I've spent almost 10 minutes on your website trying to figure out how to order – but it's impossible! It used to be that you just called, ordered, and that was it. Since I don't know what your pizza tastes like, the one star is for your website. Despite having a profile, there's no option to order. Am I just too stupid? It should be simple – but it isn't. I'm furious; you can't even call. Great progress...
