The service was really impressive. We were also offered Cay many times, and we also got Ayran for free, even though we didn't order it. There was also dessert, Sütlac. I thought it was really great. Very nice people.

When you order boiled lamb, be careful as all your teeth may remain on the plate. Because when you eat boiled lamb, you will eat bones rather than meat. Such an incident happened to me and my healthy tooth was broken. When I warned this situation in good faith, I should have been careful while eating boiled lamb. In this way, I was warned with a bone by the business. They will order boiled lamb, just so you know.

Four of us were eating there and sat down at a table. After about 10 minutes, while one of us was still eating, the other three people's plates and drinks were cleared away. A group of several people suddenly stood next to us in the presence of the waiter, while the waiter kept checking our table and then put up a "Reserved" sign without comment. Unbelievable. After a few minutes we were no longer welcome, we were told non-verbally that we should make room for the next guests. An absolute catastrophe, an absolute no go!!!!!

Always very tasty! If you eat your kebab plate on site, you'll also get fresh warm bread with 5 sauces as a free starter, which I'm always happy about. The employees are always in a good mood and the atmosphere is great.

We had dinner with you twice this week. Nice atmosphere with lots of cozy places inside and a great covered outdoor terrace. The food was very tasty and the service was quick and friendly. Clear recommendation.

We picked up a kebab plate around 11pm last night (July 27th). My cousin had diarrhea all night, I had a real stomach ache and after a few hours the food was already rotten! Never again!

Very, very nice staff who really try hard. Quite child friendly! We come from Stuttgart/Bonn and unfortunately we haven't experienced anything like this in any restaurant. Simply great!!!!!

Today, March 13th, 2024, my colleagues and I had dinner here. I had a small fries with Çay while my friends had a Turkish pizza, a kebab and a künefe. The fries were very tasty, I can only recommend them. The kebab and Turkish pizza looked very good. The Künefe was a few minutes too long but it made almost no difference. A bit too much water in the first Çay but the other Çay were exactly perfect. The staff was very nice, but the person who particularly caught my eye was the lovely Civan. The bathroom was clean. The atmosphere was also very nice. I can only recommend!

We ate here today and were very satisfied. Our little boy was with us and the foreman surprised us with mashed potatoes for our boy. It's so wonderful that people like that still exist. Thank you very much and we will definitely visit you again.

They bake their own bread there and it tastes delicious. The salad is also fresh and crunchy, but for my taste they add too much of the farmer's lettuce and not enough of the red and white cabbage, but otherwise it's a great kebab. The service is also very friendly. I always enjoy eating there

The food comes damn quick and tastes damn tasty too. Staff nice, only problem I wanted a kebab with hot sauce but they gave me one without hot sauce.

It's a place where you won't feel like you're a foreigner in Germany, and even though you came here for the first time, you feel like it's the place you know and always go to, saying "let's go to our kebab place".

8 euros for doner pita!!! The normal portion was,, smaller,, like children's pita! That's why it's almost empty most of the time. I used to eat there 3 times a week, recently once in 2-3 months. With such high prices, sales are not increased. The customers who have been coming for decades will stay away.

You specifically order the DönerBox to eat here, but it is served on a plate. The plates are in children's sizes and the food is portioned very sparingly.

The kebab meat is extremely salty and all dishes are a bit overpriced.

The prices are already steep. But if you come in and only experience coldness from the employees, then you don't want to eat here. We then just got up and left without ordering anything. There is no heat, nothing from the employees. They seem like robots without a heart. I can imagine that the food tastes the same as the employees come across. Luckily we didn't try it and left as we said.

Super lovely staff, you will be welcomed in a friendly manner. The food is always fresh and delicious 😋. Fresh bread that is made in-house and the salad too. My family and I drive an extra 10 km to Özlem because it's just great there and there's nothing missing. 99% of the time we always eat mixed kebab plates. The meals are delicious and satisfying. One portion can feed two people. The doner portions in Turkey cannot be beat here. The owners and employees are also good and helpful people. Ambience and tables could be updated. I recommend it to everyone who comes to Bremen.

I have been visiting the restaurant for several years and am always satisfied with the quality and quantity of the food as well as the service. The grill plate from the clay oven is highly recommended. Clear recommendation!!!

Toller Service, Top Döner. Salat frisch, Fleisch gut gewürzt. Einzig und allein auf die Pommes wurde nicht so wirklich Rücksicht genommen. Bei so gutem Geschmack jedoch ohnehin überflüssig. Auch zu Unzeiten (2:00 morgens) geöffnet und freundlich!

Leider werden Kunden die ,die Sprache sprechen dreist bevorzugt fallen bei Bestellung ins Wort ,völlig respektlos der döner war getränkt von wässerigen soßen und völlig überteuert,es war kaum Fleisch drinne,der der mir ins Wort gefallen ist hat den perfekten döner bekommen !!! Abzocke mehr nicht !!! Ein Stern ist viel zu viel minus 5 Sterne würde passen

Sehr leckeres Essen. Für mich bleibt es die Nummer 1 in Gröpelingen. Der Laden ist gut beheizt und die Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich.

Özlem überzeugt auf mehreren Ebenen, insbesondere durch sein exzellentes Essen und das ansprechende Ambiente. Das Essen im Restaurant Özlem ist zweifellos köstlich. Die türkische Küche wird hier mit viel Sorgfalt und Liebe zum Detail zubereitet und man schmeckt die Frische der Zutaten. Die Einrichtung ist ansprechend und vermittelt eine warme, einladende Atmosphäre. Die Kombination aus traditionellen und modernen Elementen verleiht Özlem eine besondere Note. Leider gibt es jedoch ein kleines Manko, das nicht unbeachtet bleiben sollte: die längeren Wartezeiten, besonders wenn man Essen zum Mitnehmen bestellt.

Das Ambiente ist ganz ok. Mediterran eingerichtet aber nichts auffälliges. Zudem ist es im Sommer drin nicht klimatisiert, daher ein wenig umständlich ob man drinnen oder draußen essen möchte. Der Service ist nett und aufmerksam. Die Grillgerichte und das Dürüm sind ziemlich gut. Kann man nicht viel meckern. Am Ende gab es allerdings keinen Çay des Hauses. Man kann hier echt nicht meckern aber es ist halt auch nichts herausragendes.

Özlem... Die Adresse für Döner 🥙 in gröpelingen! Wird wurden zu jeder Zeit immer freundlich behandelt, Die Mitarbeiter zuvorkommend, und die Zubereitung der Speisen ist immer schnell, auch wenn es mal voller ist... Und reger Betrieb ist hier immer 😉 Das Essen/Zutaten sind frisch, eine gute Auswahl vorhanden, und auch die Getränke sind super. Wer nicht ganz satt wurde, für den gjbs noch Kleinigkeiten an Nachspeise, auch die sind immer frisch und lecker gewesen 👌🏼 Und uns eine klare Empfehlung und Daumen hoch... Es wurden nur Saucen serviert ohne brot aber mit Messer und Gabel außerdem waren dir Saucen flüssig wie ayran und es wurden die ganze zeit Landes Männer bevozeugt von den Service wollen wir erst garnicht anfangen.

Das Essen war echt lecker und wurde reichlich serviert. Die Bedienung war sehr freundlich. Ich habe mich in diesem Lokal sehr wohl gefühlt und werde sicherlich wieder dorthin essen gehen 👍

Essen und Bedienung Super wie immer, komme oft aus Bremerhaven zum Essen.

Mein zweiter Besuch hier. Letztes Jahr war die Bedienung etwas langsam. Diesmal wurde ich prompt bedient. Essen ist wie immer sehr lecker. Preis Leistung top. Ambiente ist orientalisch. Volle 5 Sterne. Vielleicht könnte es etwas leiser sein. Ist eben etwas lebhaft. Ich empfehle nach dem Essen Tee mit Künefe.

Bremen e her geldiğimizde mutlaka uğradığımız lezzetleri ve servisiyle çok güzel bir mekan. Porsiyonları doyurucu. Özellikle Döner Rollo su çok lezzetli. Gönülden tavsiye ediyoruz.

Hier kann man es sich so richtig schmecken lassen. Gegrilltes Fleisch und Gemüse von Salat bis zum Nachtisch und ein Tee zum Schluß. Super lecker

Den Döner bei özlem mag ich überhaupt nicht. Die linsensuppe schmeckt gut. Salat ist auch nicht gut.

Bei einem Tagestrip nach Bremen haben wir nach einer guten türkischen Küche gegoogelt und sind auf das Restaurant Özlem gestoßen. Wir haben hier mit vier erwachsenen und vier Kindern gespeist. Ich bin ein pingeliger Mensch und achte auf vieles. Das Essen war sehr lecker und das Personal äußerst freundlich. Die WC’s waren sehr sauber und einen Wickeltisch der sehr sauber war gibt es auch. Zur Anmerkung ein behindertengerechtes WC ist ebenfalls vorhanden. Wenn ich wieder in Bremen sein sollte werde ich gerne wiederkommen. Vorbehaltlos zu empfehlen 👍 - 5 von 5 Sterne ⭐️
