My order was canceled because the owner obviously doesn't know his own menu. Too bad I can't give this place negative stars!!! Well, at least I'll inform the consumer protection agency.

I can't even get to the point of ordering from you. I've spent almost 10 minutes on your website trying to figure out how to order – but it's impossible! It used to be that you just called, ordered, and that was it. Since I don't know what your pizza tastes like, the one star is for your website. Despite having a profile, there's no option to order. Am I just too stupid? It should be simple – but it isn't. I'm furious; you can't even call. Great progress...

Buscheystraße 74, Hagen, North Rhine-Westphalia, Germany I tried ordering from them for the first time today. The delivery time was stated as 55 minutes. After 90 minutes, I called to check on the status and was told it would take another 60 minutes because the driver was stuck in traffic. After waiting for 120 minutes, I called again. The man on the phone called his ONLY driver, who said it would take another 40 minutes. I canceled the order. This pizzeria uses Lieferando and only has one driver?! Absolutely not recommended... in any way! Service = 0!
