First of all, I have to say that the quality of the food and the meat is very good. And one point outside of food quality: Last week, I ordered a doner kebab without any side dishes, just meat and no bread. The restaurant employee picked out the burnt doner pieces and wanted to throw them away. He tried to give me fresh doner kebab, but the restaurant owner, who is extremely stingy, told his employee in Kurdish (assuming I didn't understand) to mix those pieces in with the meat as well. Well, I didn't care; I actually like roasted meat, but this action was due to stinginess. That day passed, and today I went there again and asked for a pack of doner kebab without any side dishes, just meat, because of my ketogenic diet, where I don't eat carbohydrates like bread, potatoes, and side dishes. At that same moment, the restaurant owner, who was eating at the table opposite the cash register, angrily told the waiter who was taking my order in Kurdish that he should charge me nine euros instead of the usual seven euros (it's even on the menu). He said this in Kurdish, too, which I understood. Then, with great annoyance, he himself came back and took my order, and I paid. I thanked him in Kurdish and said goodbye. They were suddenly shocked. It's enough if you ask for more for your meal once, for example, more meat or more sauce, and then you'll understand my words. And that's exactly what happened: While the price of kebabs has become far too high, the restaurant owner is becoming stingier and stingier every day. I myself was a café owner, and for me, the value of a customer was a thousand times greater than the cup of coffee and a piece of cake I sold. I often fulfilled my customers' strangest requests without frowning or complaining. Unfortunately, he hasn't learned to respect the customer.
