I ordered food here and wasn't satisfied. I then gave an honest review. However, the operator had this deleted... Worrying. I would therefore not trust the rating on Google, as most of the bad reviews will probably be deleted...

I have always enjoyed coming here for years. Now there was probably a “rationalization campaign”. Ketchup & mayo now for an additional charge, sauce prices have remained the same, but the new "bowls" are a joke with hardly anything in them. The menu is only available as a QR code so you can choose your food on a mini smartphone screen without having to relax. Scare customers away - you can do that 👍🏻

Very good burgers, juicy pads, I had the chili cheese, I can highly recommend it, short waiting time, friendly service and price performance are the same. Parking spaces available are great

We've been ordering from Pits Burger for some time, the delivery time is usually correct or was even earlier, so that's a big plus for the delivery time. Unfortunately the taste varies a bit, at the beginning when the shop was quite new the food was great, currently it is unfortunately a bit different, we hope for improvement. What unfortunately often doesn't work is the request to get the burgers without onions, which we have now set as standard text, so it's not quite optimal, we hope for improvement here too.

I've never regretted spending money on food... Until yesterday... €52 completely for the ass. We waited almost 2 hours for the order, which was stated as 40-65 minutes. The fries were cold and hard, no one could eat them. The burgers were also cold. NEVER AGAIN!!

The menu offers a large selection of not only burgers, but also side dishes. Burgers are offered both as handmade and as “normal” (handmade is of course recommended). Everything is prepared with fresh ingredients. The homemade sauces are particularly noteworthy, especially the garlic and the BBQ. The side dishes such as chilli cheese fries, chicken wings or mozzarella sticks are also highly recommended. The service is friendly and fast, and the atmosphere is totally reminiscent of an American-style burger joint. The toilets are clean. Overall, Pit's Burger offers a great experience for burger lovers who want to enjoy a large selection of different burgers.

My wife and I ordered 2 burgers and a small chili cheese fries + 2 soft drinks. I got 2 burgers with 2 small fries each and our soft drinks. Unfortunately, the taste of the burgers was a disaster even though they looked very good. Unfortunately my burger only tasted like oil, which made the experience inedible. After eating we waited 10 minutes for our chilli cheese fries but they never came. So we went in to pay. The waiter charged us for 2 small fries + 2 burgers + 2 drinks. When I pointed out to him that we hadn't ordered small fries but wanted chilli cheese fries but didn't get them, he got "grim" and said "you ate two small fries" whereupon I said that it was my first time eating at Pits and thought that was standard for burgers. He then wanted to charge us for the fries that we hadn't ordered and the chilli cheese fries that we never got. I don't see any reason to be angry because I didn't want to pay for something I didn't order or receive. The waiters are not to be outdone in terms of incompetence. One of them runs back and forth the whole time with two drinks in his hands because he can't handle a tray, the other doesn't listen and directs us from inside to outside even though we wanted to look inside first What we would like to eat, including the dirty table, which was only cleaned with dry Ceva for the first time, was only properly cleaned when we asked to clean it with a cleaning agent. Unfortunately my first and last time at Pits...

Super delicious food, prepared quickly and tastes perfect! Large selection of different burgers and other dishes with a top price-performance ratio. Also very friendly, polite and personable staff. We will definitely come back!

I didn't feel like going out today and thought, come and order a juicy burger. The handmade burger patty (2x 160g double burgers) tastes great. Cheese was also very tasty and the pickled cucumber pieces were fresh. Unfortunately, the onion pieces were forgotten, but I noticed it much later because when I make a burger I concentrate on the meat flavor and want to enjoy it. Ketchup, mayo and tomato were left out - as I wanted. But also totally unnecessary any sauce with such good quality. It's a good quality bread because I don't have any intolerances so far - I still always remove the top part of the dough because I'm allergic to wheat. I was completely satisfied with the feel-good factor during and after the meal. The salad made of lettuce, tomatoes, peppers and cucumbers wasn't as fresh - as you would like - but I'll leave that out of the rating parameter for now because the burger tasted so great. Sundays are always busy at the delivery shops and an hour and a half delivery time is fine. The driver was friendly, but apparently he didn't get the information "Please call upon arrival" or he overlooked it :)

We ordered food for €70, delivery took almost 2 hours, it was stated 50-60 minutes. Then a bag arrives with carelessly thrown in burgers and cold portions of disgusting fries that are far too small. In addition, the “Handmade” burgers were completely tasteless and inedible, the “Classic Burgers” were the cheapest of the cheapest frozen patties and also inedible. Under no circumstances order here, it's an absolute disgrace and I wish the owners that the shop is closed.

Easy parking, clean store and friendly cashier. However, our order was taken incorrectly and we ended up with an incorrectly topped burger at home. They were still normal cheeseburgers, but they were really dead. I have no idea how you can like it. Standard patty like every xy burger shop, the meat was gristly, hard and tasteless, the other ingredients were mushy and not fresh and otherwise there was only a large amount of mayo and ketchup on it, that was the taste of the burger. Tried it once but never tried it again, for €15 per menu..

We ordered the most expensive 10.50 burgers where the bread wasn't fried at all, there was no lettuce on it, no cheese, just a cheap sauce and the poorly fried meat. So there was almost nothing on the burgers, McDonald's is better. We also got a watery cheesekake. NEVER AGAIN PITS BURGERS As citizens, doing something like that is very violent

My family and I just ordered and the delivery arrived after about 90 minutes. The fries were cold and hard and the burgers are by far the worst we've ever tasted. One burger simply had no cheese and another had almost no sauce at all. Never order there again! Simply embarrassing!

Unfortunately very disappointed!! We ordered 3 burgers, the delivery was quick but unfortunately the burgers weren't that good. We once ordered the Burger BBQ Special, Crispy Chicken Burger, Guacamole Burger, it felt like there was only chopped up vegetables on it and way too much sauce and you couldn't taste any of the meat. With an order of €55 I expect more.

Review applies to all vegans: The restaurant has two vegan options and recently also four planted burgers. You would think that a really great offer was being made. I then found out that the burger with onion rings contained milk and the buns also had milk... the explanation was that the ingredients on the burger were vegan. Then I can't buy anything from it if I have a stomach ache, etc. Unfortunately, it shows that the meaning of a vegan burger is unfortunately not understood. But service and ambience were good. Unfortunately I won't be coming back, even though the burger tasted good. Inquiry about the answer: The thing about the rolls is good. The onion rings are labeled D (milk) on the first page. Do you have two types or are they on the Planted Burger?

Ate there again for the second time and absolutely loved it. Service was a young lady and a young gentleman, both very attentive, quick and friendly. We came with our dog and you provided us with a drinking bowl without asking. To eat, the smashed burgers are awesome, crispy and juicy. My wife is a vegetarian and there was more than enough on offer for that too. The orange mustard sauce on the halloumi burger is extremely delicious! Restaurant itself is very modern and clean, both the dining room and the toilets. We look forward to your next visit!

The order never arrived and when I tried to clarify it, I was yelled at and then hung up on. With the explanation that the name was not at the address. I checked and it does have the name at the address that was given. Had no problem with other deliveries. No redelivery was offered and the money was not refunded. Not recommended due to the service.

Unbelievable every time on no burger lettuce leaf only meat ketchup mayo so I don't know why you offer so many categories but you never get what you pay for it's now ridiculous even when you ask you are just told that everything is included and apart from the fries that they are dead are fried and rock hard

Nice atmosphere and good selection. However, the Chilli Cheese Burger had 0.0% spiciness. And you couldn't see or taste the cheese either. Then not everything was packed up, which actually only happens at McDonalds, which I consciously avoid for that reason. 4.10 was a waste because I won't take another 20 minutes there and back to complain about it. The good grade is only given because the cashier was very friendly and the other food was good overall. Meat was juicy and tasty.

So I don't normally write reviews, but what arrived was definitely not what it looked like in the pictures and actually wasn't exactly what I ordered. I have never been served chilli cheese fries WITHOUT fresh chillies but ONLY with chilli powder and I would really like to know how Gordon Ramsay would have reacted to them. And I was looking forward to fresh chilies because it would have been the only thing that was fresh and crunchy. Because the burger was a completely soggy ball without anything fresh and crunchy in between. No lettuce, no cucumbers, just dripping onions and a squished tomato. I would recommend using rolls that don't get completely soggy right away. Plus point, it arrived very quickly. But spending more time and producing better food is also a good concept.

This is my 2nd time coming here and this is not acceptable. The service and politeness do not deserve a mark, they do not pay attention to customers and do not know what products they have on offer. The cakes brought broken plates, when I asked why they serve in broken plates they said they didn't have any other plates. Service delay of about 10 min. So zero value for everything this facility means.

Delicious burgers that are freshly prepared. Handmade patties are recommended. Fries top and really crispy. The cheese fries are also amazing. Sweet potato fries very tasty. Have been there several times since it opened and will continue to eat there regularly. The staff is friendly and gives good advice about the food if you have any questions. Restaurant clean and very nice, suitably American furnished. Sometimes busy, but if you don't go at peak times everything is great.

Service very nice and friendly. I had a smash burger that had nothing to do with a smash burger. Far too lightly fried and therefore no roasted aromas. Bacon also more wobbly than crispy. Meat not seasoned and therefore bland.

Cozy, clean citizen restaurant; very friendly staff who are happy to advise customers when they are spoiled for choice; Last but not least: good, rich food. All in all, "Pit's" is more appealing than those meaningless street chains with the M or the 👑. We will be back!

It's easy to park your car here! Are there enough parking spaces available? Ambiance is nice and spacious. Also relatively very clean! There is also a small place for children to play. Service was friendly. There were no towels to dry your hands in the toilet. Please put some there! Find it unhygienic. Now to the actual food: I ordered a cheeseburger and a crispy chicken burger. I deducted a point from the cheeseburger because the burger patty wasn't “fresh”. You notice that. Are pre-made patties. Small suggestion for improvement: make the patties fresh and yourself. Then it tastes better!

I've never eaten such an antisocial burger in my life. a liter of sauce inside. I had to pull myself together for 15 minutes not to throw up and only took four bites. masterpiece.

Food was very tasty. It was still warm when delivered. Arrived within 45 minutes. However, paid for cheese sauce and didn't get any. It's a shame if you pay for it and it wasn't included.

This burger chain just opened in Fellbach recently and I can say that it's really awesome. It has enough parking spaces, although the place is a bit remote. The atmosphere and the lighting make it really cozy and relaxing. The burgers themselves are great and the hygiene is at the right level.

Full points. Service is top, friendly, fast. Burgers and fries taste good, the atmosphere is American style. Boss is also a great guy.

Was there for the first time. I think that if the number of guests is high, there would have to be an additional service person there. We didn't wait extremely long, but too long for my taste. The service staff was partially supported by a colleague from food preparation...clearing dishes, e.g. The food was ok... I didn't have high expectations for burgers, but I've had better burgers... no, not at McDonalds or Burger King. I haven't gone to them for years anyway. The facility is modern, the service staff was nice and tried to work professionally despite the stress.

Für einen Burger in der Mittagspause ist es ok. Der Bacon ist nicht wirklich gut keine Ahnung was die da verwenden aber wir bestellen immer ohne und wenn dann machen wir den runter. Ambiente ist ok Preise sind auch ok. Alles in allem OK

Heute bei pits burger das erste Mal bestellt und bin mehr wie zufrieden pommes kamen noch super warm am und der Cheeseburger ist auch super lecker. Gerne wieder. Und danke an den Fahrer der uns half die katze im Treppenhaus wieder einzufangen 😅

War heute zum ersten Mal dort essen und war zufrieden. Service hat etwas gedauert - zugegeben es war auch viel los, aber alle sehr freundlich und bemüht. Essen war gut, insgesamt sehr zufrieden :) Es gibt auch eine gute Auswahl Veganer und vegetarischer Optionen.

Das Essen dort ist sehr lecker und die Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich. Man wird sehr freundlich begrüßt und es schmeckt köstlich

Waren mit Freunden dort, ohne Insiderwissen findet man nicht dorthin, und es gab tatsächlich ein paar Burger und sogar kleine Steaks. Und mit kleine Steaks meine ich klein, obwohl die angeblich 180 gramm sein sollen, dafür mit genügend Beilagen. Barbecue Wings sahen auch ganz gut aus. Den Burger den ich hatte war schmackhaft, leider ohne jegliche Beilagen. Bei dem Preis wären Pommes und Salat nicht falsch. Da kenne ich andere Burger Läden wo es das dazu gibt, sogar für viel weniger Geld. Ansonsten ganz nett dort und geschmeckt hat's auch. Es hat nicht gleich alles geklappt aber wurde sehr schnell und nett behoben. Ein wenig schmuddelig war's und die Sitzbänke könnte man auch mal unten rum säubern, dann bleibt man mit der Hose nicht kleben.

Wir hatten zwei Kids Menüs sowie Menü 2 und 3. Die Pommes waren etwas matschig. Das Fleisch war nicht so toll, ansonsten Waren die großen Burger ok. Die Bürger für die Kids waren sehr lieblos, Fleisch und Käse waren der ganze Belag, sonst nichts... In Summe haben wir 44 € bezahlt, bei den großen fast food ketten hätte es meiner Meinung nach besser geschmeckt und wäre günstiger gewesen.

Gut gestylter Diner. Service,obwohl nicht voll, überlastet. 45 Minuten bis zur Bestellaufnahme ist für "FastFood" eindeutig zu lang - auch bei Tischservice. Burger war gut aber nicht herausragend. Das Geld investiert man hier nicht falsch. Würde wieder kommen, wenn mich in Fellbach der Hunger packt.

Der New York Smash Burger war echt lecker (nur minimal Salz hat gefehlt). Die Pommes waren leider nur ok, die Onion Rings dagegen waren richtig super. Es ging alles super schnell und die Angestellten waren total freundlich. Preise sind fair.

Vom Essen her 5 sterne, aber was die lieferung angeht man wartet bis zu mehr als 1,5 stunden, ist halt ärgerlich so lange auf das essen zu warten.

Essen war gut. Burger sehr lecker und riesig. Beilage war gut aber kein Highlight.
