It's a snack bar that offers delicious, "honest" food. The staff are friendly and cheerful, even late at night. The prices are top-notch, and you'll definitely be filling. They even kindly gave me fries and curly fries. The preparation time is perfectly fine, but not instant. They also offer a variety of rice, which looked very appetizing.

The food is delicious and the service is also good. The best one is Sonic, he is kind and treats people well.

This review is for the shop, not the food. I was craving some delicious grilled chicken. I placed my order and waited for 15 minutes. After that, I asked the waiter to finally bring my order. It wasn't very busy, so the waiters had plenty of time. The waiter said my food would be right away. I waited another 10 minutes and still didn't get my food. This was my first time at this shop, and they were very polite. I don't know why I wasn't served, let alone refused. Half a chicken with fries would have cost €8.50. The price would have been reasonable.

It started with people who came after us and ordered after us being served before us. Apparently you have to order in Arabic or something to get normal service. The half chicken was of poor quality. Very small chicken, but very fatty and not completely cooked through. The fries really tasted like old fat. As if they had been fried a second time. The young men at the entrance who just stand around haphazardly as if it were a youth club, the food and the behavior of the employees are therefore only enough for 1 star. Do you want better chicken? Then go to wooden spoon. This isn't a star-rated kitchen, but it's significantly better than this palm grill.

We had chicken/fries and cheeseburgers/fries: large portions for a fair price and the food was really ok for a snack. After all, you're not sitting in a 5-star restaurant. But there were still a few things that could and should be done better: 1. The burger was already cold and the chicken was simply prepared with rice because the employee was no longer sure what we had ordered. He could have simply asked again beforehand, then we wouldn't have had to wait unnecessarily 2. Then there is a problem with the door, which makes it difficult to sit outside with your food on the tablet. 3. When ordering, we pointed out to another guest that we had been waiting for a while and that it was our turn before him. The employee noticed this too, but the other guest's food was still prepared first and we had to wait longer, even though the orders were very similar. I'm just wondering why? If regular guests or acquaintances (that's what it looked like in this case) are given preference, I find it stupid and leaves a dissatisfied feeling. That's quite a shame and unnecessary. It doesn't necessarily lead to new guests coming back. The competition in the area is too great for that.

Friendly staff but the food is okay I bought half a chicken with rice but the rice wasn't fresh at all. I think it was yesterday's rice. Unfortunately the chicken was very salty so I had to throw it away, so basically €11.80 was thrown into the trash can There was a yogurt sauce that I wanted to swap for hummus and they said no. So I wouldn't recommend at all.

Auch die anderen Gerichte sahen gut aus. An einem Sonntagmittag waren sowohl an den Tischen innen und auf dem Bürgersteig noch viele Plätze frei. Das getestete 1/2 Hähnchen mit Pommes für 7,80€ war von Menge und Qualität sehr gut. Weiterempfehlung.

Die Preise sind ok. Die Gerichte sind schnell zubereitet. Jedoch sind die Tische oft klebrig. Wenn die Mitarbeiter die Tische reinigen, landet der Schmutz einfach auf dem Boden. Beim letzten Besuch fiel mir das Halal-Zertifikat ins Auge. Es war im Januar 2021 abgelaufen. Als ich den Mitarbeite darauf ansprach, sagte er, dass das nicht wichtig sei. Erst dachte ich, dass er nicht gut genug Deutsch spreche und deshalb diese Antwort gab. Aber über andere Dinge konnte er recht gut sprechen. Dann kam der Geschäftsführer hinzu und sagte, dass er das Zertifikat auf dem Schreibtisch liegen habe und es nur vergesse, mitzubringen. Als ich fragte, ob er es wirklich seit Februar 2021 vergesse, wisch er meiner Frage aus und lächelte. Vertrauenswürdig ist diese Sache nicht.

Die Bestellung kam über eine halbe Stunde zu spät und es gab nur Cheeseburger und die Leute kamen hinter mir her und bekamen ihre Bestellung vor mir

В 28.10.2023г Я съездил в Кёльне с семьёй по делам , зашли мы в этот маленький ресторан, он на самом деле очень простой, персонал очень Добрый, гостеприимные и щедрые люди , как всегда происходит когда ты заходишь к восточным людям. Еда очень вкусная и цены просто кайф, очень очень демократичные что немало важно для большой семьи, туалет так же очень чистый и приятный, я чувствовал себя как дома из за простота работников. Я рекомендую этого ресторана без пафоса всем . Но если ты высокомерный клиент или слишком тяжёлый пассажир то конечно проходи просто мимо . Я ставлю этим ребятам 5 звёзд.
