We went there for lunch. All you can eat! Cafeteria food is better! €45 for two people! Absolutely not acceptable.

Everything was excellent: top-notch service, superb food, and the rooms were exceptionally well-appointed. We'd love to come back!

The burger wasn't medium, even though it was ordered that way, and it wasn't well seasoned. The same goes for the sausage salad. Furthermore, the cheese spaetzle were very watery and bland.

We were invited to a wedding. After the registry office, we went to a guesthouse. Unfortunately, nothing was prepared as there were two other parties going on. We had to prepare everything ourselves. We rented a room for two days. The toilet seat was broken in the bathroom. Hair was sticky on the shower drain and the floor. The socket in the bathroom was loose. The small trash can in the bathroom was absolutely disgusting. There was noise from the street every evening. Our room faced the front. The food was good and the staff very nice. But that was it.

We celebrated our wedding at Paulas Alb two weeks ago. We were completely satisfied and can recommend Paulas Alb 100%. The entire meal, from the starter (salad buffet) to the main course and dessert, was outstanding and delicious; our guests also loved the food. We celebrated in the Almhütte room; the ambiance there exudes a coziness and lovely atmosphere with its beautiful wooden tables, leather chairs, and wood on the walls. A huge compliment also goes to the entire team at Paulas Alp. Both to Emma, ​​who looked after us from the initial planning stage through to our celebration, and to the entire service team who served us and our guests on the day. And of course, not to forget the kitchen team who prepared the food for us. You were all always friendly and accommodating. We and a few guests even stayed overnight and can also recommend the hotel rooms. The rooms are very spacious and modern. Even the bathroom leaves nothing to be desired. Thanks to our overnight stay, we also enjoyed breakfast the next morning, which, again, provided everything you could wish for for a good start to the day. The breakfast was plentiful and freshly prepared. All in all, we would like to say THANK YOU to the entire team for helping us have an unforgettable wedding celebration with you.

I was very surprised. They offered a business lunch for €14.50. It included a great selection of salads, four main courses to choose from, all delicious, with a variety of side dishes and vegetables. It's a great offering in a pleasant atmosphere, and the service is very friendly. We were all very impressed.

I actually wanted to go to a Greek restaurant, but that didn't work out. So I went to Paula's Alb and received a very friendly welcome. I had to wait a bit for the food, but that wasn't a problem, and the roast beef with onions I ordered was absolutely delicious, as was the house beer. The hotel is unassuming from the outside... but when you see it from the inside, it's truly top-notch. It has a very well-equipped fitness room, a very nice spa (Fin sauna 85°C, bio sauna 60°C, steam bath, infrared sauna 40°C), a great relaxation room, and free drinks in the spa, as well as nuts and fruit!!! The rooms are modern and very clean! The meal was a burger with fries. The burger was really delicious, the fries weren't quite my taste (thin - I prefer the thick ones - but that's a matter of taste ;-)). But the service was very friendly, and the beer was amazing. So, all in all, a great evening...

Mooi hotel, in alm sfeer. Ruime kamer met grote badkamer en apart toilet. Lekker ontbijt en goed eten in de avond. Ook een parkeergarage beschikbaar.

Saubere Zimmer und der Duschbereich. Ruhug gelegen. Sehr netter Empfang. Ein reichhaltiges Frühstücksbuffet. Einiger Kritikpunkt sind die etwas zu kurzen Betten für große Menschen. Absolut empfehlenswert.

Sehr schön mit Holz eingerichtetes Lokal im Alpenstil. Küche typisch Schwäbisch mit Klassikern wie Zwiebelrostbraten. Haben uns im Hotel, beim reichhaltigem Frühstück und gutem Essen am Abend super wohl hier gefühlt. Würde wieder hingehen.

We spent a week here in a very pleasant atmosphere. We can't say anything negative. The rooms are spacious and clean. The staff in all areas were super friendly and accommodating. The food was delicious. Electric car charging, parking (fee), everything was available. The hotel is very beautiful in the old town of Ehingen, extensively renovated and refurbished. We were very satisfied.

We recently had the privilege of organizing a funeral service for my grandmother with about 35 people at Paula's Alb restaurant. Even with our last-minute reservation, which was only two days away, we received excellent service! 🙏🏼 Arriving earlier than planned, we were relieved to see that our guests were well looked after despite the rainy weather. ✨ The meal was an absolute delight! We started with a fresh salad buffet 🥗, followed by two delicious main courses to choose from. As a special highlight, we were allowed to bring our own dessert! Our private dining room provided the perfect atmosphere for dining in peace and togetherness. And the best part? Parking was free for up to three hours! 🚗💖 We were completely satisfied and highly recommend Paula's Alb to everyone. Everything was spot on. The friendliness of the staff, providing a drinks menu on arrival and without having to ask for it. We were 7 and all of us enjoyed our food, burgers and different asparagus dishes. Plus they had a well stocked salad bar with a variety of salads to choose from.

We were there on Easter Sunday 2025. They have great vegetarian dishes, not just classic Kässpätzle (cheese spaetzle). The atmosphere is very nice; it's quite large, yet pleasant and not too loud. Prices are a bit on the high side, but the products are appropriate. The service was also excellent; it was an all-around great restaurant visit, and it won't be our last.

Very nice atmosphere. Were there on the open brewery day. A brass band also played that evening. The menu was therefore only a small menu, but had a nice selection. The service was very friendly and attentive. The dishes were beautifully presented and the meat was very tender. The portion sizes were also very good. The salad buffet offers a great selection of fresh salads.

There is one drawback when it comes to the beers alone, unfortunately there is only one wheat from the own brewery, the other varieties are from the larger but still very good Berg brewery, also a local brewery.

We've been waiting for our food for 1.5 hours and were constantly asked if everything was okay, then we were suddenly told our food hadn't been eaten, what did we actually order? We came on a recommendation and left hungry and disappointed. Happy Easter!

In both the inn and the hotel you receive very friendly service and feel completely welcome. Everything is very well maintained, our room was large and modern as in the pictures, and the spa offers a wide range of saunas and a very well-equipped gym. Price/performance is superior here.

Wir waren hier 2021 zum ersten Mal zufällig beim Essen. Alles sehr lecker und zufriedenstellend. Seither sind wir jedes Jahr mehrfach hier zu Gast. Ebenso haben wir hier unsere Hochzeit gefeiert und haben es sehr genossen. Immer wieder gerne :-)

It was a very pleasant experience in Paula's Alb. The food was quick, tasty and presentable. The waitress always took care of your wishes. We took an extra dish with us. There is a cooperation with Relevo here. However, it would be a small thing. No salad is served, but a salad buffet is offered.

As part of the Addnfahrer event in Ehingen, I reserved a table at Paula's Alm in advance – my first visit to this restaurant. As soon as I entered, I was immediately captivated by the rustic, cozy atmosphere. The ambiance is a real eye-catcher and exudes alpine charm. After a friendly greeting, I was shown to my reserved seat. The service was extremely courteous, attentive, and professional. I immediately felt at home. For the meal: I first opted for a salad from the buffet – the selection was varied and the quality excellent. That would have been enough for me, it was so good! But of course, I wanted to try more, so I ordered the Paula's Alm Burger. I was particularly pleased that I was asked for my preferred doneness – I chose medium. The burger was cooked to perfection and was a real highlight! I also chose fried potatoes, which were wonderfully crispy and flavorful. As if that wasn't enough, I also treated myself to an ice cream sundae. That was definitely the highlight—and honestly, my limit. I felt so full afterward that I almost felt like Monty Python's Mr. Creosote! 😄 Conclusion: An absolutely wonderful evening with outstanding food, great service, and a wonderful atmosphere. I can wholeheartedly recommend Paula's Alm—just maybe don't go to a comedy show right afterward if you're so stuffed! 😅 I was so full after dinner that I almost puked in the Stadthalle during the Addnfahrer performance! 🤢😂

Great restaurant. Cozy, the food is delicious, nice service. There is a great salad buffet. Everyone enjoyed it and we will definitely come back here. I just can't recommend ordering a Hibiscus Spritz, you only get a very small glass for €8.50. The vegan brownie with sorbet for dessert is extremely tasty and a good portion. I can highly recommend it.

Nice hotel in the old town of Ehingen. The rooms are clean and nice, but the heating/air conditioning doesn't work reliably. Although the rooms are advertised as soundproof, they are not at all (rooms at the front towards the street/main entrance). Parking in the hotel's own parking garage is relatively expensive. There are cheap parking spaces within walking distance. The breakfast is varied and tasty. However, we did not have the option to order individual orders (omelette or fresh scrambled eggs), as advertised online. Unfortunately you have to be content with the usual Tetrapak convenience scrambled eggs. The baked goods are mostly frozen, but you can occasionally find artisanal bakery bread. The SPA area with sauna is beautifully done and versatile. Unfortunately we didn't have any towels because the staff couldn't find the time to provide fresh towels and blankets. The fitness area is relatively extensive for a hotel of this type, but unfortunately it was not clean. Ambitious athletes should, if necessary, look for an external fitness studio. Since there is no proper separation between the SPA and the fitness area, it happens that over-motivated hotel guests use the equipment with their children in their bathrobes, which in my opinion is dangerous and an absolute no-go.

The food is definitely not worth the money. Neither the onion roast nor the T-bon steak were convincing. The meat was tough, the fries were too salty and the salad buffet was unfortunately a 5 in terms of taste. It's a shame we used to eat there regularly.
