We drove 200 km there because of the TV show. Unfortunately, it looked a far cry from the pictures on TV. We ordered a trilogy of seafood: the tuna was two very small, thin slices, not tuna tartare. The two dried-out shrimp and two pieces of calamari (not octopus like on TV) were no longer on the menu, and everything was tasteless. Carpachio had a bit of arugula and large tomato slices. The burrata wasn't filled, just a bit of cream on top. The meat was extremely thin. Tuna with saffron risotto: the tuna was almost cooked through and not raw inside, as it should have been. Unfortunately, all in all, a disappointment. The guests at the next table were just as disappointed.

Excellent food quality, generous portions, and fair prices. The restaurant has a lovely ambiance, super friendly and attentive staff, and excellent service. They responded immediately to our birthday announcement and prepared a lovely surprise. Huge praise and thanks again!!! This won't be the last time we're here, and we can wholeheartedly recommend the restaurant!

As soon as you enter, you're greeted by a warm, stylish ambiance. The atmosphere is elegant, but not stuffy – perfect for a special evening for two or with friends. I particularly like the Mediterranean decor with modern elements – you immediately feel at home. The food was simply outstanding! I had a fish platter that was absolutely top-notch in terms of freshness, flavor, and preparation. Everything was cooked to perfection, perfectly seasoned – you immediately notice that true professionals are at work here. The pasta was also a dream – al dente, finely seasoned, prepared with high-quality ingredients. A matching wine recommendation from the waiter – everything perfectly matched. The service, by the way, was a real highlight: friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable. You can tell the passion and experience that go into their work. I particularly appreciated the personal advice on the daily specials and wine – not pushy, but honest and personable. The price-performance ratio is absolutely fair for the level offered. Anyone who appreciates good cuisine will not be disappointed here. Conclusion: For me, Pescaletta is one of the best restaurants in Wiesbaden. Fresh ingredients, masterful preparation, attentive service – everything is just right here. I will definitely be back and can recommend it to anyone who wants to enjoy Mediterranean cuisine at the highest level!

We went to Pescaletta last week because we saw it on TV on my local, your local. We really enjoyed the ambiance, both on TV and in person. You immediately notice the attention to detail! The drinks we had were also delicious. The food itself was delicious, but there are a few things to note. Unfortunately, we didn't receive our meals at the same time, so we had to start at different times. That always somewhat spoils the experience. The second issue is that the tzatziki was unfortunately fermented. We informed a waitress, and she took care of it immediately. Things like that can definitely happen, but in 4 out of 5 meals, we think more attention should be paid to it, especially on hot days. What bothered us most, however, was a comment from one of the waiters (in the sense that we didn't like the tzatziki and asked if the new "sauce" tasted better). And it wasn't primarily about the taste, but rather that the tzatziki was simply no longer good. Perhaps he wasn't told the correct reason, but we all would have preferred tzatziki. The service was mixed throughout the evening. The wait time became longer. It seemed as if the flow between the kitchen and the servers wasn't quite right, as not only we but also the tables next to us had to wait longer. Perhaps this was also due to a cook being absent (this was announced by a server, as the pinsa dolce wasn't available for dessert). The dessert was delicious.

Unfortunately, our expectations were not met. While my grilled sea bream was delicious, the potatoes served with it were lukewarm and very greasy. The food was fine, but I wouldn't repeat this experience. The main courses came out uncoordinated. While one person had their main course long before their meal, everyone else still had to wait. The service, while friendly, seemed overwhelmed. We had to wait a long time to place orders, make requests, etc., because no one came to our table. Other tables had to wait just as long. For these prices, basics like hot meals and attentive service should be just right. The restaurant wasn't even half full...

After watching the TV show "My Local, Your Local," we decided to make a reservation and go. Both the food and the service were spectacular. We were very pleased with the service. I highly recommend this restaurant.

A definite recommendation if you want to enjoy a great meal. An attractive interior. Those who enter the restaurant are immediately greeted and promptly escorted to their table. Although the menu isn't very large, it can be difficult to decide, as there is a truly fantastic selection of great dishes. The bread alone is perfect. I sat next to the kitchen door and could have taken any dish that was carried past me. The service staff works quickly but not hectically, has everything under control, and even fulfills all special requests discreetly. These are absolute experts at work.

Simply great. Finally a great fish restaurant again. Nice ambience. Very friendly staff and great fish. But there are also meat dishes, which we can't comment on because we haven't tried them yet. The only thing that bothers us is the location. No parking space or expensive parking meter or parking deck. But the prices in the restaurant are very fair. March 2025 here again after a very long time. Because unfortunately there is no real fish restaurant in Wiesbaden. This time it wasn't so overwhelming. My cod and prawns and vegetables were like fish soup with too much potatoes. The salad with calamari is normal.

Das Restaurant wird als Fischlokal beworben. Die Karte ist unübersichtlich und verwirrend gestaltet. Ähnliche Gerichte werden seltsam sortiert nach Ländern ohne klare Ausrichtung. Der servierte Fisch war aber dann wohl tiefgefroren der angerichtete lauwarme Salat musste leider ohne den angekündigten Fenchel auskommen dafür doppelt Bohnen. Geschmacklich enttäuschend, vor allem der Thunfisch. Die servierten Weine waren ok, der Service freundlich aber zu später Stunde mit Aufräumen beschäftigt. Alles in allem enttäuschend, bestenfalls langweilig.

The food was good and, as far as I can tell, made from very good ingredients. I also had excellent wine with it. The service was great. The ambience alone wasn't for me. It's a matter of taste but the thug-like music just didn't appeal to me.

Food and service were perfect. We had garlic prawns, sea bream (once on saffron risotto, once the Greek version, where the whole sea bream was kindly filleted) and tiramisu. Not a single point of criticism, the cooking points and taste were on point. Particularly noteworthy is the very friendly, warm and humorous service, a really nice restaurant experience - we will definitely be back.

Selected delicious dishes with all kinds of fish. Friendly service that responds to requests. Great quality that also has its price. Ambience to feel good, although there was probably a heating problem because there were radiant heaters there. There were 4 of us there, we had a starter and a main course, no dessert or coffee and that took around 2 hours, we still didn't have a starter after 45 minutes. Too long for us personally! Despite everything, a clear recommendation!

The food is exceptionally good, fresh and made with the best ingredients. The fresh herbs and aromatic sauces are particularly worth mentioning. I chose this restaurant for dinner with a friend because of the incredibly high reviews. We were both pretty disappointed. The food was ok, but not exceptional. I ordered surf and turf. The prawns were dry, and I only realized after ordering that I hadn't been asked about the cooking point of the entrecote. It was too bloody, when I pointed it out it was taken back and fried. Unfortunately this made it completely tough. It lacked pizzazz, no sauce, just a bit of herb butter. It was ok, but nothing special. My girlfriend's food was a little better. The service was friendly and therefore ok. I can't understand why this place is rated so highly. It's ok and unfortunately the food isn't good enough for the price.

From the welcome, to the meal, to the farewell, it was a perfect evening. The taste of the food takes you straight to Italy. Because of the good reviews and craving seafood that day, I gave the place a try. And as a result, I was very satisfied with the delicious food and the perfect service. It certainly wasn't the last time at Pescaletta ✨️

Attention, longer, detailed review, because this restaurant deserves exactly that: We were there for a best friends dinner for two. 1. Very tasty aperitif and greeting from the kitchen with bread, olives and a cream. 2. Starter of shrimps in garlic and pan-fried tuna on a Greek salad - we shared and were very satisfied. We then asked to wait before the main course - no problem at all! 3rd main course from the daily recommendation: sea bass on risotto and spinach, beef fillet with mushrooms, vegetables and potatoes - worth the high price! You can tell that fresh and very good ingredients are used! Super! 4. Dessert: Creme brulee and a daily dessert made of ricotta, pear between absolutely delicious dough - we were completely full, but after a while it still fit in - we really wanted to test whether the good reviews were justified 😉 All in all, we were very happy with the food and were happy to pay the price for it. Aperitif and wine were very good. At this point we would particularly like to emphasize the service!!! Greetings were friendly, our jackets were taken away from us, otherwise always tried hard and, above all, attentive (top up the wine and water and ask if everything was ok!), special recommendations and great knowledge of the dishes/drinks, above all charming and always the right thing to say included. Unfortunately, we experience such great gastro teams less and less often and this service alone would have earned 6 stars! We had a wonderful evening and ALWAYS felt totally comfortable with 3 hours of enjoyment and entertainment! Many thanks again to the entire team - please keep it up! Sind wir in Wiesbaden, so führt unser Weg i.d.R. in die Pescaletta. Die Atmosphäre ist ansprechend, die mediterranen Speisen sind sehr gut und der Service aufmerksam. Hinweise auf Allergien, z.B. Glutenfreiheit, werden berücksichtigt und sind dem Personal auch beim nächsten Besuch noch präsent. Selbst beim abwechslungsreichen Mittagstisch werden Brot und Oliven gereicht und danach gibt es einen wirklich guten Kaffee.
