Olympia Grill in Bad Wünnenberg

We are a family of 2 adults and 2 small children aged 9 and 3. After a very nice summer day in the park, disappointment came! That was sometime in late August or early September! I forgot to leave the review but that's what I wanted to say! Unfortunately, I have to feel compelled and write out the truth! This was by far the worst gyro plate I have personally had. The . Nothing on the plate at least tasted “okay”. The taste of the meat was really strangely seasoned and far dry. The tzatziki was definitely bad! This tasted really sour and looked anything but tasty. The fries were hard, dark, yellow gold fried. In addition, the fries had many black spots...inedible! You can't serve something like that to your guests! I really tried to tell myself that it tasted good, but no, it didn't work! Almost the entire plate was left standing! My wife had a gyro salad that didn't taste good either. Again, fart-dry meat with a very strange aftertaste. Just like the first plate! Unfortunately plate number 2 was also left behind! Order number 3 was a Viennese style schnitzel with fries mayo. As with the gyro plate, the fries are simply inedible! As already described above! Dish 4 French fries mayo with nuggets. You really can't do much wrong there, but unfortunately it's the same thing. The nuggets are way too dark and have black corners! We waited until other customers at the counter who had ordered Togo were served and left the restaurant. We then took our plates and went to the counter to complain about this. But the two men had no understanding! We listened to everything but the answer was no, everything was fine, that's how it is, that's how it has to be, those are our spices..... The end of the song, I had to pay for everything! They only “accommodatingly” didn’t charge for the 4 drinks! A joke! Of course everyone has a bad day or a bad mood or something like that, but you can't sell something like that to a nice family like that and it has to be like that and so on! I have to work for my money too! Nowadays, as a family, you pay so much everywhere, no matter whether it's going out to eat or doing things or or or but receiving something like that as a benefit is absolutely no fun and also hurts to have spent money on nothing. It's absolutely disrespectful! Not appropriate! So unfortunately nothing positive to report! Unfortunately I don't have any pictures. I hadn't even thought about evaluating it there. We were just very disappointed! When we got out we walked back towards the parking lot. Then the person who had gotten Togo food there actually came running next to me. Then it didn't leave me alone. I spoke to the woman and simply asked her what she ordered and whether she liked it. She described it similarly. We were reassured and were a little happier again We knew it wasn't our fault!

Good food at a great price and good service.

Decent pizza, nothing special but the value for money and the taste go together. Very friendly staff

You can eat inside as well as outside. The pizzas were really good can only be recommended.

Unfortunately now chicken kebab... I preferred gyros... Otherwise everything is fine...

I paid for gyros and got a rotisserie, the sauce was like rat blood

No, the food wasn't really good - the Metaxa sauce was completely missing from the gratinated rotisserie. After a complaint, sauce was added but without Metaxa Drinks were served in plastic cups

Nice restaurant, had chicken kebab bowl, and grill plate, meat, fries 🍟, salad freshly and deliciously prepared, recommended 👍 gladly again. Ps. Also delivery service

So far I've eaten a gyro plate and a calzone with kebab meat and both were very good.

We were kindly provided with a few more vegetarian options, delicious, would happily do so again.

Super tasty gyro pizza and tzatziki. Went there for dinner with 6 people. Everything was done quickly and super tasty.

I come to Bad Wünnenberg often, but the Olympia Grill is a must for me. Tasty, cheap and if you don't feel like driving yourself, a delivery service is also offered. Always my pleasure !!!

The food was ordered via delivery and this time the dishes arrived hot and ok. Last time the fries and gyros were only lukewarm and there was gristle in the meat. The small dining room resembles a snack bar. Friendly telephone answering by the employee.

Order for collection: Larger selection, fantastically prepared and high quality and tasty. Other local restaurants can follow this example.

When we order food, we prefer to order here. It's always delicious, the portions are reasonably large and the service is great! No matter what you order, it is always of very good quality: whether manta plate, pizza, gyros or something else. Always my pleasure!

Gyros are really weird and don't taste good

Disappointment, gyros not freshly cut but from the warming box and dripping with fat. The staff changes again and again, so that communication problems arise and you don't get what you ordered. A pity!!! There were times when I would have given 10 stars. It was the last time we ordered. sorry, poor to insufficient.

Bin seit Jahren Stammkunde und liebe das Essen, welches immer gut schmeckt. Rafee ist immer gut gelaunt und bedient seine Kunden standardmäßig mit einem Lächeln im Gesicht Alles in allem ein sehr guter Laden

Döhner Laden, hat mit grichischer Küche nichts gemeinsam. Preis Leistung okay. Essen könnte geschmacklich besser sein.

Service war okay, lokal schön aber essen war nicht der Brüller. Gyros zäh und pommes wurden gefühlt abgezählt

Portionen gross, Essen auf gutem Imbiss Niveau. Bedienung sehr freundlich. Irritiert jedoch, dass rechnerisch die Cola für 2, stramme 10.- kostet. Dönerteller, Gyros Metaxa mit Brötchen plus Cola sind hier 30.- glatt. Das ist hart.

Riesen Portionen. Alles sehr lecker. Allein das Gyrosfleisch war einen ticken zu trocknen. Das ist aber jetzt klagen auf hohem Niveau. Gerne wieder.

War wirklich Lecker und drr Platz OK

Wir sind am Ostersonntag hier eingekehrt und wurden mit der leckeren Pizza "spinaci" bestens belohnt. Toller Service, nettes Team - hier fühlten wir uns richtig wohl. Fazit: empfehlenswert.

Sehr lekker dort. Nur manchmal sind die etwas verpeilt und man bekommt was anderes als bestellt 🤣

Wir waren nun öfter dort und haben schon verschiedene Gerichte gegessen wie z.B. Gyros, Pizza, Pommes, Baguettes und auch den Hamburger. Bei allen Gerichten war die Qualität und auch der Geschmack wirklich sehr gut. Die Zutaten sind frisch. Die Portionen sind reichlich und der Preis passt auch. Das Personal ist sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Das Lokal wie auch die Toiletten sind sauber und ordentlich. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall immer wieder gerne!!!!

Mittelmäßig, habe schon erheblich besser griechisch gegessen. Bedienung freundlich das hat viel kompensiert.

Gyros mit Krautsalat und Zaziki bestellt. Krautsalat lecker, Gyros war trocken und ohne Zaziki nicht runter zu bekommen… habe es nicht aufgegessen…Machte keinen Frischen Eindruck…. Schade

Ich habe schon öfter hier bestellt und verschiedene Gerichte ausprobiert. Ich muss wirklich sagen, dass das Essen meiner Meinung nach top ist! Auch ist immer das geliefert/ fertig gemacht worden was ich bestellt habe. Egal wann ich angerufen habe und egal wie stressig dort war, der Inhaber war stets ruhig und sehr freundlich am Telefon. Extrawünsche werden entgegen genommen. Ich meinen Augen definitiv zu empfehlen!

Ich Bestelle Öfter da, ist an sich lecker aber es wurde schon oft Soßen oder Bestellungen vergessen das bitte ändern !!

Super liebe Männer hinter der Theke und die Pizzabrötchen sind premium :)

Man fühlt sich hier, was bei einem Imbiss/Grill nicht üblich ist, als Gast, nicht als Kunde. Sehr Freundlich, sehr sauber, auch im laufendem Betrieb. So was von lecker. Pommes auf dem Punkt und optimal gewürzt. Gleiches gilt für die Currywurst. Bedienung am Platz besser als bei manchem Restaurant. Weiter so.

Die Gyros Pita war mit Abstand das widerlichste, was ich je bestellt habe. Das Brot komplett mit Fett eingeweicht, das Fleisch hatte kaum Geschmack und triefte auch nur vor Fett. Pizza war okay aber auch sehr fettig. Pizzabrötchen und Pommes waren in Ordnung aber nichts besonderes. Lediglich die Lieferzeit und die Preise waren gut. Ich würde nicht noch einmal dort bestellen.

Eigentlich immer zu Frieden. Bis auf gestern da war ich sehr enttäuscht aber nicht vom Essen das war sehr lecker, aber enttäuscht vom der Lieferzeit bei der Bestellung hießen 1 Stunde ok es war Sonntag kann schon mal sein. Wir haben aber geschlagene 2 Stunden gewartet und ich musste nich 2mal hinterher fragen. Das war wirklich nicht schön. Ansonsten sind wir immer zu Frieden.
