We came here as a family of 12 to eat together. Unfortunately this was not possible as the food was served at different times. Although the food was ok, the waiting and the stress we had because the children didn't have food was very unpleasant. When we asked the waitress about it, we were told that the rest of the food would be coming soon. But the food, which was served 15 minutes ago, was now cold. When we pointed out that we wanted to eat together as a family and not separately, we were told: "Don't you want the food anymore?" No thanks, we don't need that. They know exactly how long something will take, so you can estimate it well in order to bring all the food at the same time. That was the last time we came here.

A must in Minden. I know many people who sometimes drive over 100km for Öz Urfa. Every journey is worth it. Saygilar, Fatih

Staff really unfriendly comes outside and tells us in front of the customers that we should put our bikes somewhere else, we packed them all the way to the side so that there was still enough space for a car, but no, the “boss” said that, The bike rack in question was in the back corner where you can't see it at all, we immediately left without eating anything.

Strangely enough, the EC device is always out of order! The shop started out like any other snack bar. Friendly, tasty and relatively affordable prices. However, the quality has continued to decline, while the prices have risen exorbitantly and reached an incomparable level. We're still talking about a restaurant with a takeaway character. Therefore the prices are absolutely not justified! Furthermore, the service is just bad. Unfriendly and now arrogant. After every visit you have a headache because of the noise level in the hall. Waited a long time for the food, dishes come at different times so you can't eat together. Food is not lovingly prepared, “the eye eats with you” is unfortunately not the case here. I ordered a kofte bag to take away for 8 euros. I was told that card payments are only possible from 10 euros. Okay then just have a fries with it.... I'm like Okay, a fries please. After 30 minutes of waiting (when the shop was empty) he said 13 euros please. 5 euros for bad fries!!!! The mayonnaise was also forgotten. Thank you.... Beautiful Turkish restaurant with delicious food

The food tastes very good, we always take the grill plate, it's the best. Friendly and nice employees especially Halil is very very nice and friendly.

The food is good but the service is unfortunately very bad. My husband's grill plate came first (about 30 minutes), everything was good but then nothing came. Was forgotten. After asking and a total of 20 minutes, the child's fries arrived and after another 10 minutes my food arrived. In the end everyone was able to eat separately and we were there for two hours (fast food restaurant...) the child's mood was right.

It's a shame for one star. Total Muhl has to wait 45 minutes for a soup. It's better never to come in 💪👍 and it's better to go to Hanover to eat and return less money. 👍

Were there today and had ordered a starter and waited 30 minutes for a soup. After you asked where the soup was, the waiter said that they didn't have any soup left. Drinks came with the food where you also waited another 20 minutes and if you Then they don't take you seriously when you complain. Very good quality and authentic Turkish cuisine prepared on a charcoal grill. Really delicious, a little vacation in between.

Takeaway at restaurant prices. Absolutely disappointed with the ambience, the service is shamelessly poor. Regular guests are served first, food is simply put on the table somewhere and then they leave again. Prices grossly exaggerated. Never come back and advise against it.

Were there today and there was hardly anything going on. The young waitress said we can sit somewhere. After that, nothing happened for a long time. After 20 minutes and at the boss's insistence, she gave us tickets. There is no demand for drinks. Then she didn't come back again. My wife saw her listening to her voice message. Other waiters weren't interested in us either. We left hungry after almost 40 minutes. Without comment. Nobody else was interested. Service couldn't be worse.

We've always been very satisfied so far. Food is more expensive, but you should keep in mind that lamb is more expensive to buy. But today we weren't happy at all. We were told we could choose a spot but after that we were ignored. After 15 minutes the boss noticed that we didn't have a card and had one brought to us. After another 20 minutes where no one came, we left. The waitress preferred to listen to a voice message on her cell phone instead of paying attention to us. The boss just stood there. So we won't be coming back. Are very disappointed.

I waited an hour for the food I ordered and after an hour I forgot what I ordered. The food portions are small and expensive, the food comes late and some waiters are arrogant. I was disappointed more than once, hoping that maybe next time would be better, and the only thing that kept me coming back was the fact that the food was delicious. But after so much experience I said quit and I'll never come back.

Everything is freshly prepared here! The employees are very friendly and accommodating. We had the Tavuk Grilled Chicken Salad and ordered the Karsali Lahmacun to take away. The food was packaged properly and was still warm and very tasty when we got home.

Essen sehr gut. Service mega schlecht. Haben die Hälfte des bestellten nicht bekommen. Mussten jedes eibzeln enextra nachfragen dann kam es. Vorspeise kam mit Hauptgericht zusammen. Eine Beilage kam gar nicht trotz mehrfacher Nachfragen.

Der Service dort ist eine Katastrophe. Haben fast 2 Stunden auf unser Essen gewartet und am Ende war ein Haar im Fleisch drin..

das Essen hier ist wirklich lecker! Toller Ort für Genießer!

Beim aufmachen zu Hause war ich dann doch schon überrascht wie wenig Grillteller man für 24,50 bekommen kann. Die Preise steigen kontinuirlich so wie die Portionen kleiner werden. Grillteller geschmacklich sehr gut, Lamacun schmeckte wie kalte Füße. Muss ich mir überlegen ob wir da noch einmal hin gehen.

Das Essen an sich ist lecker und insbesondere die Platten für mehrere Personen sind groß und machen satt. Man zahlt entsprechend auch etwas mehr als in anderen Läden aber demnach wird man auch nicht vom Essen enttäuscht. Vor Ort essen könnte etwas einladender sein ist aber akzeptabel.

Das Essen ist gut. Das Ambiente hat mir nicht besonders zugesagt. Vielleicht Geschmackssache. Den Preis fand ich etwas hoch. Außerdem stand am Kühlschrank 2,50€, bezahlt habe ich aber 3,80€ für eine 0,33l Dose Cola. 😐

Sehr aufmerksame Kellner,sauber und echt frisches Essen ohne das übliche in Öl geschwimme 😉 Essen wie in der Türkei,waren schon das zweite Mal hier, für die Lage an der Straße können sie nix . wir kommen wieder.

Heute im Öz Urfa in Minden und was soll man sagen... wir fangen mal mit dem Ambiente an und das war schlecht. Wir saßen draußen und es roch unglaublich nach Müll, es war so schlimm das wir uns weiter weg setzen mussten um nicht zu ersticken, ab und zu konnte man den Müll trotzdem riechen... ein NOGO, die Tische sahen schäbig und abgenutzt aus, wir hatten einen Gast eingeladen und ich habe mich ehrlich gesagt geschämt als ich ihn bat sich zu setzen. Okay jetzt durchhalten und schnell was essen. Die Speisekarte bietet eine grosse Auswahl an Grill Gerichten. Die kleinen Vorspeisen Oliven, Zaziki usw. sind sehr teuer. 5,50 für Oliven ist nicht gerechtfertigt. Die Speisen sind allesamt nicht besonders preiswert und für ein Grillteller 24Euro nehmen ist schon sportlich. Okay aber fairer weise muss man sagen das Essen schmeckt nicht schlecht und authentisch würde ich behaupten. Der Salat schmeckte meiner Frau überhaupt nicht, ich fand ihn okay. Also das Essen kann man schon empfehlen aber günstig ist es nicht. Beim raus gehen stand ein kleiner älterer Mann im weißen Hemd vermutlich ein Öz Urfa Mitarbeiter auf dem Parkplatz und schaute komisch auf uns beim verlassen murmelte er was von schönen Abend, war irgendwie eigenartig. Der junge Service war bemüht.

Went here for lunch as I was in Minden for business. Not very fancy at all but appears clean. Service was reasonably prompt and efficient. Silverware is stuck in paper packets in a cabinet. Paper napkins stuffed into dispensers on the table along with shaker for pepper flakes, salt and pepper. Seats are very comfortable. I had the tripe soup for starters. It was a bit on the watery side and mild for my taste. Plenty of tripe was in the bowl but it was not worth the €7 price. My main was the Adana kebap plate. The meat skewer was large, well seasoned and not dried out. It was accompanied by Turkish bulghur that was far too oily. Also a grilled tomato and a nice grilled pepper (very spicey as it should be). Salad was served on a separate plate with the usual vegetables. It was pretty small compared to other Turkish restaurants I have visited this year. All in all a bit disappointing.

Gleich vorneweg das wichtigste: Das Essen ist wie of beschrieben wirklich sehr lecker. Leider fällt alles andere deutlich ab, der Service ist hier der größte Kritikpunkt. Während türkische Kunden ggfs. noch flott bedient werden, müssen alle anderen schon mal 15 Minuten warten bis überhaupt jemand kommt und die Karte bringt, auch wenn es nicht voll ist. Bei mehreren Gästen ist es darüber hinaus nicht die Ausnahme sondern die Regel, das etwas vergessen wird, oder falsch ankommt. Dazu kommt, daß die Größe der Gerichte teils abgenommen hat, während die Preise in den letzten Jahren erheblich gestiegen sind. Schade.

Preise Unfassbar teuer!!!! Für 4 Lammkoteletts mit Beilage, 30€ !? Das ist doch kein Steak House Kleine Suppen 6-7€… Hackspieß 18€ Unfassbar teuer. Da rechtfertigt sich nichteinmal der Geschmack für.

Wir waren schon einige Male hier, kommen allerdings immer wegen dem super leckeren Döner-Teller. Andere Gerichte haben wir noch nicht probiert. Der Döner-Teller ist auf jeden Fall ein Genuss. Lammfleisch mit Pommes oder Bulgur, beides klasse. Unbedingt das Dessert Künefe probieren! Es lohnt sich! Leider liegt das Restaurant an einer viel befahrenen Straße und es ist sehr laut, auch drinnen. Aber das wissen wir ja und kommen wegen dem tollen Essen trotzdem immer wieder.

Ich warte schon seit 37minuten und die Vorspeise ist erst da Service nicht empfehlenswert aber das Essen schmeckt 3,5 sterne

Gleich vorweg... das Essen ist sehr gut. Die haben einen tollen Holzofen und das schmeckt man. Ein leichter Rauchgeschmack. Aber warum denn nu nur vier Sterne. Man muss ehrlich sein. Das Essen ist nicht gerade günstig aber ok. Das Restaurant liegt an einer viel befahrenen Hauptstraße, also gut zu erreichen. Aber das Personal lässt fragen offen. Auf die frage meine Frau zu einem Gericht gab es nur eine saloppe Antwort ala „keine Ahnung“. Entschuldigung, aber wenn ich es nicht weiß, dann frage ich das nach. Gerichte auf der Karte draußen sind mit Beilagen ausgezeichnet, die gar nicht dabei sind. Sagt einem aber auch keiner. Schade eigentlich. Alles in allem ist da etwas der südländische Schlendrian drin. Wenn die Leute ein bisschen mehr auf Zack wären, gebe es 5 Sterne. Aber das Essen ist wirklich gut. Auch wenn es etwas hochpreisiger ist.

Wir gehen hier schon länger hin; früher war es definitiv besser. Man hat mittlerweile das Gefühl, das Freunde, Bekannte, türkische Landsleute, schneller bedient werden; das ist auch der Hauptkritikpunkt der eine schlechte Stimmung schafft und in der Bewertung resultiert. Der Aufmerksamtkeitspegel des Personals war hier immer etwas träge. Das Essen war früher besser, Portionen grösser. Ich habe hier allerdings nie etwas schlechtes bekommen den Ezme Salat kann ich sehr empfehlen. Ausgebildetes Servicepersonal ist heute schwer zu bekommen.

Wir waren insgesamt drei Personen und üblicherweise ist es in jedem Restaurant so gewesen, dass man direkt von einem Kellner bedient wird, doch nicht bei Öz urfa Minden , denn die sind sich zu schade dafür . Wozu stellt man Kellner ein ? Etwa als Deko? Wir mussten die Kellner praktisch zu uns rufen , doch man sah uns an und ignorierte uns im selben Moment . Nach 45 min Wartezeit und mehrerer Versuche , einen Kellner auf uns aufmerksam zu machen , kam ein Kellner sehr genervt, rollte dabei die Augen und fragte nach unseren Getränkewünschen!! Die Kellner wirken insgesamt sehr desinteressiert und lustlos rüber , was einen Gast sehr stark abschreckt . Ich frage mich wieso man so lange Gäste warten lässt . Ende des Liedes : 1Stunde und 45 Minuten Wartezeit . Als wir einen Kellner ansprachen , warum man uns so lange warten lässt und wieso man uns bewusst ignoriert , kam der Satz : ,, Dann gehen Sie zu einem anderen Restaurant “. Man sollte unbedingt lernen was es heißt , Gäste wertzuschätzen& vor allem seinen Job gut zu erfüllen . Es war mein erstes und letztes Mal im Öz Urfa Minden . Unser 13 jähriges kind hat zum ersten mal in seinem leben gefastet und dann passiert sowas , dass es durch die ganze Wartezeit so lange nichts zu essen bekam. Das kind seitdem noch völlig verstört und möchte jetzt nie wieder fasten , weil es das ganze Szenario aus dem Restaurant nicht verarbeitet hat

Habe bei der Bestellung um heißes Essen gebeten und die Antwort war wie immer jajaja alles ist hot hier. War logisch das ich das Essen zurück geben musste weil es lauwarm war :-(

Hat leider sehr nachgelassen. Wegen dem zum Gericht zugehörigen Salat und Fladenbrot musste zweimal gefragt werden. Wurde erst gereicht als der Hauptgang schon eine Weile auf dem Tisch stand. Die Preise für das Essen sind etwas zu hoch. Die Gäste am Nebentisch hatten nach 20 Min ihre Getränke noch nicht. Für die ca 100 Sitzplätze ist Zuviel Personal im Einsatz. Die behindern sich gegenseitig bei der Arbeit- Das Lokal selber ist ungemütlich. Da fühlt man sich bei den Burgerketten sogar noch wohler. Dient einfach nur der Massenabfertigung.

Hallo an alle die diese Bewertung lesen. Am Anfang war öz urfa in Minden ein sehr gute Restaurant. Leider der Spruch Geiz ist geil hat der Chef des Restaurant zu ernst genommen. Anfangs waren die Preise und die Portionen ganz angemessen, die preise sind einfach zu teuer für was Mann dafür bekommt. Weil die kein Konkurenz in Minden haben, leisten die sich die Kunden auf lange Zeit warten und manchmal auch unfreundlich sind. Und noch ganz neue Erfahrung die ich gestern dort gesammelt habe, ein türkische Familie oder Personen die aus der Türkei kommen bekommen immer bessere Service als die Deutsche Kunden. Ich finde das ekelhaft und ich bin selbe Ausländer. Wahrscheinlich werden die diese Bewertung ignorieren aber das ist Ihrem Problem. Ich werde nicht mehr hingehen und genauso alle Leute die ich kenne.
