Pit’s Pommes Palast in Lohmar

One of the best kebabs I've ever had. It's a shame there wasn't enough sauce. The meat was very good, and the freshly baked rolls were a big plus. Overall, I recommend it.

No public restaurant, access only permitted as an accompanying person of a member.

The basement restaurant was very nice, but the ambiance outside was rather poor, with simple tables standing lonely and deserted in the forecourt. The chef served himself due to a staff shortage, which naturally resulted in relatively long waits. The quality of the food was ultimately very good.

The taste was good, but not amazing and too expensive in relation to the price. The selection of dishes was too small for me.

A classic village pub. If you want a bit of fuss, you're best off moving on. But if you want delicious food at more than fair prices, this is the place for you. The quality of the ingredients is excellent, and the preparation is just as it should be. The "Gans" (goose) is especially delicious during goose season. Reservations are essential, or you won't get anything. Friendly service and a panoramic view from the terrace in good weather are also a bonus.
