This poor quality cannot be a coincidence...! We went to breakfast the other day. Yes, there is a lot of variety, but unfortunately the food is not fresh. The only things I see fresh are fried dough, sometimes hair pastry and simit. We also bought a plate of rice pudding so we could eat it, and lo and behold, it was moldy. They put the stale cakes into the service. It's like we're eating for free!! It's definitely not a breakfast worth the money you pay. Also, the tables are crowded. It's stuffy and extremely hot inside. And the loud music never goes away in that crowd. No one should ask why it is so crowded if it is not good now, because there is no alternative. Unfortunately there isn't. In any case, maybe they wouldn't consider this disgrace necessary for people. What a shame for those who cannot get justice for the money they earn!!!

We had an open buffet breakfast here. If you are someone who likes a lot of variety, breakfast was good in terms of variety. Saying the same thing about pastries seems cold and stale to me. Staff was very unfriendly, the lady who makes Gözleme etc. is also unfriendly plus unhygienic, hair sticks out while she's processing dough. Food is ok. But the employees behind the cash register are rude and probably don't feel like working. I strongly recommend having a personal conversation because it can't go on like this. Eating 1 customer less just because of the employees was okay

We came to eat as a family, we drove 60 km, the result was disappointing, we ordered at 17.30, it was 18.50, the pasta did not arrive yet, we canceled it, even though we canceled, they tried to charge us for the pasta at the cash register, they did not know about each other, they apologized to us and offered us dessert and tea, as if we were prisoners, they are the guards, they are not smiling. There is no problem with the breakfast, but if you talk about the service, there is zero good care and the employees seem to be upset with the boss. How is the atmosphere, the waiters must be good, the atmosphere is good, and your place is not comfortable to move around.

We were there yesterday and there were 2 women taking orders at the counter, they were middle aged, very sullen and acted like they were being forced to work.

If you don't order several Gözleme, you won't get them all at once, other customers will be given priority. Waren zum Frühstück dort. Zunächst wirken die Mitarbeiterinen lustlos und oder gelangweilt. Beim Betreten schon direkt aufgefallen. Die Location ist klein aber man hat hier auch die falschen Möbel ausgewählt. Die riesigen Stühle die dann auch nicht beweglich sind nehmen zudem viel Platz weg. Sauber ist und wirkt es auch nicht im Local. Auf den Tischen und Boden lagen Krümmel und Servietten rum und es dauerte bis eine Mitarbeiterin dies beseitigt hat. Für den Preis 15€ p.Person zu wenig Auswahl. Viele Sachen,die eigentlich warm verzehrt werden,waren kalt z.B Menemen,Sucuk,die gegrillten Paprika. Die verschiedenen Brotsorten waren teilweise zu hart. In mehreren Zubereitungen fehlten Gewürze. Was gar nicht ging und wir dann auch kein Appettit mehr hatten war ein langes Haar bei den Cigköfte. Für das Geld gibt es bessere Orte. Keine Empfehlung

Schrecklich, einfach nur schrecklich. Wäre es möglich, würde ich Minuspunkte vergeben. Service ist ungewöhnlich schlecht, Mitarbeiter sind zum Teil sehr unfreundlich. Essensauswahl klein und geschmacklich sehr fad. Trotz Reservierung wurden wir aufgefordert nach 2 Stunden unsere Tische zu räumen. So etwas hab ich noch nie erlebt, es wurde auch direkt ungefragt abgeräumt und geputzt. Man sollte sich ein Beispiel an der Filiale in Essen nehmen, da ist alles stimmig.

Das war das letzte Mal dass ich dort war. Der Laden ist so unorganisiert und die Mehrheit der Bedienung hat sowieso kein Bock zu arbeiten.

Sehr freundlich sind die Kellner und das Essen ist sehr lecker und besonders das Buffet ist sehr unterschiedlich und köstlich.

Naja, das Personal ist immer dureinander, keiner weiß wer was wo bestellt hat man muss öfters nachfragen wann das Essen kommt eine Stunde gewartet was ja schon längst bedeuten würde und Tschüß, haben gewartet und wurden enttäuscht 😞. Es hat was gefehlt mussten den vollen Preis bezahlen No Go.

War sehr lecker. Ist wie Urlaub zu Hause. Update 7.12.23 Verzehr im Laden. Tische werden nicht abgewischt. Tische und Sitzgelegenheiten voller Krümel. Macht natürlich keinen guten Eindruck. Also erst mal kein Essen mehr dort.

Kahvaltıya geldik içerisi dışarıdan daha soğuktu ceketlerimizle oturmak zorunda kaldık. Haliyle sıcak servis edilmesi gereken yemekler de soğuktu maalesef. İçerideki sıcak tek şey personellerin güler yüzüydü. Biraz kaloriferleri yaksalar genel atmosfer adına daha iyi olacaktır.

Heute habe ich nach längerer Zeit mal wieder das all you can eat Buffet (13,90€, bis 15 Uhr) bestellt und war sehr zufrieden. Ich habe mir ein 4 Gänge Menü zusammengestellt mit Suppe, Brot, Vorspeisen, warmen Speisen, Desserts und Tee und Limonade. Fleisch und Fisch gibt es nur begrenzt (Thunfischsalat und Dönerfleisch und Würstchenscheiben beim Rührei), alles andere ist vegetarisch. Die Atmosphäre war ok, die Elnrichtung ist recht ansprechend, die orientalische Hintergrundmusik gehört halt dazu. Ob das Personal immer noch unfreundlich ist, kann ich nicht beurteilen, da ich außer zum Bezahlen direkt bei der Ankunft keinen Personalkontakt hatte. Es sind wenig Deutsche dort, vielleicht muss man ja türkischer Herkunft sein, um freundlich behandelt zu werden. Mir hat es jedenfalls gut geschmeckt und ich bin lange geblieben, da ich für sooo große Essensmengen schon einige Zeit brauche. Diese Rezension schrieb ich 2022 und sehe jetzt erst, dass sie wegen eines Fotos, auf dem mehr als nur das Essen zu sehen war, nie gepostet wurde. Inzwischen, im Nov.23, kostet das Buffet schon 14,90€...
