Pizza Boys in Hagen

Honestly, I'm absolutely annoyed about what happened today. I was clearly told that the pizza would take 20 minutes to arrive if I picked it up. No mention of any delays or the kitchen being overloaded – nothing! So I deliberately ordered the pizza for pickup because I had visitors at home and we wanted to eat together. I left early because I assumed everything would be ready in time. And what happened? I ended up standing in the store for over an hour – in total, I waited a full hour and a half before I could finally take my food! That's not only unprofessional, it's simply a disgrace. If I'd known this was going to happen, I would have saved myself the hassle and ordered from somewhere else. It can't be that a pickup involves more waiting time than a regular delivery! I'm really disappointed – especially because I've always enjoyed ordering from you. But after this experience, I'm certain: This was the last time. I do not accept this kind of treatment of customers.

I haven't even gotten around to ordering from you. I've been on your website for almost 10 minutes trying to figure out how to order - but it doesn't work!!!!!! In the past, you would just call, order, and that's it. Since I don't know what your pizza tastes like, this is one star for your website. Despite having a profile, there's no option to order here. Am I too stupid for that??? It should be easy - but it isn't. I'm angry you can't even call. Great progress...
