I've eaten here several times and am always very satisfied. The food is consistently delicious – both the doner kebab and the lahmacun are generously sized and loaded with meat. They certainly don't skimp! The staff is always friendly, and deliveries are reliable, fast, and punctual. I especially appreciate the option to choose between poultry and veal. Highly recommended!

Two colleagues and I were just eating here. When my colleague wanted to order regular fries, we initially encountered communication problems because he didn't want a chicken burger, but "just" regular fries...but the employee didn't understand this at all and asked him THREE times what he wanted on his chicken burger. Well, when we finally got two kebabs and the fries he wanted, the first bite consisted solely of coleslaw, and the last one consisted entirely of grease and substandard kebab meat. Additionally, while eating, my other friend developed a cold sore on his lower lip, possibly due to the homemade sauce. When we finally came to pay, my friend and I were each given 30 cents less in change, and the surface of my friend's 20-cent coin was very similar to the texture of lubricant. Dirty tables, dry burger and fries, expensive. There must be a reason why they don't ask you if you enjoyed your meal when paying.

Unfortunately, we didn't like it at all.

I went there today with friends for dinner during the apple market. Since I have limited mobility, I drive a mobility scooter, which I didn't want to just leave on the street with so many people around. At first, there wasn't a suitable spot inside the restaurant to park it. However, they kindly made one, and when we left, they even pushed the scooter outside. Very friendly and helpful staff, and a delicious kebab for me and delicious pizza for my friends. And the prices were affordable, especially the drinks. I'd be happy to go back.

Unfortunately, my visit to this restaurant was very disappointing. The manager was extremely rude and unfriendly. There was an awkward moment when I was missing two euros, and even though he knew I was waiting for it, he didn't give it to me. He just waited until I said so, which I didn't. In the end, I left without the two euros. Overall, absolutely disappointing service. I unfortunately cannot recommend this restaurant.

The meat was very dry, and the restaurant really let itself go after the change of ownership. It's really sad 😞 Not worth a visit anymore!

They're open until 10 p.m., but they close at 9:50 p.m. There's nothing left. Every star is too many.

I had the Dürüm kebab without the spicy sauce. It was extremely delicious. I'd order it again and again.

I gave the PI DÖ restaurant in Aplerbeck several chances, but unfortunately, I was disappointed every time. Three times, I was given the wrong food, even though I had clearly stated my order. Special requests are met with rudeness, making you feel like you're intruding. What I find particularly inappropriate: Several times, I witnessed customers being mocked in Turkish – apparently in the hope that they wouldn't understand. This kind of behavior is disrespectful and unprofessional. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this restaurant at all – neither for the service nor for the way they treat customers.

I got three flyers in my inbox. OK, then I'll rate my visit if you'd like: The meat wasn't good. It had a lot of fatty bits. It didn't taste fresh to me either. I got a kebab bag, and what can I say, it was mediocre for the price. You can sit outside, but be careful; at certain times of the day, the street is very busy and it's really annoying when strange people walk past you. I definitely wouldn't come back.

Just ordered food, usually it's always been OK, but today the crab schnitzel was bone dry, the hollandaise sauce and the mayonnaise I ordered were missing, and the fries were soggy. Never again 😡🤬

I come here to eat a kebab once a week during my break. Friendly service. Even when the store is at full capacity, you can get your food here quite quickly. And if it takes five minutes longer I won't starve! It tasted really tasty and the portion was right! Clear recommendation!

I bought Wiener Schnitzel there for 7.50 and it was just a frozen schnitzel for 3 euros. The rest was also NOT recommended and I was called 4 times and I always have to give my order and address, their organization isn't that good...

So I can't recommend it for the third time we had hair while eating. We were eating at the restaurant and showed the boss our hair himself. He then gave us half of the price. Now I ordered food again because I thought they would take some of it But I thought wrongly this time too, I had a hard time eating again and last time I even showed it to the boss and he apologized and said it wouldn't happen anymore, so that was the last time we got something there today That's no longer normal, the sad thing is that only the boss has it Seen it yourself, please dear döpi team take care of it because the customers pay money for it

Honestly, it's a shame. I was incredibly hungry and in the mood for something cool. The price is really very good but the quality was really nothing. Better to make it more expensive but better. There were two hard things in my Dürüm. One looked like meat fat and hard like plastic and the other was a fat piece of cartilage that was too hard to chew. Unfortunately I got a stomach ache and is not recommended. At least what I got wasn't good.

I have been a customer of the Pidö fast restaurant for a long time. And I experienced every single change. Be it remodeling the store or changing the business owner. We are in July 2024 and the store has had a new owner for a week. He is super friendly, has very good knowledge of German (which is not available in every kebab shop), is courteous and very easy to talk to. Because you shouldn't forget, just because something doesn't go well doesn't mean that the store is bad, because bad and stressful days are part of it and in this store the good days outweigh the ones that are close to perfect. Not only the owner and the staff have changed positively, but also the entire food from the kebab with the new high-quality meat as well as the homemade fresh lahmacuns and the good fresh pizzas. A change in the cleanliness and system within the store is also noticeable. So this shop is improving day by day thanks to the new owner, who I was kind enough to get to know and talk to. You can tell that he approaches the matter with passion and I, as a guest who eats there almost every day and notices, tastes and sees the improvement, can say that this shop is by far the number 1 in the area (Siege other kebab shops and those nearby who only fill their kebabs halfway) and is improving every day. More and more satisfied every day, which is why I'm happier every time I go out to eat there.

Wow. They're incredibly nice. You speak German. The sheep's cheese comes from sheep. They are funny and helpful. All clean. A direct hit. There are so many bad kebab shops in Dortmund. This is really an exception. I will always go there when I am in Dortmund.

I kindly shared some information with the seller that the meat might be bad because of the heat. Not even an apology came across and was supposed to pay the full bill. I ended up paying... It's better to go there yourself instead of ordering, we ordered there 3 times and it didn't arrive twice because of problems. It wasn't because of Lieferando but because of the store. The food there is good, especially the kebab and the kebab pizza are breathtakingly delicious

Everything is complicated for them. I do not recommend ordering from them for pickup! I placed an order over the phone (I had to do it twice). They act like they don't understand. At the end they say that you have to come to their place and place an order. This is the third time I have the same situation with them. I don't recommend it. They don't value your time. And they don't care what Clint thinks. That's the whole truth about what's going on with them. Unfortunately, my favorite pizzeria was on vacation until June 6th.

Ordered food there this afternoon, after 1 hour the food arrived, one order was missing an ingredient on the pizza, even though it was a pizza from the menu. Then the base of the pizza we ordered and the pide we ordered was completely black and on top there was free hair on the pizza and on the pide, see photo. When we called, we were only promised a large fries as compensation for the next order. Thank you and never again

Worst kebab I've ever eaten. Meat is no longer over-seasoned up to ghet and absolutely dry. Flooded with the sauce. Unfortunately the bread was from yesterday, made warm and completely hard. The pide burnt tasteless. Unfortunately very bad. Save your money and go somewhere else.

I come from out of town and based on the reviews I got a pomm kebab there. Unfortunately I was disappointed. I'm used to much better quality both in terms of the quality of the meat and the fact that you get what you order. I ordered veal and got fries with chicken Probably still left over from a pre-order, that's how they tasted, it was super quick, I was in the store in maybe 3 minutes, the staff was friendly too, but I had to pull out all the meat, I couldn't eat it, the salad had been in the counter for a long time I'm used to it being fresh and crunchy and being changed every now and then so that it stays that way, unfortunately that's not the case here. On the whole, it didn't suit my personal taste at all, but everyone has to know that for themselves. I won't be eating there again

New menu with mixed grill plates 22 euros and chicken skewer plates 15 euros... Very poor value for money and very poor delivery service... For 37 euros for 2 portions... Below average service... 2 stars just because of the good food...

So the food is really tasty and the selection is really good too. But......the delivery service doesn't work at all! Delivery takes a very long time, at least an hour or more. The last time I ordered, I called after 1.5 hours, it looks like... then they told me that it was probably being prepared and that there was a lot to do and so on and that it was delivered straight away would. After two hours the food finally came. It's a real shame and instead of being told that one of the two dishes is free, they only gave me a bottle of Coke as compensation. So the whole thing is really a shame. My recommendation.....either tell people that it can take such an extremely long time when ordering or don't offer a delivery service.

Nie wieder! Essen kam 20 min zu spät. Am Pizza Karton klebt ekelhafter Dreck, und Bestellung nicht vollständig. Man zahlt für extra Zutaten, bekommt diese aber nicht! Die kostenlosen Pizzabrötchen scheinen aus gummi zu sein. Sowas hab ich echt noch nicht erlebt...

Ich bin heute wirklich geschockt, lange nicht erlebt . Das Essen gute 40 min zu spät, angesagt war 20 - 45 min ,nach knapp 1,5 Stunden war das Essen da . Am Telefon hieß es nur Entschuldigung tut uns leid, bringt nur leider nichts die döner waren kalt und völlig aufgeweicht Ich sag das selten aber der Laden kommt nicht mehr für mich in Frage, die Leistung war ungenügend. NIE WIEDER !!!

Die Bedienung ist sehr nett gab bei der Abrechnung eine Verwechslung aber sonst Top das Essem sehr Lecker habe bei dem Essen um das weck lassen der Champions gebeten leider wurde dies trotz Bestätigung missachtet sonst topp und schön angerichtet das Ambiente ganz gemütlich hätte aber liebevoller seien können

Ich hatte über Lieferando bestellt. 60Min Wartezeit finde ich abends zur Stoßzeit normal. Zu meinen Nudeln und gefüllten Pizzabrötchen bekam ich noch zusätzlich warme Pizzabrötchen. Mir hat alles gut geschmeckt. Ich würde dort immer wieder bestellen!

Gute Preise, leckeres Essen, keine lange Wartezeit ob man da ist oder mit nimmt. Freundliches Personal.

Es gibt den besten Döner hier. Sehr lecker, Salate immer frisch und saftig. Es ist sauber und Vorort sind die Mitarbeiter freundlich. Kann mit ruhigem Gewissen weiterempfehlen.

Partyangebot für 20 Personen bestellt. Das Essen war super lecker Jedoch kam es schon sehr kalt an, Pizza kalt und hart , Nudeln waren auch kalt. Schade Partyangebot beinhaltet zwei Pizzen Margherita und davon eine nach Wahl. Aufpreis von Salamie auf einer Pizza hat 8 Euro extra gekostet.

Ich fand Service und Ambiente gut. Die Mitarbeiter waren auch sehr freundlich. Das Essen hat mir nicht so sehr gefallen. Brot war zu trocken und ist auseinander gefallen, Fleisch sah an manchen Stellen nicht so gut aus, damit meine ich das da ein größeres trockenes Fleisch Stück einfach reingemacht wurde. Ist so ein durchschnittlicher Laden für einen relativ hohen Preis. Ich würde da ungern nochmal essen bzw nicht als gut weiterempfehlen.
