Das beste hausgemachte italienische Restaurant in Dachau! Wir, eine dreiköpfige Familie aus Florida, waren vor zwei Tagen auf der Durchreise und wollten dort zu Abend essen. Chefkoch Giuseppe empfing uns überaus herzlich. Er, seine Frau und auch die blonde Kellnerin waren sehr aufmerksam. Obwohl wir nicht reserviert hatten, hat er uns trotzdem einen Platz angeboten. Das Essen war fantastisch. Die Burrata auf Auberginen war köstlich. Der Wein war hervorragend! Die Pizza war superfrisch. Auch die Pesto-Pasta wurde mit frischen Zutaten zubereitet, und die Spaghetti AOP waren ein Traum. Wir haben auch die Desserts probiert. Die Crema Catalana war die beste, die ich je gegessen habe. Mein Sohn hatte das Zitronensorbet, das war einfach himmlisch. Mein Mann hatte das Pistazien-Tartufo – ein unglaublicher Genuss! Ich kann dieses Restaurant wärmstens empfehlen, Sie werden nicht enttäuscht sein!

Toller, symphatischer Empfang, sehr gutes Essen und angenehmer Aufenthalt im Hof. Nach langer Zeit die beste Pizza, die wir gegessen haben! Sehr empfehlenswert!

Ich war gestern zum ersten, aber ganz bestimmt nicht zum letzten Mal bei PerBacco. Die Menschen sind freundlich und herzlich, das Essen ist aromatisch eine Wucht und wenn man draußen sitzt, fühlt es sich direkt an wie Urlaub. Absolute Empfehlung!

Unglaublich tolle und authentische italienische Rezepte mit Hingabe zubereitet. Viel Tiefe in der Speisekarte, durch die man immer mal wieder unbekanntere Gerichte ausprobieren kann. Nettes, familiäres Ambiente.

Wir waren aus dem Schwabenland auf Besuch hier und waren zum Essen hier mit der Familie. Das Essen war hervorragend und ich kann es nur weiter empfehlen.

Alle Speisen werden immer mit absolutem Herzblut zubereitet und schmecken fantastisch. Sehr abwechslungsreiche Auswahl (Fleisch/Fisch/vegetarisch). Hier findet man keine Fertigprodukte, sondern noch Qualität. Die Inhaber sind herzlich und tolle Gastgeber, die einem jeden Sonderwunsch erfüllen. Wir kommen immer wieder gerne !!

Es ist der feine Geschmack der Speisen. Die dazu perfekt passenden Getränke.. Ein Erlebnis ist das Essen im PerBacco für mich. Gern vertraue ich den Empfehlungen des Chefs. Der Fisch von höchster Qualität. Die Vorspeise perfekt und leicht und harmonisch. Die Pasta unvergleichlich. Von den beiden Herren bestens bedient, angenehm, ohne jede Hektik, ohne Schnick-Schnack, mit professionellem Zuvorkommen und mit menschlicher Herzlichkeit. Danke für die Empfehlung für den passenden Wein. Für die hohe Qualität und den herausragenden Genuß sind die Preise sehr erschwinglich.

Wir haben nur 5 Minuten gewartet. Das Essen war sehr gut, die Portionen waren großzügig und der Service war sehr freundlich.

Es gibt kein Chili und kein knoblauch. 😞

Etwas unscheinbar in der Dachauer Altstadt aber sehr schönes Ambiente. Auch ohne Reservierung einen Platz bekommen und nette, freundliche Bedienung. Angebot ist ausreichend und gut überlegt, geschmacklich ein Genuss, von vorn Vorspeise bis Nachtisch. Auf jeden Fall ein Besuch wert.

Absolut nicht empfehlenswert – da geht doch mehr! Die Teller sahen zwar schön aus, aber lassen Sie sich nicht täuschen. Hier fehlt die Liebe!

Ich war jetzt schon sehr oft im PerBacco und wurde nie enttäuscht. Ganz im Gegenteil, ich wurde oft überrascht. Es gibt eine wechselnde Wochenkarte mit tollen Gerichten. Hier ist man definitiv nicht in einem 0815 Italiener, sondern bei einem der weiß wie man kocht. Der die Vielfältigkeit der italienischen Küche zelebriert. Langeweile kommt hier nicht auf. Außerdem ist der Wirt ein netter Zeitgenosse, der seine Gäste schätzt. Also unbedingt mal hingehen.

I can't say enough about this restaurant. The service is rushed, and the dish I chose was so poorly presented that my teenager could have done better. I won't be eating here again. The old town of Dachau has much more to offer.

Wir hatten einen Auberginen Auflauf, einen Schweinefleisch – Carpaccio und zwei Pinsa. Alles war sehr lecker. Wir kommen bestimmt mal wieder!

The restaurant is impressive, not least because of the incredibly friendly and accommodating hosts! They are incredibly welcoming and make every effort to fulfill their guests' wishes. We had an eggplant casserole, a pork carpaccio, and two Pinzer sausages. Everything was delicious. We'll definitely be back!

Very delicious Italian dishes. Perfectly seasoned! Here, they know how to use spices and fresh herbs, not just salt and pepper. The cooking here is of a high standard. We would love to come back.

Really very good cuisine. The restaurant is somewhat hidden in Dachau's old town. It is a restaurant with fine dining. The prices are absolutely right for the quality. You sit very quietly in the walled courtyard. I often eat there during my lunch break. It is an Italian restaurant, but not a classic pizzeria.

Wenn ein Dachauer Kleinstadtitaliener Preise verlangt wie ein Münchner Großstadtitaliener, muss er auch mehr bieten. Tut er in diesem Fall leider nicht. Qualitativ zu mäkeln gab es bei unserem Besuch nichts, zu loben allerdings auch nichts, Durchschnitt halt. Wenn dann am Ende für eine Vorspeise (frittierte Sardellen), zwei Hauptgerichte (Babycalamari und Saltimbocca), 0,2 Liter Primitivo (8,50 €), ein mittelgroßes Wasser und ein alkoholfreies Weißbier über 85 € auf dem Zettel stehen, ist das schon sehr sportlich. Fazit: Einmal ausprobiert. Zweimal muss nicht sein.

We were there for the first time this afternoon. We, 2 adults and 2 children, were personally welcomed, seated and served by the owner. Very polite, nice and accommodating. Normally bosses like to sit aside and watch what happens, but here it's different and I like that. Because of the children, special wishes were implemented. The food tasted very good, authentic Italian cuisine with great potential. We were well looked after and very satisfied. We'll be back

I was there with my husband to celebrate our wedding anniversairy. The dinner was perfect. Delicious food, tasty wine and friendly staff. I can totally recommend this restaurant.

Ich kann mich nur den anderen allen anschließen. Spitzenqualität, super freundliches Personal. Gehobene Preiskategorie. Aber alles ist jeden Cent wert. Den Wein finde ich allerdings teuer. 9 € für 0,2l Rotwein. Der billigste 8 €. Aber alles wirklich sehr sehr lecker. Die Einrichtung ist allerdings sehr sparsam. Tatsächlich der einzige Mängel an dem Lokal. Natürlich werde ich wieder hingehen.

Wir waren jetzt schon mehrmals im Per Bacco. 2 x mit Familie und jetzt auch mit Freunden. Alle waren sehr, sehr positiv. Überrascht. Ein Familiengeführtes Restaurant mit hervorragender italienischer Küche. Immer auch frische Angebote. Ob Steinpilze, Thunfisch, Ente. Immer bemüht sich qualitativ und auch vom Angebot anderer abzuheben. Dazu freundlicher und familiärer Umgang. Wir fühlen uns sehr wohl. Das Per Bacco ist bei uns in den Stammlokalen gesetzt.

We just went out for dinner on our 35th anniversary. It was just fantastically tasty and really nice. Guiseppe is an incredibly friendly host who knows how to pamper his guests. Angelo is a very, very good cook and Barbara is just super nice in service. We'll definitely be back soon.

Super friendly service and family-run restaurant for lovers of Italian cuisine. We drove from Munich to PerBacco in Dachau and were thrilled and will come back. Compliments to the kitchen: both the avocado tartare with scampi and the eggplant parmigiana were a dream and tasted great! The pasta we recommended afterwards with HOMEMADE pasta and homemade wild boar ragout was the absolute highlight and great! For the main course we had tuna and veal, both perfect! The tuna was nice and raw in the middle and well seasoned. The whole evening was very nice and was enriched with a good bottle of wine! The homemade pasta and good ingredients are worth every cent! Always worth a visit! Centrally located and easily accessible in the old town, but still in a quiet location. Fantastic service and lovely food. The owners really put their heart and soul into it.

A great Italian restaurant with very warm management. Great quality of food and very friendly hosts. An absolute top recommendation. Because of the distance, I only come here twice a year, but I always enjoy coming here. Top address. Another insider tip for afterwards: chocolate cake. :-)

The selection is large enough for everyone to find something and small enough to not be overwhelmed by run-of-the-mill food. Absolutely every special request is very accommodating and the food is always incredibly tasty. The prices are absolutely fair and the price stated in the review refers to a starter, main course, water and (the very good) wine. The two owners are very warm and nice people who always conjure up a wonderful evening for us :) an absolute recommendation and high praise!

Very nice restaurant in the old town of Dachau, a bit hidden but easily accessible. Small outdoor area opposite the Floriansbrunnen, very hospitable and entertaining owner - food here is also worth trying beyond the good pizza, really very good traditional Italian cuisine!

Very mixed. Tried, but tends to be overwhelmed. The main courses were okay, some even tasty. There were major weaknesses in the details. No table decorations despite the announced birthday. Chairs and table not dried properly. Selection of starters partly in cardboard bowls. Overall, not very lovingly prepared. No bread with starters and salad. Empty pepper mills. Everything seemed a bit poor and understaffed. What didn't work at all was that the head of the house responded to the objectively expressed criticism and loudly insulted and insulted me. And that after a bill in the mid-three-digit euro range, which was paid in cash at the express request of the innkeeper. For us it was definitely the last visit here. Given this level of criticism, I see a negative outlook overall for this restaurant under the current management. Positive: Our dog was allowed to be there and spread out. After a previous thunderstorm, we were allowed to sit outside for a short time.

Best Italian in Dachau - high quality food with good ingredients. Prices absolutely reasonable and a Negroni for €8 - what more could you want. There is usually also a grappa included in the bill - top service!

War Baba doesn't get any better

Unfortunately the pinsa tasted like ready-made dough with ready-made sauce :(. I can't judge how the rest of the menu tastes. In our opinion, the restaurant is not worth visiting because of the Pinsa. The service was attentive and friendly.

Excellent quality, everything fresh and prepared to perfection. The homemade pasta is delicious as is the seafood second course and the dessert. The whole context is familiar and it feels like home. A huge variety of wines by the glass and in the bottle. More than honest value for money.

The service was very friendly and attentive. Unfortunately our order was taken incorrectly - we were then “persuaded” to eat the food anyway. Unfortunately, in the end there was no promised drink on the house. The noise in the guest room and the very bright lighting did not contribute to the feel-good atmosphere. The food was solid, but too expensive compared to other upscale Italian restaurants - in the end, the value for money just wasn't right for us. Therefore no goodbye.
