So we ordered there for the second time. The first time we had exactly the same thing as today: a pizza menu with salad and a drink, and a choice of pizza. The first time was bad, but today it was really bad. Today they forgot the salad. I called them about the salad. The employee on the phone called me stupid and said we should never order from there again. It's cheeky. The pizza menu includes pizza, salad, and a drink. If you change something, you should change it everywhere too. The driver hardly understood me. And then the last point: my husband had pizza with hollandaise sauce, veal, and mushrooms, so you could hardly see any of the ingredients. The hollandaise sauce was simply omitted. I had Dracula pizza with ham, salami nuggets, and garlic. There was almost nothing of that on it. You only had the sauce or ketchup, which is what it tasted like, and the cheese. I was truly stunned, and my tuna was completely omitted. So never order from this store again. Really, what kind of employees are they who call you stupid and then say you should never order from there again. You know how to drive away customers. If I could give it -5 stars, I would. I'm speechless at how people can treat their customers like that and so they act without words.

My wife and I ordered the pizza menu for two people there for the second time. According to Lieferando, this includes two pizzas of your choice, two small salads, and two drinks. The first time, everything was truly to our satisfaction. The second time... a complete disaster. The two salads were missing. The topping on my wife's pizza... consisted of only a little salami... a hint of ham. The tuna was nowhere to be found... as was the chicken... the tomato sauce tasted slightly sour. When we called to ask about our missing salads, all we got was a dry, "There's no salad included." But the cheeky one came at the end... he told us not to order from him and then simply hung up. In my opinion, people like that don't belong in the restaurant business. You don't charge much... just what you actually paid for, plus a few nice things. Words...so that you'll come back as a guest, but what goes on in this "store"...has absolutely nothing to do with customer service...apparently, the store only serves as a common money laundering scheme... We will definitely heed the owner's advice and NEVER order anything from there again... If I could give this place zero stars...I would.

I recently visited Alibaba Kebab Haus in Aschersleben, but unfortunately, the experience was quite frustrating. I waited for 10 minutes to be served and felt completely ignored during that time. It was incredibly disappointing to see five staff members seemingly just faffing around and working on a single dish while customers were left waiting. The lack of efficiency and attentiveness made me nearly walk out, and I certainly wouldn’t choose to visit this place again unless there are noticeable improvements in service.

Unfortunately I won't order there again. The man on the phone couldn't understand me. He asked for my address and name several times, ok! But he mistook the meat pizza for spinach. We called twice because the birthday guests were waiting hungry! Almost 2 hours of waiting, promised was 30 minutes. The pizza was already cold! We didn't have to pay the 1.50 for delivery. In summary. Too bad!

Bottomless impudence in this store. Incompetent and rude staff and the kebab tastes really bad. The store also smells like smoke and is dirty.

Ordered gyros gratinated, it was kebab meat with cheese gratinated in the microwave without sauce. The taste was simply disgusting. I've never eaten something so bad

Today I bought a portion of fries (to take away, they cost 5 euros). I was shocked by the amount - so I went back to the shop to talk about it - it was just a disgrace how little you received - it was easy to talk to them only reacted with headwind. No accommodation from this gentleman. Would never enter this shop again. I took a photo where no one had eaten yet. It was certainly not worth 5 euros.
