Waited 2 hours for pizza, called 4 times and no one picked up

Absolute impudence, food came 20 minutes later, food was as cold as it had been the night before and the driving was absolutely lazy

I'm really very disappointed because I was hoping there would still be friendly staff but unfortunately that wasn't the case!!!! 1. After he arrived and rang the bell for so long, I told him that even a short ring would suffice. He rolled his eyes and I said that the bell was so loud. I don't understand the QUESTION why you have to roll your eyes, but that's okay 2. It's not a given to leave a tip, it's still up to me and not him. I then decided to run after him and claim my money. At the same time he said everything was ok? The ability to take criticism is zero and we practice being friendly again CONCLUSION: I won't be ordering there anymore!!!

As always, very tasty and nice service. I have also ordered several times for pickup, they are very polite and the prices are good 👍.

I will never order here again. The pizza was quite good, but the delivery time of more than 2 hours was inadequate. The icing on the cake: the order was marked as delivered in the Lieferando app after 45 minutes. This seems as if you want to keep the average delivery time low, even if you can't achieve it. I would like to see more honesty here.
