Pho 54 in Magdeburg

I recently ordered from Pho 54 and I absolutely love it! The entire experience was perfect from start to finish. The order was processed super quickly and delivery came in record time. The food was still hot, fresh and simply fantastically prepared. In addition to the great food, I would also like to highlight the service: the staff are incredibly friendly and accommodating, which makes the whole experience even more enjoyable. Pho 54 convinced me across the board. For me this is the best shop for Asian cuisine! Whether it's for takeaway, a quick delivery or a relaxed meal on site - you can't go wrong here.

I actually love ordering pho here. But the last two times I didn't like the broth at all. Do you have a new recipe? It would be a real shame. You guys have always been my first stop for delicious pho.

We had the food delivered, it didn't take long, although it was a Friday evening and they assume it could take longer. The food was nice and hot and tasted really tasty and fresh. Absolutely recommended.

We ate here yesterday, which was the second time. The atmosphere is very nice and the staff is very friendly. The food and drink was very good, you can tell that the products used here are good. I had #16, #22 and a raspberry smoothie. Gladly again, a visit is worth it.

Pho 54 is a small hidden restaurant on Hasselbachplatz, which is simply furnished. The choice of food is typically Vietnamese. The food was nicely prepared and delicious! The manager of the house serves very friendly and unobtrusive. The prices in the restaurant are completely ok for this surprisingly great taste experience. We will come back and can recommend this restaurant with a clear conscience.

We ate there for the first time and were thrilled, nice service, nice atmosphere. Ordering everything from the starter to the main course went quickly and was beautifully presented on the plates. The homemade lemonades are also recommended.

We went to Pho 54 for the first time today because of the many positive Google reviews and ordered sweet potatoes, two No. 60 (crispy baked chicken legs), one No. 62 (crispy duck breast), a pineapple-mint smoothie and a bottle of water . Apart from the delicious sweet potatoes and the pineapple-mint smoothie (hence the two stars), everything else was unfortunately very disappointing. The food wasn't really seasoned and tasted totally tasteless, just dreary. In addition, the chicken thighs looked very unappetizing and were full of tendons and cartilage and were therefore inedible. The duck was absolutely bland, the curry coconut sauce was completely tasteless and far too runny. I therefore absolutely cannot understand the positive reviews. Every run-of-the-mill Vietnamese snack tastes at least as “good”. When we told this to the friendly but slightly overwhelmed service staff, she passed it on to the kitchen and apologized. They could have at least offered a small gift to compensate for the mediocre to poor food. Our first and last visit to Pho 54.

We went to Pho 54 as a family. The food was very tasty and the service was pleasant and friendly. One person had to eat gluten-free due to celiac disease. She was well advised. The restaurant offered to modify the dish so that it was tolerable. The Vietnamese coffee at the end was something completely new for us and tasted good. We'd love to go there again

Pho 54 is one of my favorite restaurants in Magdeburg. Because of the very good and tasty food. I find the pho soups, the homemade lemonades and the Vietnamese coffee particularly delicious 😋. The furnishings are functional and the outdoor area at Hasselbachplatz is often a bit "busy". But the mostly younger audience probably likes that too and it doesn't bother me.

My absolute favorite Vietnamese in Magdeburg! The food is fresh, the lemonade is homemade. What more do you want!? I like to come here often 🙋‍♂️

Truly an excellent restaurant! I've eaten pho in many cities in Germany, but Phon54 is my favorite restaurant because of its consistently high quality. The service is also very friendly and I never had to wait long. The homemade drinks are also highly recommended!

I had a beef curry sausage with a mild ketchup sauce and fries with mayonnaise. My currywurst was cold and the ketchup was bland.

Steamed buns, mango salad, and springrolls are all tasty, good, and authentic. I ordered to go and it took little time for the food to arrive.

The food was incredibly tasty and prepared quickly. Small and inconspicuous but highly recommended. We are already looking forward to the next visit. However, due to the small size of the building in Magdeburg back then, wheelchair users or strollers cannot get in. But you can sit outside when the weather is nice.

So I was probably in a different restaurant when I read the previous reviews... I found it to be overly average. Location itself is very poor and spartan. Comfortable is something else. The door to the outside is constantly open, cold air is drawn in and there is a draft. The waiters pointed this out several times, but no interest. The service: the two girls were very nice, but they were completely overwhelmed. Completely! Not once did they check for drinks or ask if everything was OK. We would have liked to have had a second drink, but we didn't want to. Our food wandered around the restaurant from table to table for 5 minutes because it was no longer possible to tell that it was our food. Very unprofessional! There was a young man sitting next to us whose meal was under 15 euros. He was seriously refused card payment (because it was under 15 euros!!) and he was told to get cash from the nearest savings bank. Incredible. Food: had the 64, duck in curry coconut sauce. Okay in itself, but my duck had a crispy crust. I looked for meat in vain. Than every Asian in a construction kitchen offers a better duck for a few euros. Sorry. So for us it was a unique experience. You don't have to go there again.

Totally inconspicuous from the outside. I almost ran past. Inside, the ambience is perfect. Very pleasant! The food was great and prepared quickly! And the iced tea is outstanding too! The service was friendly and the prices were reasonable. I can only report good things. Gladly again!

Super Essen! Ich bin selbst Vietnamese und kommen aus einem Elternhaus, was sehr gut kochen kann. Hier schmeckt das Essen, als ob man Zuhause wäre. Die Besitzerin ist auch super zuvorkommend. Ist eine klare Empfehlung :)

Das Essen ist einfach fantastisch! Bei jedem Besuch wage ich mich an neue Gerichte, und es überrascht mich jedes Mal aufs Neue! Dennoch bleibe ich stets meinem Favoriten treu: das Sticky Rice mit Mango als Nachspeise – einfach himmlisch! Der Service ist äußerst angenehm, und die Atmosphäre macht meinen Aufenthalt jedes Mal besonders angenehm!

Habe das erste mal hier Essen bestellt. Das Essen war sehr lecker und in einer ansehlichen schwarzen Box warm und schön angerichtet verpackt. Die Portion ist groß und es hat alles sehr frisch geschmeckt. Mein neuer Lieblings-Asiate in Magdeburg! Schön, dass es hier auch einen Lieferservice gibt. Das schießt natürlich die umliegende Konkurrenz ins aus! Danke!

Wir haben bis jetzt nur Online bestellt, es war immer super lecker, heiß und kam (auch sonntags Abend) recht zügig an. Alle Gerichte waren für mich super abgeschmeckt und auch optisch ein Highlight. Die Portionen sind genau richtig, mit Vor- und Nachspeise ist man randvoll und kann eine kulinarische Reise durch Vietnam für ~20 EUR erleben. Vielen Dank für das tolles Essen. Empfehlen kann ich auf jeden Fall die Suppen, ich hab noch nie bei einem Lieferdienst eine Suppe bestellt aber hier gehört es einfach für mich dazu. Gegessen haben wir bis jetzt u.a. Suon sot me, Wan Tan chien, Pho bo tai, Pho dac biet, Udon xao Ga, Tom cary, Vit chien sot me, Chuoi chien me den...

Wir haben heute das erste Mal bei Pho54 bestellt, da Freunde vom leckeren Essen geschwärmt haben. Leider waren wir sehr enttäuscht. Wir haben zunächst 45 Min länger auf unser Essen gewartet. Am Telefon war man auf Nachfrage freundlich, schien sich aber nicht ganz sicher, wo die Bestellung sei. Es kam wiederholt die Nachfrage, wo man denn bestellt hätte. „Ist wahrscheinlich gleich da.“ Als der Fahrer dann eintraf, war auch dieser sehr freundlich und entschuldigte sich für die Verspätung. Unser Essen war jedoch absolut kalt. Die Vorspeisen waren nicht genießbar. Meine bestellte Ente war nicht nur kalt, sondern auch trocken, der dazugehörige Reis ein einziger Brei. Lediglich das Gemüse war noch knackig. Mein einziges Highlight war der bestellte Nachtisch. Ich möchte anmerken, dass wir in einem 5km Umkreis zum Restaurant wohnen. Es war also wahrscheinlich kein all zu weiter Weg. Vielleicht ist das Essen vor Ort, frisch zubereitet und im passenden Ambiente besser. Eine Bestellung würden wir dort nicht mehr aufgeben.

Vielleicht war's die vorangegangene Enttäuschung, dass die koreanischen Nachbarn eine Stunde vor der Zeit geschlossen hatten, vielleicht der nette Service. Vielleicht war es auch einfach der wirklich leckere Reisnudelsalat. Aber hier am Platz ist das mein Favorit.
