On 18 October 2025, at 21:43, we paid for our table. They charged us for a red wine that we did not order at all (1x BOLGHERI ROSSO, 0.75 €38.00). I have attached a picture for proof. Make sure you review the receipt line by line before making a payment.

Friendly and attentive service and delicious food… all 4 people received their food at the same time!

We actually wanted a quick plate of pasta after a long day of travel, and the pasta was very good. The tiramisu was too. Everything else we saw looked very good, so it was definitely worth it, especially for the price.

I ordered beef tartare. I had previously asked how it was dressed... Onions, capers, mustard, and passion fruit juice. In the end, I got a pile of meat that tasted nothing but ketchup. I didn't eat it and complained about it. No alternative was offered, and I still had to pay the €25 for it. My son had spaghetti from a Parmesan wheel, which was again very good.

Cozy, friendly people, centrally located, and parking nearby! It's now our regular spot.

The interior is old, and the service is terrible. They brought terramisu from the store, decorated. Negative impression, it's a shame they can't create something really cool in such a good location.

I recently returned to Pane e Vino after a long absence, and I was not disappointed. The restaurant offers a cozy atmosphere and exudes a true Italian feel. The menu includes typical Italian classics, so there's something for every taste. There's also a weekly lunch special. The food itself is delicious, high quality, and beautifully presented. Combined with the friendly service, this creates a more than positive overall impression.

We had a Pinsa Diavola (mediocre) and a Vitello Tonnato (delicious). The atmosphere was like an Italian vacation. The service was very friendly. The drinks were very expensive. A 0.4-liter Coke cost €6.80. I find that unreasonable.

Tagliatelle was too salty, had to re order.. pizza was dry and also not tasty. Been a regular but no longer unfortunately.

Terrible restaurant. We went in the evening. It says it's open until midnight, but it closes much earlier. My risotto was three times saltier than usual and overcooked at least four minutes. They explicitly asked for cash only, so whatever we ordered disappeared from the billing and they definitely pocketed the cash. Terrible. Also, we ordered water for two, and they brought us a 0.5L bottle. But wake up and bring a 1L or at least a 0.75L bottle.

Super delicious! The fish was perfectly cooked and the meat super tender. Thanks to the friendly team! We'll be back 👌🏽

Today was our first visit to Pane E Vino. A very cozy restaurant with excellent service. You feel welcome as a guest. The food was excellent. This definitely won't be our last visit to Pane E Vino.

Saffron rice with shrimp was completely overcooked and sticky. It's a shame because the flavor was decent.

Delicious pizzas (Diavola & Prosciutto e Funghi) with perfectly crisp crusts, paired with a wonderful rosé prosecco. Great service and a lovely atmosphere — highly recommend!

One of the best Italian restaurants in Stuttgart. The chef and his team make you feel like you're at Nonna's house. You automatically feel comfortable and well looked after. The food is excellent and always prepared fresh. The Parmesan pasta is highly recommended. A must-have for anyone who loves Italian food.

The lasagna and seafood pasta were wonderful. I would like to thank the waiters for their attentiveness and especially Mehmet for the wine selection. As a finale, the lemon ice cream was wonderful. I definitely recommend it.

Amazing selection on the menu truffle pasta was excellent and the steak was very good. our waiter Franjo was very attentive and friendly. The Dubai tiramisu was phenomenal. 10/10 would come here again.

We had a terrific family meal at this very nice restaurant. The menu is comprehensive and includes the classics, plus many other great dishes. The pasta was delicious and portion sizes generous. Steak cooked to perfection and truffles fresh and flavourful. A great wine offering and knowledgeable waiters to help recommend based on good wine knowledge. The waiter was attentive, helpful and friendly and really made this restaurant stand out during our two weeks travelling around Germany.

Food was good and price reasonable too, service was so and so. Ordered a pizza bread as stater and two pasta as a main, but pizza bread was forgotten. Disgusting was to find a long hair in my pasta almost at the end. Atmosphere was good and I may give it a second try.

A fantastic Italian restaurant in the heart of Stuttgart! The servers are super friendly, attentive, and quick – you feel like you're in good hands from the very first moment. The selection of dishes is fantastic: whether crispy pinsa or delicious pasta, everything was freshly prepared and delicious. The location is also perfect – very close to parking garages and surrounded by nice cafés. The atmosphere in the restaurant is relaxed and lively, with pleasant music and the atmosphere of the surroundings. We had a really lovely evening and will definitely be back!

Our waiter Mo won our hearts with a very warm approach and impressed us with his smiling face and the service was very good I recommend everyone there

Really great food - the best pizza I've had in Germany so far, amazing service - the staff immediately saw to my son's needs and were so understanding about the mess. Would highly recommend and would come again.

It took over an hour for our food to be served. They took our order in 3 minutes, and it took an hour for the food to be served.

I ate at this restaurant with a friend today. Our server, Mo, was very friendly and accommodating – the service was attentive without being intrusive. The food was also delicious and freshly prepared. Overall, a truly pleasant experience. It only deducts one point because nothing was particularly exceptional – but it's definitely recommended!

The pizza 🍕 was delicious, the prices were steep, and the service was absolutely awful. The two who served us were not only unfriendly and without a smile, but they also completely didn't listen. It was still around 7 p.m., and the place wasn't busy. My companion said right at the beginning that he wasn't eating, just drinking, but the waitress still asked what he wanted. He then asked for a small Coke, but he got a large Coke (0.4 l for €6.80). Later, the pizza was brought out, picked up two seconds later 🙈 just as we were about to cut it and our mouths were watering. Later, my companion wanted to round up the amount to €30 (€3) as a tip, but the waitress didn't hear that and charged €27. No goodbye, no smile, just turned around 🙈

Simply fantastic! The service was super friendly and the food was incredibly delicious. The staff here were also very pet-friendly, as even when a dog from the next table ran around, there were no problems. Highly recommended!

A good option in the center of Stuttgart, although I wouldn't highlight the dishes we chose (pasta carbonara and with truffle)

Food quality really wasn't that bad, but the portions... stinginess is awesome! + salty prices. Example: beef carpaccio: 4-5 slices, a touch of rocket and a pinch of parmesan for €24.50!!!!!!!!! whaaaaaaat??? that's bold! 5 avocado avioli with some tomato sauce €18.50!!!!!!! what? and then a digestive: amaro del capo for a whopping €8.50!!!!!! waaaaasss????? so is it still okay? we really let ourselves be squeezed. the prices are sometimes too expensive. excessive. and bold!!! this is going too far!!! In the end they also wanted to play us for fools by simply lying to us!!! Amaro del capo was room temperature and the waiter claimed he had just taken it out of the freezer. so he played us for fools. a limoncello that wasn't! it was coconut. batida del coco. The waitress boldly said it was limoncello cream. cream? There wasn't a hint of limoncello in the glass. Yesss - it was also mixed with coconut, she said. So it couldn't be more outrageous. So really disappointing, or we felt ripped off by a crew that simply didn't tell the truth and a boss who wasn't Italian but pretended to be. Conclusion: sometimes very outrageous and brazen prices and the waitresses lie to your face. You can't have a nice evening like that. We haven't mentioned other little things that we thought were unsuccessful...

kleines aber feines Restaurant in der Innenstadt mit freundlicher Bedienung. Die Auswahl an Speisen ist gross, dass jeder etwas passendes findet. Die Bedienung ist ebenfalls freundlich und hilflsbereit. Als plötzlich ein Gewitter herein zog, mussten sofort alle Gäste ins Innere wechseln; während dem Service. Das Personal blieb aber ruhig und behielt die Übersicht. Einzig die Weinauswahl ist eher in der oberen Klasse angesiedelt. Sonst rundum ein kulinarisch schöner Abend.

Waren auf Empfehlung zum Abendessen. Wir waren früher öfter da als es noch eine deutsche Küche war. Heute war es aber total miserabel. Unsere Salate waren kaum angemacht und schmeckten nach nichts.Meine Pizza war fürchterlich,viel zu dätschig,viel zu dick,schwamm im Öl.Die Pizza meiner Frau war teilweise stark verbrannt.Der Preis von 65 Euro wäre angemessen wenn es geschmeckt hätte.Echt schade,wir waren früher under anderem fast täglich zum Mittagstisch dort...

It's not without reason that Pane e Vino is one of my good friend's favorite places - and we always go back. This time I had the tagliatelle with calamari strips - very tasty, perfectly seasoned and cooked to perfection. The staff was warm and attentive, we were well looked after. All in all, a very pleasant experience with just the right amount of Italian flair – highly recommended!

Unfortunately, an overall disappointing visit. Fruit flies flew everywhere - on the ceiling, the walls and right at the table. This was very unpleasant and seemed unhygienic. My vongole pasta was almost empty – just four mussels. After my complaint, a new dish was brought to me (this time with more mussels), but by then my companions had long since finished. A positive highlight is the really friendly and attentive service. Conclusion: Overpriced, heavy fruit fly infestation, but great service and nice location.

Incredibly unpleasant pizza.. the burrata tastes like spoiled milk and the pizza like burnt frozen pizza. (My oven is more talented than that) Staff couldn't be unfriendly, but that was just the icing on the cake.

A really good authentic Italian. When we were there, Italian music from the 80's was playing. Very pleasant. Good food, nice courteous staff. Highly recommended.

Our food was great, we had pinsa and noodles. The prices are high even for Stuttgart standards. Unfortunately our table was very small and there was hardly any space for all the plates.

¡HORRIBLE! Creo que la gente es generosa por darle 3 estrellas. Le daría 2 porque la comida era decente, pero el servicio era tan malo, y era SOBREPRECIADO. No estaban ocupados y tardaron 15 minutos en preguntarme si quería algo de beber. Entonces nunca me trajeron pan y cuando le pregunté a la camarera ella nunca lo trajo. Mi copa de vino estuvo vacía durante mucho tiempo y les pedí otra copa. Y tanto la camarera como el barista estuvieron sentados comiendo todo este tiempo. Me siento mal por los propietarios y espero que estén leyendo esto porque estoy seguro de que el mal servicio está contribuyendo a las revisiones por debajo del estándar que la gente está dejando.

We were late and called - the reservation was not canceled, but rather flexibly postponed. The service was very good and I can only recommend the truffle spaghetti – it tasted excellent. The ambience is beautiful and invites you to relax and linger.

It's true that no one wants to work on January 1st, but why open the doors when everything is done half-heartedly... over-salted pasta, poorly presented starters, bland and old olives, very bad bread - in fact the worst Italian restaurant in Stuttgart . Very disappointed, I will never come back and absolutely do not recommend it.

The olives tasted stale, and we were offered pizza bread because the Italian bread was out! Shortly afterward, the table next to us received a fresh loaf, but ours was fried and didn't taste the way pizza bread should—fresh, not drenched in oil. The pasta was also overcooked! No concessions regarding the stale-tasting olives (€7). Nice atmosphere, but the quality of the food was very poor!

Very tasty, reasonable price/performance ratio, great service. Despite the high occupancy, food comes quickly and for 5 people at the same time. The only small drawback: the background noise is borderline at high occupancy. But overall a clear recommendation. Gladly again.

Great restaurant, generous portions

Be careful, the store likes to add items to the invoice without real agreement, very annoying! Don’t let yourself be ripped off and always ask how much each “offer” costs. Beyond that, solid but not a highlight.

Bad customer service...The food is delicious but the staff is very unfriendly...we had to wait 40 minutes after our meal even though the restaurant was empty...just because of a misunderstanding between cookers... Nobody came to us to say anything except when I asked why it was taking so long…. Please don't forget: the customer is king!!!

Where do I start, despite having a reservation (I was able to find myself in your system) we had to wait 10 minutes. The boss (at least I think so) of the shop actually only had time for his regular customers. He only became really friendly when we left and he said goodbye for a moment (he probably noticed how much money we had left behind). The food was okay but nothing exceptional for me. You can actually save yourself the extra portion of truffles unless you absolutely need them on your meal. The tables were far too small even for 3 people and it was far too loud throughout. For me it was the first and last visit to the store. But thanks to the waitress she was friendly.

Came to Pane E Vino without a reservation. Ordered a very nice pizza and a large green salad. Everything tasted very, very good. We had very quick service and a nice seat.

Fantastic little Italian spot. The insalata di mare tiepida was incredible. I don’t normally like shrimp but the shrimp was my favorite part! Marinated in a delicious lemony sauce. We added truffle to the carbonara and it was perfect (you can add truffle to any dish). The waiter chilled our Prosecco glasses with ice cubes before filling them, which I’ve never seen, and will now be doing at home. Even the water and bread were excellent.

Service was very friendly and quick. I had a vegetarian pizza, which was good and generously topped. It just lacked a bit of spice. But you can help or spice things up yourself.

Service itself was okay. Waited almost 50 minutes for the food even though there were no guests in the restaurant. Food didn't taste like anything, 2 of my clams were still completely closed and were served.

I went there twice this week, for lunch on business! Both were super tasty and the service was particularly attentive and friendly. One of my guests has Italian roots and is critical of an Italian restaurant. Nevertheless, there was great satisfaction. Many thanks to Fatima-Zehra's service

Charming place and simple but effective cuisine. On the other hand, a carafe of water costs €8 (probably tap water) and no one tells you that you will have to pay for it. Yes yes, €8 per carafe, you read that right! 😃 No bread to accompany the pasta dishes, although it too would probably have been €8.

Mavi was amazing and extremely accommodating. My wife ordered one pasta and received a different one, we spoke to Mavi and she had this issue corrected right away. The spaghetti all parmigiana was amazing, I recommend you try this dish and ask for added truffle! The wine selection was extensive and stored properly. After living in northern Italy for 4 years I can confidently say I have found a restaurant in Stuttgart that will cure my Italian cravings.

Movi was our waiter tonight and she was amazing! The food and ambiance was exactly what I was looking for in an Italian dinner and I will surely be back!
