It was very tasty and the service was very good… but the tables were very close to each other and there was no distance from the entrance area which didn't offer any real peace!

Ich muss zuvor das hervorragende Essen loben. Allerdings war die Dame am Empfang in einer Art unflexibel, dass es mir den Abend verdorben hat. Wir hatten eine Reservierung für 4 und mussten kurzfristig doch unseren 13jährigen Sohn mittnehmen. Leider ging kein Weg rein, einen zusätzlichen Stuhl zu stellen. Dies würde die anderen Gäste stören. Wir mussten unseren Sohn wieder nach Hause schicken :-( Ich war schon sehr oft dort essen, auch mit Freunden und Kunden, aber das war einfach nur enttäuschend, auch wenn der Laden ausgebucht war, hätte es unseres Erachtens eine gute Lösung gegeben, aber die Tür bliebt für uns verschlossen

Very nice and stylish atmosphere, everything fits perfectly. The food was very tasty, artfully prepared, you eat with your eyes...all in all, highly recommended, absolutely nice staff. We will be there again.

It was a really great culinary experience. We were the first in the restaurant for lunch at 11:30 a.m. sharp. The service was very friendly and attentive. The food tasted excellent and was very well prepared. We had the Mix Tappas platter: 5 out of 5 stars... The mix sushi platter: 5 out of 5 stars… And the duck breast: 4.5 out of 5 stars. The ambience was authentic and stylish. I think it looks even more beautiful in the evening. We'll definitely be back.

One of the best places in the city where they make excellent dishes. Lachs maki were simply incredible, I passed by and didn’t know this place, I was hungry and since I’m on a diet and I can’t eat anything extra, sushi is the perfect option and I’m delighted with this place. They put a lot of salmon in the dish; I have never gotten so much anywhere else. This is just a gorgeous place, amazingly pleasant and friendly staff!!!

Loved the atmosphere and the way the Sushi is presented. Good service, amazing drink (I had an Aurora) and all in all a pleasant evening. The Sushi was good as well, taste wise not my favorite though. All in all a great place to enjoy an evening with Friends and Sushi.

A very nice restaurant in a good neighborhood. We each ordered a small selection of different sushi, which came to the table fresh and quickly. Everything tasted delicious and we were served in a friendly manner. Overall, a successful evening and we would love to come back!

I used to go there very often, but again last night after a long time and was completely disappointed. Food is different than before, much less, not full and also less tasty, service poor, staff has more to do with themselves. Hopefully just a blip...

What an experience! I can't remember the last time I was so fascinated while eating. I left this restaurant really happy and was still in bed smiling about how great the evening was. The ambience, just so much attention to detail! No matter where you look there is a true treasure of creativity and love. Thank you for this wonderful location. The service, really all the employees, were super accommodating and extremely friendly. I was really absolutely thrilled. Thank you for serving us so wonderfully. And then the food. This record for 2 is really not just an eye-catcher but a culinary delight for the gentleman. There is so much attention to detail and everything tasted super fresh and delicious. My grilled vegetables and meat were also on point and this combination was simply perfect. Oh and the sesame rice was also very tasty and on point. Can I still rave about the homemade drinks? I love your drinks. Aurora made my evening so much better. I was so overjoyed. The lichy drink was also simply delicious. For that alone I would come back at any time. I have really become a big fan of your house. Thanks so much.

The world's best Asian restaurant in Dresden. Enterieur... great, service fantastic, food... it couldn't be better!

Sushi was delicious and the service was friendly. I quickly put together tables so that we had space as a group. Only, and this is important to know, credit cards are not accepted and payment by cell phone is not possible here either.

Would you like to eat sushi or get to know Japanese cuisine? A visit to OGIMI in Dresden is a must. The food was absolutely delicious, the ambience was beautifully decorated in a classic and modern way, and the staff was absolutely friendly and accommodating. There's nothing wrong with it. The quality of the food was very good and the taste was very intense but also elegant. We will come back and thank you for the lovely evening.

We spontaneously wanted to go out for sushi on a Sunday evening (cool, rainy). We've been there several times, including with our dog. Were greeted waiting and unfriendly at the entrance. Apparently there was no space left in the restaurant. Therefore we were placed outside after a downpour. We had to ask several times for the table and chair to be dry cleaned. The couple who came after us and hadn't made a reservation either were seated inside the restaurant. When we asked about this, they admitted that we weren't allowed in with a dog. Which wasn't a problem on the last few visits. Very rude, disrespectful, discriminatory. If we had been told this at the beginning at the entrance, we would have left immediately. It was no longer possible to have another conversation with the service staff because they suddenly couldn't understand us anymore. Not a nice evening for over €80. There are many other sushi shops, also in the surrounding area, where people and dogs are welcome.

The outdoor seating area may be a bit dark due to the sun protection, but this will probably be beneficial in strong sunlight. The furnishings are very attractive. The food was surprising and tasted delicious. Maybe the pho soup was missing some green (also some chilli and lemon) but as we all know, this is all a matter of taste. Otherwise I enjoyed it very much and would love to come back.

It's not quite downtown, but more than worthwhile to take a bit time go there and enjoy excellent Sushi or other Japanese dish.

The video speaks for itself, it was simply great! a very wide selection of different sushi, beforehand there was a small miso soup (included in the price). The service was very quick, friendly and made a real effort. The ambience is also very authentic. We will definitely come back, it is definitely worth a visit! :)

If you are looking for a special Asian in Dresden, you will find it here. For me personally, Ogimi definitely stands out because of its chef. Price-performance is very good.

We had a wonderful evening at OGIMI yesterday. The selection of drinks and food is excellent and the slightly higher price level matches the quality of what is on offer! We had the kimchi salad (hot + delicious), the lucky roll shrimp (4 very large pieces), the flambeed salmon (salamon tataki - absolutely great!), tori karaage (the chicken was tender and the homemade sauce fantastic!) and the Crunchy roll with tuna tartar (absolutely amazing😋). With drinks the two of us paid 80 euros and it was definitely worth it! The service was attentive, unobtrusively asked about our satisfaction several times and the atmosphere was very appropriate! The restaurant is 100% recommended and we will now visit it more often!

I have nothing to complain about, you feel like you're on vacation in another country. The decor is really beautiful, the staff are friendly and service-oriented. I can only recommend this restaurant to everyone, the price-performance ratio is great and there is something for everyone. Regardless of whether you are a meat lover or a fish lover, the menu is also varied for vegans.

So what can you say? The ambience was very nice, especially inside. But you can also sit comfortably outside and enjoy the great food. To eat yourself. It was beautifully prepared and tasted excellent. For good money you really get something nice. The only problem was payment by PayPal or cash. There was no other option. And PayPal also as family/friends so you don't have to pay any fees. A bit cheeky in my opinion.

The food was really very tasty. The curry was definitely too runny - almost like soup. Still, it tasted good. Sushi and miso soup were great. The staff could speak German better. Nevertheless, the staff is generally friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, only cash and PayPal payments are possible - that's a bit unprofessional.

We had FLAVORS BABARIE DUCK and HOKKAIDO CURRY. Quite tasty and looks great. Super Service. However, the duck wasn't completely cooked. Maybe it has to be that way, but it wasn't really my thing. The skin wasn't through either and was like rubber, hard to enjoy. The rest of it was delicious, although the portion wasn't really that big. The Hokkaido soup was enormous and delicious. Just for your information: the warm sake wine is also something for connoisseurs. I really wanted to try it, but it wasn't for me either. Overall good store. Always full and there is a good atmosphere. The prices are moderate.

We had the ramen and gyoza. The staff is very friendly, but a bit untrained. There was also a language barrier. Nevertheless, friendly and courteous staff, we were satisfied. The food was good, the gyoza was very tasty and the ramen was good. The price is on the slightly more expensive side. We're talking about €55 for 2 people. The ambience is very nice and suits the restaurant. Hence a straight 5 star rating. All in all a good restaurant that invites you to come back.

We had an great evening at Ogimi. Food (sushi plate) was amazing. I am not sure, where I ate such good sushi in Dresden, yet (beside another place in Striesen). 😉 Kids were happy as well. We'll be back for sure.
