Had dinner there a long time ago. Actually ok. in mönchengladbach there is now the same place (shack) we ate there a while ago too... had a stomach bug all night 😮‍💨 and several more people had it the same complaints! Among other things, dirty/unclean! There are eaten bones on the tablets, no one cares 😦 The health department definitely needs to be sent there!

Food was very good. However, 12 people came after us who were preferred, even though they had the same thing. When I asked someone from service about it, he accused me of lying. When they paid, they simply kept the tip. The worst thing of all, however, was the music. It's okay to have a specific taste in music, but it's not possible to have something as deafening as what's going on.

Congratulations to the 'Palmen Grill' on the outstanding achievement of perfecting the art of uneven cooking! On May 7th, 2024 under the Lieferando order number QBD6YQ I was able to experience a culinary 'masterpiece': half a chicken with a breast so dry it would make any desert envious, while the rest of the bird was swimming in a pool of fat. The seasoning seemed to be an orphaned secret that hadn't found its way to the chicken. But wait, it gets even better! Two of the four items ordered were missing. When I called the 'Palmen Grill' immediately after the food arrived, I was told that they were aware of the missing items. But don't worry, I should just wait until the next order - a suggestion as dry as the chicken breast fillet! Apparently it doesn't matter because the 'Palmen Grill' doesn't have its own drivers. What a brilliant excuse! So if you are looking for a lottery with your orders and an exciting surprise menu, then 'Palmen Grill' is the place to be. Here you never know what you're going to get, or if you're going to get everything at all. A real adventure! Maybe next time half of your meal will be the star in another happy household. Bon appetit!

I have to say, the food tastes 100% very good. I have ordered very often, but the last time I had to wait about an hour even though they had told me 15 minutes. After 1 hour they said I had to wait another 15 minutes. After that I got nothing. I noticed that some customers who came after me were given priority. That's why I didn't buy any chicken. Other customers were just as annoyed as I was. Will come here again to buy chicken in the future. This bad review is just so they can improve.

I really enjoyed the crispy chicken here. Rice with raisins and potato cubes was very well seasoned. Salad was also delicious. But best of all was aioli.

Ich habe heute hier ein Hähnchen mit Pommes gegessen. Was soll ich sagen ich habe ein neues Lieblingshähnchen. Tolle Würzung außen knusprig und sowas von saftig. Die Pommes waren auch sehr lecker. Sehr nettes Personal! Ambiente ist so eine Sache ist halt ein Schnellimbiss aber alles sehr sauber. Ich komme gerne wieder.

Sehr schöne Hähnchen, man kann auch draußen sitzen. Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Es ist alles sehr sauber und wird nach verlassen des Tisches sofort gereinigt. Ich wurde sehr schnell bedient. Gehe öfter hin Harry

One of the best restaurants I have ever eaten in. 1- The food was delicious; everything was served hot and fresh, and the sauces were outstanding. 2- The prices are reasonable and within an acceptable range. 3- The service was excellent; the staff was very kind and attentive, fulfilling all my requests promptly. 4- The ambiance of the place is delightful, with a wonderful outdoor seating area available.
