Quality ingredients, delicious food and drinks, and wonderful staff. It was our first time here, but it won't be our last.

Great authentic Peruvian cuisine with a splash of Chinese. We love to be here for the food, the service and the vibe.

It's simply delicious Peruvian food. Service and flavor: 5 stars. Every detail is meticulously attended to. I'll be a regular customer from now on whenever I visit Bremen. But: The Chicha Morada is spectacular.

I went to Pajaten in Bremen with a friend on Thursday, and we were both absolutely thrilled. The food was outstanding; I had the fried calamari and the Pajaten prawns, both perfectly prepared, crispy, juicy, and wonderfully seasoned. My friend had the ceviche, which was incredibly fresh and flavorful. The drinks were also impressive: my Pisco Sour was one of the best I've ever had—balanced, refreshing, and beautifully served. The staff was very friendly, attentive, and welcoming without being intrusive. You can tell they work with passion. Overall, a fantastic experience, both culinary and atmospheric. The restaurant is spectacular, the service is 10/10, the cocktails are divine, and the food is absolutely delicious. The ceviche is arguably the best Peruvian food in Bremen. I love it and I highly recommend it.

A true gem in Bremen! From the moment you enter, you feel welcome – almost like coming home. The ambiance is cozy and lovingly designed, the atmosphere warm and familiar. The food is simply fantastic: fresh, authentic, and prepared with passion. I was particularly impressed by the ceviche and the lomo saltado – you can taste Peruvian cuisine in all its diversity. The service was also wonderful: friendly, attentive, and warm. You can tell the passion is put into the work here. If you love Peruvian cuisine or want to get to know it, you should definitely come here. A place where you immediately feel at home – like at home.

I've loved Pajaten since day one. As a vegetarian, I always alternate between the Ceviche Amazonico and the Saltado Vegano – both are divine!

The food place not only has Peruvian flavor but also a very international flavor. Excellent service and quality in everything they serve. The best Latin food in Bremen. I recommend the fresh dishes and lovely cocktails.

The food was cold, tasteless, and bland, consisting of two or three slices of potato with gravy. The second dish was completely unpalatable, very salty and greasy. Very expensive for poor quality food.

I was there for the first time yesterday, and my first impression was "What a great atmosphere, very friendly, but not intrusive." Not too small, not too big... Typical of a family business... The noise level was also very pleasant... The food was delicious and looked great... The spices weren't intrusive, but rather very harmonious and balanced... I can only recommend this restaurant to anyone who wants to try their hand at culinary delights... A restaurant with a lot of heart and passion... We've definitely decided to come back, and it looks like it will be a restaurant we can add to our "favorite places" list... Thank you for the wonderful, cozy evening and for the great food... It's wonderful that this place opened in Bremen. The ceviche is divine, the tamales taste like Latin America, and the Peruvian-Chinese fusion dishes are also worth mentioning! Very attentive service and a cozy, yet chic atmosphere.

The best Peruvian restaurant in Bremen! You immediately assume that you shop here with original clothes – no comparison to other Peruvian locales in the vicinity. Absolutely authentic and with a lot of love. If you are Peruvian and miss the authentic taste of home, this place is for you. Here they cook with original ingredients and it is noticeable in every dish. Nothing about adapted versions: it is Peruvian food as it should be. 100% recommended.

It was my first time here. My girlfriend comes here often. I had a chicken dish. Unfortunately, it was fried chicken with a few onions for €16. So, more or less fast food. I thought that was a shame. The waitress kept coming to the table to more or less get rid of us after we'd finished eating. Which was very annoying because we were chatting and wanted to try a few more drinks. The Piscous Sour was delicious. In retrospect, I should have had the ceviche, enpenadas or something similar, but I thought it wasn't enough for a main course.

Mega!!! We were in this location today and were once again thrilled. The food is absolutely delicious and the service is very friendly. We would be happy to come back and let ourselves be pampered by the Peruvian cuisine. It would be really cool if the place offered Peruvian cooking classes. So I would definitely be there.

...very bad food! ...there was only one chicken dish and it was just pieces full of bones, hardly any flavor, and there wasn't even ketchup to improve the bad food. Not recommended for German guests.

The fish soup came after 50 minutes, and then only one!! The second one came a few minutes later and was mostly water, hardly any fish at all. It was also very salty!!!

The shop has just opened on Hillmannsplatz. Accordingly brand new furnishings, chic and cozy. Went there as a couple and loved the food! Tamales first, followed by the Peruvian paella and the crispy fish with cassava "chips". Beautiful dishes individually and, when combined, a recommendation to share. Try a Pisco Sour and you have a taste experience that you don't often find in Bremen - something special / different. Reservations are also recommended, especially on weekends. Latin American music is playing and the owner told us that afterworks will also be held there in the future and DJs will be organized for Saturdays. 2-3 tables then come out and you have a small dance floor. We would love to come back, both in the evening and for lunch.

Dear Pajaten team, I would have liked to have communicated my criticism to you personally in an email, unfortunately your website is also in need of renovation and only seems noble at first glance, old address, no email address and only a menu from the "delivery menu in the shop". In short, it is recommended and if you want to drink a Pisco again, this is the right place. Pajaten has moved into new premises and is now very present in the city. Unfortunately it was probably a minimal renovation, everything seems very used, especially the sanitary facilities. Unless it was wiped with a damp cloth, it doesn't look particularly fresh. We had a table between the dividing wall to the companionway and the pillar with coat hooks. Later we were in close contact with other people's jackets. Unfortunately, we realized too late that there should never have been a table here. We were warmly welcomed by the service and told that she would personally accompany us through the evening and we would never see her again. All service staff with tunnel vision or blindness. Where are our drinks? Oh, they had ordered something? I bring them the card again and he disappeared. Everyone serves everyone or not, no one coordinates, no fixed tables. Even when the kitchen is cooking for its life, the service can screw things up. Last but not least. “We would like to pay”, “Yes, just a moment, I’ll come straight away”. And he calmly cleared tables and served drinks at the next table. It is hoped that you will hire a restaurant manager who will bring order to the store. The Pajaten is a splash of color in the colorful Bremen gastronomy scene and it would be a shame if it disappeared due to poor management and, as a result, overwhelmed employees. Would have been great if the wait hadn’t been that long... It took around 1h30 for the starter to come, and by that time we were hungry and getting tired, which honestly ruined the experience. Service was friendly, but they did not come offer an explanation or apology during the entire wait. Quality of food and drinks was great though, cocktails were fantastic (especially the pisco sour) and the food was also good. I was a big fan of the veal heart starter, the mains (arroz chaufa and lomo saltado) were overall very good though not as great as the starter. A bit too expensive for the overall experience, pity. A gesture of good would have been nice (small discount or shot of liquor on the house as many other placed might have done), instead just a small apology was given. Would probably go back if the wait was much much shorter.

We’re are suckers for Peruvian food and found this place on google maps while in Bremen. When arriving we first thought it was a cheap Chinese take away but do not be deceived. This is some of the best food I’ve had in years. We had the ceviche, the lomo saltado as well as some starters and desert. I can not recommend enough.

We were there for the first time. At first everyone was allowed to pay €10 because there was an event taking place that day. You could have also informed us when making the reservation. Starter: fish soup and ceviche very tasty. Roast beef very dry. The singing made it extremely loud, making it difficult to hold a conversation. In our opinion it's not necessarily worth it
