Great restaurant in the heart of Dreieich-Sprendlingen, nice ambience and sophisticated food and drinks. Everything is a bit higher quality, from the service to the food to the price, which you are happy to pay here 😉

We saw an ad on TikTok and my friend convinced me to visit the store. We live in Frankfurt, so it wasn't very far away and we are always looking for good restaurants. There are parking options and even directly at the restaurant, free for 120 minutes, which was a big plus sign from my side. Furthermore, it is very pleasant, the location is also very nice, the food is well prepared and it looked really good. The service was very nice and accommodating. Now to the negative, I found the salad to be just ok in terms of taste, the Argentinian steak was also not really edible, I hardly touched the veggies as a side, it wasn't my thing at all. As I said - it looked really good, but in terms of taste and composition - there's still a long way to go. In general, I see the store more as a bar with hot food options than as a restaurant.

Absolute recommendation. The warm welcome alone was special, like among good friends. The oriental salad with falafel and hummus blew us away. Simply magnificent. I haven't eaten a salad like this in a long time. But the sea bass with celery purée and the pasta with truffle also tasted wonderful. Was there for the second time and not the last time. I'm already looking forward to it.

Became aware of the Nova by chance. The best idea 💡 we had that evening in a long time. Even without a reservation, a pleasant and great welcome. A nice table, top service, a nice atmosphere despite the full restaurant. Harmonious mood, no hectic. Service is at full speed, no waiting times for drinks or food. Great offering in the menu. Super exclusive prepared dishes, because the eye eats too. For a long time now there has been a great address in Sprendlingen where you can go. Thank you for the lovely evening with you.

I’ve been here twice and had good experiences both times. My first meal (breakfast/brunch) was excellent and reminded me of home. Plentiful and comfortable seating, friendly staff and a great menu, including eggs Benedict and iced coconut lattes. My second meal was lunch. I felt my salad was overpriced, the dressing was too sweet and the filo dough tasted old. But the experience was still nice and I will still return. I will just order something else next time! The parking lot is also very convenient.

The ambience is nice Service is acceptable Reservations are required, although there are many spaces available. (I don't know if they still are.) Unfortunately, this is the only café in Dreieich that is open until late at night.

Such a lovely Sunday brunch. Everything was perfect and the icing on the cake for my birthday. Thanks to the wonderful lady who served us. It was more than perfect. What was wrong with the service? The blonde girl was very rude! We also told the girl with brown hair that truffle fries tasted disgusting and she just took the €10 tip without comment. Restaurant ambience 10/10. Service A and O but unfortunately didn't feel welcome, very unfriendly.

Register at reception within 2 minutes of arriving at the location. After waiting half an hour, no response. Got up and then left. Too bad.

The food there is really very good, the service is quick and friendly. Of course the whole thing costs something, so I have to be honest and say I'm torn. In some cases the price seems too expensive, especially for the drinks on the Masen. Therefore actually 5 stars but unfortunately only 3 because some things are too expensive for my taste.

The restaurant not only offers excellent food, but also a dynamic atmosphere! The service is attentive and fast, and the staff, especially Leonie, moves harmoniously through the room without being rushed. You can tell that a well-rehearsed team is at work here. Here you not only feel welcome, but you are literally carried away by the positive atmosphere in the restaurant. A great experience! Thank you! We always enjoy coming back.

Very nice restaurant and super delicious food

The Nova really impresses from the first second and is about to become my favorite restaurant. The interior design is truly a dream. From high-quality furniture to perfect lighting, everything is just right. The service is also unbeatable. Very very friendly and attentive, quick, helpful and polite. But the crucial point is of course the food. We've already tried a lot and everything was a 10/10. You can really taste the quality of the food and the attention to detail in its preparation. The menu includes classics such as pasta, steak, salads, burgers and the like, but no dish is run-of-the-mill, but always something special. And the price is really unbeatable. All in all, an absolute recommendation!

Such a lovely restaurant with great food, highly recommended. It is beautifully decorated and the service is very friendly. I thought the food was absolutely delicious from the starter to the dessert and I will happily come here again.

Unfortunately, despite having a reservation, we had to wait for our table. We were asked to stand at the bar, in the middle of the restaurant, a very uncomfortable situation for us. Because I don't like it at all when I eat and someone is breathing down my neck like we had to. When we asked after 15 minutes, we were put off with a “we’ll see if a table is available.” After we told the employee that we would rather look elsewhere, he didn't really understand it. For him it is normal that you have to wait. I didn't know until now that Dreieich had such exclusivity to be able to allocate waiting times despite reservations. If I reserve a table for time XY, I expect it to be free then. If I didn't make a reservation, I wouldn't understand the waiting time. But that was really disappointing. I hope the service will be expanded in the future.

We were really very satisfied! To be on the safe side, we reserved a table for 6 people. A total of 4 adults and 2 kids. When the weather is good you can sit outside. The service was well organized, super friendly and attentive! The drinks came quickly and the delicious food didn't take long to arrive either! A very clear recommendation!!!

It's very, very loud inside....since it's almost always pretty full and people are talking, you get the feeling you're sitting in a train station hall, which is probably due to the way it's built.

Wir sind im Oktober das erste mal im Nova gewesen und sind nach ein paar Tagen erneut dort frühstücken gewesen. Wir sind absolut begeistert vom Ambiente, den Speisen und Getränken, aber vor allen Dingen vom freundlichen Service. Dadurch haben wir uns als Gast sehr wohlgefühlt und haben unser Frühstück genossen. Die Auswahl in der Speisekarte ist sehr gut und bietet abwechslungsreiche Speisen. Die Speisen sind sehr schön angerichtet und waren auch sehr lecker. Wir kommen auf alle Fälle wieder und bedanken uns für den tollen Service.

The Nova has by far the most friendly staff we have ever met. The service is absolutely perfect, the employees are very friendly and that makes you feel very comfortable in the restaurant. The ambience is very nice, rather chicly furnished and very cozy. The food tastes delicious, is beautifully prepared and absolutely fresh. We'd love to come back ☺️👍🏼

Very nicely decorated restaurant and really nice service. There is a good selection of dishes, all of which taste good, the price is higher, but the price-performance ratio is still good. However, it is very busy even during the week, so it's better to make a reservation. Despite having a reservation, we still stood at the counter for a few minutes.

I was there 4 times. The waiter accidentally charged too much twice. The other two waiters were very friendly. 2 times it tasted very good and 2 times it was just ok. Even though I always ordered the same thing. I found out that there are 8 chefs who take turns at the stations. If you're unlucky ...... When I order it almost always has to be good and not based on luck. The chef needs to control this better

Reservation is uncomplicated and easy via the website, even for the same day. Service ok, food delicious. What I think is a shame is that there are only 2 non-alcoholic cocktails. Nowadays it should be possible to offer more non-alcoholic cocktails

We are here regularly. The service is friendly and accommodating. The menu is varied and the dishes have always been tasty.

Not all guests are welcome here! Me and my friend, both dressed in modern clothes and with a well-groomed appearance, were asked for a reservation by 3 waiters within 3 minutes on a weeknight evening when the restaurant was 60% empty...?!? We were not allowed to sit down where we would have filled up, even though most of the tables were empty around 7 p.m. and there were no reservation signs on the tables. The waiter emphasized three times in a row that we were not allowed to sit down wherever we wanted. He directed us to a table for two that bordered the facade of the Rossmann drugstore. We declined because a relaxed atmosphere while eating and having a nice conversation for two next to the drugstore wouldn't be possible!! A visitor also gets the impression that only guests with reservations from 4 -6. People's value is estimated because they are billed higher than 2 people. That's why spontaneous visits are rather undesirable. You won't experience hospitality and niceness here! A guest's wishes are not taken into account at all. If this restaurant were in the center of Frankfurt or in Bornheim, you wouldn't be able to afford such arrogant service!

I've been to the Nova twice so far and I can only say I won't go there a third time!! The breakfast cannot be put together individually, you have to take what is on the menu. Often too much for one person. In addition, the service is very arrogant and unfriendly. The second time I was there just to drink a cappuccino, you can't go wrong 😄. But the cappuccino took a long time to arrive and was then cold! Although two waiters stood outside looking bored. I complained about it and had to wait another long time for my cappuccino, which was a little warmer. Anyway. All I'm saying is...never again. By the way, I've heard similar things from many friends who no longer go either. I really don't know how the good reviews come about.

The Truffle Birger is very tasty, but unfortunately it has nothing to do with truffles. A little bit of truffle flavor in the sauce on the burger - that's it.

Great food... nice place... right prices... but I really do not understand why when paying the bill they ask you for a tip??? It is not polite arriving at the table with the POS asking how much tip I want to give!!!

My risotto featured puddles of liquid butter, quite disgusting. When I complained, I was told I’m eating too slowly. No, it was drowned in butter from the start. The sea food salad greens where greasy, the pulpo cooked too quickly, hence rubbery. The tuna sashimi starter got bathed in soy sauce, which was a shame, as the pickled red onions were meant to provide the much needed acidity, but had no chance against the soy sauce muddiness. The ambiente is nice, but you have to work on your food.

We're here for the triathlon and are starting tomorrow at Langener Waldsee, so we were looking for a hotel nearby. Arrived and Google offered some choices. After we briefly looked over Nova, we didn't bother to look at the other offers in the area. And indeed. It was the best decision. The Nova, with its service, ambience and food, is unparalleled far and wide. We are very thankful. The Nova is worth driving even from further away. LG Caro, Greg and dog Dobby

Unfair Billing - Disappointing Experience I ate at Nova today and it was very disappointing. Although the food was okay, we unfortunately noticed that the waiter had added €10 too much to our bill (despite the tip). We only noticed this later. Such a mistake leaves a bad impression. It's a shame that our visit was marred in this way. I hope the restaurant improves its service and pays better attention to billing to prevent future guests from such inconvenience.

Great cuisine, the chefs respond to special requests, nice dynamic service, overall a "good mood" place in Dreieich. It's worth reserving space in the evenings, as it's often completely full. I can recommend it for both eating and drinking.

We were here with 7 people for a birthday breakfast. It was nice, warm weather and we were able to sit outside. But no matter where you sit, everything is attractively and stylishly furnished and you feel comfortable. The staff is very attentive and friendly. We would like to highlight Mr. Serhad (like Gerhard, only with an S) who clearly enjoyed his job and who served us in a relaxed but respectful manner. The breakfast left nothing to be desired and was excellent. Everyone ordered something different and we were all more than satisfied. The quality was excellent, the quantity was sufficient and the prices were ok. We will definitely come back and say thank you to the Nova team.

Unusual and delicious cuisine. Round and balanced in taste. Unfortunately, the quantity of the main courses is not manageable. It's a shame if half of it goes back. The service was first class. Courteous, friendly, good overview. The ambience is like a train station hall. Very loud when it's full.

Really great, but (rightly) very crowded

Sometimes I wish I could be treated like everyone else. Why is the candle lit at one table and not at the other? Why does one table receive bread and the other does not? Not entirely understandable.

Quite small portions for breakfast but tasty. It costs a bit but you don't go out for breakfast every day :-) Cozy!

Ich war mit zwei Freunden im Restaurant NOVA, a love story, in Dreieich und wurde äußerst unhöflich behandelt. Obwohl das Restaurant fast leer war, wurden wir abgewiesen, weil wir nur trinken und Dessert essen wollten. Der Kellner betonte, dass das Restaurant kein Café sei und verwies uns des Hauses. Ich habe mich wie ein Mensch zweiter Klasse gefühlt und den Eindruck gewonnen, dass hier nach äußerem Erscheinungsbild diskriminiert wird. Diese Erfahrung war beschämend und enttäuschend. Ich teile hier auch ein Foto des betreffenden Kellners, damit andere Gäste gewarnt sind. Ich kann dieses Restaurant nicht empfehlen.

Great local, food spectacular, very nice service. There are parking spaces right next door where you can park for free for up to 2 hours. Prices are reasonable for the food, we will definitely be back!

I was with two friends in the restaurant NOVA, a love story, in Dreieich and was treated extremely rudely. Even though the restaurant was almost empty, we were turned away because we just wanted to drink and eat dessert. The waiter emphasized that the restaurant was not a café and turned us away. I felt like a second-class citizen and got the impression that there was discrimination here based on appearance. This experience was shameful and disappointing. I'm also sharing a photo of the waiter in question here so other guests are warned. I cannot recommend this restaurant.

I recently went to the NOVA, a love story, restaurant in Dreieich with two friends. One of my friends came especially from Berlin. We asked for a table for six as there were three other friends traveling. Even though the restaurant was about 60-70% empty, the waiter first asked if we were eating or drinking. After we confirmed that we wanted to drink and also eat dessert, we were still told that this was not possible as the restaurant was intended for food rather than coffee and cake. The waiter emphasized that there are six people working in the kitchen who have to earn a living, implying that customers who just drink or order dessert are not welcome. Ultimately we were turned away and had to leave the restaurant even though we were ready to order desserts. This behavior was not only rude and unprofessional, but also extremely embarrassing for me and my visit. I've felt like a second-class citizen in this restaurant several times before. There remains a bitter aftertaste that this treatment may have been based on our foreign appearance. It seems that people here are judged by their physical appearance when it comes to providing a space. I am very disappointed and cannot recommend this restaurant. Customers should know that if they do not meet the staff's expectations they may not be welcome here.

We ordered two grill plates for 4 people, meat and fish, it was super tasty and there was a lot. At the end we had a chocolate soufflé, it was really good! We recommend.

Wir waren zum Abendessen im Nova. Die recht unfreundliche Bedienung kam mit der Speisekarte und wollte die Getränke schonmal aufnehmen. Da wir erstmal schauen wollten was es an Getränken gibt, baten wir die Bedienung uns kurz die Zeit zu geben um unsere Wahl zu treffen. Das war ihr garnicht recht. Nachdem wir Getränke und Essen bestellt hatten, kam alles sehr schnell, was ja nicht nachteilig ist. Essen war gut wobei die Portionen recht klein ausfallen. Nachdem wir gerade fertig mit dem Essen waren, kam die Frage ob wir noch ein Dessert haben möchten, das wollten wir nicht. Die Bedienung kam dann recht forsch zu uns an den Tisch und meinte ob sie die Rechnung nun bringen könne?!?! Da unsere Stimmung durch diese seltsame Bedienung etwas angesäuert war , stand dem nichts mehr im Weg. Ich wollte mit Karte zahlen und der Betrag lag bei € 89,00. Die Bedienung fragte mich mehrfach ob sie den Betrag eintippen solle, woraufhin ich das mit einem „Ja „ bestätigte. Sie wies mich daraufhin das dies ohne Trinkgeld wäre und ich sagte ihr das sie doch Gehalt bekommen würde und das es aus freien Stücken vom Gast entschieden werden könnte, ob man Trinkgeld zahlt oder nicht! Dann diskutiere sie weiter und ich sagte ihr das ich normalerweise Trinkgeld immer cash gebe aber in diesem Fall, gebe ich für diese Frechheit keinen Cent. Leider steht und fällt ein Restaurant mit seinem Personal…..dann schauen wir mal

Bisher war ich im Nova sehr zufrieden was das Essen und den Service betraf. Tolle kreative Gerichte in ungewöhnlicher Kombination liebevoll gestaltet. Bereits das letzte Mal war ich fast schon enttäuscht aufgrund der einfallslosen Gestaltung des Essens. Der Geschmack war damals ok. Heute war es aber vorerst das letzte Mal dass wir da waren. Schade eigentlich. Die Love Story hatte so schön angefangen. Wir hatten eine total unhöfliche Kellnerin, die zuerst die Getränke aufnehmen wollte. Auf die Aussage, dass wir auch schon die Spreisen wüssten, wurde geantwortet dass sie jetzt nur Getränke aufnehmen könne. 20 Minuten später durften wir dann auch endlich die Speisen bestellen aber erst nachdem wir die Getränke bekommen hatten. Auf den Zucker zum Kaffee (ja sorry echt ne ausgefallene Bestellung) musste ich dann noch mal 20 Minuten warten. Mein Omelette war scheinbar auch irgendwie schwierig bei der Bestellung (viele sehr unfreundliche Zwischenfragen) und dann habe ich mich erdreistet noch ein Joghurt bestellen zu wollen. Meinen Mann hat sie gar nicht gefragt was er essen wollte. Er musste sie quasi am Ärmel festhalten, um bestellen zu dürfen. Das Rührei für 9!!! € war dann ein kleiner Klecks auf einem riesigen Teller. Das Sweet and Salty Frühstück hat sie komplett vergessen zu bringen. Stand dann natürlich aber auf der Rechnung. Als wir ihr sagten dass wir das nicht bezahlen werden weil wir es nicht bekommen hatten wurden wir zur Schnecke gemacht durch die Kellnerin warum wir denn nichts gesagt hätten. Wie denn auch wenn sie nie kam und nicht mehr auffindbar war. Fazit: Miesester Service aller Zeiten zu absoluten Wucherpreisen. Das griechische Joghurt mit Nüssen war aber sehr gut wenn auch teuer.

Outrageous! Unfortunately I am forced to give one star, which I would like to save! My daughter wanted to spend a nice evening with her friends on her birthday in this highly praised establishment, what she had to experience was humiliating! A consistently unfriendly staff made them feel unwanted and out of place throughout the evening. It is beyond my comprehension what motivated her to treat the young women with so much arrogance and condescension. In any case, a recommendation is the last thing I can say for this snooty “restaurant”! Outrageous!

We wanted to celebrate our birthday here, but unfortunately nothing happened. Were received very rudely and I don't even want to start about the service. Here you are reduced to your appearance and treated in a more than just very rude manner. If you decide to eat here, be prepared for unfriendly service and judgmental looks if you don't fit the restaurant's intended target group.
