Pergamon Döner&Pizza in Berlin

Cold pizza at takeaway. Also Bad taste. No recommendations.

Beware of fraud. Ordered normal big kebab, I got kebab with 90% chicken. They “stretch” the kebab with cheaper chicken meat. Have done this twice now for me. Was a regular customer there. Not anymore

Alexanderplatz is a good option to take a short break from your trip and satisfy your hunger... Döner with sauce is delicious and has plenty of ingredients.

Located directly in the train station. It actually looked pretty good, but I found the salespeople a bit unsympathetic. The reason for the review is actually that I not only didn't find the chicken kebab tasty, but that it cost me two days of vacation because I was just hanging over the ceramic bowl. And that even though my stomach is used to a lot.

Very, very tasty and fresh kebab. Very juicy without being too greasy or drowning in sauce. Nice and well-rehearsed guys at the service.

Ordered a kebab with veal, instead got one with mostly chicken and 1-2 strips of veal. Bread is not crispy. Doner tastes boring. And as if that wasn't enough, I also had thick, long black hair in my kebab. Really unappetizing! And paid €7.50 for it. Wow! Never again!!!

My partner and I ate there yesterday and actually thought it was okay. We had a kebab and a pizza. The kebab 🥙 was nice and crispy - so was the bread - and the rest of the kebab was also good (fresh vegetables, great meat, great garlic sauce). The pizza 🍕 also kept up and - according to my partner - was very tasty. 😋 Only when it comes to friendliness, you should “improve” it a bit. 😉

Best döner I have ever eaten but the service is really bad. I know basic German, but these people give you dirty looks and gossip about you if you ask something in English. Not friendly to tourists at all so I don't understand why they start their business in such a place. If you speak perfect German then this is a nice place, but otherwise I will stay far away from it!

Disrespectful kebab box with fries. 90% fries 10% meat with 1 milligram of sauce. I could have just gotten some fries. Never again. And that for 8€…

everything was very good, pizza and spicy doner durum and a small beer

No lactose-free sauces (only the chilli sauce). Pitta only had 3 falafel pieces. The falafel was dry, tasteless & not crunchy. Staff men were not friendly.

Food is good however service is terrible

It took 33 minutes for the food to arrive and I was constantly looked at angrily after I asked after 20 minutes how long it would take. I saw that they had forgotten my pizza and only then put in an empty oven. The pizza fungi had mushrooms and nothing more. No tomato sauce and no cheese. Worst thing ever

Very nice service, a lot of people, confusion and unfortunately the kebab was cold and so average.

I wanted to order a kebab and pay with a card. Unfortunately, the employee was very unfriendly when I lifted the card too quickly twice. Instead of being patient, he aborted the process every time. After I tried again, the gentleman even put his hand in front of the reader so I had no chance to pay. After a few tries I gave up. Such unfriendly staff! I will never enter this store again. In my adopted Austrian home of Vienna, the employees are much friendlier and more customer-oriented.

The haloumi kebab was very tasty, everything was fresh, and the garlic sauce was also very good! The staff was in a good mood and really friendly :) I can only recommend it!

The most professional kebab in the city center, "the most serious kebab seas". Great atmosphere!

Terrible service from the man serving. Refused to accept card saying the eftpos machine was broken but would allow it when he realised there was 5 of us together and said it would only work if we did it together. (Lies obviously avoiding eftpos charges). The bread was stale, the man behind the counter rudely refused to change ingredients. Would never come again mainly because of the staff.

The food is very normal, like in almost any kebab place, but the service is VERY bad, everyone seems to be angry, all the time 🤷🏻‍♂️I won't be back

The pizza is decent at the place but seeing that the customer (me) is a native Indian, the guy at the front making the pizzas started asking weird questions and passed hate comments. Later on, when I confronted the guy, he told me that he was from Pakistan and he doesn’t like Indians. The staff was consistently unfriendly. You don't necessarily have to rely on regular customers, but on walk-in customers. As a restaurateur, you can probably allow yourself to behave like this. We had two pizzas, both of which were extremely dry. I will never buy anything here again. Extremely shocking how some people treat other people and in this case even deal with customers...

Alexander platz è piena di piccoli locali che servono ogni tipo di alimento, per cui è difficile scegliere dove mangiare. Questo piccolo locale però serve un doner kebab ottimo, gustoso e ben condito. Vale la pena fermarsi qui per un piccolo ristoro, ma solo di Doner non di pizza.

Ja was soll ich sagen, zuletzt vor 5 Jahren durch Zufall entdeckt überzeuge uns heute der Pergamon Döner wieder von seiner Qualität. Super schnelle Bedienung, alles Mega frisch zubereitet. Gerne wieder 🙌🏼

Absolutely delicious! The doner and kebab at Pergamon are packed with flavor and cooked to perfection. The meat is juicy, the vegetables are fresh, and the sauces are divine. A must-try for any kebab lover!

Staff very serious, kebab fried, very little meat

Today I've ordered a dürüm and gave 20,50 euros and cashier should gave me 10 euros in exchange but he refused it and made me feel like a liar. While I was waiting to order he was so angry. Dude you have to chill your place is not the only döner shop in Berlin. Never again

Very good Donner Kebabs are prepared and sold there, I took a star off the service because me and 2 friends took a different kebab, I took one with cheese, the first friend took a Big Donner and the 2nd took a normal Donner, and despite a difference of 1€ between the normal Donner and the other two, all 3 of us received the same kebab. I also took one star off for the atmosphere because it's quite noisy but the restaurant can't do anything about that and this can be resolved by eating outside.

The staff is unfriendly and it's extra small for a hefty price

The kebab had too little meat and too much vegetables, plus the mediocre sauce, which doesn't belong on a kebab. The only thing that saved him was the bread, which was very crusty. From these points I conclude that this was not a good kebab, even though the service was good and the kebab was ready very quickly.

I have often noticed the staff there as unpleasant. You are laughed at and gossiped about customers. The kebab isn't particularly good either. Unfortunately, you can probably afford that at Alex.

Doner meat is so good that we don't even have it. The kebab consisted of 90% salt and sauce, i.e. about 10% meat and the meat was still dry and too dark. Service completely overwhelmed and unfriendly. I had to repeat my order 3 times because the guy at the checkout didn't understand me. I also said three times that I wanted herb sauce and no onions. I still got onions on the kebab and instead of herb sauce I got garlic sauce. I pointed out the mistake and it said you have to take it, I'm not making any new kebabs. Extremely rude and unfriendly. I'll never eat in this store again. Apart from that, one of them plays with his fingers in his ears and then serves customers at the pizza counter without gloves and without washing his hands. I threw my kebab straight into the trash can. I got full without eating after all this... This shop is not recommended. One is now standing outside and typing on his cell phone and another comes back from his smoking break and doesn't wash his hands and continues to serve the customers.

The best kebab I have ever eaten, the cake was deliciously crunchy, plus the bottle of beer cost us two euros when in other places you pay €5 for a beer, the place is small but has some high tables to eat it there, the service is fast

As expected, as a Berliner I wouldn't advise anyone to leave their money here. The kebab wasn't bad, I've eaten worse ones, but for the price I'm sure I won't buy another half-empty mini kebab with cheap sauce and meat. More fat than content and they even skimped on the “cheap” sauce. Unfortunately it occurred to me too late that there was another Rossmann downstairs - a nut mixture would definitely have made me happier at a lower price. Especially with the unfriendly service on top

I've never had a kebab here, but the pizzas are top notch. A very good price/performance ratio. Tasty toppings and very cheap, friendly staff. Addendum: The Haloumi is highly recommended.

Döneri aşırı tatlı. Beğenmedim. Kıyma olması da ayrı kötü. Pizza eh işte 4€'ya bir dilim atıştırmalık fena değil gibi. Daha iyi dönerciler var, Rosenthaler Grill buradan iyi. Benim gibi döner gurmesiyseniz Berlin'de çok daha keyifli dönerciler arayabilirsiniz. Puana aldandım, beğenmedim.

Der Döner ist nicht mehr so groß wie früher, dafür schmeckt er weiterhin gut. Knackiges Gemüse, Fleisch was nicht knorpelig oder zäh ist. Aber das Fladenbrot ist halt nicht mehr normal, sondern klein von der Größe bei einem Preis von 7€. Direkt am Alexanderplatz mit all der Armut drum herum, auch nicht der schönste Ort. Aber für ein schneller Imbiss ok

der schlechteste Döner den ich je gegessen habe !!!!! Ich bin gerne bereit 7euro zu zahlen aber nicht dafür .... mein Papier vom Döner war durchgefettet bevor ich ihn überhaupt aufessen konnte , kein Geschmack und vom Brot schon Mal garnicht, irgendein Ersatz für richtiges Fladenbrot. Kommen aus NRW und haben bis jetzt noch nie so einen guten söner gegessen. Das Personal ist lustig und gut gestimmt, vor allem selbst um 21:00 Uhr abends geben die männer 111%. Döner einfach köstlich und vorallem war das Dönerpapier bis zum Ende noch trocken aber der döner 100% saftig. Klasse jungs!
