Very welcoming and accomadating despite being busy and later in the evening. The food and the beer were great, really good atmosphere and well priced.

Hello everyone, I had reserved a table for three people for 6:30 pm on Sunday evening. It was so busy that we had to wait, even though we had a reservation. Unfortunately, after 30 minutes, nothing was available. We were actually planning to celebrate a birthday. We ended up going to another restaurant. What a shame. We had a 55-minute drive and a confirmed reservation. Very disappointed.

The pizza is good, but the organization is a joke. We've been here three times now to pick up pizza after ordering by phone, and each time the woman suddenly became flustered and realized the order had been forgotten. So we had to wait half an hour.

Excellent food. The stone-baked pizza was not only huge but also incredibly delicious. The Argentinian rump steak was also perfectly cooked, and the pepper sauce was divine. Seating in the back near the restrooms was a bit tricky, as there was very little space between the swinging door and the seats. We ended up moving closer to the wall, and then it was fine. The service was very friendly; we even received a bottle of wine and some cake as we left.

This year, for our annual get-together with friends, we (a group of eight) chose "Pinocchio" in Adenau. It was a fantastic evening, and everything was perfect. Our cozy table, the decorations, the drinks, the appetizers, the various main courses, the service, and even the prices—everything was top-notch! We'll definitely be back!

Very tasty food for a good price, and you also get a very generous portion! The only downside was that we received our main course while we weren't finished with our appetizer. Otherwise, everything was excellent. Hands-down the best bruschetta we've ever had.

We just wanted to get a pizza, we'd never been to Pinocchio before... what arrived was incredible. The pizza was so big that the two of us barely fit on the table, so generously topped, so crispy. We also had Lambrusco, served in beautiful glasses. The rustic ambiance of Pinocchio was so lovely, so lovingly decorated. Especially during the Christmas season, I appreciated that nothing was kitschy, just tasteful. And now to the staff, the owners: I felt just like I know it from Italy... warm, kind, friendly, and attentive. After paying, we were even given a complimentary bottle of red wine. The prices? Low, inexpensive, and surprisingly good considering the quality and quantity of the food. My conclusion: I've found a little piece of Italy in Adenau, and if we ever want to go to a pizzeria again, it will always be Pinocchio.

The restaurant is very clean, and so are the restrooms. The food is delicious 😋 A really great restaurant. You feel very welcome.

Delicious food (pizza, salad) and perfectly chilled drinks. Our visit was wonderful from start to finish. The portions are very generous, making the price-performance ratio excellent. Despite not having a reservation, we were able to get a table without one. The service was very attentive. 10/10. As a parting gift, we were given a bottle of wine, which made our visit even more special. We wholeheartedly recommend this pizzeria and will definitely be back.

Great place. We ate pizza there two days in a row and it was excellent. We ate pongi, vegetarian, salami pizza. The vegetarian one was the best. Pizza 36 is enough for 2 people. Recommended

The food is excellent. The pizza is an experience. But see for yourself! We love eating here after we've been to the racetrack.

Always nice and busy, service is decently quick. Staff are always busy and don't seem to have much time for each customer. The food is great though. it's a quick and easy place to eat. Cash only is a massive turn off for me though.

If you're in Adenau, you absolutely must visit this fantastic restaurant. It's a bit cramped, but that's a nice touch. The only downside is that you only accept cash. The pizzas are quite large. See you next time.

Extensive menu—much more than just pizza! Friendly, patient staff, reasonable prices, delicious food, large pizzas, enormous portions. They even offer to package any leftovers for you, and they do it very well. We even got some tasty treats to take home! This place is highly recommended!

The food was delicious; the pizza was huge and well-topped. Service was very friendly. One drawback was that you couldn't/couldn't pay by card. We weren't prepared for that. We sat next door upstairs in the annex; the heaters were very pleasant. The music could have been a bit quieter. Overall, though, it's a great restaurant. We'd gladly go back.

I don't know how that works. It's a mystery to me. They usually say "quality over quantity." But here you get quality in quantity. The pizza has a wonderful, firm, not-too-tidy crust, and the "standard" version is already over 36cm in diameter. If a child orders a "kids' pizza," they get a regular-sized pizza (unfortunately, the size isn't specified on the menu, but I think it should be 20-24cm). The toppings are incredibly fresh and juicy. Even the drinks here are taller—Bitburger is served in 3-liter glasses. It's served very attractively on a wooden platter. If we're ever in the Adenau area again, the "Pinocchio" is definitely a must!

It's nice how the pizzeria drivers not only park in front of their own doors as they please, but also don't follow any rules in public spaces. That's how you advertise your business...

Great place for a delicious meal. Very busy due to a busy race day at the circuit. They do their best to accommodate everyone. The portions are generous; we even received a doggy bag.

The tartar sauce's edges are chipped off; you're not sure whether something got into the food (ceramic) or not. Placing a bowl of Parmesan cheese in the middle of the meal is a disgrace, and a big shout-out to the waitress that evening. Once again, it's not their fault; they didn't bring the plates to our table, so they don't need to apologize.

Pinocchio is another must-see in Adenau. The food is great, but the staff is very slow and oblivious to our needs. We ordered a beer about three times, but they didn't bring it. In the end, we went to the bar to order it, and after waiting there for five minutes, they brought it to us. It's a shame that a place like this doesn't have more responsible and customer-friendly staff. In the end, they must make so much money that they don't care about losing customers. The only thing we didn't like was the lasagna; the pizzas were delicious, and the meat was the same.

Food was fine absurd portions tho, service was horrible. They were not busy with the customers in the shop, only with pick up or delivery orders. Music was also too loud.

We had reserved a table for 8:30 p.m., but they don't accept reservations! Lots of outside customers arrived without reservations, so we had to wait over 30 minutes in the cold for a table! The waitress forgot half of our order. One of our guests waited almost until the end of the meal and barely got served. The pizzas were good, but the service was really disappointing!

Good and plentiful—that's how you can sum up the food. The small restaurant is always busy, but cozy, and the prices are moderate. Both the pasta and pizza are highly recommended!

Highly recommended, but too small for the crowds. The tables near the restroom entrance are too narrow, and the traffic is very annoying. But the food and service are impeccable. Whether it's pasta or pizza, it feels like you can barely finish anything without leaving leftovers, and all at perfectly reasonable prices.

Pizza's are very large and well priced but that is where the good ends. Service was questionable, the pizzas arrived quickly but the pasta dishes didn't arrived until we had almost finished our pizzas! 2 of our party also ended up with food poisoning (coincidently the 2 that had waited so long for the pasta).

If you like large main courses at very good prices, this is the place for you. The pizzas are really large and reasonably priced. The taste and quality of the pizzas are great, and the schnitzel and fries from the next table also looked great. We were disappointed with the starters, however. The pizza rolls we ordered from the side dishes were cold, and the herb butter was very hard, even in a pretty, but very impractical serving dish. The dumplings in broth were delicious and looked good, but they definitely didn't offer good value for money. The ambiance of the pizzeria is great; Pinocchio in its most beautiful embodiment and the racing atmosphere are 100% in keeping with the region. Inside, every available space was used for tables and chairs, which I personally found a bit too cramped – a shame. However, I have to say that the restrooms were absolutely awful. First, there were no clear signs, and then the women's restroom smelled extremely unpleasant, which made me quite disgusted. Since we've only been there once, I'll take this as a snapshot; it can happen from time to time. Everything—apart from the restroom situation—was absolutely tolerable, and the wine we received as a gift led us to the conclusion that we would definitely go there again, because this pizza is simply unbeatable!

Our order was placed but for some reason got lost. After a 50-minute wait, the order was taken again. They promised that the order would arrive in 10 minutes. After 25 minutes, the order actually arrived. (Total delivery time: 1 hour 15 minutes). The pizza was OK... unfortunately, it was overstuffed with cheese. The size was rather large. The atmosphere outside is very shabby, especially the seating at the neighboring restaurant.

Super good pizzas, nothing to complain about. But payment is in cash, and they don't inform you about it at the beginning. My companion had to get up, leave the place, and go find an ATM. This was a very unpleasant experience in the end.

The best place to eat in the area. I loved the place, the food, and the prices are pretty good. The pizzas are quite large and cost 12 to 13 euros. Drinks: Coca-Cola is 4 euros and beer is 3 euros, depending on which one you order.

Average big pizza but dont take credit cards, only cash

Probably the worst "Italian" restaurant. 1. Italian is only the flag at the entrance. Countless typos on the menu. It's better to write the menus in German than to have 50% of them written in incorrect Italian. Mediocre quality. Portions are extremely oversized. Pizza dough is okay, tomato sauce terrible, mozzarella overflows the entire pizza. Service barely understands German and even less Italian. It's a shame to abuse Italian cuisine like this.

.....My reason for visiting my old hometown every now and then is the attentive service. The food tastes excellent, even after all these years 😊, and the size is enormous—that's how I've known it since the first day it opened until today. Keep up the good work.

The portions are very generous. There's room for improvement in terms of flavor. While one dish had little to no seasoning, the other was overseasoned. All in all, it wasn't a disaster, but I wouldn't recommend it either.

Absolutely flawed Italian dishes. Pasta with garlic and oil had orange slices inside, the bruschetta had watermelon slices inside... a complete disaster. I don't understand why the reviews are so high. I wouldn't add anything else...

The pizza was amazing. We were there at lunchtime with 13 people, and the tables were still set up quickly. The pizzas are huge. We sat outside by the street, where it was naturally quite noisy. Nevertheless, the food was excellent.

We waited over an hour for our food,... Then a few people at our table got their food, everyone else had to wait another 45 minutes unnoticed,... Luckily the food was good 😅

Busy but we'll staffed. Once we recieved our meals we realised why. Portions are HUGE. we ordered bruchetta for 2 and they brought 12 bruchetta breads all topped with an absolute mountain of salsa and salad. Tbh we probably could have stopped there haha. Then came the main meals which were served on the biggest plates I have ever seen in my life. We ordered a schnitzel each (about 12-14 euros) 2 x 300gram schnitzels per plate! With a mountain of fries too, plus side salad and veggies. Was absolutely delicious. We actually found the place by accident just driving around and seemed like the place to be... And we were right!

Pinocchio in Adenau is one of the best pizza restaurants in Adenau. Everything is delicious and the service is fast. I really enjoyed the soup and the pizza. The service is very friendly and helpful. The restrooms are very clean. Great, keep it up! We give it 5 stars.

The pizza was large and delicious. The restaurant was much too small. Very uncomfortable!

I was here two years ago and now. We had pizza, and it didn't taste like Italian pizza, more like a clumsy attempt at it. The pizza dough was pretty good, but the other ingredients tasted cheap, and there was too much cheese on top. Two stars only because it was edible, but I will never go back and I don't recommend this place.

Great restaurant, portions are very generous for the price, so it's great value for money. A bit hectic, and we got a few things after asking, but otherwise it was great. Unfortunately, there wasn't enough space, so two reservations were overbooked.

The food is great. The service is very friendly.

We were a group of 13 people and had reserved a table a month in advance for 8 p.m. When we arrived, we had to wait because only part of the table was prepared. Orders were taken quickly. But then it became really tedious; the first person got their food shortly after 10 p.m., and the last at 10:40 p.m. We were really annoyed. You could also tell that the food was prepared with little love and some of it was really not good. It's a shame, such a great location and so poorly organized.

I had spaghetti carbonara, and it was some of the tastiest pasta I've ever eaten in a restaurant! My colleagues were equally pleased with their pizzas. In fact, four of us had leftovers packed up because the pizzas were quite large (without being expensive). The price/performance ratio here is above average, and the food is absolutely fantastic! Up to six people at one table is no problem, but even with larger groups, the staff is uncomplicated and offers to combine several tables. The only drawback here is that you sometimes have to ask the staff for help (but that seems normal in the region during peak times). Very tasty, very affordable, would definitely go back.

Booked a table for 12 people three weeks ago. When we showed up, there was only one table for 8, so we had to wait half an hour for another table to become available before everyone was finally seated. After the starter arrived fairly quickly, the last people in the group waited a full two hours for their food; for me, it was a ridiculous 1.5 hours. The food was okay, but after such a long wait, my hunger had practically disappeared. Absolutely terrible service; sometimes we didn't see any staff for half an hour, and all in all, just terrible work, or rather, terrible service. P.S.: The last plates of the starter were cleared away as the first plates of the main course were being cleared away.

You can wait a very long time for your food.

Pizza is very fresh. Very good quality food. However, service and communication is poor. Didn't even give us plates until we complained. How do they manage to cope with so many customers every day is a mystery.

Pizzas are big and tasty. Service was quick. I have yet to try other dishes.

It used to be better. The staff was unfriendly. The pizza was good, but half of the salad was missing. I was a regular here from 2010 to 2020, and now, after a few years, I'm back and will reconsider in the future. Cash only.....

Awesome portions for the price!

I'm a regular visitor to this restaurant and always leave feeling very satisfied. The food is of excellent quality, the portions are generous, and the prices are extremely competitive compared to other restaurants. The family atmosphere in the restaurant also contributes to the fact that you'll want to return!

Too bad we can't give 0 stars!!!! Disgusting! There was a hair in my husband's pizza dough and hair in my pizza! Impossible to pay by card, only cash, I've never seen that in a restaurant. The coke wasn't opened in front of us, it had no bubbles, it looked like it had been open for a week. Flies everywhere, horrible to eat and have flies flying around you. Run away!!

The food is incredibly delicious and reasonably priced. The staff, although constantly stressed, are friendly. The entrance to the restroom has swinging doors, which is a bit inconvenient if you're sitting right next to it, as other guests aren't considerate. This could be improved with a curtain.
