2 people, with reservation. Food great, atmosphere good. Unfortunately : 2nd glass of beer 15 minutes after ordering, food 70 (!) minutes after ordering. Reaction from the staff: no word, no explanation, no gesture. Nothing.

Small, cozy restaurant with very friendly and attentive staff. It was very busy. Therefore, it is better to reserve in advance to save waiting time. A visit is worth it.

Sehr authentisches Ambiente, gepaart mit super leckerem Essen und einem Gastgeber (inkl. Personal), der mit Leidenschaft seinen Beruf lebt und seine Gäste bewirtet. Mit Abstand unser "Lieblings-Italiener". Die Speisen sind immer frisch zubereitet und stehen in einem sehr angemessenem Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis. Es ist ein Treffpunkt mit Freunden und für Feiern geworden.

The convivial evening in the Osteria, which we were really looking forward to, was unfortunately a disappointment. After we sat down at the table, the waitress (who was probably the manager of the house) ignored us for a good fifteen minutes, and only after we called her did she deign to come over and take our order. Unfortunately, this very negligent service didn't get any better as the evening progressed and reached its climax after we paid at the end and gave a generous tip despite everything and were then simply ignored by the same lady. No "Were you satisfied?", no friendly word, no small drink from the house, which is actually a given in most restaurants these days, especially if you've left a lot of money there. So we were very disappointed and will not visit this restaurant again. By the way, the food was good. Unfortunately the service is not

We were - more by chance - for the first time in the simple but cozy Osteria with the excellent cuisine. The family atmosphere was not reserved for the regulars, but was also enjoyed by the “first-timers,” i.e. the newcomers to the restaurant. The menu was very appetizing. Our seafood risotto was excellent, the grilled pulpo with spaghetti con pesto was excellent. The prices were fair. Our final verdict: We weren't here for the last time...!

We really liked the food and ambience. However, the staff was very pushy. As a guest, you don't want to be asked several times within a few minutes whether we want to finally order something. We still had a nice evening and hope for a little more relaxation next time.

Yesterday evening I had a spontaneous meal with friends at “Osteria” without a reservation and the friendly waitress still offered us a nice seat because it was very full. My lamb chop was very tasty and the fried potatoes were harmonious, the portion was generous. My two friends were also very happy with the scaloppini (beef) and pasta. The dessert afterwards was also freshly prepared and very tasty and with fresh ingredients. Decorated fruit. The drinks were at perfect temperature and served quickly by very friendly staff. The atmosphere is very cozy although it was a bit cramped and the table was small. Thank you for the lovely evening. Update: even with 11 people at once, they can't be bothered and the food is served with love and very tasty 😋

The kitchen is always inventing new flavors and in the vast majority of cases they succeed. The tendency towards Piatto Unico is understandable for Germany, but it is losing its Italian identity as a result. The service is friendly and accommodating. The simple wine list (it has what it has) provides refreshing surprises

Addendum from August 20, 2024: The service has deteriorated extremely. While in the past you were at least compensated with top-class service despite the restless atmosphere, on our last visit it was rather subpar. Not only did we have to wait an extremely long time for the food, we also waited in vain for a long time to be able to order new drinks. The food was still great, but that couldn't compensate for the poor service. Therefore from now on only 3 stars. Nice little Italian with excellent pasta! Unfortunately it's always relatively full and loud, but the food makes up for the somewhat restless atmosphere!

Super Abend. Super Essen: Am Tisch wurde als Vorspeise eine Minestrone bestellt und ich dachte, da kommt sicher so eine lauwarme Pampe an, die keiner mag. Vertan! Großartige, frisch gemachte und heiße Minestrone. Sonstig Vorspeisen drei kleine, sehr frische, knackige Salat. Geröstetes Weißbrot mit Aioli kam frei Haus/Tisch. Die Hauptspeisen waren köstlich (Saltimbocca, zwei Nudelgerichte. Alles heiß auf heißen Tellern. Desserts sehr gut, insbesondere der heiße Schokoladenkuchen mit Eis. Insgesamt ein Restaurant, zu dem wir sicher wieder kommen werden.

Went there for dinner with a group. First and lasting impression: Way too loud. It was simply not possible to have a conversation with my colleagues sitting opposite. At times we had a noise level of 90 decibels. Yes, you can measure things like that. At 80 decibels, your hearing becomes critical. Food (starter and salad plate) was okay. The service is very friendly, but overall the atmosphere of the restaurant has more of a waiting room atmosphere. Prices slightly exaggerated.

The better Italian restaurant with homemade pasta, attentive and quick service and tasty, excellently prepared food. Our ragout and bruschetta were both excellent. (and large portions) Our carbonara and carpaccio were good but small for the price. Our bread was grilled and fresh and tasted great. Finally an Italian restaurant where a talented chef has put thought into the food and taste. We were a little disappointed by the bowl of grated Parmesan on the table, it would have been nice to see freshly grated Parmesan, but otherwise we were pleasantly impressed. It's always fun to eat here. The friendliness when making a reservation makes you want more. Pasta and a very tasty Pinot Grigio always draw us back here.

Etwas versteckt und von außen unscheinbar, fühlt man sich als wäre man in Italien, sobald man durch die Tür getreten ist! Klein und charmant, liebevoll und stimmig eingerichtet. Das Essen war hervorragend! Unglaublich lecker, sehr schön angerichtet und kam prompt. Der Service war großartig, ich bin selten so ehrlich freundlich bedient worden. Man fühlt sich wie ein Stammgast, und das beim ersten, aber sicher nicht letzten Besuch. Absolut empfehlenswert!

Das Essen war sehr lecker. Durch das, mich nicht wundernde, überfüllte Restaurant wurde ich leider in eine etwas unschöne Ecke gesetzt. Wenn man auf der Terasse sitzt oder im Restaurant ist, ist das Abiente sehr schön. Leider wurden wir von einer etwas unsympatischen Kellnerin bedient. Es hat außerdem eine Stunde gedauert bis wir die Vorspeise bekommen haben und eine halbe bis wir zur Hauptspeise.

Wir waren jetzt schon so oft im Windhöfelchen und wurden noch nie enttäuscht. Das Essen ist einfach spitze und die Fischplatte sensationell. Das Personal (allen voran eine junge Dame mit langem Haar) ist super freundlich und trägt maßgeblich zu einem netten Abend bei. Wir fühlen uns dort immer wie bei Freunden und genießen das gute Essen im vollen Zügen. Hierfür ein herzliches Dankeschön an die Belegschaft

Obwohl seit vielen Jahren bekannt war ich jetzt das erste Mal mit meinem Labi in der Osteria, einem gehobenerem Italiener. Wir saßen bei dem schönen Wetter draussen, der Hund hat noch vor mir etwas zu trinken und viele Streicheleinheiten bekommen (letzteres wollte ich auch nicht unbedingt...). Die Karte und Tageskarte war ausreichend undman siehtsofort, dass man sich auf Nudeln spezialisiert hat. Also Vorspeise gab es Bruschetta und als Hauptspeise sehr leckere Nudeln mit Baby Calamari. Dazu gab es zuerst ein Füchschen und dann ein Glas Pinit Grigio. Ein gelungener kulinarischer Abend und ich werde sicherlich sehr gerne wiederkommen. Es empfiehlt sich hier ausreichend im voraus zu reservieren, da das kleine Restaurant fast jeden Tag ausgebucht ist.

Freundliches Personal - Tolles Ambiente - Hervorragende Speisekarte Eine Woche nach Haan à la carte konnten wir nicht anders als erneut uns den wundervollen Nudeln der Osteria Haan hinzugeben. Wir bekamen spontan einen Tisch für zwei Personen und wurden herzlichst im Lokal begrüßt. Nach einer tollen Vorspeise bekam meine Frau einen Sonderwunsch von der Küche gezaubert und ich hatte Tagliatelle mit Rinderfiletspitzen. Wir sind uns sicher, dass hier jeder sein spezielles Gericht findet und einen wundervollen Aufenthalt hat. Wir können die Osteria Haan wärmstens empfehlen, geben gerne fünf Sterne und freuen uns auf das nächste Mal.

Ausgezeichnete italienische Küche ganz jenseits der üblichen Pizza. Toll zubereite Pasta, eine sehr gute Minestrone und leckere hausgemachte Desserts zeigen handwerkliches Können und Leidenschaft in der Küche. Das schmeckt man! Eine ganze Reihe von Gerichten waren vegan - das freut mich um so mehr. Kompliment!

Seit es die Osteria gibt, bin ich Stammgast, mal mehr, mal weniger, ich bezeichne es immer als mein zweites Wohnzimmer. Qualität und Quantität der Speisen und die Freundlichkeit und Herzlichkeit der Mitarbeiter*in machen jeden Besuch sehr familiär. Das Ambiente ist für mich perfekt.

Hervorragende Osteria, sizilianischer Prägung. Tolle authentische Küche. Geschmacklich nuanciert, unverfälscht und liebevoll zubereitet. Mit viel Liebe präsentiert: das Produkt steht im Mittelpunkt. Alles schmeckt genau danach, wie es schmecken soll. Frische Zutaten, auf den Punkt gegart. Service sehr freundlich, persönlich und voll motiviert. Es fängt beim gerösteten Brot an, das an sich schon köstlich ist, in Kombination mit dem selbstgemachten Dip oder dem Knoblauchöl der Gamberetti ein kulinarischer Genuss im ursprünglichen Sinn ist. Hatte dann die Spaghetti Frutti di Mare, die ganz wunderbar angerichtet und sehr differenziert im Geschmacksbild waren. Großes italienisches Kino auf kleiner, familiärer Bühne. Bravissimo.

Kellnerin sehr freundlich. Man fühlt sich gut aufgehoben dort. Essen war gut Das Lokal fand ich allerdings etwas eng und man konnte die Gespräche an den anderen Tischen mitbekommen. Ansonsten top.

Das Essen ist grade noch akzeptabel aber der Chef ist leider sehr unfreundlich, wohlfühlen kann man sich dort leider nicht.

Wir hatten einen sehr gemütlichen Abend, der Tisch war schön unter einem Heizstrahler im Wintergarten und daher sehr angenehm warm. Das Essen war toll, frisch zubereitet, erlesene Zutaten und gute Qualität der Speisen. Sowohl die Minestrone, als auch die Vorspeise und das krosse Brot mit Aioli waren sehr schmackhaft. Die Pasta war selbst gemacht und frisch, sowohl mit Pollo, als auch Gambas und dem Rindfleischragout waren wir 4 alle sehr zufrieden. Delikat der frische Rucola und die Kräuterzutaten. Der offene Wein, wir haben Rose, Luganer und Primitivo bestellt, war sehr lecker. Ein rundum schöner Abend, sehr schmackhaftes Essen. Sehr zu empfehlen

Wenn man von dem freundlichen Personal in Empfang genommen wird und wunderbar selbstgemachte Nudeln bekommt, umsorgt wird und zum Schluss mit einem Espresso oder Grappa belohnt wird, ist der Abend ein gelungener Abend🤩

Wir haben hier wieder sehr lecker gegessen. Die Portionen sind reichhaltig und wer gute Italienische Küche mag ist hier genau richtig. Der Service ist sehr aufmerksam und freundlich. Diesmal haben wir im Innenbereich gesessen und es war von der Geräuschkulisse her angenehmer als im Wintergarten. Eine klare Empfehlung für dieses Restaurant.

Die Osteria ist ein kleines sehr gemütliches italienisches Restaurant mit Weltklasse Pasta, Vorspeisen und eine tollen Weinkarte. Der super Service rundet das sehr sehr gute Gesamtpaket auf! Immer weiter so!

Ohne Reservier kann es schwierig werden. Die Auswahl der Speisen ist überschaubar. Für jeden Geschmack ist etwas dabei. Der Service ist sehr aufmerksam. Unser Essen war sehr gut. Werden definitiv wiederkommen. Ein Besuch lohnt sich.

The restaurant looks nice and I guess main dishes are tasty. At the time of a visit the restaurant was half busy. Unfortunately although good intentions, I had to wait 30min to place an order because the waiter forgot about me although he passed my table around at least 5 times before serving other guests. I felt ignored already. Ok, gave a second try. I ordered tagliatelle with salmon, dish which was in the menu. After waiting (got used to it) a waiter brought spaghetti with salmon. Well, I do not like at all spaghetti so asked if I can have tagliatelle which I in fact ordered. A waiter came from the kitchen after 2min saying they run of tagliatelle. Well, at this point I was fed up. It would have been nicer to be informed and I could have chosen something else. I was not offered his option so I asked for a bill and left not wanting to come again. Definitely UNPROFESSIONAL SERVICE, NOT RECOMMENDED. There are better places in Haan to choose, do not waist your time, good mood and money. BTW. It was my birthday dinner, totally spoiled :(

We had dinner here, quite early, so service and food preparation were pretty fast. Our two different pasta dishes were delicious and home made, if you like fresh pasta, this is the place to go to in Haan. Prices are fair, drinks are not expensive, so that we had a great time here and will definitely return soon.
