Früher war es einer der besten Döner in Augsburg - heute kann man nicht mehr empfehlen dort hinzu gehen. Bewertung die nicht wünschenswert sind werden von den Inhabern gelöscht..

Hier werden Bewertungen GELÖSCHT! Hier gilt rechtlich eine Meinungsfreiheit wenn diese berechtigt ist. Statt löschen, ernst nehmen die Rezension. Ich komme aus Augsburg und leider ist pamukkale nicht mehr das was es mal war. Sehr kleine döner, welche leider auch qualitativ leider nachgelassen haben. Preis Leistung ist leider nicht mehr vorhanden. Sehr teuer für das was geboten wird. Davor war es ein döner. Jetzt wird mehr wert auf das optische gelegt. Ich hoffe es wird nicht gelöscht un euren score aufrecht zu halten

Laden macht einen guten Eindruck. Am Anfang wurde mir meine Wasserflasche gratis aufgefüllt, sehr nett. Ich selbst habe einen Dürem Döner mit Huhn genommen. Leider gab es kein Kalb mehr. Bisschen schade, wenn man um 18 Uhr bestellt. Alles in allem sehr empfehlenswert.

Mega leckerer Döner inkl. netter Bedienung!

Alles war köstlich, aber es gab ein Problem. Die Mayonnaise in unserer Soße hatte ihren Grund. Und wir haben vergessen, Sie darauf hinzuweisen. Aber im Großen und Ganzen war es gut. Die Aussicht aus den Panoramafenstern war herrlich. Und die Toilette war ungewöhnlich. Leider gab es dort sowohl Damen- als auch Herrentoiletten.

War heute bei Pamukkale und hab dort fast 25 € ausgegeben (ich packe die Zahlungsbestätigung von heute in den Anhang, weil ich weiß, dass kritische Bewertungen allgemein gerne gelöscht werden). Leider war der Besuch zum zweiten Mal ziemlich unangenehm. Mir ist schon früher aufgefallen, dass ein Mitarbeiter extrem stark schwitzt (am Dönerspieß ist es logischerweise auch sehr heiß). Beim letzten Mal habe ich sogar gesehen, wie ein Schweißtropfen ins Essen getropft ist, habe aber nichts gesagt, weil mir das ehrlich gesagt unangenehm war und es mich, Gott sei Dank, selbst nicht betroffen hat. Ich bin ehrlich: Ich hatte einfach gehofft, dass er nicht da ist oder mich noch einmal die Frau bedient und nicht er. Aber heute war es leider wieder ähnlich: Der Mitarbeiter hat sich mit einem Taschentuch den Schweiß abgewischt und danach direkt mit der Hand und dem zusammengeknüllten Taschentuch mein Brot angefasst. Das fand ich einfach extrem unhygienisch und sehr, sehr eklig. Klar, Schwitzen ist normal, aber irgendwo ist halt auch eine Grenze, wenn es ums Essen geht. Ich habe vor Ort nichts gesagt, aber ich habe mich so unwohl gefühlt, dass ich den Döner am Ende nicht gegessen habe. Ich hatte dann noch einen Salat mitgenommen. Schlimmerweise habe ich davon richtig starken Durchfall bekommen. Das ist ja bei einer anderen Bewertung auch schon passiert. Ich bin ehrlich schockiert, dass kaum auf die Hygiene geachtet wird.

Beste soßen leckersten döner in Augsburg

Mega leckerer Döner! Hier bekommt man noch eine richtig große Portion! Genügend Fleisch und eine große Auswahl an Salaten! Das Brot ist schön cross! Komme sicher wieder!

Freundliches Personal, super Lage, schönes und sehr sauberes Ambiente. Leider ist der Döner im Vergleich zu anderen Dönerläden in Augsburg nichts Besonderes. Brot trocken, Fleisch trocken und wenig. Darüber hinaus lediglich ein Hauch von Sauce, was das ganze in Summe zu einer trockenen Geschichte gemacht hat. Gemüse frisch und knackig.

Kann ich sehr empfehlen. Gute Portionen, und das Fleisch ist sehr lecker.

Dürum was super, Pizza Döner eher geht so. Service kam etwas uninteressiert und abweisend rüber.

The meat was dry in döner kebap and it didnt taste well. Apart from döner kebap, salad and other things were Ok. The chefs making döner dont wear gloves and they are not hygenic. Why would i warn you to wear gloves?

Sorry, a lot has changed since the renovation. For whatever reason. The meat is just dry and really oily now. The meat is also cut into small pieces separately after it comes off the spit. I loved the kebab. But my needs are met for now.

Good kebab. Out of choices you can make in Augsburg considering kebab, at least in this part of town I would say one of best. Nice clean place, good meat. Deserves lot more than 4.3 on google, at least out of other kebab places you can visit.

We were there yesterday just before closing time, but the kebab was still delicious. The bread was a bit too crispy, but everything else was fresh and had a natural flavor. The sweet potatoes were nice and soft. The staff was friendly, and everything was quick.

It used to be one of the best doner kebabs in Augsburg. Unfortunately, the price is now far too high (despite rising raw material prices). The doner kebab now consists only of an extremely thick sauce that strongly resembles mayo. A real shame. I was a regular customer and now I have to find a new one. Update: They even weigh the meat these days!

5 stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I was there shortly before closing time, and even though the shop was almost closed, I and my order were treated absolutely correctly. The team was super friendly, took their time, and even let me eat in peace, even though they were already off duty. The kebab was truly delicious—fresh, well-seasoned, and generously filled. You can just tell they put their heart and soul into their work. Huge respect for the service and hospitality! I'll definitely be back. 🙌🍽️

Best kebab in town!!! Really! We always drive from Murnau to Augsburg just to get the best kebab there. The prices are high, but the quality is also excellent. After the renovation, it's now even more modern, cleaner, and up-to-date. All the staff are friendly, and during the Roöush Hour, it's really happening! Definitely a 100% recommendation!

Today for the first time there. Great view of the pedestrian highway through the large window front. Doner kebab tasty, fries crispy. The entire restaurant was extremely clean. Afterwards we wanted to have a digestive coffee. An employee ordered two coffees for us in the neighboring Old Town Café. It was then delivered directly to our table from the neighboring shop. Where can you find such a premium service? We felt like we were on vacation. So beautiful. Thanks

Particularly good halloumi kebab

I really don't understand the isolated negative reviews here. We ate there with friends (3x kebab and a falafel-halloumi dürüm) - and it was excellent! The atmosphere on site is pleasant and cozy. The renovation was also successful and it is very clean there (which cannot be said about some other kebab stalls in Augsburg). The owner is extremely friendly and has real passion for what he does. And the food is great too! – fresh, tasty with lots of delicious sauces. For me it's definitely the best kebab in Augsburg!

I was disappointed today, unfortunately the lady who was at the veal skewer put very little meat in it for me, even though it's not cheap, so for €8:50 you should get a good veal kebab!

I was very disappointed. Pamukale was my favorite kebab back then. We enjoyed going there. After moving to another city, I haven't been here for a year. When I came back, it had been rebuilt. I was hit! This amount of meat, the size of the kebab bread and the price. This is by far the hardest downgrade I've ever experienced. The kebab bread is so small! The amount automatically saves. And then charging almost €10 for it. Unfortunately I will never come back. It's a shame, because your concept back then was so good! And now all I see is a mess. I can't imagine that customers are still happy. That's really sad. Think about this if your customers are important to you.

I would prefer to give 0 stars, I've never experienced anything like that. I ate the kebab on Sunday last week and then lay flat for almost a week due to food poisoning. Me and my friends will never come back!!!

Was last there a week ago, really nice after the renovation. Clean toilets, clean restaurant, very friendly staff. The food was very tasty (doner kebab box with salad) and the portion was big enough for me. Chili powder and hot sauces were available at the table for refinement. You can definitely do it - there's a bit of variety on the kebab here. See you again soon ☺️

I've been to many kebab shops, but this one simply can't be beat! The kebab was fresh, juicy and perfectly seasoned - you can taste that quality is very important here. The meat was crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, the bread was wonderfully fluffy, and the sauces rounded everything off perfectly. The service was also great! The staff is super friendly, quick and accommodating. The portions are generous, the prices are fair - you definitely get more than just fast food here. If you're looking for a really good kebab, you've come to the right place. I'll definitely be back! Absolute recommendation! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Good kebab in the old town. Only recommended. Prepared quickly and the service is friendly. There is nothing wrong with Dürüm, for example. This is really very good and can be seasoned with the sauces at the table if desired. The kebab in the flatbread, however, leaves a little to be desired as it is very fatty and the meat loses a lot of its taste. That wasn't so nice. All in all, a recommendable restaurant. Also because it is now really attractive after the renovation!

It became really nice after the renovation. I don't understand what the two cash registers on opposite sides of the counter are supposed to do. This leads to uncertainty among guests and chaos. Food as usual very tasty. You hardly notice the extra meat (+1.50). And unfortunately there really isn't enough of it out of the box.

We came from Bursa, we heard a lot of reviews, it was really as good as we heard, the taste, presentation and attention were very good. If you come here, we definitely recommend it.

First of all: I've been in "the" shop (well rebuilt again) since the original owner (nice guy, by the way! I just hope it's still him, especially since other information about it can already be read above; that would be a real punch in the - hungry - stomach!!) started decades ago with a really small shed in the same place (just a few meters away). That probably says a lot. So over the last three or four years... yes, the price spiral here too inevitably and, above all, increased faster and faster; But if I think of a piece of dry pretzel at the "Wolf" for now almost a whopping EU, then the relationship is somehow still there (in my opinion). New to me - at least I noticed it as such - that you can now charge differently for turkey and veal. I decided on the turkey meat. However: From the looks of it, it no longer reminds me of what it was like BEFORE the new renovation..., rather to the disadvantage. I'll have to find out what exactly makes the difference the next two times, aka meals, ... because I still plan to go home from there so often (never eat in the restaurant - I don't feel like it, I'll have a kebab having to have the food pushed out on the left and right; I have a much better, more enjoyable option at home - but that is of course a purely personal process). In short: Something has changed now, certainly not to the advantage of indulgence, that much is clear. My bitter negative point: the meat weighed to the gram! So please NOT!! The answer to the fact that everyone gets the same amount handed over the counter is anything from ridiculous to nonsensical - SORRY!! Where did I end up here? Can I get a precisely weighed pork schnitzel at the restaurant around the corner... or the exactly the same size nut wedge at the "Knolli" bakery?? Not at all; For example, if one of them seems too small to me, I am free enough to point to a larger one and ask that it be handed to me. I mean, you not only should, but MUST with Pam. rely on the average hunger/appetite of the customer and therefore prefer to come up with “more” instead of “docking around” with gram meat. There's no joy whatsoever... in fact, there's no joy at all, especially in a Turkish restaurant (the claim as such is now definitely given) where originally the lovely presentation and, first and foremost, anything but poor presentation was once the case customer-friendly sense! Very worrying. But I would like to repeat that this is only my own impression, the first since I returned to work after the aforementioned renovation - ... ... for which the customer will hopefully not go deeper into it in just a few weeks quickly emptying, holey bag ('thanks' of course also to the unfortunate, green-spanned fairy tale book author named Bob for this; who has anything but his snow-white hands in it innocence)!! Conclusion: Food, i.e. kebab, currently lights up with 3 stars. Furthermore: "Hang in" exactly where it suits you best as a result of really sufficient food and a reasonable price structure... and simply avoid the rest (see also the operator of the former "Kuhsee" rest. , who finally-finally sought or had to seek refuge there). - - - - - - - Important addition at the very end: The sad fact that a deposit is obviously charged for a drink from a glass - and therefore within the restaurant - is in two words: WITHOUT WORDS - especially if one is missing Invoice (then, conversely, a deposit for plates and cutlery would also have to be collected)!!

The food was very very tasty! The staff is extremely friendly, helpful and sweet. You have a large selection. The location is perfect and the restaurant is very cozy!! It is highly recommended to eat here. Bon appetit!!

Ambiance, food and service - everything was great

After the major renovation and change of ownership, a great place to eat again!! Super friendly staff, great atmosphere to sit in and finally nice toilets. Really stylish, actually! The prices are now better again: kebabs under 8 euros and kebab plates for under 15 euros. This was a huge portion with salad, chips and bread. And attractively presented on a beautiful plate. I hope everything stays that way and I'll definitely come back more often.
