Worse than breakfast at Ikea! Awful rolls, a lackluster buffet, dried-out mozzarella, inedible salmon, and no extras like dill sauce. We were so disappointed that our family didn't even want to browse Zurbrüggen anymore.

Update: Unfortunately, I've noticed a slight decline in the quality of the food over the past few days. Yesterday, I ordered the apricot crumble cake for dessert. I found it tasted odd until I saw the fuzzy coating, which was small at first, but by the next day had covered the entire tray. I reported this to the manager today, and he took the whole tray back. This should have been noticed during preparation. Today, I ordered the potato dumplings, something I remember from my childhood. The problem was, the crispy dumpling was barely warm, while the cream cheese inside was still hard and cold. It was as if they had taken it out of the oven three minutes too early! Please pay close attention to the quality, even if the food is mass-produced. Previous review: Solid establishment, you can't go wrong there. The coffee and cake were really delicious. The regular meals were okay, but nothing special; it felt more like cafeteria food. However, the ambiance is really nice, and the staff are very attentive.

Unfortunately, my first visit wasn't good at all. We were there for breakfast. It said there were 7 items, but each item had points, and you can't exceed them. It's not worth it, I think. I was so annoyed... Then I got a croissant (or something similar). The description above the croissant was also wrong. Or maybe someone else had put it in there. I wanted to point it out at first, but then I didn't. They charged too much; unfortunately, I can't remember exactly. But we'll stop by again; maybe it will be better then. ☺️

The lunch was okay, but nothing special. The server preparing the food and the cashier were both familiar with the usual polite phrases 👍. Unfortunately, all the tables by the window were occupied. But the free space was sufficient to eat and drink in peace. Perhaps we'll come back for afternoon coffee...

Unfortunately, the food (rump steak) got cold too quickly because the plates were not preheated.

Very tasty salad from the buffet; in a lovely ambiance, something you wouldn't expect in such a place.

I arrive shortly after 11 a.m. and want breakfast. I'm sent away with severe walking difficulties. Because it's just after 11 a.m.!!! Great attitude. Move on. I'll just buy the living room furniture somewhere else.

The lady at the counter seemed very listless. The cashier at least had a brief smile. The food was a complete disaster! The steak was greasy and gristly, the fries were almost cold and seemed to have been counted. The bratwurst was cold and tasted of nothing. But the most outrageous thing is the price of a small side salad: €4.90!!! The ambiance is nothing special, but quite okay. It's a shame, we won't be eating there again.

The atmosphere is really nice and inviting, but the food is a disaster! The three of us went out to eat and were very disappointed. The fries were really hard and cold for all of us. At least the fries were soaked in a lot of ready-made sauce so they were warmed at least a little, even if it made them very soggy. The sausage was also lukewarm and tasted really old. We really would have expected more, unfortunately it was a disappointment even though the atmosphere was really nice. I hope the quality of the food will improve in the near future because it's really not entirely edible. Nevertheless, I found the team here nice, even if some of them seemed really uninterested and annoyed. However, the cashier was very nice.

Beautiful sight, friendly service and mostly it tastes good too

Price performance good. It's not a star restaurant. When you visit a furniture store you can eat a daily special cheaply. Very friendly staff.

Friendliness at the counter and checkout was underground. The taste of the food was good. Instead of 2 schnitzels there was one. That saves the operator half. Just because it was supposed to be a snack we didn't complain. Only the chef was friendly even though he was stressed, but he wasn't responsible for us.

The friendly and attentive cashier was definitely positive. The ambience is also nice and cozy. Above all, you can sit outside when the weather is nice. Unfortunately, I personally can't say much about the taste of the food, as it becomes difficult for people who live vegan lives (avoiding any animal products such as meat, fish, eggs, milk, etc.) when choosing a dish. Even the spaghetti contains eggs. A pity! There is a need for improvement. There is a vegetarian selection of four dishes (see photo), which I find quite positive. However, two dishes are served with Parmesan, which is in most cases non-vegetarian by definition due to the animal rennet it contains. The fries were ok, but very salty. The overall selection of dishes has the character of a canteen. Useful for refreshment while shopping.

A nice atmosphere with a large terrace. Unfortunately too many convenience products. Large canteen standard. My suggestion would be to limit yourself to 2-3 dishes, then the freshness will work.
