Unfortunately, the food was almost cold by 7:30 p.m. and it didn't look particularly tasty anymore. The staff were nice and attentive. The fruit was a disaster Far too expensive for that

The staff is NOT friendly at all!! We were told several times that we had to eat everything before taking more. In 5 minutes, the waitress came up 10 times to ask what we would drink (we didn’t even have time to look at the menu). The grill tastes over-salted and everything tastes the same. Of all the things I liked, the only ones I liked were the profiteroles and the chicken in batter. At “dessert” we became the laughing stock of the waitresses. They looked at our table, talked in Chinese and laughed at us... We won't go there again

I would like to share my impressions from my visit to your restaurant yesterday. Unfortunately I was very disappointed overall. The buffet selection left a lot to be desired in terms of taste. Regardless of whether it was meat or fish, the dishes all tasted similar to, unfortunately, many frozen products that tasted like paper. Unfortunately, the hoped-for taste explosion that we know from Asian countries did not materialize here. The only positive was the teppanyaki. The ability to choose your own ingredients and have them freshly prepared by the chef is good. The teppanyaki dish and dessert were okay, but overall it couldn't save the overall impression of the buffet. In addition, we and other guests on site were bothered by the fact that the employees spoke loudly to each other in their local language. It almost sounded like an argument and we found that very disturbing. You want to enjoy your meal in peace and quiet with your family and not hear the loud conversation of the employees. That was really very annoying. All in all, one visit per year might be okay, but we don't need it to be more frequent. We found it very unfortunate that our expectations were not met.

We've been eating there three times a month for years, you could say we're regular customers. We are always warmly greeted and feel welcome 🤗, the food is very tasty and there is really a very large selection of dishes, whether salad, fruit or ice cream with chocolate or without, there is always something for everyone after the rich meal. We had dinner there last night with my family as we are on vacation there. What can I say?! It was incredibly delicious. The waitresses are ultra child-friendly and accommodating. Unfortunately I don't understand the negative reviews, it's definitely the fault of the guests themselves🤷🏻‍♀️ We will now always come for food when we go on holiday here again. You are definitely an asset to Lingen and the surrounding area👍🏼 There is simply something for everyone!! Kind regards 🫶🏻

The food was mostly cold to lukewarm at most, with the exception of the baked bananas which were hot. Some of the meat was raw and two of the four shrimps had not yet been deveined. In addition, the freezer for the ice cream seemed unkempt. The tables were dirty and the staff gave no response when spoken to. All this at a price of €22.90 excluding drinks.

The staff is friendly and hospitable, but the menu could be revised over time. Sushi and grilled seafood cannot be eaten. Raise the price, please review the menu...

We went there spontaneously to eat and got a table straight away. Since it was our first time there, we were surprised by what was on offer and also what was available for children. I thought it was a shame that there were so few service staff, but they tried very hard not to let the lack become noticeable. If we happen to be in Lingen again spontaneously, we will definitely visit the restaurant again.

I'm sorry, but that was the worst Chinese restaurant I've ever had. Condition like startled chickens. Unfriendly, no concept at work, no overview. They gave the whole restaurant an unpleasant atmosphere. In addition, the quality of the food was rather poor. It was only refilled sporadically and selectively. All in all, this restaurant needs a major restructuring in all operations and quality.

So I don't know what people's negative comments are about. We had lunch there with the family yesterday and people, when you go to an all you can eat place, it's just different than an á la cart. We definitely got our money's worth. It was super tasty and we had so much to choose from. You can't complain about the prices at all. From salads and starters to warm dishes, there was always something delicious. And then dessert. How can you not find anything tasty? 😍 I also found the facility really beautiful and very clean.

Phew, with these impressions you don't even know where to start. It's Sunday evening and we, that is, a family of 5, want to go out for a simple and good meal. We have no expectations and no high standards. The choice falls on the Oriental Palace. It was not even possible to reserve a table over the phone. After calling several times, no one picked up. So we spontaneously drive off and enter the restaurant. As usual with locations of this type, it is similar to any other in terms of interior design. Only in dingy. Tables are not wiped down and chairs are not arranged neatly. After a few minutes one of the waitresses shows us our place. As expected, dingy and messy. We respond to the direct question about drinks with an inquiry about the menu. After a long search, the waitress casually handed it to us through the room divider, pointing out that the prices weren't right. The selection of drinks was ok and there is little to complain about here. We were able to collect the bad impressions at the buffet. A cake that has probably been on display for a long time, herb baguettes that were inedibly hard. A frozen pizza that was past its best and an unappetizing chocolate fountain in a questionable color. After everyone had found something for the main course, the feasting could begin. The first impression might be okay, but after a short time the party in your stomach started. Sometimes the fat just ran around on the plate and this was confirmed by the taste. We asked ourselves how little we are actually worth to ourselves. Nobody needed a second round. Dessert? Even here, no one had any more appetite, because the battlefield in the ice cream display was the next big thing. It was clear to us that we had to pay and go home. Just under €150 for 5 people with one drink each. That's a lot for a bit of loveless fryer junk. Let's not even start talking about the cutlery that is left dirty on the table after it falls on the floor. Or the waitress who basically touched it at the front and had the dirty mop in her hand beforehand without washing her hands in the meantime. Hygiene out of place. For us, this is clearly a declaration of bankruptcy for the catering industry. The only thing that counts here is the cheapest possible scrap at a high price. We definitely won't see this place again.

I'm seriously wondering if all the positive reviews get a voucher for it or if we're talking about different restaurants? My family and I have rarely eaten as badly as we did today. 1 star is still too much for me. We were there with our three kids (15-17 years old). It was just before 8 p.m. The restaurant wasn't particularly full. After entering, we stood in the entrance area for 5 minutes until an employee assigned us a (dirty) table. This was no longer wiped off and the dirt was clearly visible. She asked what we would like to drink and after asking for a drink menu she left with an annoyed expression on her face. We could watch her looking for a card in the cupboard for a long time. She then handed it over to us very annoyed and said that the prices there weren't right. Cutlery and napkins were then slapped at the end of the table and we helped ourselves. The drinks were not ordered for the next 15 minutes, so we went to the buffet on our own. Here too we searched in vain for the oh-so-rich, large selection of FRESH dishes. All that was offered to us were leftovers from partly air-dried, hard pasta, sticky mini spring rolls, lukewarm meat dishes to the sad, unexotic Good & Cheap salami pizza from the freezer that no one wanted to touch. After we had had a sparse passage behind us, we thought that one or two dishes had certainly been brought in in the meantime. Here too we were very disappointed. A dish with chicken in curry sauce was simply diluted with a hefty sip of water and the "fried" mushrooms were raw and slightly warmed from a can. My son took what he thought were fried chicken pieces and discovered at the table that they were mistakenly baked bananas and pineapple. These were probably labeled incorrectly. Other chicken parts also consisted of a disgusting mass that looked and tasted like pure fat. By now we were just disgusted by what we had brought to the table on our plates. Partially tasteless, super greasy, cold and not worth a cent. The first son reported with a stomach ache. We wanted to at least convince ourselves of the rest of the buffet and looked at the desserts etc. Dried leftover cake from C & W that had been on display for at least 2-3 days. Greasy, dirty chocolate fountains and empty ice cream containers. Thanks! But we were fed up with what was offered to us. All we wanted to do was empty our drinks, pay and go home. We were then able to observe the service staff wiping everything possible with a cloth without rinsing it once in between. Afterwards, the cutlery (on the tines and spoon tips) was directly touched with the hands. Cutlery fell to the floor and was put straight back on the table. Very unhygienic. When we then had to pay €142.70 for 5 x menu + 5 drinks, it was clear to us that this establishment would never see us again in this life. The service person didn't ask if we liked it and apparently couldn't change any change. So we also had to pay an involuntary tip, which we didn't take for granted after such unfriendly service and a miserable stay. Result 3 out of 5 have stomach pain. Addendum: We often visit good and great restaurants. We are happy to let good food cost a few marks more and are always generous with praise and tips. We rarely have anything to complain about. We're not picky and don't get upset easily about anything. We also understand the work, the stress and the conditions in the catering industry. The total amount of disappointment that evening was simply too much for us, so much so that we can no longer turn a blind eye.

Large and tidy restaurant. The selection was large and there was plenty of everything. The children also found enough to eat. Unfortunately, one of the service staff was totally unfriendly, you could tell she just didn't feel like it. The others were very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately we didn't like the freshly prepared food at all because it was very burnt and the taste was simply gone. The shrimp were too cooked so they were inedible. Price/performance was right. Toilets were clean

Very nice service and super tasty food, from a very rich buffet with fresh delicacies.

Two stars deducted for unfriendly service and the fact that you are practically thrown out of the restaurant a few minutes before 3 p.m. (the end of the lunch table) 😡 Went there on a Tuesday to celebrate a birthday with about 10 people. All in all it was good, just as you would expect from a Chinese restaurant. The birthday child received a voucher for a free lunch. The service was there, but quite unfriendly. We had to run around three times to ask because of the voucher. Voucher only upon presentation of ID proving that your birthday is today. Even half an hour before the end you get the feeling you have to get out soon. At around 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. we were asked to leave the restaurant in a rather rude manner. We felt thrown out, which dampened the mood a bit. It's a shame for the restaurant because otherwise everything was OK. And there is another way! For example, in another Chinese restaurant we were no longer able to order after the buffet closed, but we were able to sit in the restaurant for a while and finish eating in peace.

I would also like to leave my review. Many different dishes. Everything was delicious. The only thing is that the staff is not very friendly. I want pleasant service. I hope this point will be corrected.

It's been a while since I've been there, but it's just fantastic. The name “Palace” is completely accurate given the interior design. Everything is very clean, nice and fast service and the food is incredibly tasty with a huge selection. From fried meat, to sushi, to cakes and chocolate fountains. Really everyone will find something there. I also think the prices are totally fair for the all-you-can-eat. Always my pleasure!

It's way too expensive. I paid 66 € for a buffet for 2 people: 1 water 0.5, a small one would have been enough and a beer.0.4. Unfortunately there is no menu either. If you eat little, like some women, alternatives should be shown.

It was OK. Since there wasn't much going on, the food wasn't particularly fresh as everything was already lying around. The vanilla sauce is inedible, as thin as water. The sushi was really tasty and the dessert was good too. We still wouldn't come back

Chic shop and nice atmosphere but unfortunately when we visited almost all of the food in the containers was lukewarm to cold.

A bit too many people for us personally, but you know that beforehand. Service very friendly. Whether ready-made dishes or putting together fish, meat, vegetables yourself, everything is very tasty and there is a large selection. If you can't find anything there, you're simply too spoiled.

We always really enjoyed going there.. everyone finds what they like there.. the ambience is what it is, you shouldn't expect a 5 star restaurant here.. the service staff is always very nice and on the go.. unfortunately in recent times Over time the quality of the food has deteriorated a lot... the chocolate fountains (which I was always most looking forward to) are always out and so all that's left is the stale chocolate with the fatty film already floating on top 🤢 the taste of the sushi also varies a lot, sometimes really good, sometimes so sour that it's not edible... last Saturday it was sooooo incredibly full (unfortunately we were so stupid and still got in) that you had to queue for at least 15 minutes from the buffet and then stand in front of empty containers, and Even the new things that arrived were cold or didn't taste good at all.. we won't be coming back because the price/performance ratio is no longer right..

I can highly recommend this place, we went there for lunch today, the buffet was very appealing, every dish was delicious in its own way, sweet desserts, fruit and ice cream! Many thanks to the patient staff! We really enjoyed it and we will definitely come back!

You can go out to eat sometimes, but it's nothing special. I wouldn't eat there myself anymore. The chocolate in the chocolate fountain has probably been there since day one.

What happened to the prices? There was an offer on Wednesday. I paid €55 for 2 buffets and 2 drinks. Craziness

It's expensive, but we eat here every now and then and the food is always great. The decor is nice and the staff is very friendly. There are also a lot of tables, so you can go and enjoy the food without a reservation. 😄

Chinese restaurant with buffet and a la carte food. Food was plentiful and tasted very good at good prices. Great atmosphere, very friendly staff, everything clean and tidy.

I give it 4 out of 5 stars. The main courses were all very tasty. There was a good selection for a lunch buffet. The dessert, well, the Jell-O wasn't sweetened, there was just a cake that wasn't homemade. But there was ice cream and baked bananas and pineapples. The two fountains didn't look good and weren't on either. The younger waitress was very nice. I think the older waitress missed her job. The friendliness left a lot to be desired. On the whole, price performance for a lunch buffet is okay.

Food from the buffet below average, little taste. Not a single item from the dessert buffet was homemade. But the worst thing is that you come to the restaurant at 2:55 p.m., want to go to happy hour, get drinks shortly after three and go to the buffet. When you pay you realize that you have to pay too much and are told that you were there FIVE MINUTES early. Simply outrageous and a complete rip off. So, for those who want to go there, be careful how late you get there. It was definitely the last time for us.

Asiatisch mongolisches Buffet Restaurant. Parkplätze vorhanden. Nettes sehr freundliches Personal. Toiletten überdurchschnittlich komfortabel und sauber. Die Lage im Gewerbe Gebiet wird der Qualität des Restaurants leider nicht gerecht. Das Mittagsbuffet war vielseitig von hoher Qualität. Der Preis von EUR 13,90 ist absolut angemessen.

Wir haben extrem viel Tiefkühlware entdeckt. Sogar das Sushi… frittiert wird anscheinend alles in einem Pott… meiner Meinung nach im Großen und Ganzen echt unterirdisch. Die größte Frechheit sind die 3€ Pauschale wenn man nicht aufisst! Sorry aber wenn mir das alles nicht schmeckt, soll ich noch extra zahlen ?! 😂 das einzige was ok war, war der Papagei Fisch… und wir haben fast alles probiert…. Letzte mal für mich gewesen! Ich muss dazu sagen das wir innerhalb der Woche gegen 20 Uhr da waren….

Das Buffet sah nicht nur gut aus, sondern es schmeckte auch alles sehr frisch und lecker 😋.

Leider das Ambiente eines großen Speisesaals. Dafür ist das Essen geschmacklich gut, aber halt das übliche wie bei fast allen mongolischen Restaurants. Der Service ist gut und freundlich. Preislich allerdings kein Schnäppchen. (eine 7 jährige zahlt fürs Buffet schon 13,-€ !!!)

Geiles Buffet, riesen Auswahl, schnelle und freundliche Bedienungen. Ambiente könnte minimal besser sein, irgendwie so Hintergrund-Gedudel hat gefehlt. Alles in allem trotz dem riesen Saal angenehm ruhig. Hier lässt sich richtig schön ein Abend verbringen :)

Wir sind seid der Neueröffnung Stammkunden hier! Die negativen Rezensionen kann ich/wir nicht nachvollziehen! Wir waren an Silvesterabend da essen, es war wie immer sehr lecker und frisch! Es gab sehr viel Auswahl! Von Garnelen bis Lachs und sushi,alles was das Herz höher schlägt! Es ist mit Abstand das leckerste Restaurant in der Region! Personal ist immer sehr freundlich! Vom Preis ist es sehr angemessen! Und das Restaurant ist immer sehr sauber!

sehr sehr lecker ........sehr viel Auswahl und das personal mega freundlich kann ich nur empfehlen immer wieder gerne......waren am 01.01.24 dort zum Essen nie wieder alles lauwarm bis eiskalt als man sagte es ist alles kalt wurder das Personal sehr sehr aggressiv ich sollte dann nur frisch vom Grill holen das sei warm aber ich möchte auch Andre speisen essen .........nach 1 Stunde war das Essen endlich warm

Sehr großes Buffet. Allerdings hätte ich mir bei dem Preis auch etwas leckeres erwartet. Leider für mich zu Teuer. Mit Getränke ist man schnell über 30 Euro Essen kann auch selber zusammengestellt und frisch zubereitet werden. Das hat es für mich etwas gerettet. Das Essen(vom Buffet) wirkt nicht so hochwertig, eher schnelle abfertigung. Billige Pommes, Nuggets und Pizza. Obst auch eher 2wahl. Wohl aufgrund der Größe und Menge die zubereitet werden muss.

Its a huge Restaurant, very spacious, and the Buffet is excellent for that price (22 euro). Only the location is somewhat far from downtown, but on the positive side, there is lots of parking space.

Personal unhöflich, lange warte zeiten und das Essen eher wässrig und kalt. Was zu empfehlen ist sind die Tiefkühlwindbeutel.

Eines vorweg: will man mit mehr als 3 Leuten dort essen, empfiehlt es sich , einen Tisch vorab zu reservieren. Buffet hat alles, was man sich wünscht, von Pommes über Sushi bishin zu Schokobrunnen und Obst. SEHR lecker. Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis ist ok, Getränke könnten aber günstiger sein, oder im Preis mit drin. Bedienung sehr freundlich. Alles in Allem aber einen erneuten Besuch wert!

Angestellte sehr nett, gute Auswahl an Essen, sehr gut besucht! Leider sind die WC Einrichtung nicht immer so angenehm, zum Ende eines Abends könnte man es verstehen aber bei Beginn schon teilweise dreckig und es sieht auch so aus das die WC Einrichtung nicht oft gereinigt werden!

Ambiente war okay und machte einen guten Eindruck, der Service war auch nett. Für den Preis ist die angebotene Ware einfach qualitativ minderwertig. 17 Euro pro Person und ohne Getränke
