Super lecker und preislich in Ordnung

Ich war mit meiner Familie dort und ich fände sehr lecker, der Service war sehr freundlich und zuforkommend da mir ein missgeschick passiert ist und die Köche sind sehr nett, und an dem Essen gab es nichts auszusetzen (geschmacklich, würzig, saftig, Qualität) was ich auch sehr gut fande war das es eine sehr große spielecke gab mit einem Basketball korb und einer kleinen Mini Küche Ich entpfele den Aufenthalt in diesem Restaurant, und ihre Kinder werden sich auch sehr freuen

wir waren das erste mal bei Pit's Burger, daher waren die Erwartungen groß. Der Laden ist schön eingerichtet u. es gibt einen schönen aber kleinen Kinderbereich zum spielen. Der Service kam schnell u. war ok ( wäre aber noch Luft nach oben drin gewesen). Unsere Bestellung kam wirklich schnell u.es war alles frisch. Bei den Burgern fehlte mir einfach das gewisse Etwas bzw. der Wiedererkennungswert. Die Konkurrenz bei Burgern im Raum Stuttgart ist sehr groß u.ja, andere können es leider besser. Preislich war es Ok bei anderen Anbietern bekommt man aber größere Portionen für gleiches Geld. Kommen wir wieder? Eher nicht da es geschmacklich bessere Alternativen gibt.

Hier gibt es richtig gute Burger. Die Bedienung ist super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Der Burger ist saftig, lecker und einfach köstlich. Für europäische Verhältnisse kommt er einem guten amerikanischen Klassiker am nächsten. Ich komme auf jeden Fall wieder und kann ihn jedem empfehlen, der Lust auf einen richtig guten Hamburger nach amerikanischer Art hat.

Ich lebe seit 10 Jahren in Stuttgart und esse fast täglich auswärts, aber so einen erstklassigen Service wie bei Pit’s Burger habe ich noch nie erlebt. Wir waren mit der ganzen Familie dort und wurden vom Personal so herzlich behandelt, als gehörten wir zur Familie. Die Mitarbeiter waren extrem kinderlieb, haben sich oft nach uns erkundigt und tolle Gespräche mit uns geführt. Auch das Essen war absolut fantastisch – selbst die Kinder haben es sehr genossen. Nach einem Jahrzehnt in der Region ist das mein absoluter Geheimtipp für jeden, der Top-Qualität und echte Gastfreundschaft sucht. 5 Sterne sind hier eigentlich noch zu wenig!

Wir sind desöfteren hier und waren immer sehr zufrieden. Auch der heutige Besuch war absolut "rund". 3 Personen .... alle "gute Esser" ;-) Der Los Angeles smashed mit Wedges war ein Traum und wir wurden mehrfach gefragt ob alles ok sei und/oder ob wir noch etwas benötigen. So manches hochklassige Speiselokal könnte sich sowohl in der Qualität der Speisen, als auch beim Gesamtverhalten des Personals mehr als nur eine Scheibe abschneiden. Am Ende mussten wir tatsächlich um ein "Doggybag" bitten weil wir aufgrund der Menge nicht alle Pommes und Wedges geschafft haben ... Eine ganz klare ***** Empfehlung² UPDATE 30.04.2026: Unverändert ... für mich der "Burger-Goldstandard" im gesamten Raum Stuttgart :-)

Habe heute in Fellbach (Außenbereich)ein Rumpsteak mit Pommes und Coleslaw gegessen- es war sehr schön angerichtet, die Pommes lecker und knusprig, das Fleisch total zart. Die Bedienung auch sehr höflich, TOP!!! Werde auf jeden Fall wieder hier her kommen und eine Weiterempfehlung abgeben

Köstliche Burger und tolle neue Gerichte. Das Ambiente ist modern und einladend. Ich kann das Lokal wärmstens empfehlen!

Der Service war außergewöhnlich gut. Wir haben vegan gegessen, wurden hierbei perfekt beraten und es wurde sogar eine Soße nach Geschmack zusammengestellt. Das haben wir so noch nie erfahren.

Schon beim Betreten merkt man sofort, dass hier mit Leidenschaft gearbeitet wird. Die Atmosphäre ist locker, modern und gemütlich zugleich – perfekt, um entspannt zu essen oder auch etwas mitzunehmen. Das Personal ist extrem freundlich, aufmerksam und gut gelaunt. Man fühlt sich direkt willkommen und nicht einfach nur „abgefertigt“. Fragen zur Karte werden geduldig beantwortet und auch Sonderwünsche werden ohne Probleme umgesetzt. Genau so wünscht man sich Service. Kommen wir zum wichtigsten Punkt: **dem Essen.** Die Burger sind wirklich top! Das Fleisch ist saftig, perfekt gebraten und geschmacklich hervorragend. Man merkt sofort, dass hier Qualität verwendet wird. Die Brötchen sind frisch, weich, aber trotzdem stabil genug, damit nichts auseinanderfällt – ein Detail, das viele Läden unterschätzen. Die Soßen sind super abgestimmt und geben dem Burger den besonderen Kick, ohne den Eigengeschmack zu überdecken. Auch die Beilagen können sich sehen lassen: Die Pommes sind knusprig, nicht fettig und gut gewürzt. Alles kommt heiß und frisch auf den Tisch. We are on February 3rd. been here for dinner. The burgers as usual... good!!! Aaaaaaabut... an incompetent service staff like that evening... never seen before!! Totally incompetent and overwhelmed is still flattered. And if you like eating for a long time... welcome!! Bon appetit !! Ich war heute zum ersten Mal in Pit's Burger in Fellbach. Das Ambiente ist eigentlich ganz nett. Der Burger selbst hat einen soliden Eindruck hinterlassen: saftig, gut gewürzt und mit Zutaten, die frisch wirkten. Auch die Pommes waren knusprig und heiß serviert – genau so, wie man es sich wünscht. Preislich lag das Ganze ebenfalls absolut im Rahmen. Ich denke ich werde mal wieder hingehen, wenn es sich ergibt.

Sooooo lecker! Wir haben über Lieferando bestellt gehabt, es war super schnell da - es schmeckte sowas von gut !!!!!! Der Fahrer war so lieb! Wer nen tollen Service mit tollem Essen möchte ist hier genau richtig 👍

War früher besser. Viel zu viel Ketchup und Mayo im burger. Hab mit normalen Zwiebeln bestellt, aber stattdessen mit geschmelzten Zwiebeln bekommen. Schade.

Ein sehr schönes Lokal mit einer breiten Auswahl an Speisen und Getränken. Parkmöglichkeiten sind direkt vor dem Haus vorhanden. Das Personal ist ausgesprochen freundlich, und die Wartezeiten sind kurz – absolut empfehlenswert!

Good for people with a salt allergy, everything was unsalted. And the owner was also a bit salty when we pointed it out. He said sweet potato fries are generally unsalted (nonsense), and then brought us a salt shaker instead of taking it back and salting it properly. We then had to chew on a few salt chunks, which made us salty (well, we as guests, not the food, since the salt, as expected, fell off). I mean, it's all well and good if something goes wrong, but then just fix it (fr). Then the regular fries arrived, and those were salted (not). When we mentioned it to the waitress again, she pointed to the salt shaker (Grrrr). When we were finished, we offered the salt shaker to the table next to us, because their food was UNSALTED. From that moment on, I knew this was going to be a really scathing review.

Einen Besuch wert. Wer Burger liebt und in Fellbach vorbeikommt, sollte beim Pit‘s Burger einkehren. Die Auswahl ist groß. Das Essen ist frisch zubereitet und echt lecker! 😋 Saftig, reichlich und besonders gute Fries. Für jeden was dabei. Die Cola top :))) Einziges Manko der Preis. Man sollte mit 20€/Person rechnen. Ansonsten absolut empfehlenswert. Kommen gerne wieder.

Absolutely delicious, good price, on-site parking, pleasant atmosphere, prompt service, and the food arrived really quickly.

I ordered for pickup. It took about 50 minutes from ordering until the burgers were ready. The burgers were wrapped in paper, and the cheese fries were in a paper bag. The end result was that the burgers were squashed, and the cheese fries were a single lump. Also, my burger was missing the cheese I had ordered for 0.70 cents. The lady at the cash register was very friendly, even though she was very busy, serving at the same time. It seemed like she was doing a job meant for two. Despite everything, the restaurant looked nice, and the food was delicious. Next time, I'll have it delivered. Edit: I ordered takeout on-site, and this time the fries came in a cardboard box. This prevented the burgers from being squashed, and the fries weren't lumpy. 👏🏻

Ordered food doesn't arrive after over 2 hours. When I complain, the store is uncomprehending and unsympathetic. The order still isn't prepared after 2 hours. Poor customer service! They tried to solve every problem, but the store prioritizes revenue over satisfied customers. I wouldn't recommend it!

After there was a problem with the order last time, the owner immediately addressed the issue and offered me compensation. As a regular customer, I immediately felt valued, and since the food didn't take long to arrive this time, I was able to enjoy a perfect meal, as is usual with this restaurant. Thank you again, and I highly recommend it.

I got a super-amazing chili cheeseburger here, and the spice was just right! It had a bit of a kick, but not overdone. The fries were also the right portion (for me). I was full afterward, but not overeaten, and there weren't any leftovers! I also had a glass bottle of Coca-Cola (not Fritz, Afri, or even Pepsi) (Yeah!). And all that for under 15 euros! ...and they were friendly, too, and everything was clean! It's possible! So if it works here, I can try other restaurants, too. Where there's a will, there's a way! Here, the will is definitely there! At least during my visit 😃

I was here for lunch 🥙 We had very good service despite the restaurant being full! Mr. Limi was very attentive and made a lot of things possible. The quality of the food was excellent. It was also beautifully presented. And the best value for money for the meal was also okay. I find the drinks a bit small at 0.25 and 0.3... for the prices... I can only recommend it, and I'd gladly come back ☺️

Pits Burger – small shop, big taste! At Pits Burger, everything is just right: juicy meat, fluffy buns, and fresh ingredients – perfectly matched. The atmosphere is relaxed, the service friendly and fast. A friend said the grill master is a real Pitman – and that's exactly how it tastes. Every burger is a hit! If you love good burgers, you should definitely stop by here. Highly recommended!

The food itself was always delicious, and we enjoyed ordering from Pits Burger. However, with our last order, we received moldy avocado spread. When we reported this to the restaurant, there was no response or apology! I worked in the restaurant industry for a long time, and I know that every morning, they do an assessment of food that wasn't cooked the same day. This shouldn't happen with regular food inspections and hygiene measures... I was very disappointed.

I used to really enjoy Pits Burger, but unfortunately, the quality has declined significantly recently. My last visit, the burger was still raw inside, even though I'd ordered it well-done. Back then, I overlooked that and gave it another chance—but after my recent experience, it will likely be my last visit. This time, I ordered online for pickup and chose to pay in cash. Once I got there, I realized I didn't have enough cash, so I politely asked if I could pay by card—which, unfortunately, was refused, even though there was a working card reader. This had been possible without any problems in the past, so it was all the more incomprehensible why it didn't work this time. So I had to go back out and go to the bank. Since a colleague was nearby, I was able to borrow the money, so I was able to get my food quickly. As for the food itself: Unfortunately, the burger was neither convincing in terms of taste nor texture—rather mushy and lacking a clear structure, so neither I nor my friends could finish it. Unfortunately, the "Smash Burger" wasn't a real Smash Burger either, more like a regular patty without a crust. The fries were okay, but three of the five sauces I ordered were completely missing, and instead of ketchup, they served BBQ – inconvenient if you don't like BBQ. Overall, it was simply disappointing – both in terms of service, price, and quality. It's a shame, because I used to enjoy going to Pits Burger.

My wife and I ate here on May 18, 2025, and as always, we were very satisfied. This time we ordered two chili cheeseburgers with 160g of classic meat and some cheese, a large portion of chili cheese fries, and a Coke. That was too much for us, so we had to get something packed up :D Everything tasted very good, and we felt very comfortable there. The whole thing cost us €36.70.

The weekend delivery was a complete disaster. The burgers were completely squashed, the toppings were meager, and the meat patty was burnt and dry. Lieferando didn't respond to our feedback. We definitely won't be ordering from here again.

1 Star - Disastrous Service and Unprofessional Behavior Unfortunately, I have to rate one of the worst restaurant experiences of my life. Everything that could go wrong went wrong at Piet's Burger in Fellbach tonight. The problem: 30% of the order was missing upon arrival. Forgivable, that's forgivable - mistakes happen. The nightmare: What followed was an unprecedented service disaster: Repeated follow-ups were necessary before we even received a response. 1.5 hours (!) of waiting for the missing items. Towards closing time, no one answered the phone. Only when we called from another cell phone did they answer. The employee laughed outrageously at the situation. Only then did they claim the order was "being sent out now." Conclusion: It couldn't be more unprofessional. Anyone who treats customers like this – with ignorance, disrespect, and even ridicule – doesn't understand the hospitality industry. This borders on contempt for customers. Save your time, your nerves, and your money. There are plenty of other burger joints that take their customers seriously. Update to follow, if the order even arrives...

We had to wait 2 hours for our order! The order was cold, and the burger bun was hard and tasted like it had been two days ago. As an apology, we got two Cokes for four burgers (so four people)? But two mayo-filled burgers without fries.

I ate here for the first time in a long time and was extremely disappointed. The BBQ burger was drenched in sauce, the bacon was cold and rubbery, and the meat tasted like it came from a factory farm and wasn't of good quality at all. Extremely disappointed for the price! Never again!

I was here again today with my family. Great service... even got a side of chicken wings today... always delicious and cozy here. The food is very lovingly prepared and the staff is very friendly. I can only recommend it 100%. We ordered the Argus Burger and smash Burger Los Angeles. It was simply delicious and freshly prepared. As a perfect ending, be sure to try the lava cake 🫶🏼

Really nicely decorated, I actually just wanted to eat fries after buying a jacket in the workwear store. But after I saw the large selection of burgers, I quickly changed my mind. The staff is also super friendly and the waitress went down to the basement to get me a soda that wasn't refrigerator cold. I guess if you can't find anything here... . In any case, the selection is bombastic. The burger I had wasn't on the regular menu. It was probably the spring special. The onion rings were fried especially for me because I can't tolerate raw onions. There is also a nicely furnished play area for the little ones.

We are ordering for the first time today. Living on Nürnberger Str., about 10 minutes away by bike. Value approx. 30 euros. The call order was denied in a clear tone and referred to lieferando. Well then order from Lieferando. Called again after 1 hour. I was brushed off again with the claim that the order would take 90 minutes on Lieferando - impudence! Called again after 1 hour and 15 minutes. An employee with an Indian accent confirms that the deliveries all take so long - impudence! After 1 hour and 25 minutes the food arrives. Even though we ordered a "smash burger" without bacon (kids don't like it), there was bacon everywhere - rude! It's a real shame, we were looking forward to it! The food itself is delicious...

I ate there for the first time with my wife and they were both very happy with the food. Particularly noteworthy would be the good information about the various dishes provided by the very nice, female service staff. She also didn't forget to ask if everything was okay. So we liked it and there is a risk of repeating it.

Citizens Unfortunately tasteless and ingredients don't go together at all, sauces don't taste good either. First of all, I couldn't finish eating Citizen because I just couldn't get it down. Smash citizens and normal citizens simply had the same meat and no difference. Very disappointing
