I have been a customer of the Pidö fast restaurant for a long time. And I experienced every single change. Be it remodeling the store or changing the business owner. We are in July 2024 and the store has had a new owner for a week. He is super friendly, has very good knowledge of German (which is not available in every kebab shop), is courteous and very easy to talk to. Because you shouldn't forget, just because something doesn't go well doesn't mean that the store is bad, because bad and stressful days are part of it and in this store the good days outweigh the ones that are close to perfect. Not only the owner and the staff have changed positively, but also the entire food from the kebab with the new high-quality meat as well as the homemade fresh lahmacuns and the good fresh pizzas. A change in the cleanliness and system within the store is also noticeable. So this shop is improving day by day thanks to the new owner, who I was kind enough to get to know and talk to. You can tell that he approaches the matter with passion and I, as a guest who eats there almost every day and notices, tastes and sees the improvement, can say that this shop is by far the number 1 in the area (Siege other kebab shops and those nearby who only fill their kebabs halfway) and is improving every day. More and more satisfied every day, which is why I'm happier every time I go out to eat there.

Wow. They're incredibly nice. You speak German. The sheep's cheese comes from sheep. They are funny and helpful. All clean. A direct hit. There are so many bad kebab shops in Dortmund. This is really an exception. I will always go there when I am in Dortmund.

A culinary adventure for the senses of the eyes, nose and taste buds. The Köfte plate is a dream that has to be tried. Very friendly staff, clean restaurant, in Dortmund Aplerbeck, good connections to bus and subway. I'm thrilled with a delicious cherry ayran.

I have always been satisfied over the years and count myself as a regular customer. Today I ordered minced meat, which tasted strange. I kindly shared some information with the seller that the meat might be bad because of the heat. Not even an apology came across and was supposed to pay the full bill. I ended up paying... Dissatisfied and disappointed with such behavior. Thanks for nothing. Judgment based on TODAY

It's better to go there yourself instead of ordering, we ordered there 3 times and it didn't arrive twice because of problems. It wasn't because of Lieferando but because of the store. The food there is good, especially the kebab and the kebab pizza are breathtakingly delicious

Everything is complicated for them. I do not recommend ordering from them for pickup! I placed an order over the phone (I had to do it twice). They act like they don't understand. At the end they say that you have to come to their place and place an order. This is the third time I have the same situation with them. I don't recommend it. They don't value your time. And they don't care what Clint thinks. That's the whole truth about what's going on with them. Unfortunately, my favorite pizzeria was on vacation until June 6th.

I tried it twice and left twice after 40 minutes because it was too stupid for me. They were also unfriendly. People: Diagonally opposite is Ali Baba, one of the best kebabs in Dortmund! Save yourself the frustration.

Ordered food there this afternoon, after 1 hour the food arrived, one order was missing an ingredient on the pizza, even though it was a pizza from the menu. Then the base of the pizza we ordered and the pide we ordered was completely black and on top there was free hair on the pizza and on the pide, see photo. When we called, we were only promised a large fries as compensation for the next order. Thank you and never again

Worst kebab I've ever eaten. Meat is no longer over-seasoned up to ghet and absolutely dry. Flooded with the sauce. Unfortunately the bread was from yesterday, made warm and completely hard. The pide burnt tasteless. Unfortunately very bad. Save your money and go somewhere else.

I come from out of town and based on the reviews I got a pomm kebab there. Unfortunately I was disappointed. I'm used to much better quality both in terms of the quality of the meat and the fact that you get what you order. I ordered veal and got fries with chicken Probably still left over from a pre-order, that's how they tasted, it was super quick, I was in the store in maybe 3 minutes, the staff was friendly too, but I had to pull out all the meat, I couldn't eat it, the salad had been in the counter for a long time I'm used to it being fresh and crunchy and being changed every now and then so that it stays that way, unfortunately that's not the case here. On the whole, it didn't suit my personal taste at all, but everyone has to know that for themselves. I won't be eating there again

Quite tasty in itself but the veal kebab is bathed in oil and fat. My plate looked like I had used oil like ketchup 😂 Otherwise it was okay. A little less meat and more salad. Then it won't swim in the oil

After 1 hour and 40 minutes the food arrived and after I called again after 75 minutes... When I ordered it said "it will take up to 1 hour"... The food was good and warm but overpriced... New menu with mixed grill plates 22 euros and chicken skewer plates 15 euros... Very poor value for money and very poor delivery service... For 37 euros for 2 portions... Below average service... 2 stars just because of the good food...

So the food is really tasty and the selection is really good too. But......the delivery service doesn't work at all! Delivery takes a very long time, at least an hour or more. The last time I ordered, I called after 1.5 hours, it looks like... then they told me that it was probably being prepared and that there was a lot to do and so on and that it was delivered straight away would. After two hours the food finally came. It's a real shame and instead of being told that one of the two dishes is free, they only gave me a bottle of Coke as compensation. So the whole thing is really a shame. My recommendation.....either tell people that it can take such an extremely long time when ordering or don't offer a delivery service.

Mięso oraz cały zestaw pyszne. Doner z serem i pieczarkami jaki wybraliśmy zrobił robotę. Pyszne jedzenie w dobrej cenie. Na pewno jeszcze wrócimy:)

Nie wieder! Essen kam 20 min zu spät. Am Pizza Karton klebt ekelhafter Dreck, und Bestellung nicht vollständig. Man zahlt für extra Zutaten, bekommt diese aber nicht! Die kostenlosen Pizzabrötchen scheinen aus gummi zu sein. Sowas hab ich echt noch nicht erlebt...

Ich bestelle ab und zu hier, schmeckt auch immer. Nur leider ist so gut wie jede Lieferung falsch. Mal fehlt der Käse, mal verwechselt man Zwiebeln mit Krautsalat... Irgendwas ist immer. Aber es schmeckt

Ich bin heute wirklich geschockt, lange nicht erlebt . Das Essen gute 40 min zu spät, angesagt war 20 - 45 min ,nach knapp 1,5 Stunden war das Essen da . Am Telefon hieß es nur Entschuldigung tut uns leid, bringt nur leider nichts die döner waren kalt und völlig aufgeweicht Ich sag das selten aber der Laden kommt nicht mehr für mich in Frage, die Leistung war ungenügend. NIE WIEDER !!!

Die Bedienung ist sehr nett gab bei der Abrechnung eine Verwechslung aber sonst Top das Essem sehr Lecker habe bei dem Essen um das weck lassen der Champions gebeten leider wurde dies trotz Bestätigung missachtet sonst topp und schön angerichtet das Ambiente ganz gemütlich hätte aber liebevoller seien können

Ich hatte über Lieferando bestellt. 60Min Wartezeit finde ich abends zur Stoßzeit normal. Zu meinen Nudeln und gefüllten Pizzabrötchen bekam ich noch zusätzlich warme Pizzabrötchen. Mir hat alles gut geschmeckt. Ich würde dort immer wieder bestellen!

Gute Preise, leckeres Essen, keine lange Wartezeit ob man da ist oder mit nimmt. Freundliches Personal.

Partyangebot für 20 Personen bestellt. Das Essen war super lecker Jedoch kam es schon sehr kalt an, Pizza kalt und hart , Nudeln waren auch kalt. Schade Partyangebot beinhaltet zwei Pizzen Margherita und davon eine nach Wahl. Aufpreis von Salamie auf einer Pizza hat 8 Euro extra gekostet.

Ich fand Service und Ambiente gut. Die Mitarbeiter waren auch sehr freundlich. Das Essen hat mir nicht so sehr gefallen. Brot war zu trocken und ist auseinander gefallen, Fleisch sah an manchen Stellen nicht so gut aus, damit meine ich das da ein größeres trockenes Fleisch Stück einfach reingemacht wurde. Ist so ein durchschnittlicher Laden für einen relativ hohen Preis. Ich würde da ungern nochmal essen bzw nicht als gut weiterempfehlen.

Arkadaslarla gittiğimiz bu mekan da Hamurger siparis ettik.. uzun sure gelmedigi halde hamburgerin icindeki domates ve salataliklar ufak ufak doğranmış yani hamburger icin ozel kesilmemis.. bildiginiz maydonozlu çoban salatasini hamburgerin icine koymuslar.. hamburgeri yerken hepsi dökülüyor ve bu hic hos bir durum degil.. resmen bir daha gelme demek istiyorlar müşterilere.. yorumu turkce yaziyorum ki sizde türküsünuz daha iyi anlarsiniz belki beni.. kendinize bi çeki duzen verin bence yoksa cok musteri kaybedersiniz... Sahsen ben birdaha gitmeyi dusunmuyorum yedigim yemekten 1 gram zevk almadim.....

Leider kommt es manchmal vor,dass die Lieferung vertauscht wird.

Wir haben am Samstag telefonisch das Essen bestellt. Nach 90 Minuten kam nichts, deswegen haben wir nochmal angerufen. Man sagte uns, dass der Mitarbeiter die Hausnummer nicht aufgeschrieben hat. Dann hat man uns gesagt, dass das Essen in 20 Minuten kommt. Nach 30 Minuten haben wir nochmal angerufen und es hieß, dass der Laden voll ist und es wird noch eine halbe Stunde dauern 😳🙈. Wir haben natürlich verzichtet und wo anders bestellt. Es kam nicht mal eine Entschuldigung oder sonst was. Das Essen schmeckt gut, keine Frage, aber der Service Katastrophe!! Wenn wir beim nächsten Mal da sind, werden wir uns auf jeden Fall beim Chef beschwerden.

Gute Qualität der Speisen. Leider ist der Lieferservice nicht zu gebrauchen: von fünf Bestellung wurden falsch (entweder falsche Gerichte oder vergessen Gerichte) geliefert. Lieferzeit ist schlecht bis maximal mäßig.

Wir haben dort gegessen, und es war sehr lecker. Die Bedienung war sehr ausgelastet, aber das Essen war schnell serviert.

Unverschämt teure Preise für die mit Abstand schlechteste Pizza im Umkreis. Mit irgend einem Gummikäse der nichteinmal vernünftig verläuft. Nach der zweiten Chance kann ich sagen - Nie wieder.

Das Schnellrestaurant ist rund um ganz in Ordnung, ich habe jetzt nur den Döner vor Ort probiert und muss sagen, dass er definitiv in Ordnung war. Eine richtige Einschätzung kann ich zum Döner nicht geben, da ich an dem Zeitpunkt hungrig wie ein Löwe war und somit meine Einschätzung ein wenig verschwommen sein könnte. Mitarbeiter alle freundlich.

Preis/Leistungsverhältnis passt überhaupt nicht! Man fragt sich, wie diese positiven Bewertungen zustande kommen... Wir hatten nach langem dort gegessen, kaum Zuhause angekommen musste mein Mann direkt auf die Toilette.... Nie wieder dort, dann lieber zu Ali Baba auf der anderen Seite....

Gerade das erste mal dort bestellt. Super schnelle Lieferung. Das Essen kam warm an obwohl wir in Oberhausen wohnen. Super lecker 😋 und die Pide schmeckt fast so gut wie in der Türkei 🥰

Pommes labberig und verbrannt. Die Lieferung dauerte über 1,5 Stunden, dabei wurde eine Mahlzeit vergessen. Die Pizza schmeckte nicht und der Dürüm der anschließend nachgeliefert wurde, war auch noch kalt. Leider versteht der Lieferant auch kein deutsch. Für uns war es das letzte Mal !!!!
