Dear Marry and Team, We were frequent guests at your charming restaurant over New Year's Eve. A small, exquisite menu and daily changing specials leave nothing to be desired. We've rarely eaten so well. Later in the evening, we fancied an Asbach Cola, and the staff sprinted off to get some. We've never experienced anything like it. We highly recommend this restaurant. We've already made a reservation for next New Year's Eve. Warm regards from the Volcanic Eifel!

💌💌💌💌💌 We had a wonderful experience at the Hündle Mountain Inn in Oberstaufen, and we would especially like to commend Sandra, who contributed significantly to our perfect stay. Sandra is extremely friendly, always cheerful and humorous, and always manages to brighten the day for her guests, while remaining highly professional and attentive at all times. Her hospitality is evident from the very first moment. She ensures that every guest feels welcome and comfortable. The service is quick, reliable, and heartfelt. It is rare to encounter a server who combines professionalism and warmth so effortlessly; Sandra is the best example of this. Thanks to her, our visit to the Hündle Mountain Inn was unforgettable. There were four of us a week before Christmas, and it was truly awful. We sat for 45 minutes without drinks, and no one even took our order. Eventually, without an apology, someone came over, looking completely flustered, and asked about drinks. We ordered an Aperol Spritz for €7.90, which contained practically no Aperol. Our food order was taken after another 20 minutes. The burgers were cold, with pre-made buns and patties. The fries were cold and soggy. The cheese schnitzel was okay, but the fries were cold, and the sauce... I've never eaten such a terrible sauce. They didn't even try to disguise it as a pre-made sauce. We came because of the many good reviews, which I, or rather we, definitely cannot understand. There are far, far better restaurants than this tourist trap. Reply to the restaurant's response: I didn't mention a specific day, and instead of asking a serious question, they used standardized answers. To portray a guest who writes such a review as a liar, instead of reflecting on what really happened, speaks volumes.

It was really delicious, but it took a very long time until we finally found a table. Then it took even longer for a server to come and take our order. My Käsespätzle arrived after about 40 minutes, and my girlfriend's food came about 30 minutes before mine, so she had finished eating by the time mine arrived. The food itself was very tasty, though. All in all, very chaotic, but the food was delicious.

Kaiserschmarrn is a dream. 9/10 stars. Mini point deduction but it's also complaining on a high level - there was a bit too little applesauce for my opinion. But otherwise, really nice and warm, freshly prepared & a mega location. Great end to the day of skiing. Free parking is also great. Schlemmerblock was also accepted without any problems. I can recommend this local without hesitation.
