Employees? Owner? makes an extra effort to come in from outside on the delivery bike to approach a customer who, in his opinion, has crossed the invisible line: "What are you thinking? Come over here! You have no business being behind the counter." No way... there's even a fridge with drinks there for - apparently - public access. One might assume that the customer would otherwise have behaved as he did. Nothing like that. No transgression, just friendly. In response to the hateful rant, the store suddenly learned its lesson. Just avoid as much as possible if you don't want to be treated like that.

Great pizza but the service was really bad. I have always ordered and have always been completely satisfied with the delivery time and the products. When we picked up and/or ordered on site, we were first ignored and then treated extremely rudely. But pizza was still TOP

Pizza is bomb but with your delivery time you'll starve

Every time you order it's a fight to get the food, you call and are simply told it's not ready. The store is about 3 minutes away by car. Beers were warm and the extras cost between €1 and €2 extra but there really isn't enough added to them.

The service was very nice, the pizza was ready in 10 minutes and was super tasty. Next time you're hungry, we'll definitely do it again. The room looked a bit untidy (although eating on site is not possible), but as long as the kitchen is clean, everything is okay.

Definitely not recommended. After waiting 2 hours, I went to the store to ask about my order. The owner of the store said that a pizza was lost and that's why the delivery was delayed a little. Unfortunately there was never a delivery, so one pizza must have been lost in the store or one of the employees simply ate the pizza. I have never heard a stupider explanation for a late delivery. Lost in your own shop. You won't be able to sleep because you're laughing. Doesn't make any sense either. My request for compensation was not responded to, no discount, no credit, no refund, not even the delivery fee was waived. One pizza had been waiting for an hour while the other pizza was being quickly prepared. At home we had to throw away the pizzas because they weren't baked through, one was cold, the other only had 3 small mushrooms and 4 mini-small strips of ham for a mushroom and ham pizza. As I said, underbaked, cold, inedible. For fear of being whistled, we threw away the pizzas. There are definitely 100 better delivery services and pizza makers in Leipzig than this... shop. There was no delivery and no one can be reached by phone. HANDS OFF !!!!

The taste was great, but it was the third time in a row that I had to pay for extra toppings and didn't get any, just like with sauces, you can often pay for extra sauces but you don't get them. I'm getting pretty fed up because just 10 minutes ago it was the same thing. I'm opening the box, just a margarita inside, no toppings, but it's paid for and it's on the bill too! PS: Everything refers to deliveries.

The best pizza I've ever eaten in my life!

Our Hawaiian pizza was just delivered. Unfortunately it is very dry and sparsely covered. Despite extra cheese in the order. I can't comment on the ambience since we ordered via Uber.

Not enough choice and 3/4 is with pork. In addition, the young man at the checkout didn't know what Neotaste was and therefore couldn't redeem my 2 for 1 coupon. Drove there unnecessarily.

Dear Papa John's team, I have been a regular customer on Lindenthaler Straße for over two years. The pizza has always been impeccable and often the highlight of my evening. Unfortunately, this very good impression suffers from the appearance of two middle-aged gentlemen from the staff: one gentleman with blonde stubble and bald head, one with black-gray hair, glasses and a beard. Since the beginning, both gentlemen have not responded to my "hello" or "goodbye," and for a few months now they have even stopped responding at all when I enter the store, so a colleague has to be available so that I can place or pick up my order can. Today (July 12, 2024) I was told by the latter gentleman that I shouldn't ask for the receipt because I didn't need it to pick up my pizza. For me, this persistent behavior that has continued over a long period of time has now crossed the line into rudeness. This is not how I want to be treated as a customer. Please make these two employees aware of this. Some other reviews here on Google show a clear need for action, because nothing has changed since these reviews. With a “Good day” and a “Goodbye” it is already done, additional eye contact enhances this even further. And as a customer, I don't want to justify asking for a receipt. I am sure that even these small changes will raise the quality of service to a level that our younger colleagues are already exemplifying. I would have liked to contact you discreetly by email. However, I couldn't find an email address where you could be reached. I look forward to many more years of delicious pizza from Papa John's on Lindenthaler Street without having to walk out shaking my head at how I was just treated. Best regards!

My review refers to the delivery service. I have ordered here several times and cannot understand the negative reviews. Plentiful, delicious American pizzas at fair prices. You also have every imaginable option to personalize the dishes according to your own wishes. The deliveries always arrived within 20-40 minutes, even on weekends. The drivers were consistently friendly and grateful for the tips.

Abnormal. I ordered a Pizza Verona (hollandaise pizza sauce). There was almost no hollandaise sauce on it. Instead there was a lot of tomato sauce that tasted more like ketchup! 🤢 I looked for meat in vain (no, I didn't order a vergarian pizza). The prices are extremely exaggerated, I paid 10 EUR for a (very) small pizza. I can't say anything about the ambience since I ordered. I was told when ordering that the pizza would be delivered in about 15 minutes, but I was allowed to wait 45 minutes. Never eaten such disgusting pizza.

I was the first fan and customer since I found out that Papa John's was coming to us. And I still love the way the pizza is made. Unfortunately I am very dissatisfied with the service. The delivery took 1.5 hours and that was for just one pizza. The absolutely legendary dip was no longer there either, which in my opinion sets Papa John's apart. In addition, the delivery service was annoyed and listless. There was also no small compensation after I called when the pizza would arrive. (I had already paid the tip) Unfortunately, based on the factors mentioned, this pizza is not any more special or better than any other. Too bad for that.

I had to look for the tuna on the tuna pizza. The pizza rolls were very greasy and greasy, the cheese sticks tasted like nothing (like cardboard) and were greasy. I won't order here again, the taste was a disappointment.

Zum Mittwoch Auflauf bestellt und einen Anruf erhalten das die Nudeln ausgegangen sind. Am Wochenende würde ich das ja noch verstehen aber mitten in der Woche? Nudeln sind mittlerweile keine Mangelware mehr! Was läuft da schief?

Ich bin immer wieder von dem leckeren vegetarischen Nudel-Gratin mit den Pizzabrötchen gefüllt mit Käse begeistert und kann es nur jedem empfehlen! Wenn man Lust auf ein Dessert hat ist der Choco Lava Cake dafür perfekt!

Gute Pizzen. Leider ist die falsche Pizza geliefert worden, aber da mir die Pizza zusagte habe ich Sie trotzdem gegessen. Hätte auch eine Ersatzlieferung bekommen aber ich hatte Hunger. Beim nächsten mal wieder die richtige. :)

Pizza und alles andere war sehr lecker. Insgesamt jedoch sehr teuer und bei der Soße als Beilage wird gegeizt was für den allgemeinen Preis ziemlich peinlich ist. Also rechnet damit, dass die Soße als Beilage nicht mal für die Hälfte reicht.

Hab heute essen Bestellt und es kam kalt an sonst immer gut aber kalt und dann am Telefon kein Entschuldigung nur ja liegt an dem und der Fahrer hat ja auch ..........

Sehr leckere Pizza und Pizzabrötchen. Gerade der Teig hebt sich von anderen Franchise Unternehmen ab und schmeckt im Vergleich eher süßlich. Desweiteren ist der Rand der Knaller 😍.

Leider hat es geschmacklich nachgelassen. Die Dips für Pizzabrötchen sind auch kleiner geworden. Schade war früher mein Lieblingslieferant!

Sauberer Laden, sehr nettes Personal. Papadias und Cheesesticks sind unfassbar lecker und vom Preis her auch vollkommen in Ordnung. Ich geh da jetzt öfter hin.

Essen gut: 4,5/5 aber Papadia Champignon ohne Fleisch bestellt - mit sehr viel Fleisch bekommen??? (Siehe Foto) das geht gar nicht!!!!

Früher super gern und auch oft bei Uno bestellt. Seit Papa Johns aber nicht mehr zumutbar. Ich war immer wieder ein Kandidat fürs Mittagsangebot, weil mir 20€ für eine große Pizza einfach zu viel war. Bei Papa Johns wurde sowas komplett gestrichen frei nach dem Motto "Friss oder stirb". Die Qualität ist zwar weiterhin sehr gut, aber das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist eine Zumutung. Die "Deals" sind ebenfalls nicht sonderlich gut.

Knoblauch Dip zur Pizza schmeckt sehr gut und ich kann die Pizza "Super Papa" echt nur weiter empfehlen.

Online bestellt und bezahlt. Mit vermerkt bitte anrufen die Kinder schlafen, es wurde dann geklingelt... Und naja geschmeckt hat es nicht wirklich, damals hätte ich Mich in eure Pizzen reinlegen können aber momentan nicht so der Bringer.

Papadios Barbecue, für nicht mal 5 Euro, dank 20% selbstabholerrabatt, kurze Wartezeit, geschmack auch super gut aber es hätte etwas mehr sein konnen und der Rand war etwas anstrengend. Insgesamt absolut empfehlenswert, und ich werde wieder kommen

Papa John's was one of my favorite pizza chains in America and I was a bit skeptical about trying it out in Germany, but I was not disappointed. The dough was exactly how I remembered it and the ingredients in general are very high quality. I was quite sad that there was no garlic dip, if you ask American person about the franchise they'll mention the dip for sure... but hey what can you do if the supply chain is impacted bc of the Rona? Try it anyways, and make a little Aioli yourself ;)

Uno Pizza war früher wirklich gut. Pappa John`s ist einfach langweilig, die Pizzas sind ok, weder besonders schlecht, noch besonders gut. Langweilig und uninspiriert trifft es wohl am Besten. Da gibt es deutlich bessere Alternativen.

BERICHTIGUNG: Bewertung steht für "UNO Pizza", nicht für Papa John's Pizza. Pizza kam pünktlich, war noch heiß, und wie gewohnt (Halle) lecker... Der Käse im Rand, absolut genial... Hatte leider kein Kleingeld (Trinkgeld) für den Fahrer, deshalb per Paypal gezahlt, aber nächstes Mal auf jeden Fall...

Die Pizzen sind einfach richtig lecker und heiß. auch das Broccoli- Nudelgratin wurde von unserem Kind schnell verputzt. Genau zur Abholzeit fertig, so muss es sein. Leider fehlte wiederholt der extra angepriesene Knobidipp der eigentlich inklusive ist. Auf Nachfrage, ob es denn dafür eine Alternative gäbe, war die Antwort kurz "Nein, aber sie können die dipps von Heinz extra dazu kaufen" Mal sehen, alle guten Dinge sind drei, dann vielleicht und hoffentlich beim nächsten Mal mit dem legendären Knobidipp 👍🏼👍🏼😊

Pizza ok. Aber habe unter der Woche über eine Stunde gewartet, obwohl es hieß 40 min. Frechheit!

Also man muss schon sagen, die Pizza schmeckt einfach köstlich, lediglich etwas angehoben der Preis. Wenn man wirklich Hunger hat, muss man hier ein wenig mehr Geld in die Hand nehmen, um sich seinen Appetit und Hunger zufrieden zu stellen. Wegen dem Preisverhältnis ein Stern Abzug. (Keine Kundentoiletten vorhanden).

Okay, ich nehme alles zurück was ich über die Übernahme von UNO Pizza gesagt habe. Die Pizza von Papa John's ist um Welten besser. Die ist generell übel geil und hebt sich extrem von den vielen anderen Pizzen ab die man zurzeit so bestellen kann. Auch von den anderen großen Ketten. Ich bin echt froh, dass ich diese Pizzen trotz meiner Vorurteile getestet habe. Extrem leckerer, fluffiger Teig. Schnelle Lieferung, super heiß und am besten ist diese fruchtig süße Tomatensoße. Ich bin positiv überrascht. Die könnten sich ziemlich schnell an die Spitze setzen mit dieser Qualität. Ausgezeichnet!

Beschwerdemanagement super, aber einen Kartoffelauflauf bestelle ich nie wieder. Nach der Übernahme zu Papa Johns werden die Kartoffeln halb roh geliefert. Geschmack ist zwar super, aber mit harten Kartoffeln nicht genießbar

Sehr leckere Pizzen und das Fingerfood ist auch super. Die Zubereitung ist schnell und dennoch hat das Essen eine top Qualität.

Die Pizza New York is echt lecker ABER ich hatte heute auf fast jeden Stück ein stück Bacon, is glaube Standard ich weiß es nicht und daher hab ich extra Bacon für 2,49€ dazu genommen! Leider war da nix mit extra Bacon! Schade eigentlich. Daher nur 3 Sterne

Die Pizza kam recht fix und wie bestellt. Aber in dem Preissegment und bei der Wettbewerbssituation noch Formschinken zu verwenden, ist unverschämt und absolut kundenunfreundlich. Wir bleiben bei Telepizza, da passt es einfach.
