I chose this restaurant for dinner with a friend because of the incredibly high reviews. We were both pretty disappointed. The food was ok, but not exceptional. I ordered surf and turf. The prawns were dry, and I only realized after ordering that I hadn't been asked about the cooking point of the entrecote. It was too bloody, when I pointed it out it was taken back and fried. Unfortunately this made it completely tough. It lacked pizzazz, no sauce, just a bit of herb butter. It was ok, but nothing special. My girlfriend's food was a little better. The service was friendly and therefore ok. I can't understand why this place is rated so highly. It's ok and unfortunately the food isn't good enough for the price.

From the welcome, to the meal, to the farewell, it was a perfect evening. The taste of the food takes you straight to Italy. The chef knows exactly how to use the fresh ingredients to create the dishes. Thank you for the lovely evening in a sophisticated atmosphere. I look forward to many more visits.

Fantastic Mediterranean restaurant in Wiesbaden

Because of the good reviews and craving seafood that day, I gave the place a try. And as a result, I was very satisfied with the delicious food and the perfect service. It certainly wasn't the last time at Pescaletta ✨️

Attention, longer, detailed review, because this restaurant deserves exactly that: We were there for a best friends dinner for two. 1. Very tasty aperitif and greeting from the kitchen with bread, olives and a cream. 2. Starter of shrimps in garlic and pan-fried tuna on a Greek salad - we shared and were very satisfied. We then asked to wait before the main course - no problem at all! 3rd main course from the daily recommendation: sea bass on risotto and spinach, beef fillet with mushrooms, vegetables and potatoes - worth the high price! You can tell that fresh and very good ingredients are used! Super! 4. Dessert: Creme brulee and a daily dessert made of ricotta, pear between absolutely delicious dough - we were completely full, but after a while it still fit in - we really wanted to test whether the good reviews were justified 😉 All in all, we were very happy with the food and were happy to pay the price for it. Aperitif and wine were very good. At this point we would particularly like to emphasize the service!!! Greetings were friendly, our jackets were taken away from us, otherwise always tried hard and, above all, attentive (top up the wine and water and ask if everything was ok!), special recommendations and great knowledge of the dishes/drinks, above all charming and always the right thing to say included. Unfortunately, we experience such great gastro teams less and less often and this service alone would have earned 6 stars! We had a wonderful evening and ALWAYS felt totally comfortable with 3 hours of enjoyment and entertainment! Many thanks again to the entire team - please keep it up! And to the boss of the house: keep this staff at all costs and under all circumstances - these are now rare rarities!

Not a cent too much. Rarely have I had such good monkfish. Quantity, presentation, side dishes. Service was top, espresso and dessert came at the same time without having to point it out (just an example). Fine dining as it should be.

Sind wir in Wiesbaden, so führt unser Weg i.d.R. in die Pescaletta. Die Atmosphäre ist ansprechend, die mediterranen Speisen sind sehr gut und der Service aufmerksam. Hinweise auf Allergien, z.B. Glutenfreiheit, werden berücksichtigt und sind dem Personal auch beim nächsten Besuch noch präsent. Selbst beim abwechslungsreichen Mittagstisch werden Brot und Oliven gereicht und danach gibt es einen wirklich guten Kaffee.

Absolutely delicious food and attentive service. I had a gnocchi and it was clear that the chef had really thought about the flavours. Every ingredient complimented the dish. There was tasty homemade bread offered to start for free, which was a nice touch. Service was quick and friendly. I didn't have any problem despite not speaking German. They even entertained my 4 month old baby. I did select one of the cheaper menu items but the portion size was excellent. Dessert was lovely too. The only downsides were the busy road and smokers on the terrace. I would definitely recommend this place if you're visiting Wiesbaden!

We were 4 adults and 2 small children. The food was great. Service was perfect. Our children always got extra attention and extra portions of everything. We ordered haloumi, fish and meat dishes - it was simply very tasty. The gnocchi are homemade and colorful - I ordered for my child but wanted to eat myself. Starter with tuna and calamari was also very good. The atmosphere was very pleasant. We will definitely go there again.

The lovingly prepared food and the service are also an absolute dream. We had great parmesan truffle pasta as well as an artistically presented and perfectly cooked seafood trilogy consisting of tuna steak, prawns and grilled squid for starters and salt-crusted sea bass for the main course, which was also an absolute feast for the palate. Excellent food! As a starter we had: "Grilled Octopus" and the "Trilogy from the Mediterranean"...the taste was absolutely great and everything was wonderfully fresh. Main course: (changing daily menu!) Fish plate and an entreĉote with truffle, spinach and potatoes. What can I say: ... the meat in wonderful symbiosis with the truffle - tender, perfectly cooked, wonderful aromas... It couldn't be better! What was also special was the great service. Because even when it felt like it was 35°, everyone looked after us perfectly and in a very friendly manner. So: Absolute recommendation in Wiesbaden! Go!

Best fish restaurant in Wiesbaden. Very fine, small card. The tuna was grilled perfectly and all the other dishes were great too. We particularly liked the attentive service and the great child-friendliness. Clear recommendation!

The welcome from the staff was great. You feel warmly welcome. The starter of beef meatballs was great. The corn chicken was properly fried, nice and tender. The creme brulee was lekka. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful if you have any special requests.

Organized a business lunch there for 10 people. You feel comfortable, the service is very friendly and attentive. Not everyone liked the food, which is why I gave it 4 stars. The entrecote was very stringy, but a new one came. There was a mishap in the kitchen with my salad, but that was fixed immediately. The next time I'm in Wiesbaden, I'll stop there again.

The restaurant can be accessed directly from the Hansa hotel where I was staying, so it was an easy and convenient choice for dinner. I was looking for a good fish meal, and Pescaletta’s menu offer a good set of choices. While waiting for my meal I was offered bread with olive oil - what a good start for the night. The fish was prepared to the perfection of my liking. Side dishes were delicious, too. Service was efficient and professional. Price level is on the expensive side but it is all worth it. Excellent choice for fish dinner.

A fish and noodle restaurant like I've never experienced before. The food was very tasty and lovingly prepared. Everything was cooked to perfection and very tasty. The ambience is based on the theme of fish and sea and is not overloaded. The staff in captain's attire were very attentive and courteous. The dishes on the menu are sorted by country and there are wonderful creations from fish to meat with rice (risotto) or pasta as well as ratatouille that will make you unable to resist the temptation to dine here again.
