Habe meinen Geburtstag gefeiert, bin ganz begeistert. Kann die Gute Laune nur weiterempfehlen, sehr freundliches Personal das Essen war sehr lecker. Preis- Leistungsverhältnis stimmt. Werde wieder hier feiern und auch weiterempfehlen

Wir haben noch nie so schlecht gegessen. Von einem angepriesenen Buffet kann hier keine Rede sein. Die Speisen waren kalt, nicht rechtzeitig fertig und auch nicht genug für alle Gäste da. Das Fleisch wirkte minderwertig, die Beilagen bestanden aus lieblosen angerichteten TK Produkten – nicht einmal ausreichend Brot war vorhanden. Zudem war der Service extrem langsam; wir mussten eine Ewigkeit auf unsere Getränke warten. Für uns steht fest: Nie wieder

Wir haben hier unsere Hochzeit gefeiert und waren sehr zufrieden. Vom ersten Telefonat an haben wir uns wohlgefühlt und dieser Eindruck hat sich beim Planungsgespräch vollkommen bestätigt. Unsere Wünsche wurden umgesetzt und gute Ergänzungen vorgeschlagen, denn wir hatten gar nicht alles bedacht. Ein kleiner etwas verspäteter Extrawunsch (Naschi-Bar) wurde noch kurzfristig eingebaut. Am Tag selber wurden unsere Gäste und wir herzlich Empfangen. Wir waren alle zufrieden mit dem Essen und dem Service. Und am Ende des Tages kam dann der Moment des Bezahlens. Auch hier war alles zu unserer Zufriedenheit. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis war top. Wir können die Gute Laune nur weiterempfehlen.

Wir waren zu acht essen. Leider war trotz mehrmonatiger Vorbestellung des Tisches kein Hirsch mehr verfügbar, worauf sich die meisten gefreut hatten. Da gibt es eindeutig Verbesserung in der Vorhaltung der Küche, vor allem an einem Sonntag am Monatsanfang. Der Service war freundlich bei gleichzeitiger Überforderung. Hier war eine Kellnerin für den ganzen Gastraum da, die merklich aufgrund von Personalmangel ins Schwitzen kam. Das Ambiente ist sehr schön und angepasst. Die Toiletten und der Vorraum sind wirklich sehr schön gestaltet. Das Essen an sich war absolute Spitze.

Volle Punktzahl in allen Bereichen. Einfach super.

Hohe Preise, dass Essen war lecker aber die Portionsgröße war in meinen Fall zu wenig. Ich hätte mir für 29 € mehr Fleisch gewünscht.

Ein riesengroßes Lob an die super Köchin. 👍 Das Essen hat wirklich sehr, sehr gut geschmeckt, war toll angerichtet und die Portion war wirklich groß. Auch die Bedienung war wirklich lieb und zuvorkommend. Das Ambiente ist gemütlich. Ein Besuch lohnt sich auf jeden Fall. 😊

Wir haben heute den 80. Geburtstag meines Vaters in der guten Laune gefeiert und das Paket hat für uns gestimmt.Es war rundum gelungen vom Anfang bis zum Ende ein toller Service, leckeres Essen und das Personal von der Chefin bis zu den Angestellten einfach nur Daumen nach oben. Eine große Enttäuschung am ersten Weihnachtsfeiertag, trotz Reservierung brauchte es zwanzig Minuten bis wir am Tisch waren, Bestellung ging erst als der Nachbartisch damit fertig war wegen der Karten, das Essen hatten wir dann nach einer Stunde zehn später als die Reservierungszeit, das Wildgulasch war lauwarm, leider auch zäh und der Rotkohl auf der obersten Schicht abgetrocknet, Reklamation ging nicht, es kam niemand vorbei, die Ente war Grenzwertig, den Stift, den sich die Servicekraft von meiner Tochter geliehen hat, mussten wir regelrecht zurück fordern, sie konnte sich daran nicht mehr erinnern! Möglicherweise funktioniert diese Restauration im Tagesgeschäft gut, wir werden das nicht herausfinden!

Das war ein entspannter Abend bei köstlichem Essen (Filetpfanne "Gute Laune") und tollem Wein (Grauburgunder) und sehr nettem Service! Wir kommen gern wieder, wenn wir mal wieder Urlaub machen in der Gegend 😀

Wir sind seit Jahren Stammkunden, nun sagen wir gewesen... Küche und Personalmanagement wurden zusehends schlechter. Es wird gespart, an vielen Ecken - das Personal wirkt zusehends angespannter, Wartezeiten werden länger, für ein paar freundliche Worte zwischen den Gängen scheint keine Zeit... und das Essen, das wird leider immer liebloser, immer mehr gen Fastfood. Kein liebes Salatblatt ziert den Schnitzel-Pommes-Teller mehr, alles sehr sachlich plump... Und die drei raffinierten Gerichte sind mittlerweile auch nicht mehr raffiniert. Ein wenig mehr Leidenschaft täte der Küche und sicher auch dem Betriebsklima gut. Soooo schade! Wir sagen Adieu und essen nun woanders.

Haben nun schon zum 2.mal dort eine Familienfeier gemacht und Mittagessen und Kuchen waren gut und schmackhaft , nur das Gemüse hätte etwas mehr durch sein können, auch wenn man es heute so allgemein überall bekommt.

Ein schönes und gemütliches Restaurant mit richtig gut schmeckenden Gerichten, die nicht bereits nach 15 Minuten auf dem Tisch stehen, sondern frisch zubereitet werden. Freundlicher Service und faire Preise zudem. Ein Ort, der einen Besuch lohnt.

Also wir müssten 1 Stunde auf das Essen warten. Die Leute die nach uns kamen haben ihr Essen her bekommen aber das man für sein essen 1 Stunde warten muss wobei der Laden fast lehr war ist echt traurig.

Never eaten so badly. It was supposed to be a buffet. Everything was cold, or rather, the leftovers. Cheap meat that was frozen and tasted like it. A grill buffet is different to us. Ready-made salads... ready-made sauces, no bread. Waited forever for drinks. Never again.

I was at the restaurant with my husband last Sunday, May 25th, at 2:20 p.m. We wanted lunch. Although the restaurant was completely empty, there were signs in front of us saying we were being seated, but no one from the service staff bothered to attend to us. One woman sat directly in front of us at a high table, the other stood at the bar. Both were playing on their cell phones. They noticed that I was standing in front of them, waiting, wearing a Settler/Münch plastic shoe and two crutches. After five minutes, I sat down because I couldn't walk or really stand. After another five minutes, during which the staff remained "busy," we decided to go somewhere else to eat. The staff's audacity culminated in the woman at the high table—about 1.5 meters in front of us—responding to our remark, "Thank you for showing us the table." with "You're welcome." Given this kind of behavior towards guests, we can only advise against visiting this restaurant. We can't comment on the food or ambiance... since we didn't even get to a table. But with THIS staff, it doesn't matter... NEVER AGAIN "in a good mood" if we don't want to lose our good mood.

We had a royal meal here and received very friendly service. The food was beautifully presented and tasted as delicious as it looked. We sat outside in the cozy beer garden in the sunshine and are already looking forward to returning here again soon.

A lovingly designed restaurant with beautiful winding places. When the weather is good, you can also cool off in the beer garden. You can expect very good home cooking served by the friendly staff.

Food is simply no good. It just doesn't taste good. I don't care if it's the chef, the management, cheap ingredients or or. The egg machine that is in front of the door doesn't help either. The building is nice to look at, nice lighting, nice lettering but what's the point if the food doesn't taste good, that's why you're there. So the electricity prices don't seem to bother the owners. Where I think again, price performance... bill for electricity? Bill for good products and good kitchen staff? I don't find it consistent at all. The good mood has had a few owners change over the past few years and one hopes that with the new one things will finally get better again, because it was really good at one time... but unfortunately that's not the case with the current one either. We won't be coming back and won't recommend it to anyone else. Maybe new owners, the previous one wasn't long... It's a shame since we live in the village..

We had dinner there today with 4 people. Unfortunately we were assigned a place at the entrance, where it was a bit cramped. When we asked if we could move, the “nice waitress” just said that everything was reserved. The place was almost empty, even when we left. What a shame! In addition, the chicken liver was still raw/bloody and there were a lot of small pieces, probably leftovers! Here, however, we were given a 10% discount. I don't understand why people are treated so unkindly at today's prices!? 🤔

Nice restaurant in Lichtenhagen Dorf with photos from pre-war times and a good ambience without being kitschy. The staff are friendly, but could definitely be more attentive. There wasn't much going on, but it still took a while for things to be cleared away or for new drink orders to be taken. The food was good and plentiful. In terms of price, the kitchen is in the upper third. We'd love to come back again.

We ordered a table for 12 people there for a birthday and were very surprised. Everything was laid out in a friendly manner. We had ordered cake and cake in advance, which was made on site by a pastry chef. My highest praise to the confectioners of the cakes was very tasty and appealing.

Christmas dinner 2024: Waited 2 hours for food. The waitress no longer noticed that we didn't have any food yet. Then the food came quickly because the reservation time was already over. All of our dishes were cold, so the dumplings were rubbery and the meat was still too tough. While we were eating, there were already people behind us who had booked the next round. They waited for the table to be prepared again. Quality of the food poor. Price/performance not justified. Far too many reservations - staff completely overwhelmed and food being sold at the counter - so the quality falls by the wayside. Sometimes little is more. We were disappointed because we were used to a different quality from the previous owners.

We ate here on December 25th, 24; Let's start with the positives: The atmosphere is really cozy, the service team really made an effort and the food was OK. - but there is better for the price. The highlight was that we had to wait over 90 minutes for the food that had been ordered days in advance. Drinks were only served once and at the end we couldn't even have dessert because the other guests were already waiting for their table. When we wanted to have at least one more espresso, we were told that we had to do it straight away because there was no time left. The staff was totally overloaded. The boss then told the people waiting that there was nothing they could do about it, after all you can't force the guests to eat faster. One thing is certain, this restaurant is unfortunately not recommended for holidays or similar. Too bad!

We have a table for 8 people for Christmas Day at 1 p.m. ordered. After a wait of 30 minutes, we were finally able to sit down. We placed our order at 1:40 p.m. The drinks came quickly. At 3:10 p.m.!!! Finally the food arrived (we didn't eat breakfast that day because we were supposed to have something for lunch). Then my duck was also completely dry, it should probably have been served an hour earlier?! But the other dishes were OK. We left the restaurant at 4 p.m. Well, let's say "Merry Christmas"! Not the cheapest in terms of price for this quality but definitely worth the price/performance. It wasn't my first visit and won't be my last either. Sour meat with fried potatoes, game meat burger with wedges, both absolutely fresh and delicious! The children really enjoyed the crispy chicken burger with fries and potato pancakes with apple sauce, even if it was perhaps more of a convenience option. Still really good. All together including 4 drinks just under €80. 👍

Nice atmosphere, rustic inside, with a small beer garden outside. For different occasions and different numbers of people, there is always an opportunity to pamper yourself. The main course was delicious, the Creme Brüllee could have used more crunch in the sugar crust.

The atmosphere is very cozy and the toilets are nice and clean. There was also a changing table with disposable pads, diapers and wet wipes. Absolutely suitable for families 👍
