Pajaten Fusion Food in Bremen

Mega!!! We were in this location today and were once again thrilled. The food is absolutely delicious and the service is very friendly. We would be happy to come back and let ourselves be pampered by the Peruvian cuisine. It would be really cool if the place offered Peruvian cooking classes. So I would definitely be there.

...very bad food! ...there was only one chicken dish and it was just pieces full of bones, hardly any flavor, and there wasn't even ketchup to improve the bad food. Not recommended for German guests.

The fish soup came after 50 minutes, and then only one!! The second one came a few minutes later and was mostly water, hardly any fish at all. It was also very salty!!!

Unfortunately it was probably a minimal renovation, everything seems very used, especially the sanitary facilities. Unless it was wiped with a damp cloth, it doesn't look particularly fresh. We had a table between the dividing wall to the companionway and the pillar with coat hooks. Later we were in close contact with other people's jackets. Unfortunately, we realized too late that there should never have been a table here. We were warmly welcomed by the service and told that she would personally accompany us through the evening and we would never see her again. All service staff with tunnel vision or blindness. Where are our drinks? Oh, they had ordered something? I bring them the card again and he disappeared. Everyone serves everyone or not, no one coordinates, no fixed tables. Even when the kitchen is cooking for its life, the service can screw things up. Last but not least. “We would like to pay”, “Yes, just a moment, I’ll come straight away”. And he calmly cleared tables and served drinks at the next table. It is hoped that you will hire a restaurant manager who will bring order to the store. The Pajaten is a splash of color in the colorful Bremen gastronomy scene and it would be a shame if it disappeared due to poor management and, as a result, overwhelmed employees. The shop has just opened on Hillmannsplatz. Accordingly brand new furnishings, chic and cozy. Went there as a couple and loved the food! Tamales first, followed by the Peruvian paella and the crispy fish with cassava "chips". Beautiful dishes individually and, when combined, a recommendation to share. Try a Pisco Sour and you have a taste experience that you don't often find in Bremen - something special / different. Reservations are also recommended, especially on weekends. Latin American music is playing and the owner told us that afterworks will also be held there in the future and DJs will be organized for Saturdays. 2-3 tables then come out and you have a small dance floor. We would love to come back, both in the evening and for lunch.

What a lovely evening we had in the new Pajaten location. The food was delicious, we always received a very warm welcome, it couldn't be better! ☀️

Would have been great if the wait hadn’t been that long... It took around 1h30 for the starter to come, and by that time we were hungry and getting tired, which honestly ruined the experience. Service was friendly, but they did not come offer an explanation or apology during the entire wait. Quality of food and drinks was great though, cocktails were fantastic (especially the pisco sour) and the food was also good. I was a big fan of the veal heart starter, the mains (arroz chaufa and lomo saltado) were overall very good though not as great as the starter. A bit too expensive for the overall experience, pity. A gesture of good would have been nice (small discount or shot of liquor on the house as many other placed might have done), instead just a small apology was given. Would probably go back if the wait was much much shorter.

We’re are suckers for Peruvian food and found this place on google maps while in Bremen. When arriving we first thought it was a cheap Chinese take away but do not be deceived. This is some of the best food I’ve had in years. We had the ceviche, the lomo saltado as well as some starters and desert. I can not recommend enough.

Ich gehe dort ziemlich oft mit meiner Familie essen und bisher war alles top, vom Service bis zu den Gerichten. Habe einige Freunde und Bekannte auf Pajaten aufmerksam gemacht und jeder ist meiner Meinung. Sehr empfehlenswert! Auch super finde ich es, wenn live Musik oder Events stattfinden. Da kriegt man die volle Ladung Latino Kultur zu spüren 🤩

El Anticucho tiene buen sabor, hubiese sido perfecto contar también con la salsa de rocoto o similar para acompañar al plato

Im Pajaten in Bremen haben wir einen wahrhaftigen kulinarischen Schatz entdeckt. Unsere Gruppe von vier genoss eine Auswahl von Vorspeisen, darunter das herzhafte Kalbsherzen-Anticuchos und die knusprigen Tequeños, die allesamt den Ton für ein authentisches Geschmackserlebnis angaben. Der Ceviche ragte als Highlight heraus und schmeckte authentisch wie in Peru. Auch die Hauptspeisen überzeugten auf ganzer Linie, besonders der Jalea de Pescado und das zarte Seco de Res. Ein wenig mehr Schärfe hätte das kulinarische Erlebnis perfektioniert. Mit den zwei Desserts, die den Abend abrundeten, und einem ausgezeichneten Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist das Pajaten ein Muss für jeden Liebhaber der peruanischen Küche in Bremen. Eine uneingeschränkte Empfehlung für alle, die auf der Suche nach einem authentischen kulinarischen Erlebnis sind.

Einleitend: Ich verstehe die Bewertungen in keinster Weise. Üblicherweise erwartet man nach einer gewissen Zeitspanne sein Essen. Wenn dann nach 45 Minuten der Wein leer ist, die Vorspeise (!), aber immer noch nicht da, wird man leicht ungemütlich. Vor lauter ungenutzter Freizeit kommt meine Begleitung auf die Idee, nach dem hochgelobten Pisco zu fragen, als Antwort bekommt man, das ist Pisco. Wenn man nähere Erklärungen erbittet, wird die Kollegin hinzugerufen, die irgendwas von Wodka murmelt. Im Gegenzug, eher aus aufkeimender Verzweiflung beschäftige ich mich mit der Internetpräsenz, lachhaft dass hier von eingeflogenen, ausgewählten Zutaten die Rede ist, die durch Auslese und traditionelle Zubereitung, zu einem feingeschliffenen Gericht verarbeitet werden. Wenn dann als man schon überlegt zu gehen, plötzlich doch die Vorspeise kommt - fünf Muscheln auf Eiswürfeln mit einem „Tomatensalat“ fragt man sich - was hat denn daran so lange gedauert. Wenn man dann weitere unendliche Minuten auf den Hauptgang wartet, ohne gefragt zu werden, ob man sich nicht höflicherweise weiter besaufen möchte, um gnädiger mit der Bewertung zu sein, dann weiß ich einfach nicht mehr weiter. Zumal: Eine übersalzene in Limettensaft ertränkte Muschel, nun wirklich nicht für eine derart lange Wartezeit entschädigt. Dann der Hauptgang Lomo Saltado. Nun ja es war sehr rindiges Rind, so trocken und sehnendurchsetzt, dass ich mich frage, wie ich dem Erstickungstod entkommen bin, weil - immer noch keine Frage danach, ob ich irgendwas zum Runterspülen mag. Die Pommes: Labberig, die Fritteuse war nicht heiß genug, also fett durchtränkt und das Frittierfett könnte auch mal wieder ausgetauscht werden. Der Reis: ich weiß auch nicht. Geschmacklich hat er in einer Schale aus Plastik darauf gewartet, über offener Gasflamme wieder erhitzt zu werden. Die Tomaten: Geschmacklos und super mehlig. Die Zwiebeln waren okay. Alles in allem werde ich in diesem Rahmen, mit dieser Qualität des Essens nicht wieder herkommen. Traurig, dass so eine spannende Küche, so lieblos und unqualifiziert umgesetzt wird. Abschließend noch einmal zu den Bewertungen. Erklärungsversuch: Eine fein ausgewählte Diaspora, ist zu höflich die Wahrheit zu sagen. P.S. 66€ ist für zwei Vorspeisen, zwei Hauptgänge, zwei Bier und ein Glas Wein krass günstig. Tatsächlich würde ich aber lieber mehr zahlen, wenn der Service stimmt und mich das Essen so geschmacklich abholt, wie die überzogenen Bewertungen es prophezeien.

Mega leckeres Essen. War ein Tipp von einer Freundin. Ist etwas klein und ich dachte erstmal "Imbiss" , doch da hab ich mich getäuscht. Einziges Manko, keine eigene Parkplätze. Aber man findet in den Seitenstraße nach mehrmaligem Drehen und Wenden immer was.

Wir gehen gern hin, wenn wir in der Nähe sind. Leicht gehobene Preise - aber es ist es wert. Wir hatten zu dritt Secco de Carne, Ceviche, Anticuchos, Cuscenia Bier...super!!!

Hola! Pajaten es un buen lugar para comer (comida peruana), si estas por bremen definitivamente no te lo puedes perder.🇵🇪

Das Lokal ist von außen sehr unscheinbar, innen jedoch gemütlich eingerichtet. Der Service war höflich, die Preise sehr fair. Die Gerichte hören sich lecker an, ich habe mich für Tallarin Saltado entschieden. Die Zutaten waren frisch, das Fleisch von guter Qualität. Die Soße hatte etwas zuviel Sojageschmack und die Pommes hätte ich mir separat gewünscht. Im Ergebnis war ich aber sehr zufrieden und komme gerne wieder.

Der Service sehr freundlich und hilfebereit. Jedoch nicht immer aufmerksam. Das Essen geschmacklich sehr gut was dir Hauptspeise angeht. Portionen zum Satt werden, aber nicht groß. Vorspeisen eher Fad aber sehr besonders.

Pajaten ist ein gemütliches und authentisches peruanisches Restaurant. Von Pisco sour über empanadas bis zum Hauptgang mit leckerem Rindfleisch war alles sehr schmackhaft. Service war auch sehr freundlich. Leider kam ein Hauptgang wesentlich später als die anderen beiden, daher der Stern Abzug. Komme gerne wieder 👌

Encontramos este restaurante por pura casualidad y nos encantó todo lo que probamos.. las gambas pajaten , el ají de gallina y la tarta tres leches de postre. La experiencia fue única.

Das Essen kann ich sehr empfehlen. Super lecker. Nur der Service hat noch viel Potential nach oben. Wir mussten lange warten, bis wir überhaupt mal bedient wurden. Der Kellner war zwar nett und freundlich, hat uns aber kaum verstanden und konnte kaum Fragen zum Essen beantworten. Wir saßen sehr eng mit drei Personen in einer eigentlich schönen Niesche. Das Preis- Leistungsverhältnis ist vollkommen in Ordnung.

‼️ESSEN KAM NACH 110 Minuten‼️ Um 18:20 betraten wir zu dritt nach Vorbestellung das Restaurant und konnten alles sofort bestellen. Die Getränke haben 10 Minuten gedauert obwohl nur wenige Tische besetzt waren. Nach weiteren 10 Minuten kam der Kellner und entschuldigte daß es eines unserer Gerichte heute nicht zu haben ist, wir wählten etwas anderes. Als wir um 19:00 Uhr nach den Vorspeisen fragten, sagte die Kellnerin daß der Koch unsere Bestellung vergessen habe ❓❓❓ aber in 5 Minuten am Tisch wäre, die Vorspeisen kamen 19:20 Uhr. Einige Gäste die nach uns kamen aßen bereits. Um 19:45 Uhr fragten wir wieder nach den Hauptspeisen da uns aufgefallen ist daß über den Haupteingang ein Mitarbeiter mit Kühltaschen direkt in die Küche gegangen ist. Um 20:10 Uhr kam ENDLICH die Hauptspeise, welches zwar schmackhaft ABER durch die LÜGE der Kellnerin (Der Koch ist schuld) die Tischruhe und Atmosphäre unter uns immens gestört hatte. ‼️Die haben einfach NICHT genug Vorat in ihren Kühlschrank gehabt und haben den Hilfskoch einkaufen geschickt, der Beweis dafür ist auch daß das GERICHT welches angeblich nicht zu haben war auf mal am Nebentisch serviert wurde‼️ Daher nur 2 Sterne .

Wir haben zu viert dort gegessen und hatten verschiedene Vorspeisen und Hauptspeisen. Alle sehr lecker. Das Lokal ist nicht sehr groß, daher unbedingt Tisch reservieren. Ebenfalls sehr feundlicher Service. Also rundum zu empfehlen.
