Seht guter Service, Essen sehr gut Bedienung freundlich

Ein Restaurant, in dem Ambiente, Service und Geschmack gleichermaßen exzellent sind.

Das Essen, das ich hatte, war Steak, es war wie Kaugummi, geschmacklos wie gekochtes Fleisch, es war wertlos.

War alles toll. Gerne immer wieder.

Sehr freundliches Personal und hervorragende Fleischgerichte! Hier kann man sich sein Steak selbst zubereiten – ein Traum!

Einfach gut .Steak auf einem heißen Stein am Tisch selbst zubereiten gibt es in anderen Städten auch aber für Crailsheim eine Bereicherung .

Nachdem wir vergangenes Jahr im Odyssee das Steak auf dem heißen Stein gegessen haben und davon begeistert waren, hatten wir uns gestern dort nochmal mit Freunden verabredet. Bestellt wurden die Hähnchenschnitzel mit Pommes die auf der Karte mit „lecker serviert auf Rucola, mit einer hausgemachten Soße, Parmesan und frischem Grillgemüse“ angepriesen wurden. Bekommen haben wir Pommes und ein kleines Schnitzel mit einer Scheibe Zitrone drauf. Grillgemüse wurde dann noch extra von unserem Tisch geordert. Bei dem Anblick des erwärmten TK Gemüses das uns dann gebracht wurde verging einem immer mehr der Appetit. Im extra bestellte Cacik wurde gänzlich der Knoblauch vergessen, dafür wurde in einem Getränk, das aus Zitrone, Limette, Sprite und Soda bestehen sollte noch Minzsirup hinzugefügt. Wozu eine Speisekarte, wenn man sich eh an nichts hält was man dem Gast darauf verspricht?

Ich war schon mehrfach dort und bisher immer total zufrieden gewesen. Das Verhalten am gestrigen Abend fande ich aber wirklich schrecklich. Wir waren dort insgesamt knappe 3 Stunden und hatten ewige Wartezeit. Allein für den Vorspeisensalat, der quasi ungewürzt war, haben wir 1,5 Stunden warten müssen. Jeder Tisch um uns herum hat früher sein Essen bekommen. Zudem wurde uns gesagt, dass es heute aufgrund des Valentienstagsmenüs nur diese Gerichte und Getränke gibt. Am Nachbartisch wurden dann allerdings, die von uns angeforderten Speisen doch serviert. Auch nach nochmaliger Nachfrage wurde zu uns gesagt es gäbe heute nur diese Gerichte. Ich finde es absolut unfair und unprofessionell, den Wünschen der Kunden nur bei bestimmten Personen nach zu gehen. Wenn man sich entscheidet solche Menüs zu machen, was absolut legitim ist, muss man es bei allen gleich machen!

Ich war gestern am Valentinstag da und es war wirklich randvoll. Dadurch gab es zwar eine etwas längere Wartezeit, aber das ist an so einem besonderen Tag absolut verständlich und nachvollziehbar. Trotz des großen Andrangs war der Service top – alle waren sehr freundlich, professionell und gut organisiert. Man hat sich trotzdem gut aufgehoben gefühlt. Und das Wichtigste: Das Essen war wirklich sehr lecker! Geschmacklich hat alles perfekt gepasst, alles war frisch und super zubereitet. Insgesamt war einfach alles top – vom Essen bis zum Service und der Atmosphäre. Ein rundum gelungener Besuch – sehr empfehlenswert!

Man kann leider keine 0 Sterne geben, Es kam erst nach einer halben Stunde eine Bedingung um die Getränke aufzunehmen, danach mussten wir weitere 1,5 Stunden warten um unsere Speisen zu bekommen. Bis wir unser dessert bekamen haben wir eine weitere Stunde gewartet. In dieser Zeit kam nie eine Bedinung um weitere Getränke aufzunehmen. Es wurde ebenfalls nach Cocktails und anderem dessert gefragt uns wurde mitgeteilt dass es an diesem Abend nichts der gleichen gegeben, an Nachbar Tischen mussten wir mit anschauen dass es dies doch gibt. Das Personal in diesem Laden ist einfach nur überfordert mit allem und wir mussten feststellen dass es eindeutig eine zwei Klassen Gesellschaft gibt.

Sehr aufmerksamer Service. Tolle Gastfreundschaft. Am zidch nebrn war eine türkische verlobungsfeier. Schöne stimmung. Meze waren klasse. Burger super. Die hausgemachte Limo ebenso. Kommen sehr gern wieder.

Es ist schön dort, das Essen ist lecker und man wird von freundlichen Leuten bedient. Gerne wieder.

Verdiente volle 5 Sterne mit einem großen Plus dahinter. Super netter und zuvorkommender Service, das hausgemachte Brot mit verschiedenen Dips ein Gaumenschmaus. Steaks, Beilagen und die Präsentation top!

Wir sind aufgrund der Instagramposts und der guten Bewertungen hingegangen. Der Besitzer achtet sehr auf regionale Produkte und das ist ein absoluter Pluspunkt. Ich habe den Burger mit einem pinken Bun bestellt was ein absoluter Hingucker war. Mein Freund hatte das Rumpsteak. Das Fleisch war unglaublich gut. Wir hatten nichts zu beanstanden und freuen uns schon auf den nächsten Besuch da wir schon lange nicht mehr so gut bedient worden sind.

An absolute recommendation. Sirloin steak cooked on a hot stone, so everyone can choose their own level of doneness. The chef and waitress were very friendly. We went with their recommendation 100%. If you want steak, then it's an odyssey.

Delicious steak, but grilled vegetables were probably mostly cooked😬 Payment for our group of 10 people took 1 hour, and ordering a beer was not possible, sad experience. And there was no control over the orders at all, 7 people got food, and then they didn't understand that some were missing what they had ordered.....

An incredible restaurant! Exceptional quality meat, cooked to perfection. Special praise goes to the always smiling and friendly waiter, who makes you want to try the entire menu. And for dessert: probably the best baklava in the world! I recommend it 100%!

Definitely worth a visit. The sirloin steak served on a hot stone was delicious. It came with sweet potato fries and various sauces. Very tasty and the chef was friendly and served us personally. We felt very comfortable. We'd be happy to come back.

We celebrated my confirmation at this restaurant. The interior of the restaurant looks very modern, and we were able to decide on almost everything ourselves, from the food and whether we wanted to bring our own decorations or have them do it for us, to the table and seating arrangements. We came by the evening before and were allowed to rearrange the tables the way we wanted. We also got to decide whether we wanted a buffet or preferred to have it served directly at the table. It was a success, and the guests gave us nothing but positive feedback. A very good restaurant with delicious food, and I would definitely go there again with friends and family.

The newly opened café in downtown Crailsheim is unique, combining culinary delights with a nutritious, German breakfast. The breakfast is phenomenal. The owners are welcoming and genuinely interested in providing a little experience. Keep up the good work, especially with the late breakfast options. PS: The tea is a must-try in my opinion!

Nice presentation of steaks! The idea that you can cook the steaks yourself as far as you want is cool. The sauces for the steak have potential for improvement! Fries are great, unfortunately there is no delicious sauce with it… Extra charge for grilled vegetables… better use fries :) Burgers and pizza are close to their price, at the level of a theme park snack bar :( We were happy to have a great time and wish the restaurant thought the idea through! Ps: Chicken schnitzel is very tasty!

Extremely unfriendly, you park there, don't get out straight away and someone is standing there asking you if you're already planning on eating there. We had planned but after this event we were happy to go back.

Had our Christmas party here today, the service was great, the employees are all very nice and accommodating. The food was incredibly good, which I really liked, you could decide the cooking level yourself as the meat came on a hot stone and what surprised me a lot, there wasn't a long wait, I can only recommend it. We come from Heidenheim an der Brenz and went to the Odyssey in Crailsheim for dinner. The steak and burger were to die for 😍. The ability to determine the cooking level yourself on a hot stone is particularly awesome! Great location right on the Jagst. Absolutely recommended, I'll definitely be back! I ordered a beef fillet with fries and was thrilled. The beef fillet not only tasted great, but also looked fantastic - see the video attached. The fries were cut a little thicker, but still nice and crunchy and seasoned optimally for my taste (I like it a little spicier or saltier) The owner (and of course the staff) was super nice and waited for us when I called shortly before closing time before the kitchen was closed. The visit was really worth it and I'm already looking forward to the next time!

Great food... Roasting your own event is awesome... Grilled vegetables aren't quite crispy, unfortunately

We went there because I wanted to sit outside with a view of the water. That worked, but the atmosphere of the terrace has more of the charm of the Märkischesviertel in Berlin with lots of gray concrete. Food came quickly and was okay. I don't really understand the direction of the restaurant, is it a steakhouse or a pizzeria? Conclusion: You can go if it's full somewhere else. But not first choice.

Were there for the European Championship game. One of the few restaurants in Crailsheim where you can go to public viewing. As always, the food was very tasty. Very nice service! I really enjoy going there, especially in summer. You can eat directly at the Jagst.

Steak itself was okay, certainly fancy with the stone but not something you need all the time. Dips and especially the vegetables seemed almost sad. Fries etc absolute standard (don't understand the hype in other reviews). Ambience rather dreary. Service friendly but overwhelmed. The 20% discount (Wednesdays) on steaks was forgotten and we only noticed it afterwards.

The Odyssee restaurant is recommended in every respect. Starting with the very nice and warm Sami family, the staff is also very nice, service is fast and always friendly. The food is great, the steaks are highly recommended, but the rest of the menu is also convincing. It offers enough space and you don't sit too close together, and in summer the Odyssey also has a huge terrace. Overall great, hence 5 stars

It's a nice restaurant in a great location My girlfriend and I went out to eat again after a long time and were really happy because we had been very satisfied in the past. Unfortunately, things weren't right now My girlfriend wanted to order a veggi burger like last time, it was a shame that it was sold out. It's a shame but that's how it is sometimes. So she ordered a chicken burger in a multigrain bun, unfortunately this time it was multigrain toast and not a real burger bun like it was the last time, the patty was a frozen patty just like the Chrispy Chicken from BK, only less seasoned The fries were also very lightly seasoned, hope it will be better next time or the price will be cheaper for two burgers and a drink per person, €45 is a lot of money

Es war ein sehr schöner Abend. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und immer auf Zack. Der Chef macht den Abend einzigartig. Ich komme auf jeden Fall gern wieder.

Sehr hochwertiges Steakrestaurant mit tollem Ambiente und super nettes Personal. Sind total zuvor kommend. Essen ist extrem lecker mit Fleisch aus der Region. Die heißen Steine bei den Steaks sind auch ein Hingucker. Im großen und ganzen sehr Edel und auf jeden Fall empfehlenswert.

Meine Kritik für das Odyssee in Crailsheim: Das Odyssee in Crailsheim ist einfach wunderbar! Der Service ist hervorragend, das Personal ist sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Das Restaurant selbst hat eine gemütliche Atmosphäre und eine schöne Einrichtung. Das Essen ist absolut köstlich und wird mit hochwertigen Zutaten zubereitet. Die Lage mitten in Crailsheim ist einfach traumhaft und bietet eine entspannte Atmosphäre. Ich kann das Odyssee in Crailsheim nur empfehlen - ein perfekter Ort, um sich zu entspannen und gutes Essen zu genießen! 🍽️😊. Ich empfehle den Chesseburger mit Pommes, oder das Simmentaler Filet auf der heissen Steinplatte ich empfehle daher nur 200g zu nehmen. Portionen sind sehr überschaubar und haben uns sehr sehr gut geschmeckt.

Sehr schönes Restaurant, das Essen wurde schnell zubereitet und hat auch gleich noch super geschmeckt, die Kellner waren auch sehr freundlich. Insgesamt ein gelungenes Restaurant!

Eigentlich fotografiere ich nie mein Essen. Aber das hier ist echt einzigartig. Einzigartig gut! Absolute Empfehlung!

Direkt an der Jagst, sehr rustikal Tische. Die Karte ist übersichtlich, Pizza ist gut. Wenn mehr los ist, verlieren die ServiceMA leicht die Übersicht - aber bleiben immer freundlich.

Eine schöne Außenterrasse direkt am Fluss Jagst. Auch innen wurde das Restaurant sehr ansprechend eingerichtet. Die riesige Tafel draußen und die Hängesessel sind coole Highlights. Meine bestellte hausgemachte Limonade mit Beeren war super lecker. Kein mit Sirup übersüsster Mix, sondern fruchtig, spritzig und angenehm säuerlich. Diese ist sehr zu empfehlen. Der Burger mit Käsespritze war frisch und lecker. Die Süsskartoffel Pommes ebenfalls sehr gut. Der Burger wird ohne Beilagen serviert, diese können extra dazu bestellt werden. Wer seinen Burger solo bestellt, findet ihn etwas einsam auf den großen Tellern. Der Service ist mega herzlich und lieb. Da fühlt man sich wirklich von Herzen gern gesehen und merkt die Liebe zum Job. Allein für diese Herzlichkeit hät ich gern 5 Sterne gegeben. Um ehrlich zu bleiben muss aber das Gesamte bewertet werden. Leider muss man für die WC Räume einen Stern abziehen. Sie wirken sehr kalt und uneinladend. Defekte am Waschbecken, Rostflecken und irgendwie ein Durcheinander welches einen starken Widerspruch zum restlichen Erscheinungsbild bietet. Hier fehlt die Liebe, mit welcher beim Rest gearbeitet wird. Auch die offene Personaltoilette mit kaputten Sitz, auf dem Boden liegenden Toilettenrollen, ... muss nicht sein. Ein weiterer kleiner Tipp, stellt abends kleine Lampen oder Kerzen auf die Tische. Trotz der Laternen war es da sehr schummerig. Vielen Dank für die liebevolle Bewirtung
