Friendliness: 5 stars (the employees were always super friendly). Delivery time for full delivery (announced approximately 45 minutes) actually took 1.45 hours. There's only 1 star. Zero is not an option. Even the first partial delivery (more than half was missing) took over an hour. A circumstance that would normally have been overlooked. But when you consider the entire process, it can no longer be overlooked. Despite a call from the driver to ask what was missing and another call from me, the fries for the children were still missing from the second delivery. These were then also delivered, but this also took almost 30 minutes. The taste gets 3 out of 5 stars. Some menus were very tasty, others tasted like they came from a conveyor belt. Especially the pizzas. Correct delivery contents: 3 out of 5 stars. Even with the complete delivery of the food, the wrong dressing was included, and one dish (not the two children's fries) was missing mayo. Conclusion: 3 stars are acceptable. If some of the dishes—and I emphasize again, not all of them tasted like that—no longer taste like they came from a conveyor belt, and the delivery process is significantly improved, then 5 stars are acceptable. You could have given fewer stars, but you should give a new and young company a chance to improve and not immediately judge it negatively. After all, all beginnings are difficult.
