Let's look at the review in detail. We placed a larger order for 4 adults and 3 children. Ordering process: 5 stars. Nothing to complain about. Friendliness: 5 stars (the employees were always super friendly). Delivery time for full delivery (announced approximately 45 minutes) actually took 1.45 hours. There's only 1 star. Zero is not an option. Even the first partial delivery (more than half was missing) took over an hour. A circumstance that would normally have been overlooked. But when you consider the entire process, it can no longer be overlooked. Despite a call from the driver to ask what was missing and another call from me, the fries for the children were still missing from the second delivery. These were then also delivered, but this also took almost 30 minutes. The taste gets 3 out of 5 stars. Some menus were very tasty, others tasted like they came from a conveyor belt. Especially the pizzas. Correct delivery contents: 3 out of 5 stars. Even with the complete delivery of the food, the wrong dressing was included, and one dish (not the two children's fries) was missing mayo. Conclusion: 3 stars are acceptable. If some of the dishes—and I emphasize again, not all of them tasted like that—no longer taste like they came from a conveyor belt, and the delivery process is significantly improved, then 5 stars are acceptable. You could have given fewer stars, but you should give a new and young company a chance to improve and not immediately judge it negatively. After all, all beginnings are difficult.

Geschwisterstraße 47Mai 2026: leider letzter Besuch wegen Geschäftsaufgabe. Wir haben uns immer wohl gefühlt. Danke für die Zeit und euch alles Gute für die Zukunft 🙏🙏 September 2025: heute die Kegelbahn probiert. Sehr schönes Ambiente, Technik einwandfrei. Allerdings recht laut im Raum. Man kann sich kaum unterhalten...sonst alles Topp 👍👍 Juli 2025: Sehr freundliche und aufmerksame Mitarbeiter, sehr leckere Speisen und Getränke. Sehr schnelle Zubereitung obwohl alle Tische belegt. Gehen auf Sonderwünsche ein. Größere Familienfeiern möglich. Moderate Preise. Saubere sanitäre Anlage. Immer wieder gerne 👍

Bahnhofstraße 112Juli 2026: sehr lecker, ordentliche Portionen, Vorabbestellung und Abholung prima geklappt. Juni 2025: Top Essen, sehr nettes und freundliches Personal. Preise völlig okay. Immer wieder gerne! Sehr leckere Schnitzel, auch Zaziki und der Reis, Gyros manchmal etwas zu trocken. Sonst alles Topp 👍

Kaiserstraße 194Leider sehr schlechte erste Erfahrung mit diesem Restaurant. Ich habe über Lieferando bestellt und da stand, dass die Lieferung von 15-35 min ankommt, Die Lieferung kam aber fast anderthalb Stunden später und die Pommes und das Fleisch haben gar nicht geschmekt, ich musste es in den Müll werfen. Kontakt mit dem Restaurant hat nichts gebracht, da die Mitarbeiterin dort kein deutsch verstanden hat. Leider sehr enttäuscht, erste und letzte Erfahrung.

Kaiserstraße 82Ob mit der ganzen Familie zusammen, oder zu zweit mit dem Partner, Mamma Leone ist immer eine sehr gute Anlaufstelle für leckeres Essen, freundlichen Service und ein angenehmes Ambiente. Wir gehen regelmäßig dort essen und können das Restaurant wärmstens empfehlen!
