phohanoi - sushibar in Rosenheim

We pulled out our discount book (Gutscheinbuch.de) and were in the mood for something new from Asian cuisine – that's how we ended up at Pho Hanoi. And we have to say: We'll definitely be back! My shrimp curry was simply perfect. Often restaurants skimp on shrimp, but definitely not here. Unfortunately, I didn't take a picture. Anyone looking for a good meal in a friendly atmosphere should definitely try Pho Hanoi. Small, but excellent! Highly recommended 👍🏼

A cozy restaurant with delicious food. It not only looks great but tastes fantastic. I find food a bit too spicy, but they always accommodate that. I highly recommend it. In the summer, you can sit outside in the courtyard by the fountain.

A small, charming Asian restaurant where I've often eaten with friends and my girlfriend. It's very nicely and comfortably furnished, and there's plenty of space. The food is absolutely exquisite, the salads are beautifully presented, and the sushi is of the highest quality. My favorite is the crunchy rolls, which I find to be much better value for money than at Jadeve. It's the best Asian restaurant in the Rosenheim area, especially in terms of value for money, and the portions are very filling.

Very nice family-run restaurant. I've eaten there several times. Friendly service and pleasant Vietnamese small talk. The food arrives incredibly quickly. 33. The red curry was unfortunately 0% spicy (despite being labeled spicy), but still good. 34. The first time it was delicious (mildly spicy), but the second time, glass noodles were suddenly mixed in with the vegetables, and the taste was completely different and far worse (new cook?).

We chose this restaurant because of its very good star rating. I have to say, those stars are misleading. Since we really enjoy sushi and Asian cuisine in general, we were very much looking forward to it. Unfortunately, we were quite disappointed. The service was very friendly, although you had to call them to order more drinks or to pay. A staff member had been in the restroom before me, and when I came in, there were long, black hairs scattered all over the floor. It's also not obvious where the restroom is, as there's only one door with a sign for the disabled restroom, and if you continue past it, you'll find the urinals. Now for the food: the fried noodles were very dry—I've never seen anything like it. They didn't taste bad, but they weren't really good. The portion sizes were very good. We left almost all of the soup unfinished. We were very disappointed with the sushi. We ordered two platters, which weren't cheap. The rice was very dry, which is unacceptable for sushi! I've eaten sushi in many different restaurants and I also make it myself, but this was unfortunately some of the worst sushi I've ever had. The soy sauce was also extremely salty. All in all, we left full but disappointed. It's a real shame. We won't be going back, but we hope they take our criticism to heart and improve the quality.

I definitely wouldn't recommend this place. My wife and I wanted to eat here, but we checked the reviews beforehand, and everything seemed positive. When the food arrived, it looked delicious, but it didn't taste good. The duck was too fatty, just like rubber. The noodles were dry and unappetizing – how could anyone make them so wrong? The spring rolls had a disgusting aftertaste. The sushi was an absolute no-go; I wouldn't recommend it at all – the fish was too raw and the contents weren't appetizing. Even the drinks were clearly from a long-opened bottle, and the sediment had settled at the bottom. I wish the health department would pay you a visit. People want to leave a restaurant happy, not with complaints. When I went to pay, the plates were still piled high with food, and when I was asked if everything was alright, I immediately and openly explained the situation. I felt extremely ripped off here. I can't give zero stars. Don't pay attention to the one star; it's one star because zero isn't an option. (The restaurant's response is yet another indication of reality: 1 liter of fat, etc. That's how much value guests have, so you should be responsive to guests and not respond in a way that treats everyone the same. As described above, when the food arrives, it looks great! Every guest should have the opportunity to express their honest opinion! You should address the reviews and say, "Oh dear, there was a guest who didn't like it. What can you do better?" I have the response in the screenshot and will keep it. You shouldn't make such accusations against people and offer unhealthy products.) I hope you don't treat every guest like this.

I've eaten here twice now and I wasn't disappointed. The staff is extremely friendly and attentive. The fried udon noodles were very, very good, and I would recommend this restaurant to anyone who enjoys Asian cuisine. The atmosphere was also very pleasant.

I was lucky enough to discover this restaurant 10 years ago. This is my third visit to Rosenheim. It has the best Pho Bo in Rosenheim (or better than many Vietnamese restaurants in Germany) when eating out. I've eaten at every so-called Vietnamese restaurant in the city, and I can say that the others pale in comparison. My mother, who is an incredibly picky eater, said the Pho here is pretty good. That's saying something. The service is fast and efficient, and the experienced staff is friendly and patient with guests. And the professional kitchen staff does everything really well and has been cooking for at least 25 years. They have delicious sushi and many other excellent dishes, but I highly recommend the Pho Bo (No. 90).

The food is great and authentic! The staff is really friendly and helpful. We tried the Pho noodle soup, papaya salad with big fresh shrimp and had a home made icetea with fresh tea. The herbs of the noodle soup were excellent and the meat was tender and flavorful. We highly recommend phohanoi!

I had a vegetarian meal. It was excellent. I haven't had a better alternative to meat. The restaurant is located in a courtyard. It's perfectly safe for children to run around freely. There are playground equipment, but I'm not sure if they charge for it.

Very friendly, short wait times and low occupancy, delicious dishes including soup and dessert (mochi) at reasonable prices, and the homemade lemonade is very tasty. The fried noodles with duck could have benefited from a little more sauce. The red curry is only moderately hot—don't be afraid of the pepperoni ;)

Very tasty dish with red fish and a great presentation. Pleasant atmosphere in the outdoor yard near the fountain. The wait time for the food was about 20 minutes. The only downside was that someone was smoking nearby while we were eating.

Actually, I had a good impression at first. But I'm almost the only one in the restaurant and the waitress doesn't react no matter what I do. Not until I screamed across the entire store. I ordered a salad and bahn bao. But when I bite into the frozen thing in the middle of the Bahn Bao. I've lost it. When I complained about it, the waitress just said Aha and that was it. Just found it rude.

Actually the store doesn't deserve a star at all. Food was ordered and eaten in the evening, my stomach pain started with vomiting, the next day I felt even worse and couldn't get up at all. The only thing I could do with nausea was lying in the fetal position. Never eat there again

Everything is extremely good, the food and ingredients are very fresh. When asked, they are happy to explain what exactly is on your plate (non-local vegetables, etc.). Service is very very courteous and attentive. The ambience inside is also very nice.

I've been going here for a year and I can only recommend it. All of my friends and acquaintances go there thanks to my recommendation and everyone has been very satisfied so far. Very large portions, freshly prepared and the price is great. The employees are also super nice. I also visit the bubble tea shop very often (they work together) and so far it is the best shop here in Rosenheim + the employee is the sweetest. 🥰 I'm happy to be a regular customer of theirs!

In my opinion one of, if not, the best Asian in Rosenheim. Everything is freshly prepared. If possible, I'll eat there every week. Because it is also unbeatable in terms of price. Also great to take with you.

Ordering online was good and easy. I chose sushi. Half of the maki fell apart or wasn't rolled up properly. Some of them were also in wasabi and were inedible. The sashimi was very, very wide cut. All in all, not a good price-performance ratio.

Great Asian cuisine at a reasonable price. I ate outside, unfortunately I didn't see the inside of the restaurant. A simple but clean and nice atmosphere on the outside. Very attentive and friendly service. And the food was just great - in terms of taste and appearance, both of which are important to me. As a starter I had 6 mini rolls with crab and shrimp filling, very tasty. For the main course I chose the large sashimi platter, which was also very tasty - including the look. Clear recommendation for friends of Asian cuisine. By the way, the menu was very extensive, with much more than “just” sushi.
