OBVIOUSLY THEY ARE NOT OPEN TO CONSTRUCTIVE CRITICISM, AS YOU CAN ALREADY SEE FROM NUMEROUS PREVIOUS REVIEWS. YOU CAN ONLY DEVELOP YOURSELF IF YOU ARE WILLING TO ACCEPT CRITICISM AND NOT - AS YOU DO - TO BE UNOBJECTIVE AND INSULTING TOWARDS THE GUEST. SO UNFORTUNATELY ONLY 1 STAR FROM US! Good location in Hachenburg and nice ambience in the restaurant. Unfortunately, the turkey salad we ordered was essentially missing “salad”; a few pieces of iceberg lettuce and some coleslaw were to be found among the turkey strips along with onion rings, olives and pepperoni, no other lettuce was present, no tomatoes, no cucumbers... the special sauce advertised was used extremely sparingly. Overall too expensive for 13 euros. One had the impression that shopping before the restaurant opened was forgotten on this Saturday. It should also be noted that for dishes including ZAZIKI, this is only served in the amount of one tablespoon. The guest will usually order more tzatziki; Cost: 5.00 euros. A shame for a Greek restaurant. In addition, the prices on the online menu correspond to those on the bill; an update is urgently needed. Points are also deducted for careless cleaning of the neighboring table after the guests had left: the waiter swept the crumbs directly onto the bench with a hand brush; When I looked over questioningly, the crumbs were then swept from the bench onto the floor, where they remained. In the end, we witnessed a bizarre greeting culture when a couple with a child entered the restaurant and only after the waiter looked several times was they asked if he could help. The gentleman replied that a table for 3 people was needed. The waiter actually asked "For when?". The Lord said, “For now.” How hospitable would a “Welcome!” been.

We were there after a stroll through the city, the outside terrace is very nice and we were allowed to go there with our dog. The team is friendly and very service-oriented. The food is good, the menu is varied and the prices are reasonable. It's not exactly quiet sitting on the main street, but we felt completely comfortable - thanks for two lovely evenings!

We only went to the restaurant, the food was delicious and the service was very good and attentive. But charging €6 for a non-alcoholic wheat is already excessive. Even in expensive Mainz there is currently no restaurant with such a price.

The rooms are newly renovated. The room was clean, towels and toiletries were sufficiently available. Two bottles of water were available free of charge. The hotel is on a busy street. It is loud in the room when the window is open. The breakfast buffet is of simple standard. Sausage, cheese, cucumbers, tomatoes and fruit were fresh and not packaged. The fried eggs were freshly made and served later. The jam was of the plain variety and came in small packets. Instead of orange juice there was very sweet apple juice. There was coffee in the thermos on the table. Tea was served upon request. The waitress did her job because it had to be done. Unfortunately, there was no friendly smile, even if you spoke to the waitress in a friendly manner and thanked her for the service. Too bad.

Food like great, large portion and very tasty.

Mega tasty, great staff, really friendly, special requests were no problem, the ambience was like before, a real experience. We will eat there again, definitely.

We had a dinner at the restaurant but didn’t stay in the hotel so we can only tell something about the food. If you want a good dinner, you’re at the right place. As a dessert we recommend the chocolate cake!

We were there last weekend. Were very happy with everything (including the nice and quiet room). When we had a problem, the boss took care of it personally and helped us very well. Thanks!

We had reserved a table, but were then seated in front of the loud, unruly counter. Those who came after us without a reservation were given even more pleasant seats by the boss. The snooty boss ordered the staff around very unpleasantly and clearly audibly. Our time there was not pleasant. The food corresponded to the standard Greek restaurants in DE, nothing special, but a bit too expensive.

We had reserved in advance and the restaurant had been recommended to us. We weren't disappointed. The food was very tasty and the portion was big enough. The service was friendly and attentive. The prices were reasonable. The dog wasn't a problem either, water was even offered. We sat inside, but there is also a terrace.

Rather average... If you can't handle criticism, you should ask what the problem was. But no, the owner still pisses you off. I could go into detail about why we weren't really happy. But I don't want to talk badly and be unfair, because I have already visited many Greek restaurants that were better in terms of quality and price.

Incredibly delicious and authentic Greek appetizers that I can absolutely recommend. Thomas and his family are great hosts and always make me feel very welcome. Thank you for that !

We are very grateful to the lovely receptionist - who waited for us until 2:00 in the morning. There was a large parking lot for our tour bus with trailer and the breakfast was also great! The other employees in the hotel were also friendly and were overall very good hosts. We recommend it!

It was our first time here and we ate very well. We are also planning to hold a family celebration here in September with around 12 people. Living around 100km away.

We went there for dinner yesterday with 4 people. Table was reserved in advance. As usual for a holiday it was very crowded. The food was delicious. The service was friendly. Nevertheless, I only give it three stars. You felt very rushed. We had barely finished the side salad when the main course arrived. It was cleared away even though one person at the table was still eating. That's just not right. I can understand that holidays are always stressful, but I don't think guests should feel rushed while eating. Of course, tables are occupied more than once, which is understandable. But then please allow a little more time per table, we were in the restaurant for half an hour, which I think was tight, but as I said, we didn't seem to want any longer, at least that was our impression. Guests who were waiting for a table stood in the middle of the restaurant between the tables where guests were still eating, which is not so great for the guests.

A super well-maintained hotel. All rooms look very clean and very modern. The bed was very comfortable and we had a very good, relaxed night's sleep. The Bathroom is absolutely clean and well maintained. In short, a really great room! The breakfast was very good quality. Very tasty rolls, probably from the bakery, a good selection of toppings, etc.

If you like mediocre food and subpar service, this is the place for you.

Service very bad. We had reserved a table for a family celebration today. I have rarely experienced such unfriendly staff. Examples: There was no (!) vegetarian skin dish on the menu. When we asked nicely if they could offer us something vegetarian, the waiter said, "Yes, I'll prepare a plate for you." When we asked what was on the record, we only received the answer: "You'll like it..." No statement, nothing concrete. And in a very unfriendly tone. Which restaurant doesn't have a vegetarian menu these days? The two older waiters did not speak to us appropriately or in a friendly manner. They were just grumpy and rude. We didn't feel valued and comfortable at all in this restaurant. We were there with a large family and celebrated our diamond wedding. An emphatic waiter should have noticed that it was a family event and a good waiter would have asked. “What are you celebrating today?” A congratulation would have been appropriate. Ideally there would have been a bottle of wine as a gift from the house... Nothing like that happened. There were 12 of us there and overall we were treated very rudely. For example, a good waiter would have asked whether he should bring the food to the 5-year-old child at the table earlier. Unfortunately we had to wait a long time for the food, so the child became restless. I know Greek restaurateurs to be very hospitable. It starts with an ouzo as a welcome and ends with a few nice words as a farewell. Unfortunately, this was not the case here. Now about the food: That was average and not great. The bread, for example, was probably from the day before because it was toasted... Since the prices are not cheap, this is actually not acceptable. Conclusion: We definitely won't go there again. It's better to drive a few kilometers to a restaurant where the guest is really a guest and is not treated like a burden!

Service eine Unverschämtheit... NIE WIEDER!!! Wir hatten heute einen Tisch für eine Familienfeier reserviert. Ich habe selten derart unfreundliches und unkompetentes Personal erlebt. Beispiele gefällig? Es gab kein (!) vegetarisches Hautgericht auf der Karte. Auf unsere nette Frage, ob sie uns was Vegetarisches anbieten könnten, sagte der Kellner, ja ich mache Ihnen eine Platte zurecht. Auf Rückfrage, was denn auf der Platte drauf sein, erhielten wir die Antwort: Das wird ihnen schon schmecken... Keine Aussage, nichts. Und das in einem Ton, als ob es ein Verbrechen wäre sich nach den Gerichten zu erkundigen. Welches Restaurant hat heutzutage kein vegetarisches Angebot? Die beiden "älteren" Kellner haben NICHT 1 x ein freundliches Gesicht gezeigt, geschweigen denn angemessen oder freundlich mit uns gesprochen. Waren nur mürrisch und unverschämt. Wir haben uns nicht wertgeschätzt und überhaupt nicht wohl gefühlt. Gutes Essen ist wichtig. Der Service muss aber auch stimmen. Wir waren mit einer Großfamilie dort und haben Diamantene Hochzeit gefeiert. Es hätte jedem Kellner auffallen müssen, dass es ein Familienfest ist. Ein guter Kellner hätte gefragt. "Was wird denn heute bei Ihnen gefeiert?" Und dann hätte er gratuliert... Im Idealfall hätte es eine Flasche Wein als Geschenk des Hauses gegeben.... NICHTS dergleichen ist passiert. Wir waren mit 12 Personen dort und wurden behandelt ein ein Stück Dreck. Ein guter Kellner hätte zum Beispiel auch gefragt, ob er das Essen für das 5 jährige Kind am Tisch schon früher bringen soll, weil die Bestellung EWIG gedauert hat. Normalerweise sind Griechen sehr gastfreundlich. Das beginnt mit einem Ouzo zur Begrüßung und endet mit einen paar netten Worten zum Abschied. NICHTS!!!! Essen: War ok aber nicht überragend. Brot z.B. war vom Vortag und aufgetoastet... Da die Preise nicht günstig sind, ist das eigentlich nicht akzeptabel. Fazit: Auf keinen Fall dort hingehen. Lieber ein paar Kilometer zu einem Restaurant fahren, wo der Gast wirklich ein Gast ist und nicht wie lästiges Ungeziefer behandelt wird!

Super tasty and large portions. We were here on January 30, 2024 and were served in a friendly and quick manner. The food including salad was delicious and plentiful. My recommendation. Thank you very much.

Suddenly decided to have lunch on Saturday! It's positive that it's open on Saturday lunchtime. Souflaki skewers with tomato rice and a side salad (delicious salad dressing). Meat nicely seasoned, soft.😋 Tomato rice fruity and tomatoey. The price €14.90 unbeatable! Service calm and courteous. We will come back in any case! 👍

Ein sehr unfreundlicher Empfang, ja Tisch können Sie haben aber beeilen Sie sich beim essen. Wir wurden von 2 älteren Herren bedient, die leider sehr arrogant und unfreundlich waren.die jungen Leute waren bemüht und sehr freundlich. Das Essen war mittelmäßig. Das Lokal wurde uns von einem Einheimischen empfohlen, daher waren wir enttäuscht.

Wir waren Heute Gäste im Pegasos und muss leider sagen das wir kein zweites mal hier einkehren würden. Das männliche Personal/Chef war nicht wirklich freundlich....die weiblichen Bedienungen konnten wenigstens lächeln! Das Jägerschnitzel war leider nach meinem Geschmack mit fertig Soße und die Champions auch keine frischen, sehr schade. Die Gyros Gerichte oder auch andere war nur ein kleiner Löffel Zatziki, was ich/wir schon als recht wenig empfanden! Also im ganzen wäre ein freundlichers Auftreten schon hilfreich und kostet auch nichts! Und von fertig Produkten oder Dosenchampions weg, denn dies nutze ich selbst zuhause nicht und wünsche es erstrecht nicht wenn man mal essen geht!

Wir wurden vom Chef sehr unfreundlich geduldet. Auf unsere Frage nach einem Tisch zum Abendessen , sagte er: ja ok, aber beeilen Sie sich mit dem Essen. Kein Lächeln, kein freundliches Wort von ihm und dem anderen älteren Herrn der die Bestellung aufnahm. Das Essen stand dann nach der Bestellung zügig auf dem Tisch. Das Essen war mittelmäßig, die jungen Damen, die es brachten sehr freundlich .

Große Auswahl an Speisen, Essen sehr lecker. Freundliche Bedienung wie man es beim Griechen erwartet. Hier bekommt man noch nach 20:00 Uhr problemlos was zu essen.

Wenn Sie Drittklassiges Essen und unfreundliches Personal mögen, sollten Sie dort einkehren. Ansonsten besser weiterfahren ! Hatte einen scharfkantigen Kunsstoffverschluss eines Clips im Salat. Sowas geht ja gar nicht ! In solchen Fällen kommt im Regelfall der Küchenchef mit einer Entschuldigung und einem neuen Salat persönlich an den Tisch. Hier reichte es nur für eine lapidar, unfreundliche Bemerkung eines Mitarbeiters (oder wars der Chef selbst ? - keine Ahnung). Das Essen, lieblos und unaromatisch angemacht. Geschmacksnote 5 !. Nie wieder! !

Das Restaurant ist auf jeden Fall eine Empfehlung wert. Das Essen ist super lecker, reichlich und die Preise sind erschwinglich. Auch das Personal ist sehr freundlich und selbst der Chef kommt an den Tisch. War wirklich super und wird nicht das letzte mal gewesen sein.

obwohl für unsere Gruppe von ca. 30 Leuten reserviert war, wurden wir auf zwei Räumlichkeiten aufgeteilt. So war die Kommunikation unserer Stammtischgruppe recht schwierig. Etwas verwirrend fanden wir auch die zwei unterschiedlichen Speisenkarten. Eine im Restaurant und die andere online, auf der Webseite. Online werden mehr Speisen angeboten, sowie andere Öffnungszeiten. Nach einem kurzen Gespräch konnten wir aber diese Speisen, aus der Onlinekarte, dann auch bestellen. Allerdings waren wir später vom Preis sehr überrascht. Dieser war auf der Rechnung um einiges höher, gegenüber den Preisangaben in der Speisenkarte. Bei dem Lamm waren es glatte 4€. Eine Erklärung bekamen wir nicht, da dies ja Chefsache sei und wir uns an diesen wenden sollten. Keine Entschuldigung oder sonstiges. Die Speisen war ok. Das Zanderfilet war sehr blass und die Panade etwas matschig. Der Rosmarin auf dem Fisch und Kartoffeln (es waren keine Rosmarinkartoffeln) war absolut zu dominant. Hingegen die Lammkoteletts mit Tomatensoße wirklich sehr lecker waren. Als Vorspeise gab es noch den Blätterteig mit Spinat gefüllt, der auch lecker war. Leider war die Pause von ca.5 min. zwischen der Vorspeise und dem Hauptgericht viel zu kurz. Die beiden Teller wurden direkt, ohne eine Pause, ausgetauscht. Die Bedienung war höflich, allerdings fehlte es etwas an der Absprache. Innerhalb sehr kurzer zeit wurden wir 3 mal, von unterschiedlichen Personal, nach weitern Wünschen gefragt. Ist zwar nicht weiter schlimm aber etwas verwirrend, wenn die letzte Bestellung nur wenige Minuten her ist.

Wir haben das Restaurant in Hachenburg auf Grund seiner guten Bewertungen gewählt. Es war sehr voll, ein gutes Zeichen. Die Speisen waren sehr gut, das Restaurant ist höher preisig, alles frisch. Einziger Minuspunkt: der Beilagensalat: sehr einfallslos aus Eisberg, Karotte, Mais und Fertigdressing. Zu empfehlen: das Lachssteak vom Grill

Nettes Personal, nur leider keine Absprache unter den Servicekräften, wir wurden innerhalb von 5 Minuten 3 mal angesprochen. Essen war gut... wir fanden, dass es ein wenig knapp an bei den Beilagen war und die Gemüsebeilage zu wenig gewürzt. Trotzdem sehr gemütlich und wir schätzen bei dem nächsten Besuch und einer anderen Essensauswahl bessere Kritik. Auf einen schönen Abend.

Heute mal wieder mega lecker gegessen, wie immer toll! Wir kommen wieder

Wir waren wieder mal an einem WE da, Lokal war sehr voll. Daher sicher die lange Wartezeit von ca. 1 Stunde zu akzeptieren. Fleisch war geschmacklich ok und die Preise der Fleisch / Grill Gerichte sind mittlerweile so angesiedelt. Allerdings finde ich die Vorspeise (ein paar gegrillte Peperoni) für 9€ überteuert. Das ganze kostet in anderen griech. Lokalen deutlich weniger. Auch ein Ouzo vor (oder auch nach dem Essen) gibt es woanders aufs Haus.

Große Portionen. Fleisch war sehr gut. Beilage Pommes hat gefehlt (ist man so gewöhnt), aber ging auch :). Guter Service, Getränkenachschub hat funktioniert. Preislich Obergrenze, war etwas überraschend. Lag an den Getränken. Da haben wir griech. schon genauso gut und günstiger gegessen. Umso überraschender dass der obligatorische Ouzo nach dem Essen bzw. teils bei anderen Griechen auch Zwischendurch, gefehlt hat...
