The food came quickly. The tomato soup tasted like it came out of a bag. The schnitzel and the antipastitelle were nicely prepared and also tasted good. Just like the pizza. Now for the disadvantage When we arrived it was super quiet. The service was relaxed and friendly. As the evening progressed, it became quite crowded and loud. Sometimes the service became more annoying. Artificial plants as far as the eye can see. The sanitary areas could also be professionally cleaned. I find value for money a bit cheeky.

Pizza was ok... but not a must have. The food was in the oven a little too long 😬The service was nice.

Not recommended! The service is unfriendly, slams the menus on the table and no greeting. Prices are outrageous, 0.33 cola for €4.50 and that's really outrageous. Ambiance rocked everything down

There used to be delicious Italian food here, especially fresh pizza. Unfortunately, after the apparent change of ownership, it is an absolute disaster. Finished frozen base, which was then served 3/4 raw. After complaining, the pizza was put back in the oven. The base was still raw afterwards, but the topping was black and that for a hefty price of almost €15 for a standard pizza. You'll definitely never see us there again. You don't need to go to a restaurant for such bad food. We would have had more from a €3 Aldi pizza. Apparently other former regulars see it that way too, because the terrace and the restaurant are always almost empty.

It was a culinary delight in this restaurant. The waitress, who was the manager of the restaurant, treated us well. We looked at all the rooms in the restaurant, just good.

It's a shame, the food wasn't Italian for me... I ordered tortellini gratinated... with cream sauce... which unfortunately was with curry sauce... when I mentioned that, the waitress immediately felt taken aback and said anyone could do it the way he did thinks it's right... Italian specialty looks different to me.

Yesterday I ordered online from Phönix again after years: Bruschetta with duck breast. Tiramisu. I paid 11.50 euros for the bruschetta. A very soggy bread with 4 pieces of meat on it, definitely not duck. (could have been pork), the portion wasn't very big. A little lettuce, almost no tomato. Strange, musty taste. A few years ago the portion of tiramisu was twice as large. Delivery fee: 2 euros. I live 400 m away. Not justified. Therefore I found 18.50 euros too expensive. Not OK.

The food was great. We had the turkey pan. The service was also good. However, we didn't like the many, all artificial, plants and unfortunately there were a lot of fruit flies buzzing around.

The wheelchair user symbol is wrong, the access is at ground level but there are stairs to the tables and the toilet. I wasn't told that when I made the reservation. Do better and remove the symbol.

The first impression from the outside was that it was so-so...but inside and especially with the food and the prices quoted it was really very good. Only recommended. If I have the opportunity, I'd be happy to do it again.

I had the food delivered to me and it was all very bland in terms of taste. The saying if the food doesn't taste good then add some cheese fits perfectly. I have rarely been so disappointed, both the pork fillet had no real taste and the turkey in the Figaro. It was said to have a spicy taste but it was just bland, a shame.

My husband ordered a steak and in the evening he had a very bad stomach ache. The next day he had severe diarrhea. Never again!

Can you go there? Rustic and cozy decor, menu offers a wide selection, not just Italian. The service is nice, the prices are moderate. We liked it.

Dissatisfied and disappointing fits our order best. We ordered online and only cash payment was possible in the restaurant, although there are several payment options listed on the website. The service could also do nothing other than refuse the card payment. Okay, if the food tastes good, you can ignore it... But... After a 5 minute drive to the accommodation, our food was cold, the pizza with a ready-made dough? Never saw a stone oven and was more reminiscent of a frozen pizza than Italian cuisine. But what was saddest... A dish that costs over €20 isn't served to the guest in its entirety? The gratinated fillet neither had a suitable sauce nor did the cheese topping that I ordered show up... It's a shame... Very disappointing... It's a shame about the money and tip that was given when I picked it up...

You can have a very good meal here. Something for every taste, even with children. Price performance is okay.

Die Bedienung ist immer nett, Das Essen ist lecker.Wir haben letztes mal Geburtstag gefeiert,und durften sogar eine kleine Torte mitbringen. Nach dem Abendessen fragte uns die Kellnerin,ob sie uns kleine Teller für die Torte bringen darf. Das fand ich ein Super-Service.

Essen war lecker. Preise im normalen Bereich. Service auf zack. Ambiente ist nicht ganz so mein Geschmack.

Wir waren mit Freunden Essen, von der Bestellung bis zum Ende des Abends war alles gut. Essen hat gut geschmeckt. Im Sommer kann man auch sehr schön auf der Terrasse sitzen und die Speisen und Getränke Genießen.

Fantastisches Essen zum unschlagbaren Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Absolut zu empfehlen: Das Gorgonzola-Steak, das Pfeffer-Steak, der raffinierte Salat und das hausgemachte Tiramisu!!! Extrem lecker alles! Wir kommen immer gerne wieder!

Essen bestellen funktioniert reibungslos. Man kann vor Ort per Karte und Bar bezahlen oder bei Lieferung nur in Bar. Die Pizza Salami war mir leider zu salzig, obwohl ich es gut gewürzt gerne habe. Die Enten-Bruschetta schmeckt richtig gut, da gibt es nichts zu bemängeln. Tortellini alla Panna e Prosciuttto empfand ich als zu schwach gewürzt und zu dickflüssig. Das Personal ist stets freundlich.

Ich kann viele der schlechten Bewertungen nicht nachvollziehen. Der Service war total offen und freundlich. Auch das Essen war wirklich lecker. Wir waren zu viert da und hatten komplett unterschiedliche Hauptgerichte (keine Pizza) + Nachspeise.

Super leckeres essen selbst der Lieferservice ist top. Kann ich nur empfehlen.

Ewig schon meine Lieblingspizzeria in Ratzeburg (seit Eröffnung), wo ich als Vegetarier die "Grandiosa" empfehlen kann. Alle dort sind sehr nett und freundlich, was für mich ausgleicht, dass sie es trotz Tassen-Vorwärmung selten schaffen, einen wirklich heißen Espresso an den Tisch zu bringen ;-) ...egal. Ich kann Phönix nur empfeheln! Nachtrag: Inzwischen gibt es eine neue Esspresso-Maschine! Jetzt ist der Esspresso heiß und absolut lecker, also es gibt absolut "nix zu meckern"!

Wir durften heute ein hervorragendes Essen genießen. Jedes Gericht war sehr geschmackvoll und schön angerichtet. Wir waren schon öfter da, aber heute war es besonders lecker( neuer Koch vielleicht?) Das Ambiente war sehr nett, das Phönix ist sehr rustikal eingerichtet . Die Bedienungen sehr nett und zuvorkommend.

Leckere Pizza und nette schnelle Bedienung

Unser neues Lieblingsrestaurant in Ratzeburg, obwohl eigentlich ein Fehler passiert ist. Unsere Bestellung ist nicht übermittelt worden (wir hatten aber eine Bestellbestätigung) und deshalb mussten wir zwanzig Minuten warten. Zu unserer Überraschung gab es zu jedem Hauptgericht ein Dessert kostenlos als Entschuldigung dazu. Da alles auch sehr gut geschmeckt hat, werden wir als Neulinge in der Stadt dort regelmäßig essen. Dank und Respekt ans Restaurant für dieses Fehlermanagement!

Essen war wirklich gut! Super Nette Bedienung! Danke gern wieder!!!

Wir waren da gestern zum ersten mal und im Prinzip war das essen okay. Mein Sohn bestellte Knobibrot und bekam ein Leib Brot in der Mitte geteilt, das habe ich so noch nie gesehen. Das war okay, aber auch sehr viel. Mozzarella mit Tomate, war reichlich und okay. Das Schnitzel machte den Eindruck ein TK Schnitzel zu sein, es sah sehr gleichmäßig aus und schmecke gleichmäßig. Ich zahle gern mehr für ein Schnitzel wenn es in der eigenen Küche zubereitet ist. Wir hatte auch zwei Pasta Gerichte die waren soweit okay. Die Bedienung war auch nett und aufmerksam. Ich kann also schon empfehlen dort etwas zu essen.

Tolles Essen - Service gut - Bei unserem Besuch war das Phönix sehr voll, dadurch war die Geräuschkulisse sehr hoch. Aber so ist das eben bei vielen Leuten. Wir kommen wieder🙂
