Their service and attitude are horrible. You do not feel welcome at all. The mediocre food combined with the unfriendly and arrogant staff makes it not worth a visit. I'm a regular at KaDeWe and a Thai food enthusiast, but I'm not going there anymore.

Extremely overpriced and not authentic flavors at all in my opinion (living in SEA area I have eaten my fare share of Thai). Pa thai was served with lemon, wring noodle was used and the flavor was very blend with a strong peanut fragrance to it. Soup was more or less vegetable soup. Service was basic, I had to ask for everything and get my own rack of condiments. Berlin has amazing Thai Food for better value.

Hands down beast Asia kitchen in this area. Very tasty food and drinks.

It was my first time eating Thai food at KaDeWe and unfortunately I was a bit disappointed. I had ordered Pad Thai with shrimp and specifically asked for it to be made without eggs, but this was either overlooked or forgotten. In terms of taste, I've had much better Thai food.

Our food was extremely good! Great service: Unfortunately there was a misunderstanding when ordering and the wrong dish was delivered first. But without hesitation and with a smile, the right dish was quickly prepared and also served with a smile. 9/10

It's good but really too expensive.

The restaurant's menu is really large and designed in such a way that (at least from the description) there should be something for everyone. In my opinion, the prices are far too high for what you get: I had a papaya salad that should have had crab. Instead of the crabs there was a (!) crab in the salad. Unfortunately, the rest of the salad really wasn't a highlight either. Overall, it's far too overpriced, which is why I definitely can't recommend this restaurant - there are definitely better restaurants on the 6th floor. You can get more performance for less money.

I tried their Vietnamese food, Bun Cha Ga Nuong - Grilled Chicken (25 Euro), their white wine, Rheingau Junior Riesling (4.90 Euro) and the Lemon with Mint drink. I had my tummy full of delicious Asian Food. I had a great service from Asian staff. Thank you!

I have rarely eaten so badly 😅 the noodles were soaked in Maggi sauce, inedible! The summer rolls were tasteless, the sweet and sour sauce only consisted of sugar syrup. I wonder how you can give 5 stars for the food here. Never again. But the service and operation were good 😊

Well, it fits, it’s KaDeWe… What was cheeky was that we were charged for completely different dishes, which were of course priced at a completely different price, and since the service didn't understand German well enough, there wasn't much that could be done...

Just had dinner here. The starter of baked fish was good and the main course was crispy baked prawns in homemade tamarind sauce for €36! The first time they gave me vegetable curry! When I complained about this I got small shrimps that were not crispy with a thin sauce. These weren't spicy either. When I made myself known they brought me extra cashew nuts (they were supposed to be there) I ate a little and wanted to pay because it was bad and I was told it was the wrong food again!! I noticed this as soon as I served it! ! But there was no apology, that would have been the least? All I can say is never again!!!

I eat here once a month when I'm in Germany. Doesn't open until 12 p.m. was almost the first person to order food today. Today it tasted a little different than usual, I had to add some seasoning. The staff was very friendly and we got the food quickly because there was nothing going on yet. Noticeably fewer guests than last year. It was almost €2 more expensive, but it's ok. Of course I'll come back.

Good fresh food. Come eat here regularly and the taste is always a pleasure. Anyone who complains about the price should get their fried noodles outside of Kadewes. ✌️

First time trying Tai food and it was amazing! The dumplings soup really light and tasty and the main course with the sweet duck was mind blowing! They prepare the dish in front of you and this leverages the whole food experience. Highly recommended!

Excellent food, freshly prepared and while everybody was doing their best, eating in a food court in a mall is not everyone’s cup of tea.

Es war ok, hätte mehr zu diesem Preis und im KaDeWe erwartet. Preise sind natürlich hoch aber das Essen sieht sehr appetitlich aus und die Portionen sind auch reichlich groß. Nur beim Geschmack haben wir etwas zu meckern da es FÜR UNS wirklich zu langweilig war, heißt zu wenig gewürzt. Wenn man schon so viel bezahlt sollte es auch zu 100% wert sein

I ordered the massaman curry and was very good. Really good Thai overall.

Wir waren spontan auf einen Happen beim Papaya Thai. Wir hatten beide eine Limetten Limo, die uns sehr gut geschmeckt hat. Außerdem hatten wir je einmalig Reis und einmal Glasnudeln mit Gemüse und Hähnchen. Das Gemüse hatte noch wirklich gut Biss und hat sehr gut geschmeckt, das Essen war gut gewürzt und entsprechend der Beschreibung auf der Speisekarte mild. Wir fühlten uns sehr gut bedient und kommen auf der nächsten Berlin Reise gerne wieder. Daher kop khun krap an alle und bis zum nächsten Mal!

Amazing food that is certainly worth the price. There is a huge range of dishes to choose from, making it very accessable for everyone. There are only a few vegan/vegatarian options listed but after asking it was possible to simply switch out the meat/eggs etc. out in every dish.

Great food, great service, and really fun to eat at Kadewe. Pricey but honestly you’re in Kadewe and eating excellent quality food, so it’s expected. Yum. I’d come back for a treat!

When I visited the service was good, rice was delicious but the food is very adapted for an average German palate: bland curry almost totally consisting from coconut with just a hint of curry paste, zero to none fish sauce and so on. On the contrary, in itself good is nice and place is kinda lovely

Thailändische Gerichte wie man sie überall findet, durchnittlich und dafür viel zu teuer. Wir warteten 50 Minuten auf unsere Gerichte...dazu kommt, dass die Mitarbeiter einen nicht verstehen und somit die Verständigung schwierig ist.

Schlimm einfach nur schlimm! Abgesehen davon, dass wir insgesamt 45 min auf das Essen gewartet haben, wurde noch ein Gericht überhaupt vergessen. Der Kellner war unglaublich unfreundlich und uneinsichtig, keine Entschuldigung gar nichts. Das war aufjedenfall das letzte mal dass wir dort essen waren. 67€ für zwei Gerichte, zwei Vorspeisen, eine cola und zwei Tees. Frechheit…

Völlig überfordertes Personal, ewiges Warten auf das Essen, um dann später zu erfahren, dass nicht alles vorrätig ist. Enttäuschend…

Super Restaurant für Samstagmittag im KaDeWe. Sehen und gesehen werden. Gegessen wird direkt am Tresen. Bei der Zubereitung der Gerichte kann man live zuschauen. Manchmal etwas lange Wartezeiten.

Es ist natürlich eine schnelle Massenabfertigung, jedenfalls kommt es einem so vor. Personal ist freundlich und dennoch irgendwie desinteressiert. Bei so vielen Kunden, die hier täglich kurz anhalten, etwas essen, kann natürlich nichts Besonderes herauskommen, aber vielleicht ist genau das das Geheimnis: es kommt ein Marktgefühl auf. Das bunte Treiben auf asiatischen Märkten kann das KaDeWe natürlich nicht nachstellen, aber es hat ein wenig Garküchencharakter. Hierfür eigentlich 5 Sterne, leider Abzug für die Tom Yam Gung Suppe, der Chillies, Galgant und Zitronengras fehlten. So war es eine etwas schärfere Champignonsuppe. Sehr schade.

Essen hat Imbiss Niveau mit Preisen wie im Steakhouse. Personal desinteressiert und unpassend! Statt laut und offensichtlich über die Kundschaft zu lästern, mal auf guten Service konzentrieren!

Das Essen ist höchstens Durchschnitt und dafür viel zu teuer, aber gut man zahlt die Lokation. Personal absolut nicht aufmerksam, obwohl nichts los war! Die Dame wischte noch meinen Platz ab vorher, mit einem extrem stinkendem Lappen! Das Rindfleisch wurde mir dann vor die Nase geknallt mit den Worten "Reis und Besteck kommt noch!" Also das ist nichtmals der geringste Service-standart und das an so einem Ort!

Das grüne Curry mit Hähnchen war sehr gut, aber für die Größe der Portion recht teuer, was wohl der Location geschuldet ist. Die Limonade war sehr gut und das Personal freundlich und schnell.

Extremely rude staff, kindly ask the chef what kind of dish is cooking because was smelling good and he looked at me, ignore and I gently asked again thinking he might not understand or heard…He roll his eyes and walked away! When I asked another staff member why is so ignorant she say, that’s not his job …definitely lots of room for service improvement and attitude doesn’t have any room in hospitality industry…wrong job!

Great service, great food. Had lunch on two consecutive days - was well looked after. Good value for money. Nice spot to sit and enjoy some people watching.

Tolles Thailändisches Restaurant direkt im KaDeWe. Alle Mitarbeiter waren sehr nett und vor allem hilfsbereit. Es wurde uns sogar angeboten, dass uns ein Sekt vom Nachbarstand geholt wird. Das ist wirklich sehr kundenfreundlich!!! Das Essen ist sehr frisch und alles wird direkt vor den Augen der Gäste im offenem Küchenbereich zubereitet. Dabei hat jeder Mitarbeiter in der Küche eine bestimmte Aufgabe. Es macht Spaß dabei zuzuschauen. Tolles Ambiente 😀

The food was presented nicely and all but the value for money is really bad. I understand that this is located in KaDeWe but they should have done better. What did annoy me a lot was the fact that our meal (Tofu Wok) arrived around 10 minutes BEFORE my starter (Fresh Garden Spring Rolls). The drinks are decent and enough and the staff friendly as well. However I would no again as the food does not match the high price.

Erstaunlich authentische thailändische Gerichte. Wer hier etwas "scharf" bestellt, bekommt es auch wirklich so geliefert. Das Essen ist wirklich empfehlenswert. Der Laden war erst etwas schwierig zu finden, da es nur ein Tresen mit Tischen und Stühlen drum herum mitten in der "Fress-Meile" des KaDeWe ist. Waren schon ein paar Mal dran vorbeigelaufen. Kein erkennbares Schild mit dem Namen des Restaurants. Leider sind auch die Preise "KaDeWe-mäßig", daher nur 4 *

Excelente menú. 👌 ubicado en el sexto piso del kadewe, al que puedes acceder por bus m29, 100, 200, o por ubahn wittenbergplatz, también en auto, y hau un parking cerca si no te agrada dejarlo en la calle. El menú trae variado , si eres amantes del avocado hay varias ensaladas con avocado. Si te gusta la salsa en curri te recomiendo el bowl de carne en salsa de leche de coco y curri con fideos al huevo (fritos) es para morir lentamente 😋 (broma gastronómica). Nivel de costo: €€

Good food , but a bit expensive

Best Thai Food I have had in Berlin, at least at the restaurants which also cater to Vegetarians (no fish sauce). Very flavorful and fresh, nice Thai people running the place. Obviously the ambiance is not perfect as it’s in the middle of a shopping center food-court, but hell its worth it!

Gostei muito do lugar. A comida é muito bem temperada. As meninas atendem super bem. Não é caro por ser KaDeWe. O Ambiente é bem agradável. Super indico.

It's my third time here and I am not inclined to return due to sub-par service (and it was not peak hours) and it was dingy. I literally had to ask the staff to clean the counter because it was dirty. At a price point of nearly 17 euro for a plate of Pad Thai, this place should be spotless. It is not. There are far better places at KaDeWe and I will take my money to them next time.

Liegt im KaDeWe, sechste Etage. Umfangreiche Speisekarte, die Preise sind hoch (18€ für Huhn mit Cashew ไก่ผัดเม็ดมะม่วง), aber gerechtfertigt durch gute Qualität der Zutaten und Portionsgröße. Das Essen wird vor den Augen frisch zubereitet. Als ich da war, sprach die gesamte Crew untereinander Thai und genau SO schmeckte es dann auch. Definitiver Tipp für Thaifood-Freunde.

Staff is ininterested and tastes are bland. Misrepresentation of wonerful Thai cooking culture. They use good ingredients and that's all. Every other Thai I ate at in Berlin is better. Prices are outrageous. Some food stalls in Kadewe offers great value. Papaya needs passion or better avoid it!
