Pans Kitchen in Osnabrück

Essen war kalt, musste lange warten und Bestellung wurde verwechselt. Die Inhaberin kam etwas unsympathisch rüber.

Habe nun mehrfach dort gegessen: Super frisch, optisch ansprechend, sehr freundliches Personal und bei Abholungen immer pünktlich. Die Bowls sind ein echter Knaller, geschmacklich fein abgestimmt, und viele können auch vegetarisch/vegan bestellt werden.

Absolut nicht zu empfehlen! Wir haben online zum Liefern lassen bestellt. Angegeben war eine Lieferzeit von 30-40 Minuten, gebraucht hat das Essen schließlich über zwei Stunden. Und dann ein Service, der wirklich Seinesgleichen sucht und nur darauf ausgelegt ist, dass man als Kunde sich ja nicht beschwert, wenn etwas nicht passt. Erstmal muss man sich durch eine KI-Schleife quälen, um dann ewig auf einen Rückruf zu warten, der sich dann auch wenig kooperativ zeigt. Ach und als das Essen dann doch endlich mal da war, waren die Gerichte natürlich unvollständig und kalt. Und das alles bei einem Restaurant, das besser sein möchte als der Standard-Imbiss um die Ecke. Naja, dann gibt’s beim nächsten Mal vielleicht doch wieder Neustädter Pizza.

Ich gebe sehr selten 5 Sterne. Hier jedoch passt alles. Burger und Wrap waren sehr gut zubereitet. Im Wrap war gutes, frisches Gemüse. Wir wohnen weit entfert würden aber jederzeit gerne wieder herkommen.

Schlechtes Essen schlechter Service

Leider keine gute Erfahrung. In meinem Essen war ein Haar, was ich sehr unhygienisch fand. Deshalb kann ich das Restaurant nicht weiterempfehlen.

Ich hatte schon mehrfach hier bestellt gehabt und das Essen war eigentlich immer gut. Meistens hatte ich mir eine Bowl gegönnt. Die Bowls sind wirklich lecker und wirklich frisch. Leider habe ich diesmal keine Bowl bestellt und ärgere mich gerade beim Schreiben dieser Rezension wirklich. Diesmal hatten wir uns Burger bestellt und hatten zumindest die Hoffnung, dass diese Burger vernünftig belegt und zubereitet sind. Leider ist die Hoffnung schnell einer Enttäuschung gewichen. Die Burger sahen nicht wirklich ansprechend aus und mein eigener Chilli Cheese Burger bestand aus einem Patty, Käsesoße und drei Jalapenos in einem Burgerbrot. Der Burger war kalt und nach ein, zwei Bissen habe ich festgestellt, dass der Patty auf der einen Seite durch war und auf der anderen Seite roh. Ich möchte mich ja nicht beschweren, jedoch finde ich es irgendwie ekelhaft wenn das Patty anscheinend nur zur Hälfte richtig zubereitet wurde. Ich muss wirklich sagen, ich habe mich wirklich geschüttelt und geekelt. Ich werde hier definitiv keine Burger oder etwas anderes bestellen, obwohl die Bowl immer lecker und frisch war. Vielleicht war es nur diesmal so, aber man sollte als Restaurant immer versuchen das Essen vernünftig zuzubereiten. Leider war es diesmal ein Reinfall.

Habe dort bestellt und knapp eine Stunde auf mein Essen gewartet und dann wurde einfach plötzlich storniert. Danke jetzt ist zu spät um irgendwo anders essen zu bestellen.

Wir haben fast zwei Stunden auf unsere Lieferung gewartet. Das Essen kam kalt an, eine richtige Entschuldigung gab es nicht. Zudem waren in meiner Bowl 3 alte Pommes, die wohl zu einer anderen, älteren Bestellung gehörten, was wohl darauf schließen lässt, dass dort nicht sauber und hygienisch gearbeitet wird. Widerlich. Mehr kann ich dazu nicht sagen. Nie wieder. Gerade bei den hohen Preisen die man da zahlt...

Toll zubereite Bowl mit hochwertigen Zutaten zu fairen Preisen

Ich finde es mega, wenn och vor 21 Uhr in Osnabrück bin, ist es mein Lokal des Vertrauens! Preis-Leistung auch mega

Wir haben eine Bowl und Pommes bestellt. Die Lieferung brauchte fast zwei Stunden! Als wir anriefen, hieß es, dass der Fahrer bereits unterwegs sei. Über eine Stunde später - der Fahrer hatte sich wohl verfahren - bekamen wir halbrohe, matschige Pommes, die nicht mal Kinder essen wollten und eine Bowl, die von der Konsistenz und Geschmack eine Zumutung war. Wir haben sowohl über Lieferando als auch telefonisch und per Mail (Mail auf dem Bon läuft ins Leere) mit Pans Kitchen Kontakt aufgenommen. Mehrfach wurde uns eine Erstattung zugesichert - diese ist auch mehr als zwei Wochen später nicht eingetroffen. Nie wieder!

Ich war schon öfter da oder habe zum abholen bestellt. Die Mitarbeiter*innen sind alle sehr freundlich. Das Essen ist sehr schnell zubereitet und schmeckt super. Außerdem große Portionen.

Schon mehrmals die Bowls zur Abholung bestellt, sind super sättigend, lecker und abwechslungsreich. Preis-Leistung einfach top! Auch das Personal ist immer freundlich. Vorbestellungen per App sind innerhalb von 10 Minuten fertig. Den einzigen Abzug gebe ich, weil es keine Parkplätze gibt.

Wenn man Vorort etwas abholt oder dort ist, dann ist eigentlich meistens alles in Ordnung. Manchmal packen sie allerdings (ohne zu fragen) Alternativen rein für Sachen, die sie nicht da haben. Wenn man allerdings bestellt, dann ist es ne Katastrophe!! Einmal habe ich einen wrap bestellt, der war super. Den habe ich erneut bestellt und plötzlich würde darauf ein Salat gemacht. Heute habe ich bestellt & es hieß, dass es zwischen 18:40-19:00 kommen soll. Ich habe bis 20:07 gewartet, als dann plötzlich die Nachricht kam, dass die mein Essen nicht fertig stellen konnten und meine Bestellung storniert wurde. Sehr sehr unzuverlässig.

Essen ist gut, aber das Personal extrem inkonpetent sehr komische Leute da am arbeiten. Wer da essen geht versteht was ich meine 😅

Leider sehr enttäuschend. Das Butter Chicken wurde lieblos in einer einfachen Bowl serviert. Geschmacklich hatte das Gericht kaum etwas mit einem echten Butter Chicken zu tun – eher Reis mit etwas Hühnerfleisch und kaum würziger Soße. Die typische cremige, aromatische Note hat komplett gefehlt. Noch enttäuschender war, dass meine Kritik vor Ort nicht wirklich ernst genommen wurde. Schade, ich hatte mir deutlich mehr erwartet. Das alles für 18€.

Wir waren einmal vor Ort dort und Freunde haben heute dort bestellt. Beides war leider sehr enttäuschend, das Burgerfleisch war roh, die Pommes hart und ungenießbar. Des Weiteren haben die Soßen sehr komisch geschmeckt und die Bestellung hat heute 2 Stunden gebraucht um anzukommen.

Wir haben um 18:45 bestellt und das Essen war erst um 21:30 vollständig da.

Ich bin wirklich niemand, der sich schnell beschwert oder großer Ansprüche hat aber das war der schlechteste Burger und die schlechtesten Pommes die ich je gegessen habe. Erstmal wurde uns kurz nach dem Bestellung gesagt, dass die Süßkartoffelpommes doch nicht verfügbar sind und gegen normale Pommes eingetauscht werden können (die Fritteuse wurde wohl gerade in dem Moment als die Bestellung einging ausgeschaltet - um 17.20 Uhr). Dann haben wir über 1,5 Stunden auf das Essen gewartet (angekündigt waren 45 Minuten). Am Esstisch haben wir dann leider erst bemerkt, dass zwei Pommes zu wenig geliefert wurden. Darüber waren wir letztendlich froh weil die Pommes total kalt, trocken und hart/gummiartig waren (sehen auf dem Foto besser aus als sie schmeckten). Die Burger waren kalt und minimalistisch. Alter Salat, 2 kleine Stückchen Gurke, Patty und Soße. Und der vegane Classic Beef war eine absolute Unverschämtheit. Der war roh. Einen Grill hat der nie gesehen. Auf Nachfrage wurde sich rausgeredet, dass es "wahrscheinlich voll war". Und das für den Preis...

Sehr leckeres Essen! Die Portionen sind ordentlich (vor allem die Bowls). Die Preise sind völlig ok. Wir haben zum abholen bestellt und es war trotz Fahrt noch warm und auch die Pommes waren noch knackig. Sehr lecker und absolut empfehlenswert.

Einfach ausgiebig und ordentlich dimensionierte Portionen zu einen recht günstigen Preis. Nette bedienung die freundlich und Kompetent ist. ------- Einfach TESTEN-----------

For €30 you get cold food, the wrong ingredients, and vegetables that taste like water. Very disappointing.

Unfortunately, I find it very expensive... and despite being close to the university/college, there's no student discount or anything like that, which I also find rather disappointing. Great service! After calling twice, they weren't sure which base I wanted for the bowl. They then made me a bowl with one and the other. I thought that was very thoughtful, so I had the choice. I asked for takeaway without avocado... and now drum roll... I got it WITH avocado. The food went straight into the trash 🤗.

I had ordered 2 wraps, 6 pancakes, a smoothie and one of the chili cheese fries, so it wasn't a large order, but the fries weren't included, which meant I paid €7 for nothing... the smoothie tasted watery, which is a shame, but the delivery was quick and the wraps were delicious.

The wrong food was delivered. I ordered it twice, and twice a portion of fries was missing. And I was greeted with so much chicken on my burger, which was supposed to be breaded chicken. The woman on the phone also blatantly lied. If that doesn't reach them, I don't know what to do. Hopeless and blatant.

Not everything was delivered (extra portion of fries €7). Burger wasn't completely filled. Had to call several times before the call was answered. No refund or replacement.

Ordered to Google, two wraps. Staff moderately friendly, cash register doesn't work at first. Very long waiting time even though there are only five guests in the restaurant. The mood among the employees seems subdued, there are always discussions: "Why did you do that!?" Uber eats and Lieferando appear to be processed first. No recommendation.

I was very impressed..The food was fresh, tasty and beautifully presented. The professionalism, everything went smoothly and very organized. everything was sparkling clean and very well maintained. Also the modern, stylish decor.. The staff was friendly, I found a young girl particularly likeable - she was very polite, tried hard and did her job with a lot of charm. can only recommend this restaurant!

Really good sorbets and really nice service

We were there for dinner and ordered a bowl and pasta with Bolognese sauce. We ordered chicken fillet as an extra, but got breaded chicken. The pasta was very soft, the Bolognese sauce had no taste, almost no minced meat and the breaded chicken was very soft. We grabbed drinks and realized after opening that the beer was expired and my soda was about to expire. The service was good but I wouldn't go there again. The food tasted like it wasn't fresh and had just been warmed up.

I don't even know where to start, the restaurant is really great. The selection of food and drinks is extremely diverse. There is definitely something for everyone here. The employees are super friendly. I'm here a lot now and it's really fun to watch the employees. The restaurant is nice, comfortably furnished and nice and clean. I just really enjoy being here. Update: Now even more selection, in addition to delicious bowls and wraps, there are now also delicious pasta, burgers and great drinks. The cake also tastes great. Breakfast is now also available for all early risers.

Nice atmosphere, terrible music, but that's a matter of taste. The ordering was a bit bumpy, but the dishes came quickly. Except for one thing, which had been forgotten, but was followed up quickly and easily when asked. One person at our table (6 people) obviously didn't have anything yet, so you can ask the group who the bowl is for, or just take a look first. One bowl had the wrong rice, we didn't try a replacement (which was offered) because we think throwing away food is stupid. Unfortunately, this probably also meant that we almost ate the two bowls with “fresh, crunchy wok vegetables”. That was the absolute opposite of crunchy wok vegetables, overcooked mush. At least it was well seasoned. I commented on that at the end, my mother commented on it again, and the employee's reaction was a moderately interested "aha" and whether we wanted to take the rest with us. Uh, no. At the Kids Bowl I had to look for someone again to get the corresponding surprise. We were just passing through and I am It's clear that we should have said something right from the start, but it's still questionable to release a dish like that and the reaction was disappointing. We wouldn't go there again under any circumstances.

A little disappointed with the Chilli Cheese Burger. For the price I also get two Bic Macs and am happier and fuller. Cool idea with lots of offers but unfortunately little effort was put into implementing it.

Super tasty salad bowls, great service and very friendly staff - we'll be happy to come back 😀 Update: Significantly deteriorated after moving from the center to Natruper Str. Less service, staff cut back, no more paper to fill out as to how you want to put your bowl together, the ambience has gotten worse, the location is much less comfortable - prices have of course stayed the same... Bowls are still good though. Unfortunately we will still look for another bowl shop...

Food is inedible. 7 euros for these fries? So please. The wraps, 12.50 and 11.50. So if you specialize in such products then they should be reasonable. This doesn't work at all. Avoid this store. Not reachable by phone. I hope I get my money back.

Good variety of Wraps and Burgers. Usually quiet and near to Hochschule Osnabruck for students who wish to treat their taste buds with a different taste than the normal Mensa food.

Ordered online. Bowl was okay. But the 6 veggie nuggets for €7.7 is absolutely ridiculous. Never again!

My girlfriend and I ordered there for the first time today. The burgers are very expensive. When the food arrived it was cold. The burgers were carelessly thrown together, the bread was completely soggy and barely toasted or roasted. The meat is not good quality. The sauces (ketchup, mayo) were way too much, so you could hardly taste any of the burger. The cheese seemed to be of high quality. But then it stops there. We relied on the good reviews and paid the price with the hope of quality. However, we were given food that bordered on outrageous. It's a total shame and we are very disappointed. The first and last time. I also ordered a taco and it was inedible, just sauce like you were drinking mayo with ketchup. Something like this shouldn't leave the kitchen, especially not for this price.

The boss was very unfriendly The staff was relatively friendly, but the food was cold and not quite cooked through (the warp bread). Something was also forgotten, and cutlery to take away was unfortunately not completely available. Never again !

Had food delivered. The fries were really hard and tasted like old fat. The muffin was dry and the burger was also very disappointing. Waste of money.

Absolutely catastrophic. Ordered at 4 p.m. The delivery time was then simply changed to 5 p.m. Still not delivered at 5pm. Then the delivery date was set for 6 p.m. Are they kidding??? You also have something else to do. Never again ☹️☹️

NeoTaste apparently isn't available on Mondays... but you'll only see it when you're there and want to book. I can't rate the food, the ambience is good.

Today I had dinner with a friend directly on site. We were there for the first time. But never again!!! Ordered a wrap with fries and got the fries directly in the wrap instead of extra. Girlfriend ordered bowl and fries, but as you can see she got burnt and dry ones. It doesn't work at all! Staff totally incompetent.

Once and never again! The burgers aren't quite as disgusting as the fries but are just as inedible. First and last time!

A bit difficult to find as it is not visible from the outside, no signs, advertising or anything like that. We found it anyway thanks to Google maps. The music was a bit loud inside. The service was very quick and friendly, we put together a burger and a bowl. Unfortunately, the digital display on site is not as detailed and clear, only the standards are displayed. The bowl was great, reasonably priced and served with fresh ingredients. The burger was also good. There is a lot to choose from and we didn't wait long for our food. Definitely recommended!

Sorry, I love bowls and I've never had one this bad. Unfortunately, I'm totally disappointed and won't be coming back. The lettuce was partly wilted, the whole grain rice tasted like moth powder and the mango tasted like it had been thawed for a long time. The sauce tasted like industrial sauce. The ambience is not my thing. But that's not what this is about. The point is that bowls should be fresh. It wasn't tasty!

The food was delivered very quickly and the person delivering it was very friendly. The portion was huge, the quality of the food wasn't that great. The sweet potato fries were cold, burnt and soggy, the rice, the chicken nuggets were cold and unfortunately the meat quality of the nuggets was not good.

The food was terrible, it wasn't clean enough. It was such a huge restaurant that didn't clean. I didn't like it at all. And I don't recommend it either.

i visited there on last monday, and i would say the food was really not fresh, it taste like old salad and old sauces. washroom were not clean. overall i dont recommend this place for healthy food and good ambience.
