We came to eat lamb doner. We had Salad thanks to the young bearded Employee. We received a terrible service today, 10 Mai.

We arrived on 10.05.2025. With my wife's great praise, we came to eat Lamm doner kebab. But they put so much salad in it that it was impossible to find meat, let alone taste the meat in it. Maybe the meat doner is good, but the overweight bearded staff put the boolll salad (leftover tomato and cucumber) beforehand, so he probably couldn't put the doner kebab because there was no place left to put it. Maybe it was good, but we couldn't find any meat in it. We came for the doner kebab, ate salad wraps, and left disappointed. I also told the staff that he would not apply his knowledge to those after us. Maybe he won't turn a deaf ear to his friends.

The best order here is a veal and lamb kebab with mayo sauce and onions. So that the meat taste comes into its own! Veal is the safer option. If you like the taste of lamb, you can also choose lamb. But if you complain about the taste of meat here, please try a Lukas Podolski kebab with curry sauce. And the bread was heavenly. This is exactly how a good kebab bread should be. Food: The bread of the kebab was the only tasty thing, this meat was unseasoned, much too tough, had a consistency like tires 🛞 and smelled and tasted like camel 🐪 the sauces weren't the real thing either and the salad tasted fresh that was good Service: Ayse at the checkout was lousy, unfriendly, no please, no thanks, no hello, nothing learned from home. Cleanliness at the counter is not a priority either. My change was so greasy and oily that it made my pants dirty and the bill felt so disgusting. Ambiance: A little bigger than a chip shop, there are exactly 4 small tables inside that are rarely or never cleaned

I can confirm that the woman at the checkout is arrogant and the service is not good because if you're not a regular customer and you're disadvantaged, unfortunately that's how it is! The surroundings aren't nice either and if you go there late then there are a lot of people coming where you would rather avoid, well, now to eat The quality of the meat is not particularly high, it tastes greasy and it isn't fried crispy either, they always cut the skewer when the meat has just turned brown, they do that because they want to sell quickly, apparently they can't handle the stress because they become unfriendly even when you say please make it crispy then we always say we'll do it, yeah sure! And regular customers treat them better, e.g. let them go first or they'll get the last piece of the veal skewer! Anyone can test it, they just have to show up late!

I have been able to enjoy the family's food for more than 20 years. Friends and family come back to Neuss, you go to Akif or show the products to people who are new to Neuss. I come from the restaurant industry and so many people are moved and happy when they eat here. Here the skewers are put together, the bread is baked, and the dips and salads are freshly made. It's clean, the owner controls what he can control. I can only say thank you. A place that makes Neuss better. No matter where I eat kebab, Oguz is always the measure of quality.

Everything is made from scratch here: from skewers to bread, from salad to sauces. And that's exactly what you taste! You can tell that the work here is done with love and passion. We have probably tested more than 30 kebab shops. This one was the best of them all so far. Hygiene was great, the food was super tasty, vegetables were fresh, the owner's smile at the checkout was also super friendly. Great value for money. You have to wait in line for 5-10 minutes, but it's definitely worth it. There is also plenty of seating in the store. Staff is super friendly and quick. You definitely know how this works.
