Pergamon Döner&Pizza in Berlin

I can't believe there was a line at McDonald's across the street when at this place the food is delicious, the service is unparalleled, very friendly and above all the food is very well served. I honestly didn't expect it on a weekday at 2 am. After a few drinks, we found this little gem. Highly recommended, especially if you're Latino and know how to eat after drinking.

Delicious kebab, even in the middle of the night.

Doner kebab was super tasty. The prices were the same in all kebab shops. The staff were quick and friendly.

Not crazy service, no communication between them, you order on one side but you repeat what you ordered to the cook. The meat is not great, you could see it at the head of the spit...

Last night my friend went here with his friends to drink beer and eat. He wanted to put down the iPhone 14pro in 2 minutes to go to the toilet. The staff came to clear the table and we hadn't finished eating and drinking when the phone was lost. We immediately reported it to the police and reported on the iPhone that the phone was lost and the iPhone was locked as if the phone could not be moved. The staff there said it might have been minors who took it but the police met a group of young people nearby and asked but the kids said no they took it and the location wasn't moved, it was still at the bar. A while later the staff came and said that 2 kids ran back to give it to the staff and gave it back to my friend but we stood close by and didn't see anyone coming. What do you think when iPhone is locked?

We ordered a kebab box, a kebab and a Dürüm kebab. We didn't like any of it. There was far too little meat, far too much sauce and far too expensive. The service leaves a lot to be desired. The tables are very dirty and greasy. In addition, when paying with a credit card, the seller entered a higher amount, which I also paid, as unfortunately as a customer you cannot see what amount you are paying. You will not receive a payment receipt with the wrong higher amount. When I confronted him about it later, he claimed it was the surcharge from my bank, which of course isn't true. I don't like people being ripped off, so I will never eat at this place again.

Super delicious halloumi sandwich. The shop is small and cramped. One person on staff wasn't particularly friendly. The person who prepared it was very friendly and we were impressed by the taste.

I hadn't eaten Dürum in ages and this one was really tasty.

The Döner was just amazing. I went there late night and I was really happy for finding such a great Place. I will definitely try it again.

Very good Donner Kebabs are prepared and sold there, I took a star off the service because me and 2 friends took a different kebab, I took one with cheese, the first friend took a Big Donner and the 2nd took a normal Donner, and despite a difference of 1€ between the normal Donner and the other two, all 3 of us received the same kebab. I also took one star off for the atmosphere because it's quite noisy but the restaurant can't do anything about that and this can be resolved by eating outside.

Fast food - ordered pizza - it was quite good and mostly not greasy. Service was ok - no complains

A bit cramped and quite busy at the time of our visit. The children had kebab box, kebab etc. They enjoyed it. The staff was friendly and helpful.

For those who came to Berlin for the first time like me and want to try the döner kebab here, do not eat here. It's a mediocre doner.

It wasn't beautiful. I didn't like it. The meat seemed to be of poor quality and had no taste at all. It wasn't good. Didn't like it.

Very rude people working there. Talking behind your back in turkish and bad quality. So much better places close by.

I ate there with friends for the first time and we ordered a kebab. Was served very quickly with no problems. However, we wanted to eat there on site, but had to also buy a drink. We then wanted to buy a warm drink, but this was not possible. When another customer wanted to order something warm, it was prepared straight away. Overall, we can say that it wasn't a nice experience for us tourists and we don't recommend it.

Very rude service, I did get my döner but my friend right after me in the line paid his döner with cash and 1 min later when hes waiting to get the döner, the cashier says he did not pay and needed to pay again... Total scam!! Maybe the rainbow patch in his arm triggered the old man.

I couldn't recommend it to anyone, they cheat and make you pay twice because you "don't know English" what about the previous ones you spoke English with? Would never recommend to anyone, very rude and lies to make u pay twice 👎

The Döner was not horrible, but definitely one of the worst I’ve ever had. A bit disappointing especially considering it’s on the pricey side being 7,50€

They sell big doner kebabs but it's just a normal rip-off, the taste is so no interest in the customer, they are very devaluing of the service, there are better ones next to me that had a normal kebab that was exactly the same, well once and never again

I was there last night with my best friend and ate fries and afterwards we had stomach pains, vomiting, nausea and circulatory problems, the fries were already so seasoned.

Kebab which is located on the lower level of the station, very small but clean, the kebab was excellent.

Found this place November 2023, delish ate here about 4 times during my 3 night stay. Visiting again the last two days was dying to get back here for a kebab, insanely good!

In short: it doesn't taste good. Doner kebab is quite small and costs 6.5 euros with halloumi. Unfortunately the bread is not crispy, but rather limp. Note: Not a good place for all sensitive vegetarians. The same tongs are used for meat and vegetables. I asked for new pliers, which was also possible, but they wanted to tell me that they always used separate pliers, which is a bit ridiculous.

What did I just eat? Did the strange “meat” taste like medicine or like peppermint? I don't know, but no recommendation. Good size, but that's all. The shop and staff were ok, but I didn't want to eat in there, it was cramped and crowded.

Disaster the store! I've never eaten such disgusting pizza. Afterwards I felt sick and dizzy. Respect!

Everything about the kebab was good except the sauce. The first drink I got had stuff on top, the second drink didn't have a lid.

Pergoma serves up an impressive döner that's packed with flavor and well worth the price. Although I didn’t try the pizza, it looked appetizing and reasonably priced. The outdoor seating adds a nice touch, and the friendly, attentive staff makes it a recommended spot for a quick and tasty meal.

They sell beef and chicken Doner on one side and pizza on the other. The pizza seemed popular, but I did not try it. I got the beef Doner, and it was absolutely out of this world. I spent 12 euros for the food and a beer and was well worth it. If you are in Alexanderplatz, I definitely recommend this place.

Small fast food restaurant located in the train station on the ground floor a few steps from the Alexanderplatz tower, they mainly serve kebabs, pizzas, beers and drinks. The food is good and fresh and the prices are low. One of the places that saves you in the middle of the night, they are in fact open until late.

Beware of fraud. Ordered normal big kebab, I got kebab with 90% chicken. They “stretch” the kebab with cheaper chicken meat. Have done this twice now for me. Was a regular customer there. Not anymore

Alexanderplatz is a good option to take a short break from your trip and satisfy your hunger... Döner with sauce is delicious and has plenty of ingredients.

Located directly in the train station. It actually looked pretty good, but I found the salespeople a bit unsympathetic. The reason for the review is actually that I not only didn't find the chicken kebab tasty, but that it cost me two days of vacation because I was just hanging over the ceramic bowl. And that even though my stomach is used to a lot.

Ordered a kebab with veal, instead got one with mostly chicken and 1-2 strips of veal. Bread is not crispy. Doner tastes boring. And as if that wasn't enough, I also had thick, long black hair in my kebab. Really unappetizing! And paid €7.50 for it. Wow! Never again!!!

My partner and I ate there yesterday and actually thought it was okay. We had a kebab and a pizza. The kebab 🥙 was nice and crispy - so was the bread - and the rest of the kebab was also good (fresh vegetables, great meat, great garlic sauce). The pizza 🍕 also kept up and - according to my partner - was very tasty. 😋 Only when it comes to friendliness, you should “improve” it a bit. 😉

Best döner I have ever eaten but the service is really bad. I know basic German, but these people give you dirty looks and gossip about you if you ask something in English. Not friendly to tourists at all so I don't understand why they start their business in such a place. If you speak perfect German then this is a nice place, but otherwise I will stay far away from it!

Disrespectful kebab box with fries. 90% fries 10% meat with 1 milligram of sauce. I could have just gotten some fries. Never again. And that for 8€…

No lactose-free sauces (only the chilli sauce). Pitta only had 3 falafel pieces. The falafel was dry, tasteless & not crunchy. Staff men were not friendly.

It took 33 minutes for the food to arrive and I was constantly looked at angrily after I asked after 20 minutes how long it would take. I saw that they had forgotten my pizza and only then put in an empty oven. The pizza fungi had mushrooms and nothing more. No tomato sauce and no cheese. Worst thing ever

I wanted to order a kebab and pay with a card. Unfortunately, the employee was very unfriendly when I lifted the card too quickly twice. Instead of being patient, he aborted the process every time. After I tried again, the gentleman even put his hand in front of the reader so I had no chance to pay. After a few tries I gave up. Such unfriendly staff! I will never enter this store again. In my adopted Austrian home of Vienna, the employees are much friendlier and more customer-oriented.

Terrible service from the man serving. Refused to accept card saying the eftpos machine was broken but would allow it when he realised there was 5 of us together and said it would only work if we did it together. (Lies obviously avoiding eftpos charges). The bread was stale, the man behind the counter rudely refused to change ingredients. Would never come again mainly because of the staff.

The pizza is decent at the place but seeing that the customer (me) is a native Indian, the guy at the front making the pizzas started asking weird questions and passed hate comments. Later on, when I confronted the guy, he told me that he was from Pakistan and he doesn’t like Indians. The staff was consistently unfriendly. You don't necessarily have to rely on regular customers, but on walk-in customers. As a restaurateur, you can probably allow yourself to behave like this. We had two pizzas, both of which were extremely dry. I will never buy anything here again. Extremely shocking how some people treat other people and in this case even deal with customers...

Alexander platz è piena di piccoli locali che servono ogni tipo di alimento, per cui è difficile scegliere dove mangiare. Questo piccolo locale però serve un doner kebab ottimo, gustoso e ben condito. Vale la pena fermarsi qui per un piccolo ristoro, ma solo di Doner non di pizza.
