Been there for the first and last time. The taste of the food wasn't great, but it was ok. However, you don't have to worry about the service, the lady at the counter was monosyllabic, unmotivated and bored by the customers. Unfortunately, you didn't feel like a guest welcome, therefore not recommended.

I bought soğuk baklava, it had nothing to do with soğuk baklava, it was rock hard and simply tasted like old baklava that had been left standing. It's a real shame that they don't value the freshness

Breakfast was a disaster. There was nothing easy. But. Noodles! There was pasta for breakfast. I drove 1 hour for breakfast but in the end it was a disaster. No sucuk. Menemen was a disaster. Back then there was everything. The operator apparently just wants to save money. There were only simple, cheap things No thanks. I don't recommend anyone. Waste of money and time...

For Turkish food the place is not bad. It's worth a visit. Super friendly staff who are there in the evenings. even let them sit longer even though they have already finished work! Super nice. You can also just pop in every now and then for a little something (cake/gozleme/Turkish tea/coffee...).

If you don't order several Gözleme, you won't get them all at once, other customers will be given priority. Especially when the next customer is a friend, she simply got our order that we ordered 20 minutes before her (had the same thing) before us and touched the next Gözleme on the stove so that she could get the next one too. We enjoyed the food. But the staff leaves something to be desired. The lady who prepares Gözleme is forever frowning, speaks in monosyllables and on the other side, behind the counter, there are some extremely rude ladies😡. Very friendly staff and good breakfast options. Seats very comfortable and clean. Pleasant ambience and good air thanks to the extensive ventilation system. Pleasant inside even in summer.

Very very highly recommended. Excellent food. Best tasting Turkish sweets and treats I’ve ever tasted. Kind and genuinely friendly staff who assisted us even after they were officially closed. Thank you for a memorable late night treat.

You've dropped the quality a lot. Service staff were unfriendly on Sunday at 9 a.m. half of it was prepared, even though it has to be open at 8 a.m. Cleaner cleans the floor with strong-smelling klorix during breakfast. My 3 year old daughter waited 45 minutes for fries even though I spoke to the staff 3 times. Staff urgently needs training. Thanks

Food doesn't taste fresh, when it's empty nothing happens when it's refilled (whether it's water or food) The employees are listless and apparently only here to take photos and TikToks of themselves. Definitely not recommended for the price!

This is my last visit. I have no patience with you! When it comes to service, you are just amateurs, not customer-friendly professionals or trained employees. You are always overwhelmed. You keep making faces like that. Who else should come in there voluntarily? Other customers who eat on site are often so loud and rude that other customers cannot talk to each other. What did the employee (quite an old, short woman) manage to do? Nothing! She still has to talk to her boss. And who is the boss? Nobody really knows! The employees are incompetent, immoral and irresponsible people. Does the so-called boss get to react and respond to a complaint like this? Does it help with the symptoms?

Especially when we ordered the one without salad for around €4.90 and then got the one with salad. After complaining, they said that the ones without salad were only available to take away. Aha, then why is it on the menu and not mentioned before ordering? Either way the price of the Turkish pizza is way too expensive. Also bad service that they didn't want to accommodate you here. Inflation and expensive energy costs drove up prices, but even today you can get a kebab cheaper. And a normal, not very large or tasty portion of fries costs an incredible 5 euros. The staff is mixed, some friendly, some simply inattentive or unfriendly. Had to wait a very long time for the food. The positive thing is that they know what kind of halal meat they offer here (comes from Tina) and that it is a birthing room. The Turkish music is very loud and disturbing. There is far too much choice when it comes to food, which is a warning sign about the freshness. Good stores have less but high quality to offer. I ate fish at the Moroccan restaurant in DUS and didn't pay €28 for two people. Well, I'm from the catering industry and you really need to rethink your calculations before you really mess this up. You really get the feeling that the performance is far too low for this enormous price. You are simply being cheated, especially when no one points out to you that it is suddenly twice as expensive as it was before the week. I paid €7.50 for a Lamacun with Turkish coffee!

Very unfriendly staff. People gossip about customers behind the counter and people look at you strangely and look at you. Waren zum Frühstück dort. Zunächst wirken die Mitarbeiterinen lustlos und oder gelangweilt. Beim Betreten schon direkt aufgefallen. Die Location ist klein aber man hat hier auch die falschen Möbel ausgewählt. Die riesigen Stühle die dann auch nicht beweglich sind nehmen zudem viel Platz weg. Sauber ist und wirkt es auch nicht im Local. Auf den Tischen und Boden lagen Krümmel und Servietten rum und es dauerte bis eine Mitarbeiterin dies beseitigt hat. Für den Preis 15€ p.Person zu wenig Auswahl. Viele Sachen,die eigentlich warm verzehrt werden,waren kalt z.B Menemen,Sucuk,die gegrillten Paprika. Die verschiedenen Brotsorten waren teilweise zu hart. In mehreren Zubereitungen fehlten Gewürze. Was gar nicht ging und wir dann auch kein Appettit mehr hatten war ein langes Haar bei den Cigköfte. Für das Geld gibt es bessere Orte. Keine Empfehlung

Schrecklich, einfach nur schrecklich. Wäre es möglich, würde ich Minuspunkte vergeben. Service ist ungewöhnlich schlecht, Mitarbeiter sind zum Teil sehr unfreundlich. Essensauswahl klein und geschmacklich sehr fad. Trotz Reservierung wurden wir aufgefordert nach 2 Stunden unsere Tische zu räumen. So etwas hab ich noch nie erlebt, es wurde auch direkt ungefragt abgeräumt und geputzt. Man sollte sich ein Beispiel an der Filiale in Essen nehmen, da ist alles stimmig.

Das war das letzte Mal dass ich dort war. Der Laden ist so unorganisiert und die Mehrheit der Bedienung hat sowieso kein Bock zu arbeiten.

Sehr freundlich sind die Kellner und das Essen ist sehr lecker und besonders das Buffet ist sehr unterschiedlich und köstlich.

Naja, das Personal ist immer dureinander, keiner weiß wer was wo bestellt hat man muss öfters nachfragen wann das Essen kommt eine Stunde gewartet was ja schon längst bedeuten würde und Tschüß, haben gewartet und wurden enttäuscht 😞. Es hat was gefehlt mussten den vollen Preis bezahlen No Go.

War sehr lecker. Ist wie Urlaub zu Hause. Update 7.12.23 Verzehr im Laden. Tische werden nicht abgewischt. Tische und Sitzgelegenheiten voller Krümel. Macht natürlich keinen guten Eindruck. Also erst mal kein Essen mehr dort.

Kahvaltıya geldik içerisi dışarıdan daha soğuktu ceketlerimizle oturmak zorunda kaldık. Haliyle sıcak servis edilmesi gereken yemekler de soğuktu maalesef. İçerideki sıcak tek şey personellerin güler yüzüydü. Biraz kaloriferleri yaksalar genel atmosfer adına daha iyi olacaktır.

Heute habe ich nach längerer Zeit mal wieder das all you can eat Buffet (13,90€, bis 15 Uhr) bestellt und war sehr zufrieden. Ich habe mir ein 4 Gänge Menü zusammengestellt mit Suppe, Brot, Vorspeisen, warmen Speisen, Desserts und Tee und Limonade. Fleisch und Fisch gibt es nur begrenzt (Thunfischsalat und Dönerfleisch und Würstchenscheiben beim Rührei), alles andere ist vegetarisch. Die Atmosphäre war ok, die Elnrichtung ist recht ansprechend, die orientalische Hintergrundmusik gehört halt dazu. Ob das Personal immer noch unfreundlich ist, kann ich nicht beurteilen, da ich außer zum Bezahlen direkt bei der Ankunft keinen Personalkontakt hatte. Es sind wenig Deutsche dort, vielleicht muss man ja türkischer Herkunft sein, um freundlich behandelt zu werden. Mir hat es jedenfalls gut geschmeckt und ich bin lange geblieben, da ich für sooo große Essensmengen schon einige Zeit brauche. Diese Rezension schrieb ich 2022 und sehe jetzt erst, dass sie wegen eines Fotos, auf dem mehr als nur das Essen zu sehen war, nie gepostet wurde. Inzwischen, im Nov.23, kostet das Buffet schon 14,90€...

Leider nur 2 Sterne, das ambiente ist ganz gut aber die Wartezeiten unfassbar. 45 min bei nicht vollem laden für 2 Toast ist zu lange

Es ist leicht unorganisiert, ziemlich eng Gehalten, man sitzt Tisch an Tisch, bekommt Gespräche von den anderen Tischen mit, hab mich persönlich nicht wirklich wohl gefühlt, dass essen schmeckt daran ist nichts auszusetzen.

Ich gehe immer sehr gerne in diese Restaurant essen,weil das Essen einfach super ist.Nur ist die Toilettensituation so,dass es bei nassen Fliesen vor und im Toilettenbereich so rutschig wird das ich gestürzt bin. Sofort habe ich den Service freundlich darauf hingewiesen und wurde ignoriert.Weder wurde der Bereich getrocknet noch sonst irgendwie reagiert.Hier muss dringend etwas geändert werden! Es könnte sich etwas n Mensch ernsthaft verletzen.

15€ pP fürs Frühstück ist schon echt dreist dafür das Am Buffet kaum etwas geboten wird. Für das Buffet was dorthin gestellt wurde wären 5-7€ pP ok aber 15€ ist schon eine abzocke kaum Auswahl dazu war das Essen immer kalt und Geschmackslos

Sehr freundlicher Mitarbeiter. Tee hat 15 min zu mir gebraucht. Gözleme 20 min war aber grandios vom geschmack. Tomaten matschig besteck schnutzig und ne serviette sollte man sich selber mitbringen
