The Adana kebab and lahmacun were very good. The staff was attentive and friendly. Kudos to the chefs.

We felt comfortable. The food was incredibly good. The homemade ayran was amazing; I've never tasted anything as delicious as that before. My husband had the chicken pan for 58... I had the chicken skewers for 46. The salads and sauces were very fresh and well-seasoned. We'll definitely be back.

Definitely one of the best restaurants in Bremen!!! The staff are incredibly friendly, and the owner is so funny and personable! The food is absolutely delicious, of course; I highly recommend it! As soon as the waiters see that our cay glasses are empty, they immediately make sure we get new ones. So, if you're looking for a good restaurant in Bremen, definitely go to this place. And to all those complaining about the price, you should find out how much meat costs per kilo! The prices are absolutely reasonable and reasonable.

Always fresh ingredients, juicy meat, and super friendly staff. Especially recommended: the Künefe – simply divine! Özlem Döner is a delight every time.

The owner of the business looks at people as if he is distributing food for his father's benefit, and glares at them to get up from the table as soon as possible. We regretted going there today. There should be no fault in such restaurants. We will never go there again.

I ordered a mixed grill and an Adana – unfortunately, it was a disappointing experience. The portion size didn't justify the price at all. Instead of enough meat, I got a pile of salad, and they didn't even provide any sauce 😞. Definitely not good value for money.

A true gem in Gröpelingen – Özlem impresses all around! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Today was our first time at the Özlem restaurant in Gröpelingen – and definitely not the last! As soon as we entered, we received an incredibly warm welcome. The atmosphere was immediately warm and inviting, and the hospitality was simply exceptional. You can feel their genuine interest in their guests – not just service, but genuine warmth! The waiters were incredibly kind, attentive, and helpful. You felt welcome and in good hands – that makes a huge difference. The food was absolutely perfect! Everything was freshly prepared, full of flavor, and beautifully presented. And to finish off the sweet treat, there was kunefe – what a dream! Crispy on the outside, wonderfully soft and aromatic on the inside. We've rarely had such good kunefe! We've decided: Özlem will be a regular from now on. This restaurant combines warmth, quality, and enjoyment at the highest level. A clear recommendation for anyone who appreciates good food and genuine hospitality!

Everything was perfect, except for the cash-only payment. What was missing at the entrance? A lovely atmosphere, friendly staff, and quick, delicious food. So far, the best kebab in Germany...

Unfortunately often stomach problems

The employee doesn't write and can't write down my order correctly. I said "non-spicy please" three times and in the end I got a rollo with spicy kebab. Then I said why is it spicy but the employee ignored me. Then I just ate the kebab because I had no other choice and since I ate this rollo (it was 4/5 days ago) I have had a real stomach ache.

We start with the prices: For 2 roller blinds 20€ ???! They were also small and the meat was not of high quality. For my daughter (under 2 years old!) we ordered less than a handful of meat and a small piece of bread, for which we ended up being charged €5! So I'm sorry, but that was really rude. So we left €25 without drinks and weren't really happy with the food. Service also left a lot to be desired. Instead of you writing down the order, the waiter just wants to remember it and almost brought the order to the table incorrectly. It wasn't a catastrophe, but for that money I would have had 2 kebab plates at other well-known kebab shops. I got drinks, and my 1 1/2 year old daughter wouldn't have been charged anything out of embarrassment.

This store is always full. But it doesn't mean anything! We went there once and were asked to wait because it was full. That's okay! But when Turkish guests came after 10 minutes and asked if there were still places available, they were taken care of immediately and they didn't have to wait until a place was available. Very rude! Compatriots will probably be given priority here! Very cheeky, unfair and disrespectful! We left the store and never again! Maybe the food tastes good. But that's not how you treat your guests!

It is a hospitable restaurant that makes you feel like you are in Turkey, which I found as a result of my internet research during our trip to Bremen. We ordered mixed kebab for two people, it was very delicious and satisfying. We even had the rest packaged. I recommend it to friends who are thinking of going. Greetings from the Netherlands!

Four of us were eating there and sat down at a table. After a few minutes, while one of us was still eating, the other three people's plates and drinks were cleared away. A group of several people suddenly stood next to us in the presence of the waiter, while the waiter kept checking our table and then put up a "Reserved" sign without comment. Unbelievable. After a few minutes we were no longer welcome, we were told non-verbally that we should make room for the next guests. An absolute catastrophe, an absolute no go!!!!!

5 stars – perfect start to the new year! We spontaneously ate here on New Year's Eve and were more than pleasantly surprised! Despite the spontaneous visit, the service was incredibly friendly and accommodating. The food was delicious and freshly prepared – simply a pleasure! As a special highlight, we even got a künefe on the house at the end. This was not only a great gesture, but also a perfect end to the evening. I called there and wanted to make a reservation. Apparently not possible. When we came over the next evening, the table next to us was reserved. Eh, okay. One of the waiters was a bit annoyed that my companion wanted to take the food with the salad. He also said that paying was only possible at the checkout front. What kind of service is this? Another waiter then cashed in at the table. Everyone else was nice and the food was delicious. But unfortunately the food was not served at the same time.

When you order boiled lamb, be careful as all your teeth may remain on the plate. Because when you eat boiled lamb, you will eat bones rather than meat. Such an incident happened to me and my healthy tooth was broken. When I warned this situation in good faith, I should have been careful while eating boiled lamb. Always very tasty! If you eat your kebab plate on site, you'll also get fresh warm bread with 5 sauces as a free starter, which I'm always happy about. The employees are always in a good mood and the atmosphere is great.

We picked up a kebab plate around 11pm last night (July 27th). My cousin had diarrhea all night, I had a real stomach ache and after a few hours the food was already rotten! Never again!

Very, very nice staff who really try hard. Quite child friendly! We come from Stuttgart/Bonn and unfortunately we haven't experienced anything like this in any restaurant. Simply great!!!!!

Today, March 13th, 2024, my colleagues and I had dinner here. I had a small fries with Çay while my friends had a Turkish pizza, a kebab and a künefe. The fries were very tasty, I can only recommend them. The kebab and Turkish pizza looked very good. The Künefe was a few minutes too long but it made almost no difference. A bit too much water in the first Çay but the other Çay were exactly perfect. The staff was very nice, but the person who particularly caught my eye was the lovely Civan. The bathroom was clean. The atmosphere was also very nice. I can only recommend!

We ate here today and were very satisfied. Our little boy was with us and the foreman surprised us with mashed potatoes for our boy. It's so wonderful that people like that still exist. Thank you very much and we will definitely visit you again.

They bake their own bread there and it tastes delicious. The salad is also fresh and crunchy, but for my taste they add too much of the farmer's lettuce and not enough of the red and white cabbage, but otherwise it's a great kebab. The service is also very friendly. I always enjoy eating there

8 euros for doner pita!!! The normal portion was,, smaller,, like children's pita! That's why it's almost empty most of the time. I used to eat there 3 times a week, recently once in 2-3 months. With such high prices, sales are not increased. The customers who have been coming for decades will stay away.

You specifically order the DönerBox to eat here, but it is served on a plate. The plates are in children's sizes and the food is portioned very sparingly.

The kebab meat is extremely salty and all dishes are a bit overpriced.

The prices are already steep. But if you come in and only experience coldness from the employees, then you don't want to eat here. We then just got up and left without ordering anything. There is no heat, nothing from the employees. They seem like robots without a heart. I can imagine that the food tastes the same as the employees come across. Luckily we didn't try it and left as we said.

Super lovely staff, you will be welcomed in a friendly manner. The food is always fresh and delicious 😋. Fresh bread that is made in-house and the salad too. My family and I drive an extra 10 km to Özlem because it's just great there and there's nothing missing. 99% of the time we always eat mixed kebab plates.
