Pasta Time in Troisdorf

What can I say.. I like the store :) The offer and the employees are good to very good. My criticism, and therefore my rating, goes to the management! After shopping at Netto, we went to the café and ate and drank. After a while I received a "nice" letter asking me to pay a contractual penalty of 30 euros for exceeding the maximum parking time of 90 minutes. 90 minutes may be enough to shop at Netto. But in combination with the offers in the neighboring shops, this is, in my opinion, not justifiable. This may all be legally correct - I haven't checked that - but from a consumer and customer perspective I find it outrageous. Therefore, I think, even if it is not Pasta Time that is making the demand, but the management allows third parties to engage in such practices or wants to know that I am angry when third parties suck customers' money according to leech manners. I would strongly recommend reconsidering the contracts with the "parking lot managers". From now on, as long as this parking policy is in place, my destination will no longer be Pasta Time. I will also expose this impudence to those around me. Congratulations dear management.. I'm out!!

Were there for the first time. We pre-ordered by phone and picked it up. Super tasty food, nice staff, didn't seem stressed at all, even though the shop was packed. Will definitely eat in the restaurant in the future. The atmosphere seemed very inviting.

The food is always top. The staff very attentive and super friendly.

Been there about 10 times now, the food was always great, the service was extremely friendly, and the ambience leaves nothing to be desired.

On July 7th, 2024, we registered our vehicle for use of the parking space immediately after arriving at PastaTime, but we nevertheless received a report for € 30 from the private parking lot operator. As agreed, we left the report to the landlord; he wanted to take care of it. Apparently not, because we received the protocol again, a reminder fee of €2.85. We sent the letter to PastaTime again, apparently no one cared, second reminder € 2.00. Exasperated, we paid a total of €34.85 to the parking company today. For us that was it, never more PastaTime. It's a shame actually.

Unfortunately, our visit to “Pasta Time” was a big disappointment. As soon as I entered the restaurant, I noticed the uncomfortable atmosphere - it was far too loud and the furnishings seemed outdated and uninviting. The service also left a lot to be desired. The waitress was inattentive and seemed uninterested. We had to wait far too long for our order, even though the restaurant wasn't even particularly full. The meal itself was the low point of the evening. The pasta was overcooked and tasteless, the sauce bland and the portions disappointingly small. For the prices charged here, I would have expected much more. Overall, it felt like the food was prepared carelessly and without passion. I definitely cannot recommend “Pasta Time” and will definitely not be coming back. There are many better alternatives for good Italian cuisine in the city.

Super delicious pizzas and pasta! Dough is made in-house, you can taste it! You can park for free in the parking lot of the supermarket next door. Friendly employees!

Good option for a meal at an acceptable price. The staff is friendly and the opportunity to sit outside is great. Often a reservation is not necessary.

Eat good, lots of different dishes. Atmosphere is also great and despite the somewhat strange location (directly at the parking lot of the supermarket) it is nicely furnished. There is a slight deduction for the service as debit and credit cards are not accepted. You have to get there at some point. My bank no longer issues debit cards as standard and at some point they will be completely phased out.

Very good restaurant, we had a delicious meal here and the service was great. I can only recommend.

Solid pasta and pizza. Some pasta dishes could be significantly spicier, the pizzas are a bit rubbery, a better cheese would probably help, e.g. real mozzarella. The service is okay. The restaurant is not very cozy and is located in a parking lot on the main street. But it is lively.

The place is absolutely amazing. Starting with the loveliest crew, through the kind and lovely boss, including great food with reasonable prices and an amazing coffee (which is not that obvious in Germany!). Huge 10/10 and we’ll be there many, many more times! ❤️ PS what an aesthetic interior!

Food was okay, but nothing special. But I noticed the unfriendliness towards dog owners as a more than negative thing. A dog once barked and people rolled their eyes and told the owner to shut the dog up. We won't be coming back (even though we were there as a couple and without a dog)

⚠️! If you park there, be sure to let the waitress know because you will then have to say your license plate number!! ⚠️ Because it is a private parking lot, it could cost you a fine of €30! . We went because of the good reviews and thought since it was called Pasta Time that we would get really good food. The surprise of the 2 warm rolls with aioli and a spicy cocktail sauce was already good. The bruschetta was also great. That really made me want more, but for both of us the noodles were so overcooked and we didn't even know that you could overcook prawns. Here I was taught otherwise. The cream sauce was actually milk with water. Getting something so thin and fluid is an art. The more people came, the worse the service became. Despite telling us several times that we wanted to pay, we had to wait 23 minutes for the bill, during which time we could watch the poor "service manager" constantly having to tell all the employees that they should clear the tables and not should just look around and take the orders. If you want to take your food with you despite the poor quality, you have to pay €1 for packaging material. It was the first and last time for us

The service is super friendly and quite fast, and I also found the atmosphere nice. Unfortunately, I made a bit of a mistake with my choice of food, but that's a matter of taste. However, the other visitors' pizza looked sensational and we will definitely try it. So we'll definitely be back!

What a great shop... Friendly staff in a cozy atmosphere!

Excellent pizza and super tasty pasta. We now eat here regularly with the company and so far we've never had anything to complain about. You can also eat very well on site and the service is very friendly. At first the outdoor area seems a bit intimidating because you are sitting right next to the parking lot, but here too the best was made of the options and a nice ambience was created with decorations and plants.

We have been regular customers for a long time and regularly order for home and it always tastes delicious!🤗

The food is very very tasty and cheap, especially for the quantity. The drinks are also affordable and not as overpriced as many other restaurants. Whether it's pasta or pizza, everything here tastes incredibly good.

Nette Bedienung, Allerdings war mein Hüftsteak in Knoblauch getränkt, da man vom an sich gutem Fleisch nichts mehr geschmeckt hat. Auch bei der Pastabeilage überwog die Zutat Knoblauch. Dazu gab es Knoblauchbutter. Schade das von Knoblauch nichts auf der Speisekarte stand.

The food and service were excellent. Great starters, delicious wine, great pizza dough 👍🏻. The pasta dishes at the table also looked very tasty and I would confirm that. The ambience is still being worked on in the newly rented adjoining room. All in all a nice stay. Thank you very much, we'll be back!

One of my favorite restaurants. The Pasta dishes are so delicious and so are the salads also incredibly good, The starters are like that great that they pass as main courses could and the house limo is a dream, not like that sweet like most and really fruity. I always like to come back, just because of it Caro and the whole team, so warm ❤️❤️❤️❤️

Wir waren Samstag Abend bei pasta time essen. Essen war super lecker. Der Service war sehr nett und schnell. Das Ambiente war gut die Temperatur war etwas frisch trotz Heizung. Ich empfehle einen Tisch zu bestellen .

Sehr angenehmes Ambiente, aber vor allem der Service war so nett und aufmerksam! Man hat sich direkt richtig wohl gefühlt. Die hausgemachte Limonade war sehr lecker und hatte eine gute Größe, nicht wie in manch anderen Restaurants. Die Aioli zum gereichten Brot war himmlisch. Ich komme gern wieder! 😍

Von außen etwas unscheinbar und nicht sehr einladend, aber seit der Renovierung innen recht schön, besonders im Sommer die hintere Terrasse sehr schön. Das Essen, wie immer, sehr frisch und gut. Die Küche zeigt sich auch flexibel wenn man Änderungswünsche hat. Unschlagbar sind die beiden Damen im Service. Da fühlt man sich willkommen und gut aufgehoben. Vielen Dank.

Die Pasta ist super lecker, das Personal sehr nett. Der vordere Eingang ist nicht ganz so einladend und gemütlich, aber das liegt vermutlich am Umbau des Restaurants. Das nächste Mal reserviere ich vorher, damit ich weiter nach hinten gesetzt werde. Alles in allem - tolles Restaurant und einen Besuch wert! 👍

Wir snd auf Empfehlung dort gewesen und wurden sehr herzlich empfangen. Direkt vor der offenen Küche sitzend, wurde unser spontanes Abendessen zum Erlebnis. Pasta natürlich. Bis bald.

Also ehrlich gesagt etwas versteckter Laden , von außen eher unscheinbar aber hat sich in Trdf Spich einen Namen gemacht und das zu Recht. Super frisches leckeres Essen , gut angerichtet. Freundliches Personal. Gerne wieder.

Große Portionen, mega lecker, super Service.

Ich war jetzt zwei Mal vom Essen eher enttäuscht (Einmal haben sie die Nudelsorte ohne Absprache geändert und diese, die sie dann servierten, mag ich nicht gerne und heute war der Lachs in der Lachs-Lasagne guuut versteckt). Nächste Woche bin ich nochmal dahin eingeladen - bin gespannt...

Breit gefächerte Auswahl handgemachter Nudeln und Soßen. Auch die Pizza ist hier wirklich lecker. Sehr zu empfehlen!

Die Mitarbeiter/Mitarbeiterinnen waren sehr freundlich 👍👍👍 İch habe Pasta mit Lachs gegessen, welches leider für meinen Geschmack sehr wenig gewürzt war. Und die Paste klebte sehr einander!!!!

Das Essen ist klasse, Nudeln al dente, Fleisch zart rosa, Sauce... alles sehr lecker. Mitarbeiterinnen super lieb und aufmerksam. Preise fair.

Wir sind auf dem Heimweg (nach Baden-Baden) von der Gamescom zufällig auf dieses Restaurant gestossen. Hatten kurz angerufen und uns wurde kurzfristig ein Tisch auf der Terrasse gerichtet, obwohl das Restaurant schon sehr voll war. Das Personal war überaus freundlich und sehr aufmerksam, auch was unsere Kinder anging. Das Essen war der Hammer und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt nach diesem anstrengenden Tag. Wenn wir nicht so weit weg wohnen würden, würden wir definitiv öfter zum Essen kommen. Vielleicht bei der nächsten Gamescom wieder. 😁

Wir sind inzwischen Stammgäste geworden, weil hier wirklich alles stimmt. Das Restaurant wurde ausgebaut, es gibt nun einen sehr schönen lauschigen Außenbereich hinten unter Bäumen. Aber auch der Innenbereich ist sehr einladend. Alle Speisen sind sehr wohlschmeckend, sehr frisch und kreativ. Das Besondere ist die wechselnde Wochenkarte mit immer wechselnden neuen kreativen Gerichten, die auch an der saisonalen Verfügbarkeit orientiert sind. Wir hatten z.B. einen Salat mit Lachsfilet, frischen Pfifferlingen und kandierten Pflaumen. Eine sehr interessante und leckere Kombination. Der Chef geht auch gern auf Sonderwünsche ein. Der Service ist schnell, zuvorkommend und sehr freundlich. Ein wirklich tolles und sehr zu empfehlendes Restaurant.

Wir gehen regelmäßig zu Pasta Time und sind jedesmal begeistert über die Qualität. Die Wochenkarte bietet immer neue leckere Kreationen, aber auch alle Pizzen und Fleischgerichte sind super. Die Pasta sind alle selbstgemacht, hier wird mit viel Liebe frisch und authentisch gekocht. Der Service ist schnell und freundlich. Es leohnt sich jedesmal, hier zu essen!

We stopped here only because we went to the supermarket next door and would not have seen it otherwise! The menu was bigger than I expected and was difficult to choose! We chose pizzas and gave small parts of it to our son who loved it as much as we did too.The place was very family friendly and our waitress also spoke to us in English when out German could not quite stretch!
