Beautiful ambiance on the outdoor terrace. The kebab was at least as nice as the shop's delivery man. To Collin Albi: Ahmed could easily have your girlfriend.

Incredibly disappointed! Even when we ordered on the phone, the lady couldn't tell us how much it cost. Prices more expensive than stated online. As soon as the driver arrived, he boldly asked for my girlfriend's number. Pasta hardly has any sauce and the herbs that were used to season the food don't fit at all and spoil the meal. The only thing that had a bit of flavor were the frozen check wings out of the oven.

Unfortunately, it always takes hours for the food to arrive. And when the driver finally arrives, the meals aren't even lukewarm. That's completely unacceptable. You can't keep making everything more expensive while the quality and service keep getting worse. I have zero understanding.

Very tasty kebabs and pizzas, but unfortunately, the kebabs have been getting smaller and smaller over the past few months, while the price has remained the same. The last two were, to put it nicely, a complete joke when it came to the filling. They even pointed this out the second time, but I still had the exact same problem. If things change, I'd be happy to shop here again, but unfortunately, I'll be avoiding this shop for the time being.

Actually a good kebab, but I recommend only ordering it when the bosses are there. The younger colleague is very stingy with the sauces and side dishes. I would stay away from the wings for 5 euros but the kebab is top❤️

A fast food restaurant with oriental shawarma, delicious pizza, and tabagha. Soft water is available, and an evening dinner session outdoors. Something wonderful and excellent service. Friendly people with high morals. Delivery service and safari food available for take-out orders.

We waited 2 hours for food on a normal weekday. In our opinion, the food wasn't particularly great either. Never again.

Nice operator, eat very well, everything fits

I was a guest in Saalfeld for a month and can only recommend Palmyra. Was warmly welcomed and the owner and staff were always courteous and nice. I usually ate directly on site, in this case always very tasty and fresh dishes. My recommendation is the vegetarian halloumi kebab with garlic and hot sauce, or if you're really hungry, a mega halloumi falafel kebab with the same sauces. The sauces here are homemade and very well seasoned. Hot sauce can't really be described as "spicy", but it is highly recommended. For those who love spiciness, there is optional chili flakes as a topping. The place is very nicely decorated for a kebab, and in the summer you can also sit outside.

Never, never again! The first time we ordered via Lieferando, we waited over 2 hours and received cold food. Yesterday we thought, well, let's give the store another chance. Palmyra confirmed the order via Lieferando and stated an approximate delivery time of 35-50 minutes. After three quarters of an hour the message came from Lieferando that the food had been delivered. However, 20 minutes later there was still nothing there, so I called the store directly. “Driver is on the way.” Ok, all clear. Continued waiting. Another 45 minutes passed, driver was apparently still on the way - I called again as the Palmyra is only 7 minutes away from us. On the phone the gentleman said he didn't know where the driver was and he had to call him. I then knew that telephone conversation #1 was more than a lie and expressly canceled the order. We won't be ordering there again. If you don't have a driver or have a lot to do, you can also have Lieferando take you out for a while. Ordering is still possible, but delivery is not offered. But that would seem to be too easy.

Very good pizza, with chicken + additional pepperoni, Tip Top, neatly topped, perfectly baked. Ordered at 5 p.m., everything was ready for pickup at 5:30 p.m.

Lieferzeit von 1:50 Minuten unter der Woche ist nicht akzeptabel! Geschmack ist in Ordnung, wenn die Temperatur passen würde!

Sehr nette und freundliche Mitarbeiter. Das Essen ist jetzt aber nicht so der Knaller, im Döner ist ziemlich wenig Fleisch und Soße. Allerdings ziemlich gesund, da man ja etliche Kalorien einspart. 😁

Lieblings Döner man, klar man muss warten bis das Essen kommt aber man ist ja nicht der einzige der bestellt und dennoch schmeckt es gut. Ich war in schon fast jeden Döner Laden aber keiner kann Palmyra übertreffen. Nette Mitarbeiter, netter Chef!

Wir kommen immer wieder gerne hierher. Ob Dönerteller, Pizza oder Dürüm: Es schmeckt immer wieder hervorragend. Bester Dönerladen in Saalfeld!

Update 09.01.2023 Lässt leider immer weiter nach. Ich hatte eine Pizza, die vor Fett nur getroffen hat. Schade, am anfang war es immer gut und lecker Leckeres Essen und günstig dazu ! Update 17.09.2022 Leider lässt die Qualität von mal zu mal immer mehr nach. Bei jeder Lieferung wird das Essen immer kälter und auch der Belag wird immer weniger. Falls das Sparkosten sein sollten, dann legt die Mehrkosten doch lieber auf das Endprodukt. Ich zahle gern 1-2 Euro mehr, wenn das Essen warm und mehr Belag hat.

Essen und Service sind sehr gut. Es gab leider keinen Kinderstuhl für die Kleinsten. Und die Essensdünste ziehen nur ab, wenn die Tür offen steht, was im Winter auch schnell mal kalt werden kann. So mußten wir die Tür schließen. Dadurch roch allerdings im Anschluss unsere Kleidung stark nach Essen.

Für mich einer der besten Döner der Stadt, besonderes Schmankerl, das eigene Fladenbrot 👌🏻

Für saalfelder Verhältnisse leider kein guter Döner.

Gutes Essen aber Familienpizza zu teuer

Die letzten Male waren wir eigentlich sehr zufrieden. Die Pizza war wieder gut, auch, wenn der Teig heute sehr süß war. Pasta mit Sahnesauce lecker. Pasta Bolognese ungenießbar, hat wirklich nicht gut geschmeckt. Die Knoblauchsauce auf der Pizza wurde vergessen und die extra Knoblauchsauce auch (schon wieder). Wenn das nochmal vorkommt, werden wir hier nicht nochmal bestellen.

Lecker Döner und Pizza! Nette Leute vor Ort und die Preise sind auch gut!

Leider nicht mehr das Laden von früher. Häufiger Wechsel des Personals mit dem entsprechender Qualitätsschwankung. Keine selbst gebackenen Fladenbrote mehr, es fehlt jetzt das gewisse Extra. Gibt in der City aktuell bessere Läden.

Essen ganz lecker, Service super

Bei der Flut von Döner Restaurants in unserem schönen Saalfeld ist es schon eine Aufgabe den Favoriten zu finden. Wir als etwas größere Familie haben natürlich unterschiedliche Meinungen. Aber Palmyra ist bei dem größeren Teil der Familie der Favorit. Ich selbst habe hier für mich das beste Pide in Saalfeld entdeckt. Die Zutaten sind immer frisch, die Portionen gut und die Soßen sehr lecker. Das Personal ist auch im größten Streß freundlich. Die Döner sind lecker und auch die Pizzen, sowie Lahmacum können wir empfehlen.

War früher besser seit der Lieferservice ist hat alles nachgelassen, Boden von Pizza ist so dünn das man Durchgucken kann, der Pizzabote klingelt nicht Mal ruft nur an das er da ist, und man muss es selbst von der Tür abholen, schade es war früher soooo lecker und Jetzt
