• I had a plate of fried calamari, crispy French fries, and fresh cabbage salad with pickles. The calamari rings were perfectly golden, not overcooked, and had a light, crunchy batter. A great texture and taste not chewy at all. My husband ordered the gyros plate, which came with tender, well-seasoned meat, topped with onions, plus fries, salad, and a creamy portion of tzatziki on the side. The flavors were classic and authentic, very satisfying.

The team is incredibly welcoming, always in a good mood, and takes the time to spend with their guests – it's a pleasure every time. The food is solid and tastes good, especially if you're in the mood for a quick Greek meal. It's definitely good value for money, and the portions are generous. If you're not looking for Michelin-starred cuisine, but are looking for honest, good food and genuine hospitality like in Greece, this is the place for you. I'd love to come back!

The owner coughed into his hand, then smoked two cigarettes and then cut the gyros meat directly from the skewer and ate it without washing his hands even once after the cigarettes and after he kept coughing into his hands

I drove past the restaurant more often because it's on my way to the swimming pool. And then at the weekend I stopped there. lunchtime. Hunger! There are benches in front of the restaurant. In the shop itself, like in every kebab shop, the furnishings are very simple. A TV showing Greek news and two slot machines right in front of the toilet. So far no surprise. A counter in the front and the kitchen behind it. A rotisserie with no flames visible. I ordered a gyros plate with fries and salad. The boss was very friendly and brought the plate to my table after about 10 minutes. Compared to other snacks, the portion seemed very manageable to me, as the plate was more of a cake plate than a dinner plate. The fries were very tasty, crispy, but very little. The salad was also very fresh. Now to the meat: Although it was nicely seasoned, it was extremely dry and tough. And only lukewarm. Of course it could be that there is more going on there in the evening hours and I was unlucky. However, the whole thing cost 10.60 and I wasn't really full. I can compare very well what you can get elsewhere and in what quality. At my local restaurant it's actually double the portion and the meat is juicy and hot. Unfortunately, I can't recommend this at the moment. Too bad. I'll drive past it again.

What Kosta has on hand on his Senner Str. on a Sunday; is first class gyros. There is also a real Greek in the Odysseus Grill. **** All other dishes are also available from the grill. All things fresh from the grill also mean letting them grill and waiting 18 minutes.

I ordered two Gyros to go. The quantity was satisfactory. The price is not the cheapest but the quality makes up for the amount paid. The place is clean. The tables and chairs are clean. I don't know if there is a restroom, but I didn't stay to use it. The service is very good, the people are friendly. There are slot machines in the dining room.

Unfortunately my visit to this store was a disappointment. The price-performance ratio left a lot to be desired. For the “Gyros Salad”, which at 9.50 euros wasn’t exactly cheap, there was neither a dressing nor juicy meat – the gyros were dry and obviously cooked for too long. My husband's bratwurst was also disappointing: barely fried, it seemed “cheesy” and unappetizing. In addition, despite expressly requesting that it be prepared without tzatziki, exactly this was added to the gyro ash. The same problem arose here as with the salad: the meat was simply dry. The atmosphere in the store was also not very inviting. There were only a few guests at the slot machines other than us, and yet we had to wait a whopping 20 minutes for our food. Overall, the visit wasn't worth it and I probably won't be back. But as the saying goes: you don't know until you try it. Another annoyance was the owner's reaction to my criticism, which shows that feedback obviously cannot be dealt with here.

We had a delicious meal. Gyros, lamb chops, rice, salad and tzatziki. Everything is home made. The owner is super friendly and that made it special. It is a simple restaurant where you can also take away, but definitely worth it.

Das erste Mal dort gewesen und waren durchweg positiv überrascht. Karte übersichtlich und das Essen Top, uns und den Kids hat es wunderbar geschmeckt. Innenausstattung etwas Lieblos aber ansonsten merkt man das hier gern gekocht wird. Super freundlicher Besitzer, das einzige minimale Problem, es gibt keine Flyer, das tut aber keinen Abbruch, man kann auch die Tafel im Laden abfotografieren. Kommen sehr gern wieder!

Hallo. Bin vor 3 Jahren nach Forst in Brandenburg gezogen. Habe das leckere Gyros vermisst, soetwas bekommt man nicht in Forst. Bin zu Besuch bei meinem Enkelkind in Friedrichsdorf und würde gleich für meine Familie Gyros holen, weil es einfach lecker ist. Freue mich schon drauf !!!!!

Fahre dort schon seit Jahrzehnten zu diesen Lokal hin und kenne die Eigentümer schon sehr gut alles super u. Schmecken tut es auch Gehe auch mal wo anders Gyros essen, komme aber immer wieder auf meinen Lieblings Griechen zurück weil es dort halt am besten schmeckt ! Gruß Andreas

It is a small takeaway style place that offers a few tables for dining in. Nothing special in terms of ambience but a very decent place in terms of service. Would come here again for a snack. Food was good as well.
