Absolutely flawed Italian dishes. Pasta with garlic and oil had orange slices inside, the bruschetta had watermelon slices inside... a complete disaster. I don't understand why the reviews are so high. I wouldn't add anything else...

The pizza was amazing. We were there at lunchtime with 13 people, and the tables were still set up quickly. The pizzas are huge. We sat outside by the street, where it was naturally quite noisy. Nevertheless, the food was excellent.

Everything was perfect, the bruschetta was really delicious and the pizzas very good and big.

We waited over an hour for our food,... Then a few people at our table got their food, everyone else had to wait another 45 minutes unnoticed,... Luckily the food was good 😅

Great, delicious, and above all, huge pizzas. The pasta is also excellent. The portions are enough to fill everyone. The value for money is unbelievable.

Busy but we'll staffed. Once we recieved our meals we realised why. Portions are HUGE. we ordered bruchetta for 2 and they brought 12 bruchetta breads all topped with an absolute mountain of salsa and salad. Tbh we probably could have stopped there haha. Then came the main meals which were served on the biggest plates I have ever seen in my life. We ordered a schnitzel each (about 12-14 euros) 2 x 300gram schnitzels per plate! With a mountain of fries too, plus side salad and veggies. Was absolutely delicious. We actually found the place by accident just driving around and seemed like the place to be... And we were right!

Pinocchio in Adenau is one of the best pizza restaurants in Adenau. Everything is delicious and the service is fast. I really enjoyed the soup and the pizza. The service is very friendly and helpful. The restrooms are very clean. Great, keep it up! We give it 5 stars.

I was here two years ago and now. We had pizza, and it didn't taste like Italian pizza, more like a clumsy attempt at it. The pizza dough was pretty good, but the other ingredients tasted cheap, and there was too much cheese on top. Two stars only because it was edible, but I will never go back and I don't recommend this place.

Great restaurant, portions are very generous for the price, so it's great value for money. A bit hectic, and we got a few things after asking, but otherwise it was great. Unfortunately, there wasn't enough space, so two reservations were overbooked.

We were a group of 13 people and had reserved a table a month in advance for 8 p.m. When we arrived, we had to wait because only part of the table was prepared. Orders were taken quickly. But then it became really tedious; the first person got their food shortly after 10 p.m., and the last at 10:40 p.m. We were really annoyed. You could also tell that the food was prepared with little love and some of it was really not good. It's a shame, such a great location and so poorly organized.

I had spaghetti carbonara, and it was some of the tastiest pasta I've ever eaten in a restaurant! My colleagues were equally pleased with their pizzas. In fact, four of us had leftovers packed up because the pizzas were quite large (without being expensive). The price/performance ratio here is above average, and the food is absolutely fantastic! Up to six people at one table is no problem, but even with larger groups, the staff is uncomplicated and offers to combine several tables. The only drawback here is that you sometimes have to ask the staff for help (but that seems normal in the region during peak times). Very tasty, very affordable, would definitely go back.

Booked a table for 12 people three weeks ago. When we showed up, there was only one table for 8, so we had to wait half an hour for another table to become available before everyone was finally seated. After the starter arrived fairly quickly, the last people in the group waited a full two hours for their food; for me, it was a ridiculous 1.5 hours. The food was okay, but after such a long wait, my hunger had practically disappeared. Absolutely terrible service; sometimes we didn't see any staff for half an hour, and all in all, just terrible work, or rather, terrible service. P.S.: The last plates of the starter were cleared away as the first plates of the main course were being cleared away.

You can wait a very long time for your food.

Pizza is very fresh. Very good quality food. However, service and communication is poor. Didn't even give us plates until we complained. How do they manage to cope with so many customers every day is a mystery.

It used to be better. The staff was unfriendly. The pizza was good, but half of the salad was missing. I was a regular here from 2010 to 2020, and now, after a few years, I'm back and will reconsider in the future. Cash only.....

I'm a regular visitor to this restaurant and always leave feeling very satisfied. The food is of excellent quality, the portions are generous, and the prices are extremely competitive compared to other restaurants. The family atmosphere in the restaurant also contributes to the fact that you'll want to return!

Too bad we can't give 0 stars!!!! Disgusting! There was a hair in my husband's pizza dough and hair in my pizza! Impossible to pay by card, only cash, I've never seen that in a restaurant. The coke wasn't opened in front of us, it had no bubbles, it looked like it had been open for a week. Flies everywhere, horrible to eat and have flies flying around you. Run away!!

The food is incredibly delicious and reasonably priced. The staff, although constantly stressed, are friendly. The entrance to the restroom has swinging doors, which is a bit inconvenient if you're sitting right next to it, as other guests aren't considerate. This could be improved with a curtain.

We stopped in spontaneously after a lap of the Nordschleife, and what can I say? It was an absolute stroke of luck! Despite the crowds, we still managed to get a table. The schnitzel was perfect: crispy, juicy, and generously portioned. Plus, the friendly service and an authentic, cozy ambiance perfectly matched the Nürburgring atmosphere. For anyone in Adenau or at the Ring: a definite recommendation!

We stopped there on our motorcycle tour. Both pizzas were delicious, well-topped, and more than generous. It's a shame that card payments aren't accepted and there's no parking. The door to the women's restroom wouldn't close...and the toilet paper shouldn't be flushed down the toilet (risk of clogging). Overall, Pinocchio is a bit dated, but the value for money is good.

Came for food, table of 9… waited over an hour and still no food. It appeared that they lost our order as the chef seemed to have no idea. We saw plenty of food be sent back to the kitchen which suggests the chef was under pressure and making mistakes. We would have had no issue waiting for meals but there was no communication and the manager seemed to have no idea what was happening. Massive disappointment as I visited last year and it was absolutely perfect then. We paid for our drinks and left.

Really disappointing evening. We went out looking forward to a nice pizza night, but ended up sitting there for nearly an hour and a half with no food. After four rounds of drinks, we finally asked where our order was — only to find out they'd completely lost it. No real apology, just confusion and chaos from the staff. We ended up paying for the drinks and leaving hungry. Thankfully, we found Piazza Aviano just down the road, where the service was quick, the food was amazing, and the staff actually cared. Honestly wish we’d gone there to begin with.

Arrived in a group of 9 for food. Seated and welcomed instantly seated. Ordered 3 rounds of drinks after waiting 1h 30min for food, which didn’t arrive. When we questioned the staff about our order we watched them argue amongst themselves shouting in the kitchen throwing arms around in the air. To our frustration a member of our group went up to the bar and asked again where our food is and to our surprise they had lost the order and was quickly trying to rush them. Which we refused as didn’t want a rushed undercooked pizzas. Disorganised chaos. Might’ve been a bad experience but it was ours. Ensured our drinks bill was paid, and we left for elsewhere hungry and annoyed.

Absolutely shambolic experience. Popped in for a pizza and ended up waiting over 90 minutes. After four rounds of drinks and no food in sight, we asked what was going on — only to be told our order had somehow been misplaced. No apology, no urgency, just total chaos from the staff. We paid for our drinks and walked out hungry and frustrated. Thankfully, we ended up at Piazza Aviano down the road and were served within minutes — better food, better service, and staff who actually know what they’re doing. Avoid this place unless you enjoy wasting time and leaving with an empty stomach.

The pizzas are half-cooked. There's way too much cheese and salt, it's almost inedible. It's 50 degrees in the restaurant. The kitchen is disgusting and in a terrible state.

What a huge pizza! Fresh, crispy vegetables and a calzone aren't something every pizzeria can do. But I'd give Pinocchio 8 stars, too! My colleagues are big eaters, but they reached their limits. If I/we are in the area, we'll be happy to come back.

So far, perfect. We were just sitting at a table next to the swinging doors to the restrooms, which, due to the inconsiderate behavior of other guests, constantly banged against the backs of the chairs. Another solution could be found for that.

Accommodated our group of 9 when we didn't have a booking without any issue! Our Pizza's were excellent & huge! Most of us had leftovers for which they offered us takeaway containers without issue. They gave us a couple of bottles of wine complimentary also! Great value & food - we'll be back on our next trip!

Definitely not an authentic pizza. I almost couldn't find my pizza because of all the cheese. The crust and the (almost nonexistent) tomato sauce were lacking salt, and the dough was awful. The pizza was huge and we didn't wait long, but the taste had little to do with a real pizza. To conclude my review constructively, perhaps try fresher ingredients and revise the dough recipe. We won't be back!

We chose this restaurant because it was close to the Nordschleife and well-reviewed. When we arrived, we were seated at one of the remaining tables, and less than a minute after being given our menus, we were asked to choose a drink. We felt a bit rushed. Then the wait for our order was decent, and the meal was fine for me. Midway through the meal, the waitress came to seat a new customer at our table (fortunately, this person was very nice), but she didn't consult us. We asked for the bill, and they made a mistake and added the meal of the person next to us to our receipt. We corrected it, and then we were told "cash only," except that wasn't indicated anywhere. Luckily, there was an ATM nearby. In the end, we had to run after the waitress to pay. Unfortunately, it wasn't a pleasant experience, as the food isn't bad.

I highly recommend it; the town of Adenau is also a great place to explore. We always enjoy coming back. Regarding other questions, I'll say in advance that I don't have a problem with the noise level; in fact, the sounds of the wonderful vintage and modern cars are wonderful.

The staff is talking about customers in Romanian and happily laugh at them straight in their faces. They are unrespectful and rude!!

Huge portions, very tasty and very well served even though it was incredibly busy.

We were in town for Racing Day 2025 and got a table quickly. The menu was very extensive. There was a very wide selection of different dishes. The pizzas were very large and well-topped. The chicken with broccoli was also very tasty. The staff was friendly. You can sit both inside and outside.

The best pizzeria in Adenau, and whole Nurburgring area. Grat pizza, awesome pasta, perfect service and crazy atmosphere. Great for car enthusiasts and for those who love good food. Can’t wait to come back again.

I honestly don't understand all the positive reviews. We waited 1.5 hours for our food, even after having to steer the waiter to our table to even be served. The food (we had pizza, pasta, and salad) arrived over half an hour late and tasted mediocre at best. Unfortunately, I wouldn't really recommend it. The draft beer was good, though. We were also disappointed with the service; there was no understanding or consideration for the very long wait, nor any warning that it might take longer.

Huge pizzas! And delicious bruschetta. Highly recommended and also very affordable. The rosé was also divine.

Unfortunately, the pizza was very oily, lacked flavor, and some of the crust wasn't fully cooked. My companion's schnitzel was also very marbled and was supposed to come with roasted onions, which were unfortunately completely mushy. Additionally, the chef doesn't take off his gloves during his smoking break and continues cooking with them on right afterward.

We were there yesterday to cap off a great day with a great meal. Unfortunately, this plan ended in disaster. We were seated at a table right next to the restrooms. The pungent smell of toilet bricks constantly wafted into our nostrils through the swinging door. We ordered two salads, and one salad and a portion of tortellini were brought to our table. Despite complaining, another waitress came over and rudely said that tortellini had been ordered. In the end, we were served the second salad after all. The entire time, one had the impression that the waiters were completely overwhelmed, even though the restaurant wasn't overly busy. They tried to appease guests at various tables with free bottles of wine. All in all, a bitter disappointment. One star is already too many. Not recommended.

We went there for lunch while visiting the Nürburgring. I had heard rumors, but the pizza was so big that I couldn't finish it by myself. But that's okay, as they provide a box for you to take home. The price was reasonable and it was worth coming!
