdem sind dort die Chicken Wings ungenießbar. Wir waren mal mit Pizza Cab sehr zufrieden aber jetzt haben die sowas von nachgelassen sehr,sehr schade.

Essen nicht immer komplett so wie es bei liferando steht und die Lieferung war bisher auch nie komplett es hat immer was gefehlt oder war immer irgend wie was anderes

Like many others here, I can only confirm that if you have a lot of time you can order here. Unfortunately ordered several times with always the same problem, but.... At least different excuses. P.S. My mom cooked kale faster than you can deliver pizza. Shameeeeeeeeeeeeead. Definitely not a recommendation to order. NOPE

Easy to order, delivery unfortunately came later than the requested date (but within limits), nice driver, the food we ordered was hot and delicious 😋. I would happily order there again.

- Nach einer Stunde wurden wir angerufen, ob eine Zutat auf der Pizza gegen eine andere getauscht werden kann, soweit so gut und kein Problem. Am Telefon wurde uns als Entschädigung der langen Wartezeit ein Getränk versprochen. - Nach weiteren 40 Minuten kam dann unser Essen, sodass wir 100 Minuten gewartet haben. Trotz Sonntag Abend meiner Meinung nach viel zu lange. - Das Getränk kam nicht bei uns an. Auf Nachfrage bei dem Fahrer kam nur ein „Ne“ und er hat sich umgedreht und ist gegangen. Eine Entschuldigung für die lange Wartezeit kam auch nicht, obwohl sogar das Getränk angesprochen wurde. - Was man sagen muss, das Essen war gut. Trotzdem eine unschöne Erfahrung und man muss sich überlegen, ob man dort noch mal bestellen möchte.

Der typ war voll cool, ich hab das essen vergessen der hat mich gerufen. Der hat mich nicht abgezogen

Das Essen dort ist top. Außerdem wird man sehr gut behandelt und schnell bedient. Man wird sogar besser als in einem Restaurant bedient. Sehr nette Mitarbeiter! Ich empfehle Pizza Cab definitiv. Das war aufjedenfall nicht unser letzter Besuch.

Absolute Empfehlung Hier sind Profis am Werk. Von der telefonischen Bestellannahme bis zur Lieferung alles perfekt. Freundlichkeit wird bei Pizza Cab ganz groß geschrieben. Auch bei meiner Reklamation, die meine eigene Schuld war, wurde freundlich, schnell und professionell agiert. Sonderwünsche werden freundlich und professionell umgesetzt. Das Essen wird in kurzer Zeit, freundlich, heiss und lecker geliefert. Die Qualität der Zutaten ist für einen Lieferservice außerordentlich gut. Pizza Cab wird mir noch oft meinen Nachtdienst versüßen. Herzlichen Dank aus der Nachbarschaft für Euren Service.

Moin,moin Ich bestelle schon seit geraumer Zeit bei Pizza Cab Wuppertal. Allerdings kaum Pizza oder Pasta. Daumen hoch auf jeden Fall für Schnitzel , Cold Slow Salad, Pizza Brötchen, und Gyros komplett. Die Lieferung erfolgte bis her bis auf einmal innerhalb des angegebenen Zeitfenster und war auch noch warm

Pizza war ganz okay, kam nur kalt an. Pommes war dagegen nicht gut, schmeckte leider als wären sie vom Vortag.

Bin eben vorbei gegangen sehr nettes Personal und dazu guten Essen, Danke👍

Wir haben schon viel von dort Probiert, egal ob Pizza, Pizzabrötchen, Pommes oder Schnitzel, alles mega Lecker und immer heiss geliefert! Zudem werden Anmerkungen zur Bestellung so gut wie immer beachtet!

Am Anfang war das Restaurant gut die Pizzen waren vom Teig her dünn und sehr gut belegt. Die letzten beiden Male war es gar nicht gut. Das Essen war zwar schnell da aber auf der Pizza war mehr Käse als alles andere. Scheinbar ist der Pizzabäcker jetzt jemand anders. Schade Lieferzeiten sind hier auch sehr unterschiedlich mal sind es 30 Minuten mal sind es 2,5 Stunden.

Man wartet manchmal schon lange aufs Essen. Aber trotzdem bestellen wir gerne dort weil es einfach mega lecker dort schmeckt
