You feel well-advised and are always pleasantly surprised. The drinks are very well-chosen and absolutely delicious 😋... the tea is at the perfect temperature, and the wines are wonderfully chilled...

Compared to other establishments of this cuisine, I do not recommend it at all. The soup is as if they washed a saucepan and poured it into a plate + they put big pieces of carrots, the noodles are terrible, as if they took them out of a mivin and put them in 🤦‍♂️ The only thing is that the meat is delicious! Seasupe should come with a side dish (rice) since it is just broth with tomatoes and seafood. They did not even offer rice for this soup, I had to order it and wait for it to be brought. The auditor - does not recommend 🤣🤌

Since we happened upon this part of Dresden and hunger threatened to bring us to our knees, we stopped here spontaneously. Wow! The ambiance drew us into a Japanese atmosphere without us even thinking about resisting. The waiter was polite, courteous, friendly, and a true gem of his trade. At times, I must admit, he was a little difficult to understand. But his strong accent contributed to the ambiance. The homemade lemonades were without exception delicious, and the food was fresh and delicious. The price for everything was reasonable, but not necessarily designed to be a steal. All in all, we felt completely at home and can recommend this restaurant without hesitation!

I gave it 4 stars because unfortunately we had problems with payment: they only accept one type of credit card or cash (neither mastercard nor visa worked). So I advise you to organize yourself because there is no information about this and we had to download pay pal on purpose.

We were impressed by the ambiance. The waiters were very friendly, except for one. It might not have been his day. We were served by three different waiters. The food was excellent. Beautifully presented, tasty, and fresh. And so plentiful that we had enough left over to take home. The waiters were a bit forgetful. They forgot to include the ice fog effect in the decor 😅 I didn't mind, because it was already beautifully decorated. One possible cause for annoyance was that I ordered sake, but it was forgotten. It was on the bill, though. Ultimately, though, I was so full that it didn't bother me. They offer homemade soft drinks based on well-known cocktails. They were also wonderful. All in all, I highly recommend this restaurant. The staff are quick to correct any small mistakes when you point them out. Just be human, be polite, and relax and enjoy. You'll be rewarded with a great sushi experience.

I went to Ogimi for the first time with a work colleague. It was a wonderful evening with a great atmosphere, excellent food, and excellent service. The only thing that could possibly be improved is the presentation of the menu. If you're not a connoisseur of Vietnamese cuisine, it's quite difficult to know what to order. A few pictures of the dishes would certainly help. Otherwise, great 👍🏼… we'd love to go again.

Best Japanese or best sushi by far.

OGIMI is a great restaurant. The food was outstanding, and we won't stop there just once. The only suggestion for improvement would be to explain the grilled meat as it is. They promised ring and shrimp, but we got duck and octopus, which were delicious.

Two of us ate here on a Friday evening. The food was absolutely delicious; we had two main courses and five sushi starters. The food arrived super quickly and tasted fantastic. It's very easy to reserve a table online.

First of all, "price-conscious" fast eaters who just want to fill their stomachs are out of place here and will certainly not be happy. You should go to this restaurant if you want to eat well, not just fill up. This is dictated by both the price and the ambiance. Our sushi platter for two was truly a celebration and left nothing to be desired. The staff were also genuinely friendly and gave the impression of enjoying their work. We can therefore recommend this restaurant to anyone who is willing to pay reasonable prices for good food. You definitely get value for your money here.

Everything was great and be sure to reserve ;-) One star less because credit card payments are not possible and dogs are not allowed indoors.

A real recommendation, to be honest we went to Ogimi based on a recommendation. It was fantastic - the food was authentic - the ingredients were excellent - the taste was simply convincing! A special highlight was that the service noticed my daughter's birthday and we were pleasantly surprised with a little token. For me it is always one of the top addresses in Dresden.

Everything is great, but you can only pay in cash or with an EC card. That's a shame because we rarely have cash with us and don't have a debit card. We can therefore never take our foreign business partners here with us. This should urgently be changed! The waiters are all great and very hospitable!

If you're looking for really good sushi, you should definitely stop by here. Not only is the food incredibly delicious and worth every cent, the menu is also neat and clear. We tried the sushi platter for two people, which is exceptionally good for the price. Individual dishes were also explained to us in an endearing way. It should also be noted here that the service is really fantastic. We would love to come back and I can recommend this restaurant with a clear conscience.

That same day, at 11:33 a.m. – just three minutes after opening – I had reserved a table for that evening at Ogimi by phone. They refused the 7:00 p.m. time, and instead offered me 7:30 p.m., which I accepted. My name was even spelled twice – one would think that would secure the reservation. Then, when I got there, I was surprised: No reservation. Instead of an apology, I was asked in an unfriendly tone to provide proof of the phone call – which I actually could. Nevertheless: no understanding, no solution, no apology. Instead, we were rudely asked to leave the restaurant, claiming that everything was full. The way they treated guests at that moment was not only unprofessional, but downright rude. I absolutely cannot understand how they treat customers like that. Fortunately, there are alternatives: The new Italian restaurant on Pohlandstrasse welcomed us with open, courteous service – a world of difference. After this experience, I unfortunately can't recommend Ogimi on Auguststraße to anyone. It's the sound that makes the music – and here it was completely off.

Insanely good sushi combined with exceptional service and a cute atmosphere - 10/10. The sushi platter for 2 was really very large and, in combination with the miso soup, unbeatable in terms of price-performance. We weren't particularly impressed with the pumpkin sushi, but that's definitely a matter of taste. We'll definitely be back!

Wir hatten eine Reservierung für 4 und mussten kurzfristig doch unseren 13jährigen Sohn mittnehmen. Leider ging kein Weg rein, einen zusätzlichen Stuhl zu stellen. Dies würde die anderen Gäste stören. Wir mussten unseren Sohn wieder nach Hause schicken :-( Ich war schon sehr oft dort essen, auch mit Freunden und Kunden, aber das war einfach nur enttäuschend, auch wenn der Laden ausgebucht war, hätte es unseres Erachtens eine gute Lösung gegeben, aber die Tür bliebt für uns verschlossen
