Sehr sehr gutes Essen! Die Nachos leider offensichtlich aus der Packung (wenigstens Markenware 😛). Die Kellnerinnen sind sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend, das Essen ist flott am Platz und die selbstgemachten Getränke sind Bombe! Die Portionen könnten für den Preis aber auch gerne größer sein...

Sehr freundlicher und zügiger Service, tolles Essen

Ein gastronomischer Betrieb der lieber convenience Joghurt-Süßstoff Dressing aus der Flasche aus dem Supermarkt zum Salat serviert statt selbstgemachte Salat Vinaigrette. Das würde nur 5 Minuten Mehraufwand bedeuten und kann jeder Laie zu Hause. Kulinarisch hat man hier wohl wenig Anspruch an sich selbst. Schade

Wie immer sehr lecker. Wir haben unseren Tisch im Voraus reserviert und konnten dennoch früher kommen. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und aufgeschlossen.

Zu fünft zum Geburtstagsessen erstmals hier gewesen. Service fix, zuvorkommend und sehr gut gelaunt. Die Stimmung im Lokal war sehr entspannt, das Publikum angenehm gemischt, das Ambiente modern aber gemütlich. Das Essen war frisch, lecker und reichlich. Super Auswahl an veganen Gerichten! Hatte um einen ruhigen Tisch gebeten, wir haben einen bekommen ohne Lautsprecher in der Nähe und trotzdem sehr schön zum sitzen! Wir kommen sicher wieder!

Mexikanisches Restaurant mit angenehmer Atmosphäre und modernem, gepflegtem Ambiente. Die Speisekarte ist vielseitig und bietet eine gute Auswahl an klassischen Gerichten wie Burritos, Enchiladas und Bowls. Die Qualität der Speisen ist durchweg solide, geschmacklich gut abgestimmt und frisch zubereitet. Der Service wirkt aufmerksam und freundlich, auch bei höherer Auslastung. Die Preise bewegen sich im üblichen Rahmen für diese Kategorie. Insgesamt eine empfehlenswerte Adresse für entspanntes Essen mit Freunden oder Familie.

Sehr gutes Essen, diesmal wars ein BBQ-Burger, sehr empfehlenswert! Nicht günstig, aber Preisniveau in Ordnung. Bedienung war auf Zack und sehr zuvorkommend. Auf alle Fälle eine Empfehlung!

Ein rundum super Restaurant, top Service und Top Ambiente!

Heute war Burrito-Mittwoch, also habe ich einen bestellt mit Süßkartoffel-Pommes und einem dunklen Weizenbier dazu. Das Essen war sehr lecker und reichhaltig, die Bedienung sehr freundlich und aufmerksam und die Einrichtung ist gemütlich und sauber. Was will man mehr - volle Punktzahl!

Das Essen ist köstlich, mit vielen vegetarischen Optionen (ohne Fleisch und Eier). Das Personal ist sehr hilfsbereit und spricht Englisch. Die Lage ist zentral. Allerdings gibt es keine eigenen Parkplätze am Restaurant.

Ich bin schon immer gerne mit meinen Freunden zum Pepe gegangen, aber der Service an meinem Geburtstag am Sonntag hat erst recht überzeugt! Geburtstagskinder bekommen hier einen gratis Cocktail/Mocktail und dann wurde ich auch noch mit einem Minischokokuchen überrascht. Eine wunderschöne Geste, nocheinmal vielen Dank an das tolle Team! Ihr habt meinen Abend wirklich perfekt gemacht 🩷

Das Essen ist wie immer sehr lecker und die Portionen sind sehr üppig. Das Personal ist stets aufmerksam und freundlich. Da es aber immer gut besucht ist, ist es schon relativ laut, deswegen hier nur 4 Sterne. Sonst gibt's nix zu meckern.

Das Pepe in der Unteren Marktstraße in Neumarkt ist ein zentral gelegenes Café-Bar-Restaurant mit modernem Ambiente, das überwiegend mexikanisch-spanische Küche sowie Cocktails bietet. Der Service ist sehr freundlich, aufmerksam und zügig. Meine Enchilada hatte ich sehr schnell bekommen und war gut. Preis/Leistung ist okay, die Toilette war sauber.

Pepe Café is highly recommended! The service is fast and super friendly. The food was also delicious, and there wasn't a long wait. Another big plus is the complimentary toiletries in the ladies' restroom! The price/performance ratio is excellent :)

We recently visited this Spanish restaurant and had a lovely evening overall. I especially appreciated the selection of vegan dishes on the menu and the fact that almost all the dips were vegan. We tried two of the vegan main courses, which were tasty and even better with the dips. However, the flavors weren't entirely amazing – the dishes were quite simple, mostly with basic vegetable fillings. A bit more creativity in the vegan options would be nice. Perhaps in the future, ingredients like tofu, seitan, tempeh, or various types of mushrooms (e.g., as a "pulled pork" alternative) could be added – that would certainly make the vegan offerings more appealing. Unfortunately, the guests sitting opposite us were extremely loud, making it difficult to have a conversation. This was really hard to bear and dampened the atmosphere considerably – although, of course, the restaurant itself wasn't to blame. Overall, though, it's a charming restaurant with potential that definitely welcomes vegan guests.

The restaurant is very cozy and well located. However, finding a parking space is difficult, as it's located right on the main road. The service is friendly, and the food is served relatively quickly. However, the food arrived lukewarm and tasted nothing special. Overall, though, it's a good place to have a drink and spend a pleasant time.

Great Mexican restaurant. Delicious burritos 🌯, I had pulled beef and pulled chicken, both excellent. Service was friendly and attentive - I'd go back anytime. I would be happy if they offered whole-wheat tortillas.

We were there on a Sunday lunchtime. It wasn't that busy, so it was pretty quiet. It took a while for the food to arrive, but it was delicious.

During our overnight trip from Slovenia, we ended up at this restaurant. Our hotel was a bit further away. The food was surprisingly delicious. Something for everyone. The service was friendly and helpful. Highly recommended.

I tried various tapas. Most of them tasted okay. But I was really disappointed with the "Spanish" olives. They were cheap, dyed black olives with no flavor at all. You wouldn't be served anything like that in Spain.

The seating was nice, but it was very loud, so we didn't stay long. The service was friendly. We didn't like the enchiladas; they were more Italian, and I had the feeling they were cooked with MSG. The fajitas were good.

I've rarely eaten so well. Huge praise for the kitchen. The service was very attentive, friendly, and humorous. The house drinks alone are worth returning for. You can't go wrong here. The only downside was that the music was a bit loud at times, which made conversation at the table difficult.

The food has deteriorated significantly and was definitely better about 3 years ago... Maybe you only had a bad day on the last few days when I visited Pepe... The staff, especially Antonio, were very, very friendly.

There were 8 of us here. Had starters and main course. We were there at 18³⁰ and at 20⁰⁰ we hadn't had the food yet. I see starters as a way to bridge time for the main course, unfortunately that's not the case here. The table next to us came after us and paid before we got our food.

Almost everything was perfect. The only criticism I have is that the dips were pretty tasteless. They could be made a little more intense in terms of taste. Otherwise I can't understand the other bad reviews. The food was simply great and the service was extremely friendly. The prices are high, but for me they are justified for the service. The restaurant will definitely see me again.

Nice environment, nice service, big enough portions, perfect drinks. They are a bit more expensive. Otherwise, I have nothing to complain about. (except that there was no paper in the toilet 🫢) Overall, I rate it very well and definitely recommend it!

After a long absence, I visited Pepe again. Pepe offers a wide variety of Mexican/Spanish food. Especially with large groups, everyone can find something to eat here. The cocktails/drinks are also recommended. The food was okay and you shouldn't expect any miracles with the choice of food. Our burrito was probably not freshly made, but let me prove you wrong. The staff was very friendly and accommodating! The background noise can be very loud in the evening.

Very tasty dishes with a wide selection of drinks such as alcoholic and non-alcoholic cocktails. The homemade lemonades are also impressive across the board. There is also a menu that varies weekly. The service was very courteous and the waiting time was short. We'll definitely be back 😊👍🏽

The food itself is tasty, but the presentation leaves a lot to be desired. I personally ate the steak from the daily menu (€26.60), about which I can say several things: the cooking point was perfect. Unfortunately, that's where the positive feedback ends. The steak came from the kitchen unseasoned and was served carelessly with a few leaves of lettuce. There was no sign of dips or salsas. It's a shame considering the cost. The fried potatoes were good, but soft because floury potatoes were probably used. The highlights of my visit were the staff being very polite and the homemade lemonade (vanilla) Overall ok, but needs improvement.

You have to be prepared for waiting times for the service, but the staff is friendly and the food is very good.

I don't think that's so good Unfortunately, some seasoning is missing... I had to add a lot of seasoning here because the food wasn't seasoned at all I missed the sharpness... The chilli wasn't spicy or not spicy at all...

Cocktails without alcohol very sweet

Actually our favorite restaurant in Neumarkt. The food is super tasty, whether it's enchiladas, tortillas or even the tapas, so far we've never had any reason to complain. The cocktails and homemade lemonades are great! The only drawback: after the main course we were always so full that there was never enough for dessert - even though it will certainly taste just as good. The staff is nice and on the ball, you never have to wait long. The ambience inside is great, the rooms are designed with care and taste. When there's a lot going on, it's quite loud, but it's bearable. You sit outside on the market square in Neumarkt, which is not unusual but okay. We always enjoy coming back and always look forward to good food!

We weren't happy the last two times here. In my opinion, the food contains a good portion of convenience products, is ok, but doesn't meet the expectations I have of a restaurant, even at these prices. The service also seemed a little overwhelmed on our last visits. The atmosphere is quite nice. You can go there, but I don't think the price/performance ratio is right.

It's a shame, Pepe used to be really good. Since the takeover, the quality of the food has declined significantly. I don't understand why the paella consists entirely of frozen vegetables and frozen seafood, then you don't have to offer "Spanish paella". It's more than questionable why a restaurant uses frozen vegetables anyway. Well, we were there for the last time on Sunday, luckily there are a lot of good alternatives in Neumarkt.

Food components seem to come from system catering and the taste is therefore neither particularly bad nor good. However, I expected more. The nachos were tasty. When the waitress asked me if the tapas were good, I said they weren't that good and the pulled pork was still cold inside. She didn't react to that and continued to clear the table.

There is a nice indoor and outdoor area where you can sit well. The drinks order was taken after a while. On the menu you will find burritos, tapas, salads, etc. We chose tapas mushrooms, calamari, bullet pork balls and shrimp, as well as a meat plate with different steaks. The Coconat Kiss Cocktail without alcohol tasted wonderful and was very tasty. So if you really want to go out and drink cocktails, long drinks, shots or anything else, there's a huge selection of different types, whether you're drinking alcohol or not. And the food was okay too. My husband liked it. Some say too greasy too oily for me, which is why it was a bit soggy. I also found the tapas a little expensive for this quality. But otherwise tasty and ok. What was also very nice was that the waitresses asked every now and then if everything was okay.

Unfortunately the quality of the tapas didn't match the price. I would give 1 star for that. But since the service was very nice, the ambience was okay and the homemade lemonade and iced tea were delicious, it still gets 3 stars. Conclusion: Good for drinking, but unfortunately the tapas are not recommended.

The menu offers an interesting mix of tapas, Mexican dishes, burgers and cocktails. The service team is very friendly and we enjoyed the food. The portions could possibly be a little larger. The main courses are reasonably priced, but the tapas are not exactly cheap. The homemade lemonade was also very tasty.

The service was quick but very brisk and arrogant and pressured us to order, which was completely inappropriate because there was hardly anything going on anyway, and then the food was quite poorly seasoned and, above all, mega overpriced for the mini portions That was the first time I left a restaurant hungry. I'd rather take a longer route and go to the Mexican restaurant in Roth, for example, where you get something for your money I definitely can't recommend Pepe
